Chapter 17: A Wellspring Healing

It was a peaceful afternoon in Mondstadt as at the Cathedral, apparently church duties were done early for the day as all of the Church Sisters, including their new monk, Shadow, were stepping out the main doors. While he was not particularly enthusiastic about his new job, he does enjoy filling in for Rosaria while she's performing her own kind of duties outside of Mondstadt, especially since he and Rosaria were a couple now... at least, in his eyes.

As Shadow was walking out of the church doors with a blank look on his face, he had a completely new outfit on wearing all black. His eyes then land on Jordan's in the distance who was apparently smirking at him the entire time. Shadow puffed his cheeks while looking away, trying to ignore the smug look on his face.

Shadowlight2784: Not one word...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hmm... you're right. I don't need to. Your expression says it all, bud~

Shadowlight2784: Just so we're clear, I'm not doing this because I enjoy it... I'm only doing this to fill in for someone.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Do I even need to ask who that someone is~?

Shadowlight2784: No... you don't. And we shall leave it that way.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* Speaking of which, you all got out pretty early today. Something special going on?

Shadowlight2784: No... Barbara never showed up for some reason...

This kind of news made one of Jordan's eyebrows raise up.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wait, she didn't? That's not like her at all.

Shadowlight2784: I don't normally care for stuff like these, but it definitely was unusual for her to just not show up. Then again, considering she's an idol, I bet she stopped constantly to sing for some suck-ups.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *sigh* Wouldn't surprise me if that was true. So, no one's seen her? Not even Rosie?

Shadow deadpanned at him for using that as Rosaria's pet name.

Shadowlight2784: ...I'll be sure to tell her you're calling her that now. But no, I don't think she's seen Barbara either.

His friend scratches his chin with a finger in thought, trying to piece together where Barbara could have gone or what could have compelled her into not coming in for church today. Just as he did, one of the church Sisters who went by the name of Victoria could be heard mumbling to herself nearby.

Victoria: I sure hope Sister Barbara is okay...

Hearing the deaconess name from her mouth caused both Jordan and Shadow to turn to her.

Jordanwolfboy9743: So, you don't know where she is either?

He asked, getting her to turn around towards him.

Victoria: Sister Barbara said that she was going out to pick some herbs earlier, but I'm afraid that she has yet to return. Hmm... perhaps I should report this matter to the Knights of Favonius...

That very guild of knights made Jordan perk up with a smile.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hey, why don't Shadow and I go look for Barb?

Victoria: You two? Well, I guess as the Savior Knight and Monarch Knight, you may very well be a good fit for the task... Not to mention, it would save me the trouble of reporting the matter to the Knights...

Shadowlight2784: Eh... sorry, bud. I can't join you for this one sadly.

Jordan turns back to him.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Why's that, pal?

Shadowlight2784: Kinda promised Rosaria that I'd have a drink with her and Kaeya after my shift is over and afterwards, we're gonna head out and do some patrolling around the wall of Mondstadt.

Jordan just smirks at Shadow while crossing his arms.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You sure that Kaeya's gonna be there too, and that it's not just a date for you and Miss Emo Sister?

Shadow once again deadpans at Jordan.

Shadowlight2784: It's not a "date." Heck... we're not even... you know...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Yeah, like I'm gonna believe that...

Shadow then just walks away without saying a word to avoid any more of his best friend's teasing while Jordan kept his smug grin on him the entire time.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You know I'm right~!

He chuckles one last time to himself before turning back towards Sister Victoria.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Don't worry though, Vicky. I'll go find Barb and bring her back safely.

Victoria: Alright, I'll leave it to you. Before Sister Barbara departed, she said that she was headed to Wolvendom to pick some herbs. You could start by looking for her there.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wolvendom, huh? I'm on it, Vicky!

He salutes her before jogging down the steps as Victoria sighed to herself while rubbing her face.

Victoria: *whisper* It's Victoria, not "Vicky."

Over at Wolvendom, which was dark and creepy as usual, Jordan was strolling through the forest filled with wolves. However, he was actually a little creeped out from being in a spooky forest.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *shudders* Hopefully, Razor will be the only thing besides Barbara that I come across here.

He said quietly before stepping on a twig without looking and that was enough to make Jordan jump in fright as he looked down to see the broken twig, only to facepalm at himself for being too jumpy.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Come on, Jordan! You went up against a dragon for pete's sake! Get a grip!

Shaking away the temporary fright that had accumulated for that second, Jordan took another couple of steps forward and the next thing that made him jump was an owl hooting. He tries to ignore it by walking away with a nervous look, however the sound of rustling bushes in the distance was only increasing his anxiety. Feeling like he wants to get out of here as much as possible, Jordan begins jogging forward, hoping that he can find Barbara as quickly as possible just to get out of the creepy forest.

He then hides behind a tree to catch his breath from all of the pressure that he was currently feeling before taking a huge sigh of relief.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I really don't see the reason why Barb would even come here... There's more spooky things than interesting things here! Is Victoria even sure that she'd come here in the first place?

He says that, but a certain sweet voice in the distance was heard by Jordan's ears as while her voice was faint it was clear. Jordan looked behind the tree to see that across from him was none other than Barbara who was apparently looking for something in either bushes or the ground.

Barbara: Huh, how strange... I can't seem to find any...

The sight of the young deaconess managed to ebb away Jordan's growing anxiety as he breathed in one final breath before coming out from behind his tree.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Barb! I finally found you!

Jordan's voice made Barbara jump a little as she quickly turned around to see the Savior Knight walk up to her.

Barbara: O-Oh, it's you, Jordan! What are you doing here? Is something the matter?

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well, Sister Victoria and Shadow said that you apparently didn't show up to church today, so I decided to come look for you.

Barbara: Oh, I see.

She replied, now donning a smile.

Barbara: No need to worry, there hasn't been any sign of danger. I'm just here to gather some red Wolfhook berries, that's all.

After that, she rubbed her chin while thinking something over.

Barbara: But the strange thing is, there should be lots of Wolfhooks here... and I can't seem to find any.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well... not to say that I don't trust your capabilities, but... isn't it a little dangerous for the deaconess of the church herself to come all the way out to Wolvendom of all places alone?

His worry made an appreciative smile grow on Barbara's lips.

Barbara: *giggles* I appreciate your concern, Jordan, but there's no need to worry about me. I'll just have another look around here, and if I can't find any, I'll just-

???: Miss Barbara!

An unfamiliar male voice suddenly could be heard from somewhere nearby followed by what sounded like a hum.

???: She's not here either...

The sudden arrival of the voice made both Jordan and Barbara freeze for a second, most notably the twin tailed girl who brought a hand over her mouth.

Jordanwolfboy9743: W-Who was that?

Barbara: Huh? Somebody seems to be coming this way!

She then rushed up to Jordan and put a hand over his mouth too, surprising him.

Barbara: *whisper* Oh, I'm sorry, but... please, just keep quiet, okay? Don't let them find us...

Confused, Jordan removed Barbara's hand so that he could speak again.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *whisper* What? Why do you wanna hide from them?

The deaconess looked away shyly instead of outright answering as her face held noticeable anxiety.

Barbara: *whisper* Because... Well, just because!

That wasn't exactly the response Jordan was hoping for and he weighed his options in his head. At this point, Jordan knew that he had to do something fast in order to help Barbara, but how would he do that? He didn't have much time to decide however as he could hear whoever it was coming closer as their footsteps grew louder. Not really thinking, Jordan grabbed Barbara's hand and tugged her along with him as they quietly ran away from the unseen individual. They stopped around a thick tree with large bushes as Jordan took a look to see if anyone saw them before turning back to Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I don't know why exactly you're hiding from this person, Barb, but if you don't wanna be noticed by them, I'll go send that person away.

Barbara: O-Oh, alright... I'll just leave it to you, then. Please, just... just don't tell them that I'm here, alright?

Jordan nods and taps his chest with a fist.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Knight's Honor, Barbara. Just wait here.

He leaves the sanctity of the tree line and lets his gaze scan the area for where the voice came from. After a few seconds, the owner of said voice finally showed up as it belonged to an adult man with short blonde hair. When he stepped out into view, Jordan got a good look at him and he recognized him almost instantly. This was Albert, a guy who considered himself to be a huge fan of Barbara. However, based on Jordan's run-ins with this guy, it appeared to be... a bit more than basic fanboying. Jordan lowers his head with a slight annoyed sigh as now he definitely knows why Barbara would be avoiding him.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *murmurs* I should be avoiding him myself...

As much as he didn't want to even speak with this guy, Jordan knew that it was the only way to get him off of poor Barbara's back, so he swallowed both his pride and annoyance of Albert and walked over to him as he still called out for Barbara.

Albert: Barbara-sama... are you here?!

Jordanwolfboy9743: Woah, woah! Give your vocal chords a rest, Albert.

He suggested, allowing himself to be seen as Albert turned to him.

Albert: O-Oh, t-the Savior Knight himself!

Jordanwolfboy9743: *sigh* Yes, it's me. What are you shouting about anyways?

His question made a few beads of sweat appear on the taller man's forehead.

