Inside the porta, Ash is spinning around. "I think, I'm losing my lunch?" Ash said covering his mouth. Then he floated to Haruna and accdentel bummed into him. "Whoa, carefully Ash!!!" Haruna told Ash. "Sorry." Ash said. "Hey dudes, we're about to go through the portal!!!" Zuma told everyone, as they went through the portal. The portal open in front of a highschool and everyone fell out and hit the ground. "Oww, that's gotta leave a mark." Clover said rubbing her back. Everyone gets up and look at the school. "Where are we?" Katie asked. Brenda looked behind her and saw a staute stand with only a pair of horse hoof. Her eyes wide, "I know where we are." Everyone looked at Brenda as she turned to everyone. "We're at Cantrlot High." Brenda told them. Everyone was shock minus Katie, Alex Porter, and Courage. "You mean where the mane 7 go to school." Haruna told Brenda. Brenda nodded a yes. "Then let's go see if their inside." Miles told everyone, as they started to walk to the school, not knowing that a mysterious red tranch coat figured is following them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once the team got inside the school, they saw no one in the hallway. Serena open the classroom doors to look inside, but didn't find anyone, "Where is everyone?" "I don't know." Loretta told Serena walking right next to her. "This is scary." Bonnie said, as she holding Miles arm. Then they heard a loud thud. "What was that?!" Alex asked, as she hold Rocky tightly. "Uhh, Alex. I can't breath." Rocky told Alex struggle. "Opps, sorry Rocky." Alex told Rocky, as she let's go of the pup. Alex porter looks around and saw a closet door banging. "It's coming from that closet." Alex Porter told everyone pointing at the closet. Miles walked up to the door and try to open it with the doorknob. "It's lock." Miles told everyone letting go the doorknob. Brenda walked up to the door and look at the doorknob. "I've got this Miles," Brenda told Miles, as she use her necklease and summon a bobbypin. "Courage, I need your help." Courage walked up to Brenda. "When I say go jiggle the doorknob." Brenda told Courage, as Courage hold the doorknob and she started to picklock. "Go!!!" Brenda told Courage, as Courage started to juggled the doorknob. Then they heard the door unlock. "Got it." Brenda said, as she made the bobbypin disappeared and back up. Courage open the door and a familiar girl fell out of the closet and it's was none other then Fluttershy. "Fluttershy!!!" Everyone said minus Katie, Alex Porter, and Courage. "Guys!!! What are you doing here?" Fluttershy asked everyone. "Long story." Loretta told Fluttershy. "A very long story." Brenda told Fluttershy. "Fluttershy, how come you were lock in the closet and where's your friends and everyone?" Clement asked Fluttershy. "Well, it happen an hour ago..." Flashback an hour ago in the school hallway, all of the students are chatting and walking to their classes. Fluttershy and her friends are walking to their class. "Hey Fluttershy, still thinking about Leo (also this Leo is from the 2012 TMNT series)?" Rainbowdash asked Fluttershy, which made her blush. "Maybe." Fluttershy answered. "Don't worrie Fluttershy, it's okay to be nervous." Sunset told Fluttershy. Then the hallway started to shake, which makes the students scared. Both Princable Celestia and Vice Princable Luna ran out of their offices to see what's going on. "What's going on?!" Princable Celestia asked. "We have no idea?!" Rarity answered, as she grab onto Applejack's arm. "This is actually fun." Pinkie said, enjoy it. Then the shaking stop and the same blue portal open in the middle of the hallway. "What in the hay is that?" Applejack asked, as Rarity let's go of her arm. Then the Krangs (also from the 2012 TMNT series) came out off the portal and started to attack. "KRANG, OH NO!!!" Sci-Fi Twilight screamed. "Girls, get the students out of here now!!!" Vice Princable Luna told the mane 7, as the Krang started to grab the students and both Celestia and Luna. "Everyone, this way!!!" Rainbowdash told the students, as the students started to run to the entrance, while the mane 7 hold them off. Applejack use her geo strength power to throw a rows of lockers at the Krangs. Then the krang grab her. "Applejack!!!" Rainbowdash screamed, as she use her geo speed power to get to her, but was grab the krang. "Hang on girls!!!" Sunset told Applejack and Rainbowdash, as she, Sci-Fi Twilight, Pinkie, and Rarity try to save the two, but was got caught by the Krang. "NO!!!" Fluttershy screamed, as she try to save her friends ,the Krang push her into the closet, close the door and lock her in. Fluttershy ran to the doorknob, trying to open it and banging on the door. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"...The Krang push me into the closet and lock me in." Fluttershy told the team finishing her story. "Krang, those bad aliens are started to get me mad." Alex said in a angrer tone. "We know Alex." Brenda told Alex. "But we have to find out where everyones are being held." Miles said. "We know where." a young girl answered. Everyone turned around to see three garbage cans and saw none other then the CMC Scootalo, Sweetie Bella, and Applebloom. "Scootalo, Sweetie Bella, Applebloom you girls are alright." Fluttershy told the girls. "Of course we are." Applebloom told Fluttershy, as three walk up to everyone. "How come the Krang didn't get you girls?" Chase asked the three. "Yeah how come?" Bloger asked. "Well..." Sweetie Bella said, as she started tell the story.

