3 - Who's Satiel?
--Edited--
Aphmau's Pov
I slowly walked down the stairs, not knowing my guards were stalking me yet again. I flicked the light switches on and brushed off the fact the lights were dim.
I picked up a bag that was laying on the floor, no caution whatsoever as to who finds it. I found a memory crystal and watched it, my sadness tugging at my heart even more when it ended. The memory crystal was of when I left Satiel, the odds turning on me, as I once thought I would stay there forever.
"Satiel, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have left. Now, it's all my fault we're slowly breaking down," I held back tears as my mouth almost silently whispered these words, refusing to let my heart win and say he's alive.
I dug a little deeper and found a picture. Almost as soon as I saw the setting I knew what it was about.
I saw me sitting in a hospital bed, a small baby girl held in my arms. She was the youngest Goonie, named Umbra, and the other three were sitting in my lap, ready to see their new little sister. All of my Isles' friends were surrounding me, Castor and Jin closest. Oliver couldn't make it, but he came the next day. He was on a mission and to far away to come in time.
Surprisingly, even with the age differences, the Goonies got along amazingly. Allie and Isabella were the oldest, 6 years old, and they were twins. They got along well with all their younger siblings, and helped them whenever needed. Lux was 5, and always liked to pretend to be a captain when they played pirates. Although they are, they're to young to be considered 'part of the crew'. Umbra was 4, but as smart as a six year old. She loved helping animals and nature, and I could tell she'll be the gentle one when she's older.
I set the picture down and grabbed a memory crystal, wanting to remind myself of past friends.
**Memory**
"Sly will give everyone 5 dollars!" I wrote on a sign, trying to scam Sly.
Sly ran over and beat the sign down. "I'm not rich!" He yelled and ran away.
"Get back here Stark and put your money on this table!" I called chasing after him.
"No! Never!"
Steven, PBat, Kala, and Castor were just laughing their butts off in the background, our crazy antics getting to them as always.
**Memory End**
I smiled a small smile and walked off to get breakfast.
Garroth's Pov
Laurence and I followed Aphmau down the dim stairs and watched as she picked up a bag that was laying on the floor. She cried as she watched a hologram of her saying goodbye to a man.
" Satiel, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have left. Now, it's all my fault we're slowly breaking down," she whispered, unaware of her cassanova guard sitting right next to me. I don't mind her having a different lover, just as long as she's happy.
I looked over at Laurence and he was frowning. You could see from the look on his face that he wanted to hurt 'Satiel'. Hopefully Satiel's not a lover, for his sake.
When I looked back Aphmau was now holding a picture. The setting was a hospital, and she sat on a bed. A small baby was in her arms, and three small children sat in her lap. People surrounded her, but The Chicken Shamon and a man with black hair covering one eye and a purple and white jacket were closest, right next to her.
I heard Laurence growl a little but didn't turn. I didn't want to miss anything important.
Aphmau pulled a crystal out of the bag and swiped her hand over the top. The crystal glowed a small glow and then the hologram showed.
"So that's how it works." I thought.
When the crystal played, I could actually hear it.
Aphmau wrote something on a sign but I couldn't see from this point.
Another man, different this time, ran over and took the sign down. He ran away yelling, "I'm not rich!"
"Get back here Stark and put your money on this table!" Aphmau ran after him while 4 people laughed behind them.
"No!! Never!" The man's voice said, and Aphmau just giggled.
**Crystal Dun**
Laurence and I looked at each other like, "bro".
Aphmau stood up and walked off, a small smile tugging at her lips.
Us two got up and raced up before she figured out we were gone, avoiding her line of sight all the while.