Albert: Uh – who, me? Ah, well... I'm looking for Barbara-sama. I was originally planning to give her some herbs at the Cathedral, but Sister Victoria told me that she had gone out to attend to some matters. When I sought Barbara-sama for healing recently, she mentioned to me that the Church was running low on certain medicine ingredients...

Jordanwolfboy9743: And... you decided to come out here and help, I assume?

He asked, crossing his arms and looking more annoyed the more he spoke with him.

Albert: E-Exactly! I seem to remember the ingredients she mentioned... some type of red Wolfhook berry.

This however, caused Jordan to get a raised eyebrow since he thought that he misheard Barbara the first time, but apparently not if Albert is saying it too.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Red? Aren't Wolfhooks blue though?

Albert: If you're referring to the regular Wolfhooks, yes. Normally, they are blue, but the ones I'm talking about are a special variant of them as they're red in color. They're used for special healing purposes and can only be found in areas like Wolvendom. As leader of the Barbara Fan Club, how could I ever let Barbara-sama go wandering alone in such a dangerous place? So, I decided to come to Wolvendom, looking for Barbara-sama and picking red Wolfhooks along the way.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wait, so, you actually managed to find some red Wolfhooks?

Albert gives him a proud smile.

Albert: That's right, and I'll take them all back to the Church shortly. After all, I am the leader of the Barbara Fan Club. It's my duty to make sure Barbara-sama's life's easier.

It seemed as though Jordan had never heard of such a club before as he had an expression that basically summed up all the confusion he felt at that moment.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Barbara... Fan Club? Seriously?

Albert was just in pure shock that Jordan even asked that question.

Albert: Oh, you can't be serious! You've never heard of the Barbara Fan Club?

Jordan facepalms with a groan.

Jordanwolfboy9743: If I did, I wouldn't have asked.

Albert: Well, it's only the biggest club for Barbara-sama fans in all of Mondstadt. Hehe, even Huffman's a member now!

That especially was a shock to Jordan as he didn't think that Huffman of all people would be interested in a club such as this.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-I'm sorry... Huffman?! He's in this club of yours?!

Albert: *nods* Of course! Barbara-sama has a lot of fans in Mondstadt that wish to support her, you know. Uh... Anyways, the Barbara Fan Club will have to wait for the moment, I'll fill you in on how great it is when I have time later, I must keep searching for Barbara-sama for now. *sigh* I don't really even know if Barbara-sama is anywhere around here.

Once again, Jordan was found in a tough spot here. He had to say something convincing in order to keep Albert from finding Barbara, otherwise, he'd likely be searching for her all day. Luckily though, his brain produced an idea and he nods to himself before looking up at Albert again.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You do know that this place is crawling with all kinds of insidious beasts and monsters, right?

A nervous look plastered itself onto Albert's features and he swallowed the lump in his throat.

Albert: Y-Yes, I'm well aware. That's exactly why as leader of the Barbara Fan Club, I could never let Barbara-sama wander here alone. Since Barbara-sama came here to pick those red Wolfhooks, we could just follow the trail of those specific berries to lead us right to her.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well, I hate to break it to you, but this place is practically devoid of those kinds of berries, so you might have already picked the lot.

Albert: Um, maybe... But this is the only place they could be... She wouldn't go anywhere else if those were what she was looking for. Could she really have returned to Mondstadt?

He takes one look at Jordan and realizes something.

Albert: Uh, by the way... since you're the new Outrider and all, you didn't happen to see any sign of Barbara-sama when you arrived, did you? Perhaps I was hearing things...

Keeping up his ignorant acting, Jordan shrugged his shoulders.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I don't know what to tell you, man. I haven't seen her here. Besides, do you hear her now? "Barbara-sama" may have already left the area a while ago.

Albert: Ugh, you might be right... I haven't heard any sign of her since. Unless she's intentionally trying to avoid me... But she'd never have a reason to do that.

Internally, Jordan was fuming on Albert trying to find reasons to keep searching for Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: (*through clenched teeth* Dramatic irony here, pal... REAL dramatic irony...) *sigh* Look, I don't know what else to say except she's not here. You're most likely wasting your time now.

Albert looked disappointed from that, but he still managed to nod.

Albert: *sigh* Alright then. I'll trust you on that, Savior Knight Jordan, but I still feel a bit worried. I'll go and report the matter of Huffman and then have another look around the Church.

He then reached into his satchel and took something out. Jordan's eyes widened slightly at seeing that Albert and Barbara were correct about there being red Wolfhooks as he now had a few in the palm of his hand.

Albert: Here, you can have these red Wolfhooks I picked earlier. There's no way I'd be able to carry them all the way back to the city. I'll take what I can to the church after I get back.

Jordan takes the berries from him and pockets them.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Oh... well, thanks, dude. I'll keep these safe.

Albert: Ugh, I just hope that Barbara-sama did indeed go back to the city...

After getting the Wolfhooks from Albert, admittedly, Jordan felt kinda bad that he was turning this guy away. It seemed like he was being genuine and that he really just wanted to help Barbara. Looking down for a second, Jordan peers up at Albert and gives him a small smile.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Tell you what. The second that I find her, I'll let you know.

Hearing that made Albert let out a smile and a sigh of relief.

Albert: *sigh* Thank you. You do live up to your title, Savior Knight Jordan.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* Grandmaster Jean didn't give me that title for laughs after all. Now, get on out of here before you become wolf bait.

That just made Albert chuckle as well as he turned and went back the way that he came and as he did, Jordan let out a long sigh that he managed to finally get rid of Albert for Barbara. Turning around, he jogged his way back over to where Barbara was hiding and found her still there as she smiled upon noticing him.

Barbara: So... is he gone now?

Jordanwolfboy9743: Shooed him away as easy as a fly.

Barbara immediately gained a happy grin from the good news.

Barbara: Whew, thank you! Although... I guess I'm not being very polite towards him...

Jordanwolfboy9743: I mean... The guy was technically stalking you, so...

He scratches his head afterwards.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Why exactly was he so obsessed with you anyways?

Silence from the deaconess followed after the question as she once again turned her head away to hide her embarrassed face.

Barbara: Well... it's a little embarrassing to say, but... d-do you remember when I told you that... that I can sing?

Almost immediately, Jordan's eyes popped open.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Oh, right! Heh, I remember you first singing to me when I got injured from the Ruin Guard fight. Wait... is that the reason why Albert practically worships you?

Barbara: *nods* Yes. My singing has been so well received, the other sisters have started encouraging me to perform across Teyvat. Now, more and more people are showing up to hear me perform.

She then looks away nervously.

Barbara: I'm happy to see such turnouts, don't get me wrong... but... Now, people always stop me on the street when I go shopping, or when I go out for personal matters...

Jordanwolfboy9743: So... you've become like a celebrity to them to the point where they won't leave you alone?

He asked, frowning a bit.

Barbara: *sigh* Yes. I know that all they want is to get my autograph, or ask me how I'm doing, which isn't a bad thing. And... I'm very thankful for all my fans, but... there are simply too many of them. I always do my best to fulfill their requests and not let them down. But... sometimes... I feel that I just don't have the strength to do so.

As all of this came pouring out of Barbara, Jordan sat and listened as he could most certainly relate to what she was going through. In fact, he, Nintega, and Shadow could relate to that. Back home, they tried all they could to appease their audiences to the point where it got both physically and mentally exhausting, so oftentimes, they had to step up and say enough is enough and straight up say "no." That appeared to be what Barbara needed to do, but based on what she said, she's too afraid to let her fans down.

Unfortunately, Jordan felt like he needed to lay down the harsh reality onto her, so he started by taking a hold of her shoulder.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Barbara... I understand that you don't want to let your fans down, but at some point, you've gotta decide for yourself when to step up and say "no" to them. If there's anything that I've learned is that... the hardest choices require the strongest of wills. It's good that you care for them, but at some point, you need to refocus on taking care of yourself and that should never be treated as a bad or selfish thing. Sometimes in life, we just need time for ourselves and that's okay. It's nothing to be ashamed of, but ultimately, it's up to us on when we can do that, and that's what you need to do. Remember, you're human, Barb. You've got your limits and I've got mine too.

Barbara stared at Jordan with astonishment as all of his words just now got processed into her head. She looks down for a moment, but slowly gets a small smile on her face while looking back towards Jordan.

Barbara: Of course. Thank you for reminding me of that, Jordan.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Anytime, Barb. Next time instead of trying to avoid someone intentionally, just be a lot more direct and assertive. I'm sure... most of your fans will understand.

Barbara: Well, the truth is that I came out here to not just find red Wolfhook berries for Tunner's cough medicine, but also to have some quiet time alone... Do you understand that feeling? To sit peacefully and not think about anything... just by yourself. It's simply the feeling of relaxation. It's been far too long since I've had that feeling. Before I knew it, I was out here all day and forgot to return to the city.

Jordan remembers that Albert was the one who picked up all of the red Wolfhook berries for Barbara as he pulls out the same bunch that he got from him earlier.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You mean these red Wolfhook berries?

Seeing Jordan carry so many red Wolfhook berries brought an extreme shock to Barbara.