Flashback again only a few mintes after the Krang started to took over the school. In the library, the CMC are on the computer. "Ughh, do you girls feel like that we do the same things everyday?" Scootalo asked her friends. "Well, exepct some training we get with our sisters." Applebloom answered. Then they heard screaming coming from the hallways. Sweetie Bella walked to the hallway to see what's going and her eyes widen to the Krangs coming to the library. "Girls, problem," Sweetie Bella told her friends. "Krangs are coming!!!" "What are we going to do?!" Scootalo asked Applebloom. "I'm thinking," Applebloom said, as she's thinking, then she saw the history area. " Quick to the history area!!!" The three ran to the history area and hide. Krang gets in the library and looks through the library. One Krang walks to through the rows of bookshelfs next to the history area where the CMC are hiding. Both Sweetie Bella and Applebloom cover Scootalo's mouth so she can't scream. Then the Krangs left the library and the girls sigh in realif.

"... And the Krang left." Sweetie Bella finish. "That's true." Spike the dog answered, popping out of the can. "Spike!!! Your okay," Brenda said, then realize. "Wait, how come your here?" "Yeah Spike, how come?" Rocky asked Spike, as Spike jump out of the can. "Well, Twilight left her notebook at home. So I take it to the school to hand it to her," Spike explain. "That's when the whole Krang thing happen. So I ran to the library to hide, that's when I bump into Scootalo, Sweetie Bella, and Applebloom." Brenda walk up to Spike and she starch his ears, "I'm just so glad your okay." Rocky look at Brenda, "Can I have a starch?" "Ha, okay Rocky." Brenda told Rocky, as she starch both Rocky and Spike ears and the two enjoys it. "You said you girls know where everyone is?" Haruna asked Scootalo. "Yes, we saw the Krang taking everyone to the GYM." Scootalo answered. "Then let's go save them." Bonnie said. "But I don't got my laserstaff!!!" Miles explain. "Here'" Brenda told Miles, as she hand him a pair of his sai. "I kinda have a feeling that you need them." "Thanks Brenda." Miles told Brenda, putting his sai in his sutie. "Wait, how come your carrying Miles sai?" Ash asked Brenda, as she pick up Spike. "There are somethings you don't know Ash." Brenda answered, as they are off to the GYM.

Once there, the team stop at the GYM doors. "Okay, everyone ready?" Miles asked his friends and girlfriend. Fluttershy got out her two katanas, the CMC got out their weapons, both Katie and Alex Porter got out their blasters, and Bonnie got out her electric sword. "Yes." Everyone answered. "Haruna will you do the honor." Miles told his best friend. "Why thank you, shock punch go!!!" Haruna said, as he use his shock punch at the GYM doors and the doors knock down. The team ran into the GYM and look around. Then a laser gride shielded the doors. Mirandos ran to the doors and use her soildlizers gloves made a metal surfaces and throw it to at the lasers and it shortage. "This is bad." Mirandos said. "Well, look what we have here." Krang Surprime said, as it standing on the GYM stage. "Surprime, where did you do with our friends?" Fluttershy asked Krang Surprime. "Right here." Krang Surprime answered, as the GYM lights turn on. Then the team saw their friends, the students, and the staffs in laser cage. "Fluttershy!!! Guys?!"Sunset said. "Spike!!!" Sci-Fi Twilight screamed. "Applebloom!!! Applejack screamed. "Sweetie Bella!!!" Rarity screamed. "Scootalo!!!" Rainbowdash screamed. "Pinkie!!!" Pinkie yelled with a smile and everyone looked at her. "Let everyone go Prime." Brenda told Surprime, as she got out her katana. "Never!!! Attack!!!" Surprime ordered. The Krangs came out and starting to fire their blasters at the team. "Take cover!!!" Brenda yelled, as she grab Rocky and everyone take cover. "What do we do now?!" Bonnie asked. Then a purple disc appered in the middle of the GYM. "What's that?" Sweetie Bella asked pointed at the disc. Miles looked at the disc at the middle of the GYM and at the Krangs. "Bonnie, Brenda, Rocky, cover me." Miles told the three. "Okay." Rocky said. "Got it." Brenda said, as the two run to the Krangs. "What are you doing Miles?" Bonnie asked her boyfriend, as Miles got out his blastsheild and sai. "To find out what that disc is." Miles answered as he and Bonnie ran off. While Miles ran to the disc, Bonnie hold of the Krang with her electric sword. When Miles got to the disc, it has red, blue, and yellow dots. Once he touch it and then a gride comes up with the line with the same colors on the disc. "What the?!" Miles