This book goes out to the adults who never got the chance to heal their inner child properly <3

Greetings and welcome to my first official book here on Wattpad, it's an honour to be a part of the writing community after being a silent reader for the past few years. It's more of a privilege that you took an interest in the book and I hope to live up to all your expectations.

The prologue has been a nice teaser to showcase what's to come and I can't wait to go on this journey with all of you!

Before we officially start I wanted to add a quick author's note just so both of us are on the same page on what will be in this book.

What to Expect?

• Fighting.
• Sexual Assault/Rape.
• Domestic abuse/manipulation.
• Use of alcohol/smoking/hard drugs etc.
• Mentions of the supernatural.
• Religious-like beliefs.
• Black market (human trafficking, organ harvesting etc)
• Strong language.
• Sexual references.
• Cannibalism.
• Sensitive pregnancy related topics (e.g miscarriages)
• Blood/Scars.
• Mentions of suicide.
• Mental health struggles (depression, ptsd etc).
• Eating disorders/Body Image.
• Discrimination.
• Stalking.
• 1 smut scene.
• Gore - nothing too extreme.

For the reasons above, I have decided to make the book 18+ therefore if you're not at least 18, please leave this story and come back when you are. However, I was also underage when reading age-restricted books on Wattpad so I highly doubt you'll listen since there's nothing I can do to stop you but note I do not condone nor wish you to read this book.

Furthermore, I might add specific warnings in each chapter if there are any extreme themes mentioned above. If it's something you can't handle, please skip to the next chapter. There will be a summary of the previous chapter to get you caught up.

Important notices
• This author's note is subject to change and is regularly updated as I write.

• I'll try to keep each chapter around 2,000 to 2,500 words —this is around 10 minutes of reading. However, if I think the chapter needs to be shorter or longer than that then I will do so. I find that restricting chapter lengths puts me off of writing.

•  Please don't copy anything, it took a long time for me to write this and I wouldn't want it to just be stolen. Inspiration is okay as long as I'm credited. Translations are a no for now, but it might change in the future.

• There's no fixed schedule. I write whenever I have the time to so unfortunately there might be no chapters for a month or two but then 10 updates in the next month. I do plan on completing it in 2025.

• Full credit to the creators of the images I used to make the book cover - I just found it on Google and put them together lmao.

• This book is NOT a Y/N book. It's an OC.

• This book is a slow burn book, which isn't for everyone and that's okay! I personally like to really flesh out the plot and characters as we reach the climax.

• I'll be very honest with you, this book will have many chapters. Minimum being 90 chapters so buckle up!

• I check every notification I get from Wattpad so please be mindful about what you comment. I'm always reading ;)

• Feel free to give constructive criticism, I always look forward to seeing ways to improve since I'm still fairly new to writing.

All that being said, chapter 1 should be on its way soon.