Barbara: Huh? Yes, those are the ones! And you've found so many, these will be more than enough! But where did you...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well, you know that person you were hiding from earlier? That was Albert. He was apparently trying to give these to you to help with getting healing ingredients for the Church... at least, that's what I wanna believe.

This made Barbara grow a guilty face understanding now that Albert wanted to help her.

Barbara: Oh my... Oh, I've been far too impolite. Albert came all this way just to help me, and I... But if I were to go apologize to him, it would probably only make him feel even worse. *sigh* I guess I'm still just too immature... Let's just head back to the city for now. I'll think of a way to make it up to Albert later.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Are you sure? I mean... no one even knows about this matter...

Barbara then gets a serious expression while putting her fists on her hips.

Barbara: Well, I know, and you also know. And we mustn't forget that Barbatos also knows. We certainly can't say that "no one knows about this matter" don't you think?

While he was intimidated by her sudden assertiveness at first, Jordan soon found himself chuckling and rolling his eyes.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Guess I can't argue with that.

Barbara: Besides, as a deaconess, I could never simply ignore such a matter. I must take the appropriate actions and make things right. I'll see to that matter on my own. Anyway, the berries you have here will be just enough. We should get going.

Jordan nods and steps aside for Barbara with a playful smile.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Right this way then, most magnificent deaconess~

Barbara giggles as they both walk out of Wolvendom together. Luckily, they both didn't need to feel anxious or scared with one watching the other's back. When they were finally out of the ominous forest, Barbara lets out a sigh of relief.

Barbara: Glad we've finally made it out of there. The Wolvendom forest is a nice getaway to be alone for a while, but there's not much sunlight...

Jordanwolfboy9743: *mumbling* Or cute and cuddly things there for that matter.

He sweats a little from the memory of earlier.

Barbara: What was that?

Jordanwolfboy9743: N-Nothing! Still, it can get a little spooky there from time to time.

Barbara: *smiles* A little sunlight always helps keep your spirits up!

Barbara then remembered the whole reason that she came in the first place as she turned to Jordan.

Barbara: Ah yes, now that we're here, I'd like to go to Dawn Winery and check on Tunner's condition. I've told him before that he should take it easy and rest for a while, but he never seems to listen... He even told me not to let Guy know anything about it. I'd like to check on him before going back and deciding which medicine I'll need to make.

She then looks away from Jordan a bit shy.

Barbara: Umm, would it be possible to... you know... ask for your help again, Jordan? If you could go back and report to Sister Victoria while I check on Tunner, that would be a big help!

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well her along with Shadow were the whole reason that I came searching for you in the first place. I don't see why not. *smiles* Consider it done, Barb.

Yet another smile came to Barbara and she rushed up and hugged Jordan tightly.

Barbara: Aww, thank you so much! I truly appreciate it.

Jordan smiles again and embraces her back.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Not a problem at all, Barbara. See you back in town?

They ended the hug before Barbara nodded.

Barbara: Sure! I'll see you then!

She gives him a cute little wave before running off down the road as Jordan watched her.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Heh, she's a good kid. *sigh* Too bad she's gotta deal with an overly incessant audience.

He began walking back while having the same thought process.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hmm... maybe I can help her with that aside from just telling her to be more assertive.

His trek back to town took a few minutes, but Jordan eventually found himself back in the safety of Mondstadt as he takes the stairs all the way up to the cathedral where he finds Sister Victoria standing out in the front. She sees him and walks over to him.

Victoria: Oh, you're back again. If you're looking for Sister Barbara... she's yet to return.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* You can put your fears aside, Vicky. Barbara's safe and sound. She's down at the Dawn Winery, taking care of Tunner.

Victoria: Oh, I see. *relieved sigh* Thank Barbatos that she's alright. But it sounds like she won't be back any time soon... Hmm, perhaps I'll have to pass her responsibilities in the Cathedral to someone else.

Jordan raises a finger after she says that.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hey, if she needs someone to step in for her temporarily, why don't I do it?

His offer was quite a shock to Victoria who placed a hand against her chest.

Victoria: Oh, well that's most kind of you, Savior Knight. I certainly wouldn't want to trouble you...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hey, Barb's got enough on her plate with that whole crazy fanclub that practically deifies her every chance they get. She deserves some kind of reprieve.

Victoria: Hmm... Let me think for a moment...

She said putting a finger to her chin. It took her a quick second, but she had an idea of something Jordan could do in Barbara's favor while she was taking care of her errand.

Victoria: Ah yes, you could help tidy up the Cathedral a bit. People tend to bring dust in as they come into the Cathedral, so the floor is often quite dirty.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Really? It gets that dirty? But it always looks so clean whenever I go and visit.

Victoria: Cleaning and the like have always been Sister Barbara's responsibility... So the moment she's gone, everything starts getting dirty...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wait... she cleans the whole Cathedral... all by herself?! (Damn... and here I thought Jean was the only overworked one around here. Guess that really proves that they're siblings.)

Victoria: *nods* Yes, that's right. She always says that she could handle it herself and that there's no need to ask anyone else to help her. But she does often appear quite exhausted after she's finished with the cleaning. To be honest, I'm most surprised that you're willing to help... Or rather, that Barbara is willing to let you help.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Why's that such a surprise? As a Knight of Favonius, I'm obligated to help not just with protection, right?

Victoria: Hmm, true. And this would help to lighten her burden... Alright, I'll let you handle the cleaning for now, Savior Knight Jordan.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *nods* You can count on me, Vicky. I'll clean this please so well, it'll be totally squeaky!

Victoria just raised an eyebrow at that.

Jordanwolfboy9743: G-Get it? Vicky, squeaky? It's not only a shortened version of squeaky clean, but... i-it also rhymes.

Victoria stares at Jordan with some bafflement and looks away for a second thinking of the corny joke before sighing to herself.

Victoria: Okay... that actually wasn't bad...

Jordan shrugs with a smile before he jogs into the Cathedral, eager to get started on taking care of the cleaning. Since he had the power of Anemo, the cleaning took half of the time it normally would as Jordan got done with in nearly an hour.

Jordanwolfboy9743: (Phew... finally done! Man... the fact that Barbara does all of the cleaning is nuts. Then again, if Jean can run all of Mondstadt by herself, then I suppose the idea of her little sister sprucing up a whole church isn't too unbelievable.)

Wiping the sweat off of his brow, Jordan stepped outside and was surprised to find Barbara standing there, smiling back at him.

Barbara: Sister Victoria told me you already helped tidy up the Cathedral! Thank you so much, Jordan!

She said, giving Jordan another hug.

Jordanwolfboy9743: O-Oh, well, you're welcome, Barb. When did you get back?

She pulled away, still smiling.

Barbara: I just returned a short while ago. I can't thank you enough for how much you've helped me today, both here in the Cathedral and back in Wolvendom!

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* It's really no problem, Barbara. I'm always happy to help a friend.

He let out a sigh as he hunched over slightly.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Although... I wouldn't mind an ice cold drink or two after all the cleaning.

Barbara: Oh my, of course! You must be thirsty after so much work, no? How about I treat you to a drink?

And just as quickly as she got the initial idea, another one came up.

Barbara: Oh, I've just remembered that the Cat's Tail is promoting a special drink recently. Miss Margaret said that the name of the drink is, "Fantastic Summer-Serendipity Coral Sparkling Tea," haha!

Jordanwolfboy9743: (Say that five times fast...)

Barbara: She also mentioned that it's her secret weapon to beating Angel's Share in drink sales. Word is that the drink's pretty good, but there's always a line to get it. We'll probably have to wait if we want some...

Jordanwolfboy9743: That is a small bummer...

Barbara: If you'd rather not stand in line, I could make you a glass of my very own Chilibrew. Which would you like to drink?

Like the ones before, Jordan was left with a choice as he thought about it.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hmm... well, as good as the Fantastic Summer-Sere... whatever it's called sounds like, it's as you said. It may take us a while to get our hands on two pints of it. On the other hand...

He gives her a smile.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Your Chilibrew sounds interesting, so I think I'll go with that.

His choice brought a bright smile to Barbara's cheeks.

Barbara: Coming right up! But I should warn you, the flavor is quite unique, I'm not sure how you'll handle it.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Pfft! I'm sure I'll be okay, Barb... for the most part, at least.

Barbara grinned at him again before bringing a hand to her chin.

Barbara: Alright, let me think... to make this drink, we'll need some fresh Jueyun Chilis and Sweet Flowers. The key to a good batch of Chilibrew is not the quantity of ingredients, but in the quality of ingredients. I know where to gather fresh Jueyun Chilis, but Sweet Flowers might be a bit tricky... Though they're easy to find, high-quality Sweet Flowers are few and far between. Once we've found the ingredients we need, we can meet up just south of the Whispering Woods.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hmm... why don't we stick together for this one? I'll be able to make sure nothing bad happens to you that way.

Barbara: Oh, you really think so? Okay then. With the Savior Knight by my side, I can gather ingredients without a care in the world! Oh, and by the way... Even though I've already requested a half day's leave from Sister Victoria, she always insists that I still give her my itinerary for any trips I take.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wait, really? But, you're the deaconess, so doesn't that make you, like... the boss or something?