said. Then the gride started a pattern. It's start at blue, then yellow, and then red. "What is it Miles?" Bloger asked Miles. "Don't know, after I touch it. It brought some type of set." Miles yelled. Then Miles look at the gride again, he step on the blue line and he turn blue. "Wooah!!!" Miles said in shock. "Miles, you turn to blue." Loretta told her little brother. Miles then step on yellow line and he turn yellow, he then step on the red line and he turn red. Then a box exploded next to him and he's turn back to normal. Miles looked at the exploded and saw some parts on the ground. "What are those parts for?" Bonnie asked while she's blocking the lasers with her sword. Miles look at the parts and found some instruction. He read the instruction and started to build with the parts. "Krang stop the boy who's called Miles." one of the Krang told the others, as they charged at Miles and Bonnie. "Uhhh, Miles!" Bonnie told her boyfriend nerovers. Miles finished building with the parts and it looks like a rocket launcher. "What's this?" Miles asked himself. "Miles!!! Look out!!!" Bonnie yelled, as she push Miles away from a incoming laser. Miles pulled the trigger on the rocket launcher as he was pushed away and it fired a fireball at Krang Surprime. "Ahhh!!!" Krang Surprime screamed, as it fell to the ground and acctindetal push open on the lasers relasing everyone. "Students now go hurry!!!" Princable Celestia told the students, as everyone got out of the cages fast.

"NOOO!!! MY PLAN IS FULL PROOF!!!" Krang Sruprime Yelled. "Try this Prime." Fluttershy said, as both she and Brenda do a kick and Krang Surprime is out cold. "Wow, what did you Miles?" Bonnie asked Miles. "I don't know," Miles explain. "When you push me out of the way. I must of pull the trigger." Both Miles and Bonnie look at the rocket launcher. "But who brought this and the disc here?" Bonnie asked. Behind the stage curtains the same mysterious red tranch coat person watch the team and smile. "Got it. The team got the disc." the person said the through a commution earing. "Great work." the person said. Then that person throw a card into Brenda's backpack and disappeared, as the team finish off the Krangs. Brenda and Fluttershy walk up to Krang Surprime. "Nice work Fluttershy." Brenda told her Friend. "Well, I learn from the best." Fluttershy told Brenda looking at her with a smile. Then the blue portal appered behind Surprime and suck him up leaving the two girls confussed. "What the?!" Both Brenda and Fluttershy said. After the Krang army are defeated, everyone cheer, while the Krang runaway. "Yes, we did it!!!" Alex Porter said. Both the Celestia and Luna walked up to the team. "Thank for saving us from the Krangs." Luna told the team. "Your welcome." Sam said. While Sweetie Bella and Applebloom are being hug by their big sisters, Brenda walked up to the disc and was about to pick it up. When a card fell out of her backpack, Brenda picked it and saw a picture of a red women on. She smile and put it in her pocket and pick up the disc. Then the portal open. "Here's our ride." Clover said, as each heros jump in. "I want to come too." Fluttershy told Brenda. "You sure Fluttershy?" Brenda asked. Fluttershy nodded a yes. "Okay, you can come." Brenda told Fluttershy. "Girls, stay here and protect the school." Fluttershy told her friends. "Okie dokie lokie." Pinkie told Fluttershy. "We wanted to come too." Applebloom told Brenda. "I know, but I need you three to stay here and protect the school with the rest of the girls." Brenda told the CMC. "Aww, no fair." Scootalo said furstraed. "Well, it's count as our first mission." Sweetie Bella told her friend. Brenda handed a caller to Applebloom. "Just in case, we'll be in touch." Brenda told Applebloom with a wink. The CMC smile as both Brenda and Fluttershy jump into the portal. Before Miles jump into the portal, he saw something glowing next to him. He picked it up and it's a special book glowing. "what is this book?" Miles asked, as he looked at the book. "That's the magical book I used to communicate to princess Twilight." Sunset explained to Miles, as she walked up to Miles. "Really," Miles said. "Why is this out?" "I think Surprime is looking for it." Sunset told Miles. "If Prime is after this book," Miles said. "Then it's not safe here."
"Your right,"  Sunset told Miles. "Miles, please take it and put it somewhere safe." "I will." Miles told Sunset. "Miles, are you coming?" Bonnie asked her boyfriend waiting for him at the portal. Miles look at her and smile, "Coming." Miles walked next to Bonnie and both of them jump in the portal.