Barbara: W-Well... t-technically speaking, yes, but... I-I'd still like to inform her of where I'm going just so she doesn't freak out again. You understand?

Jordanwolfboy9743: Yeah... I guess so. Let's go then, Barb.

The trip to the Whispering Woods took just about as long as the ones to and from Wolvendom as after informing Sister Victoria of their departure, Jordan and Barbara made it in a relatively short amount of time. When they arrived though, Barbara showed Jordan a spot where a lot of Sweet Flowers grow, the only problem that they had to deal with was a bunch of monsters.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *sigh* Of course it couldn't be that easy. You sure there aren't any other spots we can find Sweet Flowers, Barbara?

Barbara: Well, that's the thing: I often pick them here, but... why are there so many monsters around?

Jordan takes out his bow and gets in front of Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well, whatever the reason is, these things aren't seeing the light of tomorrow when I'm through with them.

Barbara giggles before she steps right besides Jordan as well with a fist on her hip and she summons out a catalyst.

Barbara: *giggles* I appreciate your concern, Jordan, but I'm not defenseless, you know. I'm a Vision bearer too. I've fought off Hilichurls and Slimes as much as the Knights of Favonius have.

Jordan gives her a sideways glance before nodding and grinning.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wanna give them a good old Swirl effect, Deaconess Barbara~?

Barbara: It would be my pleasure, Savior Knight Jordan~!

Jordan first shot an arrow at the large Mitachurl to get its attention as it roared in anger before quickly turning around to see Jordan and Barbara. The rest of the monsters started heading towards them, but Barbara shot small, but powerful specks of Hydro magic at each of them that felt like a ton of bee stings on them.

She then summons some water droplets that formed into musical notes around herself and Jordan as this meant that they were in a small field of Hydro magic. Seeing this opportunity, Jordan shoots an Anemo-infused arrow that immediately Swirled with Hydro, causing a large blast of water to splash all of the Hilichurls around the area. Some of the hilichurls disappeared into dust while some others started running for their lives.

Seeing how the area was clear, both Barbara and Jordan put away their weapons as Barbara sighs in relief while Jordan wipes his forehead.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Done and done.

Barbara: Whew... I guess that takes care of them.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Heh, those guys were no match for us.

Barbara: *giggles* You truly are the Savior Knight, the one who bested Stormterror. You barely broke a sweat.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* Thanks, Barb. I appre-

Barbara: Ah! S-Stop right there, looks like you hurt yourself... on your arm there!

She points at Jordan's upper right bicep and he looks to find a small cut with an even smaller trickle of blood coming from it.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Oh, don't worry, Barbara. It's nothing.

He responded, moving it around to show that he was still fine regardless of the injury, but Barbara wasn't buying it as she shook her head.

Barbara: Don't say that! *sigh* Here... hold still for a moment.

She goes over to Jordan and places her hands on his wound. Her Hydro Vision glows as well as her hands as she works to heal him. Meanwhile, he looked all around the woods somewhat impatiently, just hoping that this wouldn't take too long. Another moment passed before Barbara was finished as the cut had disappeared. Even with it gone though, Barbara looked a little dejected.

Barbara: I-I... I'm sorry. It's my fault that you got hurt.

She said, looking down and fully expecting Jordan to berate her.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Smile...

This surprised Barbara as she looked up at Jordan's face again to see him giving her his signature grin as he did, a butterfly lands on the tip of the forelock on his hair, causing Jordan to look at it with a smile while Barbara stared with astonishment. She slowly reaches her hand up to Jordan's hair and brushes it with her finger causing the butterfly to slowly fly upwards and away. They both watch it fly away before Jordan looks back over at Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Your smile... that's all I need.

Sure enough, Jordan's reassurance brought such a smile to Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Now, what do you say we continue looking for those Sweet Flowers, huh?

Barbara: *nods* I agree. Let's have a look for these Sweet Flowers.

Sadly, as sweet as the moment was, it was almost immediately broken when a man came stumbling out of the woods, holding the side of his torso. He wore an outfit that made him look like a hunter, but to Jordan, it looked a little familiar to him... and not in a good way.

???: H-Hello there... Excuse me, but aren't you the Deaconess of the Church of Favonius?

Barbara snaps out of her shock from this man suddenly showing up and speaks.

Barbara: ...Yes, I am... Are you alright?

The man smiles from her confirmation.

???: Praise the Archons! Please, can you heal me? I'm a... I'm a hunter, from Springvale! I was attacked by monsters when I passed through here. I was lucky to have escaped, but please – won't you heal me?

The good side of Barbara instantly urged her to go and heal this man, but when she tried to, Jordan put an arm in front of her, blocking her path and preventing her from taking another step. He now sported a serious glare and it was aimed right at the man.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Springvale's quite a ways away, sir. Just... what exactly is it that you're hunting for out here of all places?

The man was taken aback by his question, but answers nonetheless.

???: Forest boar! I'm hunting forest boar! Hahaha, when you think about it, isn't life just one big forest boar hunt...?

This only served to make Jordan's eyes narrow and his glare harden.

Jordanwolfboy9743: So, you just show up right out of nowhere just as the Deaconess shows up? You honestly, really expect me to believe you and that you're injured?

???: L-Look here, aren't these monster injuries? How could I have done this to myself?

Jordan still wasn't convinced that this guy was being genuine as he now walked right in front of Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Okay then. If you're really from Springvale, then let's pay them a visit and see if you're really who you say you are.

The man let a look of pure shock overcome his features.

???: How can you be so heartless?! How could I make the journey with all these terrible injuries?!

Jordanwolfboy9743: *sarcasm* Oh, sure! Meanwhile, everything, except for conveniently your torso, is untouched! *sincerely* I've seen this trick way too many times already to just blindly believe you!

His accusations led to the man putting on a disappointed frown.

???: Hmph, it's no wonder, looking at you... all you adventurers are all alike, suspicious by nature...

Jordanwolfboy9743: *sarcasm* Oh, gee! I wonder if it's because of robbers and Treasure Hoarders like you always pulling stunts like this that we HAVE to be this cautious! *sincerely* You've got some nerve trying to gaslight me, you know that!?

Not feeling like he was convincing Jordan, the so-called hunter turned to Barbara.

???: Sister Deaconess, you believe me right? Heal me, I beg of you...

He said while putting both of his hands together. Barbara was also a bit skeptical as well as she hums to herself before she ultimately decides to show some kindness to the man.

Barbara: Yes, I will heal you.

Jordan couldn't believe what he just heard as he swiveled his head to stare shockingly back at her.

Jordanwolfboy9743: What?! Barbara, you can't! That's what he wants you to do, don't you see?! It's a way of getting you to lower your guard so he can either steal from you, kidnap you, or straight up kill you!

???: H-Hey!

Jordanwolfboy9743: Shut your mouth, Puss in Boots!

He screamed back at him before sighing and facing Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Barbara, let's just go back to Mondstadt. We'll try out that drink that the Cat's Tail has.

He takes her arm and tries leading her away before Barbara gently ripped it from his grasp, shocking him.

Barbara: Jordan, don't be so insensitive. He asked for our help, didn't he? There's also only two of us here. Even if there is a chance that this is sketchy, I can't leave behind someone hurt.

Barbara then turns around to walk up to the strange man and Jordan had an arrow behind his back ready in case he decided to try something. So far, nothing was happening as Barbara stood up with concern.

Barbara: Oh... His wounds look difficult to heal. I'll need some herbs...

She then turns back to Jordan.

Barbara: Jordan, can you please watch him for me?

Jordanwolfboy9743: B-But, but Barb-!

Barbara: Please?!

She asked again, putting on a sad face to try and convince Jordan. After a few seconds of silent staring, the Savior Knight saved in with a sigh, shaking his head.

Jordanwolfboy9743: ...Fine. Be quick though. I don't exactly trust this guy if you couldn't tell.

This made Barbara get a smile on her face all over again as she nodded.

Barbara: Okay, I'm going to look for some Small Lamp Grass in the area. Please stay with him, and make sure no monsters get to him.

She sprints off further into the woods, leaving both Jordan and the man behind as the former rubs his head with yet another sigh.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You're SEVERELY lucky that Barbara's willing to do this for you, pal. If it was just me, you'd be limping out of here with your tail between your legs.

???: *groans* What is it gonna take for you to see that I really AM injured and need help?!

Jordanwolfboy9743: Injured or not, it doesn't matter! I know what you really are, so pardon me for thinking that you don't seem trustworthy at the moment!

???: You... *sigh* Fine. Believe what you will. Heartless adventurer...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hey, excuse me for being cautious when Mondstadt's constantly being attacked by the Abyss Order or the Fatui. Look, just sit there and don't say a damn thing to me, okay?

???: Hmph! Just as long as you do the same.

They look away with each other with hardened frowns on their faces and with crossed arms before waiting for Barbara to come back with the herbs she needed. A couple more minutes passed before she came running back with a few stems of Lamp Grass.

???: Sister Deaconess... you're back!

Said deaconess smiles as she walks up to the man.

Barbara: This should do the trick, hold on a moment...

She warned him before she began the healing process while Jordan glared at the man still.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Keep your arms where I can see them, buddy.

The man glared back at him.

???: You adventurers... really are jumpy these days.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I refer you to my earlier statement for the reason behind that!

Barbara then leans over a bit to whisper to Jordan.

Barbara: *whisper* Stop sounding so serious, I know what you're thinking. Don't think that I haven't heard about the criminal methods of the Treasure Hoarders around Mondstadt.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *whisper* Well, if I weren't around, what would you have done?

Barbara: *whisper* Usually, if I come across a person like this, I'd simply ask them to seek help from somebody at the Church. But this fellow is in serious condition, he needs urgent healing...

Jordanwolfboy9743: *whisper* But he's a Treasure Hoarder, Barbara! For all we know, he'll pull some trick and steal your Vision right out from under you!

Barbara: *whisper* You don't need to worry. After all, I've got the Savior Knight at my side to protect me, right?

Jordanwolfboy9743: *whisper* I- !

He raises a finger to counter, but slowly puts it down after realizing that she had a point.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *whisper* That... is a good point.

A few seconds of healing later and the man had fully recovered.

Barbara: Alright, that should do it. But just to be safe, you should probably pay a visit to the Church.

She suggested, but the man chuckled while waving a dismissive hand.

???: No need. I should be able to recover myself.

He then got a look of nervousness as he rubbed the back of his head.

???: Uh... S-Sister Deaconess... Why... weren't you suspicious of me? Like the Savior Knight here?

He said that last part while giving Jordan another glare as he gave one right back.

???: Surely you've heard about the Treasure Hoarders and their methods...

He sheepishly chuckles.

???: Feigning injury by the roadside, begging for healing to get close to travelers, then striking at the opportune moment... Y'know, stuff like that... And... that's just one of their methods. Weren't you... worried that I might've been looking to harm you?

Barbara: Um... It crossed my mind.

???: And yet... Why did you still help me?

Barbara: The fact was, you needed healing, right? And you hadn't done anything wrong. You just asked me for help. Whatever your true identity, in my eyes, you were merely a person in need of healing.

Both Jordan and the strange hunter looked at Barbara with astonishment of how she was willing to show kindness even with her skepticism similar to Jordan. In fact, the hunter was so astonished that he smiled warmly and puts a hand to his chest.

???: Sister Deaconess... The truth is... I am a Treasure Hoarder. My plan was to feign injury in order to take advantage of the situation...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Called it...

Barbara: Jordan... Let him finish...

???: But I ran into a group of monsters - I barely made it out. Then I realized I actually had to seek help from someone, anyone... But travelers all kept their distance, none of them believed me, until you showed up.

Hearing this now, while Jordan didn't approve of this man being a Treasure Hoarder, he gains a small look of sympathy that perhaps he may have been too harsh on the Treasure Hoarder himself as his example made plenty of sense.

???: I-I can't thank you enough for healing me. I feel strong enough to carry on now... I won't trouble you anymore...

Barbara: Oh... Well, the best thing would be for you to come back to Mondstadt with us. The Church can help with your treatment, you're not fully healed yet...

???: Please! I've taken up enough of your time.

A thought then came to him and he reached around and took out some Sweet Flowers from his back pocket, presenting them to Barbara.

???: Oh, these are for you. I'm afraid I have nothing of value to give, but... I picked these Sweet Flowers nearby. Take them, as thanks for healing me. I will remember your kindness. In the future, if you have any trouble with... Treasure Hoarders... just mention my name, Uwe.

Both Barbara and Jordan nod from this.

Uwe: I guarantee, they won't dare touch the hem of your jacket! As for you Savior Knight, I'd recommend keeping him on a short leash next time... he clearly has terrible judgment when it comes to helping those who actually need it.

His observation made Jordan frown and look away sadly.

Uwe: I must go. Farewell!

He waves the both of them goodbye and heads into the Whispering Woods, disappearing behind a tree as Barbara waved him goodbye as well.

Barbara: *giggles* What a strange character... but I hope his wounds will be okay. At least we got a hold of some Sweet Flowers! We were running out of time for me to whip you up some Chilibrew.

She turns towards Jordan and is surprised to see him looking down with the same saddened frown from earlier.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Barb... was... was he right about what he said? Was my judgment... really that terrible?

Barbara: What do you mean? Did... this happen before?

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well... sort of. A couple of weeks ago, my pal Nintega and I went on a mission with the Reconnaissance Captain and apparently while her and Nintega are pretty much best friends... maybe sooner or later... we're always butting heads some of the time. Is it... Is it always my fault in some way? That... That I'm to blame for her and I not getting along? And just like now... was I just being an idiot? Am I just... just a nuisance?

Barbara grew a sympathetic look seeing Jordan doubt himself again like he did in the Cathedral with her during the Stormterror incident. Barbara then suddenly grabs both of Jordan's hands making the Savior Knight make eye contact with her.

Barbara: Don't ever say that about yourself! I don't see anything wrong with wanting to be yourself. Even after having so many people adore me in Mondstadt, it never changed who I was or what I wanted to do. So please don't let conflicts like these wear you down too. It makes your friends such as myself worry about you a lot.

The Savior Knight looks down at her hands softly clasping his own until a single teardrop falls onto them, surprising Barbara for a second.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I... I know. It's just... I try so hard to be myself and sometimes... the world just spits in my face for it. Like... it punishes me for... being me. Because of that, it's... it's hard to keep up my jokey facade.

Barbara: What the world says? What about what Lord Barbatos would say?

Even though Jordan already knew that Barbara was referring to Venti, it still felt like a weird question to him considering that he knows and she doesn't.

Jordanwolfboy9743: ...What?

Barbara: I'm not a deaconess for nothing, you know. I pray to Lord Barbatos everyday hoping that you, myself, the people of Mondstadt, and even the entire nation of Mondstadt get what he wished for. A land of freedom. You deserve that just as much as anyone else does, Jordan. If some people judge you for who you are, then that is completely their loss... but I certainly wouldn't want you to change one bit and I believe that Lord Barbatos would want that for you as well.

She then wraps her arms around him and hugs him close, resting her head against his chest.

Barbara: I know it can be hard to be yourself sometimes, Jordan, but you just need to try and keep your head held high despite those things telling you otherwise. You don't see myself, Nintega, Shadow, Lumine, big si- u-uh Grand Master Jean, or anyone else telling you that you can't be yourself, right? You're not a nuisance, Jordan. We care so much about you. I care so much about you. Please... don't ever forget that.

Jordan looked down at Barbara and even after a small awkward silence, she still wouldn't part her arms from Jordan as he just continued to be astonished by how kind Barbara is to not just her friends, but even people she barely knew as well. Jordan then soon found himself gaining a smile with a small embarrassed blush as he wrapped his arms around Barbara as well and hugged her close.

Jordanwolfboy9743: ...Thanks, Barbara. And... And I'm sorry you have to see me like this.

Barbara: Don't apologize. I'm a deaconess, I don't just heal people physically, I heal them emotionally and mentally too.

Jordan rests his head on top of hers as they quietly embrace one another, feeling their warmth giving comfort. As nice as it was, they had to break it off as Barbara was the one to do so.

Barbara: Feeling better now?

She asked, earning a nod and a small smile from Jordan.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Yeah, I am. So... why don't we head back and you can make us some of your Chilibrew?

Barbara: *giggles* I thought you'd never ask! We've got everything that we need and just in time too. It's getting pretty late, so we should head back to Mondstadt before we get more people worried after you've done so much after worrying about me... Hehe, and I suppose the other way around as well.

Jordan chuckles as well as they both began to depart back to the city, so that Barbara can make Jordan her special Chilibrew for him to taste.

When they arrived back at the gates, a thought crossed Jordan's mind as he turned to Barbara with some curiosity.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hey, Barb. I know you said that you were lucky to have me around to protect you back there in case that Treasure Hoarder did try something... but what if you were alone? What would you do?

Barbara: If I was alone... Mm...

She thinks for a second before coming up with a reasonable response.

Barbara: Well, for a Vision bearer, I'm more adept at healing. If there were too many enemies, I guess I would've been defeated after a while... However, because I would've been alone... I wouldn't have risked an ambush by stopping to heal him myself. I would've just left some herbs with him instead. I'm good at remembering self-defense tactics like that. After all, as Sister Victoria says... don't go around healing people in the wild...

She then gained a small little mischievous smile on her face.

Barbara: Then again... What's the point of having a Vision if I can't stretch the rules once in a while? Hehe...

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* I get what you mean. Still, I... guess I probably did get a little overprotective of you back there. You're a good friend to me, Barb, and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to you... plus, I'm pretty sure Jean would literally kill me if that were to happen.

Barbara: *giggles* That's sweet of you to say. Don't worry though, big si- I-I mean our Acting Grand Master knows that I can take care of myself just as much as I do for her and others.

Something else came to Jordan's mind after listening to Barbara.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Barb... why do you always seem to be so embarrassed when it comes to calling Jean your big sister? Is it that you're trying to be respectful because of her title or is there another reason for it?

The deaconess most certainly didn't see that question coming as her eyes widened before they looked down, her index fingers pushing together as she did.

Barbara: O-Oh... w-well... t-the truth is... I-I...

Jordan waited intently for her to answer, but unfortunately, something else had to happen that totally ruined the chance as three adults came rushing out through Mondstadt's front gate, aiming enthusiastic grins at Barbara as they ran up to her. The first was a young man with hair similar to Albert's.

Schulz: Barbara-sama, I never expected I would have a chance to meet you here today! Are you here attending to matters of the Church?

One of them asked as Barbara struggled to find an answer.

Barbara: Ah, I-I guess you could say that...

The second adult with a scraggly beard stepped up next.

Herman: Barbara-sama, may I get your autograph? I- my daughter Ellin is a big fan of yours...

He nervously corrected.

Barbara: Oh, is that so? *sheepishly chuckles* A-Alright, just one moment...

She tried backing away from the suddenly formed crowd before the third and final adult stepped up, this time being a young woman.

Susie: Oh gosh... Barbara-sama, I love your style! Please tell me how I can be more like you!

Barbara was a little surprised to hear that kind of question.

Barbara: O-Oh, really? Well, I-I am still learning and growing myself... I-I guess all I can say is... Do your best every day!

All three of the enthusiastic fans then started chanting and cheering for Barbara over and over again as it was getting pretty overwhelming for her. This didn't go unnoticed by Jordan at all as he knew that with this coming out of nowhere, he had to intervene somehow. He remembered what each of them said and thought of what he could say to make them leave Barbara alone.

When such things did come to mind, he race walked in front of Barbara and held his arms up to calm the crowd of people.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Okay, okay! Everybody, chill!

It was then that when he made himself seen, people turned their attention to Jordan and they were indeed surprised to see him too, especially with Barbara.

Susie: Wait, you're the Savior Knight, Jordan.

Jordanwolfboy9743: That's right. I know you're all indeed excited to see Barbara walking around the plaza, but I hate to break it to you all that she's actually with me on some official business. Just because she's out of the Church, doesn't always mean that she's on leave.

The three fans all looked at each other and this made a lot of sense to them as they each had mixed looks of both guilt and embarrassment for accidentally bothering Barbara when she's busy.

Schulz: Uh... Of course! Barbara-sama is working after all...

Herman: Well then, uh, we'll leave her to it. Actually, Ellin did look busy with her training, some other time perhaps...

And just like that, Jordan's persuasion skills made the small crowd around Barbara disperse as they all kept their distance from Barbara. She saw this with some shock.

Barbara: Huh? Where did everybody...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Don't worry. They shouldn't bother you for the rest of the night. I just convinced them that you and I were on official business since I'm technically a Knight of Favonius.

Barbara did look a little disappointed that her fans were gone, but at the same time, she wasn't being bombarded by constant demands or autographs, so she put on a grateful smile.

Barbara: Whew... I shouldn't be saying this but... thanks for intervening. I understand everybody's enthusiasm, but the longer I stay here the more people will gather. It's always been that way. I just don't know how to turn them away. In the end, the Knights of Favonius always have to come and restore order. *sigh* If only I had your way with words...

She continued to give Jordan a grateful smile, but she almost forgot the whole reason that they came back to Mondstadt for as it made Barbara gasp.

Barbara: *gasps* I almost forgot! The Chilibrew! It shouldn't take long to make... Why don't you wait for me in the garden next to the Adventurer's Guild?

Jordanwolfboy9743: Of course. I'll meetcha there, Barb.

He gives her a quick wave before running off to the desired location.

After a little while, Jordan is seen sitting on a bench looking up at the sky as its orange hue was getting ready to disappear and transform sunset to night. His patient wait was not wasted at all as he looks to the side to see Barbara walking up to him with two drinks in her hands. The beverage looked very sweet, but also... spicy.

Barbara: Sorry for the delay, the Chilibrew's ready! Why don't we drink these here?

Jordanwolfboy9743: *chuckles* You did suggest that I come here, so I assumed that that's what you were going for.

Barbara: *giggles* I suppose that's a fair assumption. Here, this one is for you.

She then hands Jordan his drink as he looks down at it with some curiosity, but also some anxiety as he didn't know how Chilibrew tasted, but the texture didn't exactly help its case.

Barbara: Let me know what you think!

Seeing how he can't deny this especially since he was actually interested to try it, Jordan shrugged his shoulders and took a sip of Barbara's Chilibrew to see what the deaconess' beverage would taste like.

A second passed and at first, he could only taste the sweetness from the Sweet Flowers... but that was pretty quick to change as he was then hit with a ton of spice, enough to burn his tongue. His face turned red and he looked away before puffing out a stream of fire very cartoonishly. When it stopped, he coughed a few times while panting, using his hand to fan his tongue.

Jordanwolfboy9743: M-Man, Barb! I-It's good, but... boy, is it hot!!

Although, the only criticism was that it was hot, Barbara was definitely happy that Jordan liked it.

Barbara: Really? Is the flavor okay for you? I was worried you might not like it.

Jordanwolfboy9743: The flavor's spectacular. I-I just didn't expect it to be that spicy. Then again, considering that you drink this often, your spice tolerance is probably a lot better than mine. Speaking of which, what made you like drinking Chilibrew so much?

Barbara: Well... I like Chilibrew because... actually, it's a little embarrassing...

She said while looking away, a bit shy.

Barbara: At first, I drank Chilibrew just to keep me awake... When I first began singing practice, I had to get up early every day. After practice, I would go to work at the Church to take care of official matters. But because I was getting up so early... my singing wasn't getting any better. Sometimes I'd be half asleep, singing the wrong lyrics, it was a disaster...

Jordanwolfboy9743: So... does the Chilibrew help you with that in a way?

Barbara: Pretty much, yeah. I went to people for advice on how to stay awake. They had all kinds of methods: running, chewing mint... one adventurer even told me that they'd fight slimes to stave off sleep...

Jordanwolfboy9743: Huh. That sounds like something Nintega would do.

Barbara: *smiles* Probably. Anyways, none of those ideas worked for me, they were too time-consuming. By the time I started to feel awake, there was hardly any time left for practice. *giggles* That was until I started chewing Jueyun Chilis...

That particular kind of food somehow being able to help Barbara out with singing of all things seemed pretty far-fetched to Jordan as he couldn't help but scratch his head.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You... used a spice... to help with your singing? And that somehow didn't have any ill effects on your voice?

Barbara: *giggles* That's what Sara said... She told me not to chew them, but to use the Jueyun Chilis to make some kind of drink, something milder in flavor... Using Sweet Flowers to temper the flavor was also her idea. That's when I started using this new and improved Chilibrew method. After a while... I actually started to enjoy the flavor. Whenever I drank it, the spiciness would always push me to work harder...

Jordan sat, wide eyed and astonished by how Barbara could have possibly used spicy food as a means of helping her sing.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Wow... that's quite the story, Barb. Heh, I guess you can say that this brand of Chilibrew is the end result of your hard work and determination.

Barbara nervously looks away again, touched by Jordan's observation and compliment.

Barbara: I don't know what to say... My determination is nothing compared to yours, Jordan. After beating Dvalin, facing countless monsters, and saving all of Mondstadt, I'd say my determination looks like an ant when put next to yours. Oh, the things you've faced, and those yet to come... are more difficult than a few bad songs.

She said, looking a little disappointed in herself until Jordan reached over and rubbed her back.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hey, you seem to be forgetting that I didn't do all of that alone. I had Nintega, Shadow, Lumine, and even Paimon there to support me the whole time. It was a team effort, so I wouldn't say that my determination is vastly superior or anything.

Barbara: *smiles* You know... your friends are lucky to have someone as kind and optimistic as you by their side. Even if I can't assist you in other ways, when it comes to healing, you can count on me. No matter the wound, I will help you recover.

Her enthusiastic mood quickly shifted to nervousness all of a sudden.

Barbara: Uh – have I said too much? Sorry, I'm not used to taking a break, I keep boring you to death...

She admitted, but Jordan shook his head anyways.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You're not boring me at all, Barbara. I enjoyed talking to you back when I got injured and I still like talking to you now, so you don't have to worry about that at all.

Barbara then breathes a sigh of relief from Jordan's reassurement.

Barbara: It's not often I get so much freedom. Let's just... take our time and drink our drinks. Tomorrow, it's back to chasing our dreams with hard work.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Yeah...

He replied, smiling up at the sky before holding his beverage over to Barbara for a toast.

Jordanwolfboy9743: To freedom, for all of Teyvat, not just Mondstadt.

She stared for a second before smiling again, holding her drink up as well.

Barbara: To freedom. Lord Barbatos' wish.

They both then clinked their drinks together before proceeding to enjoy both the beverages and each other's company for the rest of the evening.

When it was about time to end the day, Jordan entered the Knights of Favonius headquarters, but he didn't feel as tired as he normally was. Perhaps it was the Chilibrew that Barbara made, he then looked over to the side to see that the library was still open and it has certainly been awhile since Jordan's seen Lisa as he decides to walk inside. Opening the door, he peered in, expecting to find the beautiful librarian anywhere.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Lis, you here? You mind if I check out a book before you close up?

He called, but received no response. Humming to himself, he goes in and checks all around. Even with how relatively small the library was, Jordan still couldn't find any trace of Lisa. He headed over to her desk and sat down at it.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Hmm... she's probably busy with important matters.

Looking all around, his eyes scanned the lined up collections of books.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I... suppose a little bit of reading before turning in wouldn't kill anybody.

Standing up, he goes over to a nearby bookshelf and runs his finger along the different spines of the books, trying to find any that caught his interest. Liyue Lawbook? Nah, he already read that one. Fishing instructions? Eh, he didn't have a fishing rod, so that was kind of a dud. He searched a little more before one particular title made his finger stop moving. When he got a better look, his eyes widened and he took the book off the shelf, giving the title a quick read.

Jordanwolfboy9743: "How... to please your partner... *whisper* IN BED?!?!"

He whisper yelled in shock as his face now burned bright red. Hugging it close to his chest, he gave the area a few quick glances to make sure no one was listening or standing nearby anywhere. Sighing in relief, he sits back down at Lisa's desk and starts reading the book that had now most definitely caught his attention.

However, it had seemed that luck was not on his side at that moment as he heard something that made his heart fall into the pit of his stomach and his pupils to shrink to peas, that being the jiggling of the door to the library. Now in a blind panic, Jordan darted his head all around, trying to find a place to hide the rather naughty book he had. Doing what he thought was clever, he opened one of the drawers to Lisa's desk and threw it in, slamming it shut right before the door to the library opened. In his haste, Jordan sat back down, trying to make himself look presentable as the person behind the door walked in. His voice caught in his throat upon seeing that the one who entered was none other than the owner of the library and one of his new girlfriends, Lisa Minci.

She had a bunch of scrolls under one arm as she entered while looking a little tired, no doubt from a hard day of working. She closed the door behind her and was quick to take note of Jordan sitting at her desk, trying his best to hide his heavily blushing and sweaty face from her. She blinked a few times, surprised by his presence before her signature sultry smirk overcame her lips as she sauntered over to him.

Lisa: Why, hello, my lovely helper~ What brings you here?

She asked, now reaching him at the desk. Jordan calmed his nerves as best as he could and faced his taller girlfriend, clearing his throat.

Jordanwolfboy9743: O-Oh, hey Lisa! J-Just thought I'd... do some reading before I went to bed, you know! S-Sorry if I'm technically trespassing right now.

The busty librarian simply smiled with a giggle before setting the scrolls down on the desk.

Lisa: Jordy, we talked about this. You're my assistant, so you have free access to the library whenever you need it just as long as you remember to lock up after you're done.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-I know. Just... being courteous. You know me.

He got another giggle out of her as she approached him, grabbed him by the hand, and gently pulled him onto his feet before planting a kiss on his lips and surprising him. He didn't object though as he reciprocated her affection with his own for a few seconds until she broke it off.

Lisa: You've always been such a considerate gentleman. I'm so lucky to have you as both my boyfriend and my assistant~

A lovestruck expression makes its way to Jordan's features and he couldn't help but chuckle like a doofus.

Jordanwolfboy9743: You say I'm the lucky one... when I've got a smart and intelligent hottie like you as both a girlfriend and a teacher.

Lisa: *giggles* Such a charmer you are~

Jordanwolfboy9743: Well, I'm not just good with jokes, Lis. I know how to properly treat a woman too~

They share another kiss before Jordan takes a look at the time.

Jordanwolfboy9743: *sigh* It's getting kinda late. I should be heading back. I'll be here first thing in the morning, Lisa. You can count on that.

He promised which got Lisa grinning again.

Lisa: I know I can. Have a restful slumber, my love~

Jordanwolfboy9743: And you as well, my beautiful Witch of Purple Rose~

They wave one final time to each other as Jordan exits the library while Lisa went to her desk and sat down. She got one of the scrolls and tried reaching for one of her writing quills only to find none lying around. She decided to look through the desk for one until she got to the drawer that Jordan had stuffed the book he had into earlier. She opened it and was surprised to find it there before taking it out and looking at it.

Lisa: That's... strange. I don't remember putting this in here.

She got a look at the title and the second that she read what it was, she let out a gasp and her cheeks turned pink. Her eyes darted up at the door that Jordan took a second ago before going back down to the book in her hands. Right then and there, she knew all too well what was going on with Jordan's behavior earlier as a devious smirk curled up onto her lips.

Moments later, Jordan was back in his room, getting ready for bed as he had donned his nightwear. He exits the bathroom and plops down onto his bed, throwing the covers over himself before settling into his pillows with a relieved sigh.

Jordanwolfboy9743: What... a... day.

He mumbled as his eyes started growing heavier from the ensuing slumber. They drifted shut, but just before Jordan could properly begin his sleep, a knock at his door stirred him back into alertness, causing him to sit up in bed in puzzlement.

Jordanwolfboy9743: W-Wha? *sigh* I swear, if it's Paimon asking for a midnight snack, I'm gonna put her in a glass jar and keep her as a souvenir.

With a grumble in his voice, Jordan got out of bed and headed over to his door before turning the knob and opening it. Who he found on the other side had him truly surprised and even more awake than he was a second ago. Lisa stood on the other side, looking down at him with her sultry smirk and crossed arms.

Lisa: Sorry to bother you, Jordan darling, but... do you mind if I come in for a moment?

Blinking in confusion, Jordan opened the door wider to let her in.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I... I guess so.

She enters as he closed the door behind her.

Jordanwolfboy9743: So... what can I do for you, Lis?

He questioned, not sure as to what was going on. Another of her giggles escapes her as she turned to face him, placing one of her hands on her hips and maintaining her smirk.

Lisa: Oh... I just wanted to ask you... how did this get into my desk's drawer~?

She asked while taking something out from behind her. Right at that moment, all the blood in Jordan's body froze as did his body when he got a good look at the same book titled "How to please your partner in bed." His head began to pour with sweat and his face burned with utter embarrassment.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-I... I-I don't know how that got there! H-Honest!

Lisa, no doubt, saw straight through that terrible lie as her smirk widened even more.

Lisa: Are you sure you don't know, darling~? That sounds an awful lot like a lie to me~

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-It's not, I swear! I-I really don't know how that got there! I-I... I...

He went silent, nearly caving under Lisa's gaze. His nerves were all over the place and his body now had a noticeable tremble to it. Realizing that he was being more than unconvincing, Jordan let out a deep, defeated sigh, slumping while looking down.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Okay... I'll admit. I... I did put that there. In fact, I... was reading that before you came into the library.

His taller librarian girlfriend walks closer to him.

Lisa: Dear... why would you lie to me about this?

Her question made another sigh leave Jordan as he still remained having a staring contest with the floor.

Jordanwolfboy9743: B-Because... I... I thought you'd be mad if you knew what I was reading.

Lisa: Why did you think I'd be mad?

Her boyfriend rubs one of his arms, anxiously.

Jordanwolfboy9743: W-Well... I... I didn't know if... if you'd be offended by that. *sigh* Look, can... can I admit something else to you, Lisa?

She gives him a silent nod, allowing him to continue.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Okay... here it is. Lisa... don't get me wrong, I love you for you. You're gifted, resourceful, and way smarter than I'll ever be. A-And...

His blush triples in size.

Jordanwolfboy9743: A-And... And you're also undeniably sexy beyond belief! W-When we work together in the library, I... I sometimes sneak a peek at your butt whenever you accidentally drop a book or if you're using one of the ladders to get to one of the higher shelves on the bookcases. A-And whenever you hug me, I... I sometimes try to move my head as close to your chest as I can! *sigh* I-I'm so sorry, but it's true! You're beyond attractive, Lisa, a-and a part of me wishes that... that I can take our relationship further than what we have now, but... I never wanted to put that kind of pressure on you, so I kept it to myself!

He brings a hand to his face, trying to stave off the oncoming tears he could already feel forming in his eyes.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I'm sorry, Lisa. Really, I am...

The room was silent as he let a few tears roll down his face. The whole time, Jordan waited for something... anything to come out of Lisa, but nothing did for what felt like several agonizing minutes. Finally, Jordan heard the sound of Lisa's high heeled steps come closer to him. They were slow and deliberate, but Jordan was certain that Lisa was preparing a bolt of lightning that would surely send him into the afterlife. Despite what he thought, he heard no such sounds of Electro magic being used. It was such a shock, no pun intended, that Jordan pulled his hand away in time just as Lisa took it into hers.

Blinking, he looked up to find her... smiling warmly?

Lisa: Do you... mind coming with me for a moment?

Her out of nowhere question left Jordan perplexed and stumped, but his head managed to make itself nod as Lisa began pulling Jordan along by the hand out of the room. Taking him downstairs, she leads him through the library entrance, down the steps to the bottom floor, and towards the back area of the library where she stops in front of one of the bookcases. Reaching up, she grabs one of the books and pulls on it as an audible clicking sound could be heard. Suddenly, like in all the classic movie or tv show scenarios, the bookcase began to slide on its own to the left, revealing a secret room behind it before coming to a stop. Jordan hadn't seen this room before as he stared with astonishment, but only for a few seconds as Lisa took his hand again and led him inside. The bookcase slid back into place behind them as Jordan got a good look at the new location. It was a smaller room lined with, you guessed it, more bookshelves with lines of books.

Jordanwolfboy9743: W-What... What is this place?

He asked, perplexed by the new area.

Lisa: This... is the restricted section.

She said, smiling proudly and giggling upon seeing Jordan's jaw hit the floor.

Jordanwolfboy9743: T-This is the restricted section?! H-How come I've never seen it before?!

He turned to look at her as she smiled down at him.

Lisa: Well, I wasn't quite sure if I could trust you with seeing it considering it's called the restricted section for a reason. But, now that you and I are lovers... *smiles* I feel like I can finally show you.

Jordanwolfboy9743: O-Okay... but... why show me this now?

His question was met with Lisa's sultry smile returning... although, it looked like it was just a tad bit more sultry than usual.

Lisa: Well... I want this to be the place for our first time spending the night together, of course~

A blank, mile long stare was the only thing Jordan could muster as his brain tried to comprehend what she just said.

Jordanwolfboy9743: ...H-Huh?

Lisa: *giggles* Jordan, can I admit to something as well?

Not sure where this was going, Jordan nodded silently once again.

Lisa: The truth is... I already knew that you felt that way about me.

As if hit by Cryo magic, Jordan had once again froze up.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Y-You... You did?

Lisa: *nods* I did. I mean... it's been pretty obvious to me ever since the day we first met. I'm not as gullible as I look, you know.

Right as she admitted that, Jordan felt as though his whole world came crashing down all around him and his heart went into his stomach again. Now wracked with extreme guilt, Jordan peered down at the floor with a saddened look.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-I... I didn't think you knew. *sigh* I'm so stupid for thinking that-

A finger is suddenly pressed against his lips, silencing him before he looks up at Lisa again to find her not with a frown, but with a small smile.

Lisa: And yet, despite all those indecent thoughts you've had about me, you've always treated me with the utmost respect and care. To say that you're a true gentleman would be the biggest understatement I've heard all year. I meant what I said to you earlier, Jordan darling. I truly am blessed to have you as my kind, respectful, and hardworking assistant.

She moved her finger away from his mouth and cupped both of his cheeks to get him to stare into her eyes, ones that now held deep love for him... along with a hint of what seemed to be... lust. Jordan's observation would prove to be correct as Lisa donned her look of seduction again, except this time, even more sultry looking than all of the ones she's given before combined.

Lisa: Because of this and with me now knowing how you really feel... I believe that now is the time for me to reward you once again, and I don't mean with a kiss, but much... much more than that~

Even Jordan wasn't oblivious to not connect the dots from the book all the way up to this point as his face suddenly turned tomato red.

Jordanwolfboy9743: W-Wait, really? Y-You're fine with this?

Lisa giggles before she takes her hat off and tosses down over to the side.

Lisa: If you're okay with it then I don't see any reason to object any further~ Go ahead~

She says before leaning in to whisper into his ears and just the feeling of Lisa's breath next to his ear was enough to give Jordan goosebumps.

Lisa: *whisper* Need some help with this, my dear~?

She whispered, playing with the hem of Jordan's shirt. Gulping, he nods to her question.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-If... If you so please, Lis~

Grinning even wider, Lisa helped Jordan slowly take his shirt off, showing his bare chest to her and causing her to lick her lips.

Lisa: Lovely~ Now... do be a dear and get this for me~?

She asked, turning around and showing her back to him. Jordan looks to find a small zipper near the nape of Lisa's outfit. He takes it and pulls it down, showing more of Lisa's long smooth back the further down he went.

Jordanwolfboy9743: H-How... exactly are you able to get this on every day?

Lisa: *giggles* I'll tell you later. Right now, just focus on me~

She slips off her high heeled shoes and then knelt down to fiddle with both the belt buckle and button to Jordan's pants. Just as easily as his shirt, she got the pants off as well before he helped to remove her clingy outfit. After another minute of slow stripping, Jordan and Lisa were now left in their undergarments. He was left with simple boxer briefs and socks while she had on a very sexy looking lingerie set, one that really suited her.

Lisa: So... what do you think~? Am I everything you dreamed of~?

She asked, doing a few poses to show off. No tangible words were able to so much as leave Jordan's vocal chords as his breath picked up in pace and his blush more than quadrupled in both temperature and size. What came out instead was what could be best summed up as scatterbrained gibberish, ranging from whimpers to a few coughs. Seeing just how truly speechless he was, Lisa let another giggle escape her as she went up to him and took his cheek with her hand.

Lisa: I'll take that as your way of saying you love it. Now... lay down for me, handsome~

Yet again, Jordan's body acted on its own and laid down on the floor in compliance with Lisa. When he did, Lisa knelt down to his level, straddled his lap, and gently sat down, gazing lustfully into Jordan's eyes while her hands teased and rubbed his chest.

Lisa: Are you prepared for what may be the most memorable night of your life, my dearest helper~?

Somehow, Jordan had found the ability to make words again and he made his nerves go down as much as he could feasibly manage.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Y-Yes... my sexy witch~

His response got one more sultry grin from Lisa before she grabbed his face and brought hers and his lips together in a kiss that quickly turned into a makeout. Their tongues began to wrestle and exchange saliva before Jordan was hastily pushed down by his librarian lover as she dove down with him as the camera remained in its position, not showing what else was happening. The sounds of kissing, panting, and even some slight moaning could be heard as the shadows of Jordan and Lisa projected onto the nearby wall with them still locked in their furious makeout. The camera shows it for another couple of seconds before fading to black.

The next morning, the sun shone through the windows to the library as it was quiet from there being a lack of people. That is until the sound of the moving bookcase from the back could be heard and after that, Jordan and Lisa walked into view with the two of them either adjusting or putting back on various articles of clothing. When they got done, Lisa let out a long satisfied sigh and her body shuddered.

Lisa: I must say, you performed efficiently and for longer than I had thought.

As usual, this got Jordan's cheeks to turn red as he rubbed the back of his head.

Jordanwolfboy9743: W-Well, you know me. I aim to please.

Lisa: Well, considering the fact that we went at it well into the night, I can safely say that... I'm more than pleased~

She goes over and lifts Jordan's head up to deliver a passionate kiss to his lips to which he happily kissed her back. When they broke off, the sound of someone clearing their throat came from nearby as Jordan and Lisa peered their heads in its direction. Jordan's eyes shrunk again in fear upon seeing both Nintega and Shadow as the former had his arms crossed with a smug smirk while the latter leaned up against a table, grinning deviously as well.

TheNintegaGuy: Any chance you care to tell us why you weren't in your dormitory last night, pal~?

Jordan's shrunken eyes could only dart from left to right rapidly as he was left utterly speechless.

Jordanwolfboy9743: I-I... W-We uhh...

Shadowlight2784: On second thought, do we even need an answer from him, Nintega? I think it's pretty obvious what he was doing last night.

His smirk widened as he looked back at Jordan.

Shadowlight2784: Or rather... who he was doing~

Jordanwolfboy9743: H-How did you guys even figure out that I was here?!

Shadowlight2784: Well, we were initially going to check to see if Amber knew anything, but Nintega wanted to rent out some books for his astrolo-

TheNintegaGuy: W-We don't need ALL of the details, Shadow! Look, we just decided to make our trip to the library first and surprise, surprise~ We hear strange noises coming from an area that nobody dares to go to unless with permission and who comes out of there, exactly~? The Savior Knight and the Librarian of the Knights of Favonius~

One of Jordan's eyes twitched as he could only stare back at his two best friends. After that, he slowly had an intake of air before letting it out at the same pace.

Jordanwolfboy9743: Lisa... can I borrow your catalyst, please? I think I need to punish... *through clenched teeth* a couple of naughty boys.

Lisa blinked a few times before she got the picture and she giggled.

Lisa: Try not to enjoy it too much, darling~ Save some for me~

She waves her hand and summons her catalyst before giving it to Jordan. He then brings a hand up and balls it into a fist as some Anemo magic accumulated onto it, causing both Nintega and Shadow to now gain nervous looks. Lisa and Jordan were both giving them menacing glares with mischievous smiles as Shadow slowly turned his head towards Nintega.

Shadowlight2784: U-Uh, you've got a plan prepared for these situations, right?

TheNintegaGuy: Absolutely... Just one step my friend... RUUUUUUN!!!

They both turned around immediately to try and sprint, but the camera cuts to the outside of the library doors as all that was seen was a purple and cyan glow coming from the door, along with several small explosions and high-pitched screams coming from both Nintega and Shadow. As this went on, Kaeya passed the doors to the library and turned back to it, thinking that he heard the strange noises, but he decided to shrug his shoulders and continue to pass by. Not only did Jordan have a relaxing day with Barbara, it got even luckier when a secret of his was revealed to Lisa and he could definitely not be any happier with the huge progress that he's made with his harem at this point.
