The next morning, Sparks and Electra awoke to get ready for their flight to Kanto. Lightning, Dusk, Amethyst, Shade, Thunder, Chase and Phoenix were all up to bid them farewell.

"Be careful you two... I hope you both arrive back home safely." Thunder told them.

"We will, sir." Electra replied, jumping onto Zapdos's back. Sparks followed close behind her.

"We're be back here as soon as we can," Sparks said. "What will you be doing while we're in Kanto?" He asked curiously.

"Hm... That's a good question..." Lightning thought for a moment and soon enough she got an idea. "Aha!! I got it!! Dusk, do you remember when I had a sprained leg a few months ago when Yveltal first escaped from the cocoon of destruction?"

"Yes as a matter of fact I do, Lightning. Why do you ask?" Dusk questioned.

"Well we went to find an Alomomola to help heal my injuries. Maybe we could do the same for Chase." Lightning explained.

"That's a great idea! Then that's what we'll do first." Dusk replied.

"Well be extra careful while you're out as well. Who knows what Inferno's next move will be." Sparks warned.

"We know. You guys should go. Everything will be fine here. We got it under control." Lightning told them.

"Alright." Electra and Sparks replied in unison, trusting that Lightning was right.

They said their final departing words before Zapdos flew off to the Kanto region with Electra and Sparks tightly holding onto his back.

When Zapdos was out of sight, the group headed out of the village to find an Alomomola, excluding Thunder as he stayed behind to watch over Sparkle.

A few miles away from the village, Lightning, Dusk, Amethyst, Shade, Chase and Phoenix found a lake and they all walked along the sides of the lake looking for an Alomomola. Chase was being carried on Amethyst's back as Shade was walking beside Amethyst away from the water. He showed an excessive amount of anxiety as he stared at the water but he tried his best to hide it, but Amethyst knew something was wrong. "What's wrong?" She asked.

"Oh... Uh... It's nothing" he replied, shyly as he looked away in embarrassment.

Amethyst may have been oblivious for a Psychic Type but she wasn't no fool. She still expected that something was wrong.

Suddenly, a splash of water was heard in the lake beside Amethyst as she turned around to see a pink fin; water droplets fell on her gem. Once Shade felt a drop of water on him, he tensed up a bit and his fur bristled. "Eek!!" He squealed. He could hear Phoenix snickering from behind him. He turned around and glared at the bird. "What's so funny?!"

"Heh... You're afraid of water?" Phoenix questioned while holding back the urge to laugh more.

"What?! No I'm not!!" Shade shouted in offense.

"Yes, you are!!" Phoenix teased.

"No! I'm not!!" He argued.

"Ahem..." Shade turned when he heard Amethyst clear her throat. "W-What?"

"Will you two stop arguing! That was an Alomomola. I don't want you two scaring it off." Amethyst told them, slightly annoyed.

"Oh s-sorry..." Shade apologized, tail tucked between his legs. "I-I just have Aqua-phobia. It's an irrational fear of water. I know it's weird but please don't laugh."

"Oh I understand. Some Pokémon are afraid of things. Fire types are afraid of water." Amethyst retorted.

"Yeah... But he's not a fire type..." Phoenix muttered under his breath.

"Shh!!" Amethyst shushed him.

"I know it might be babyish for a dark type but I-it's just that I almost drowned as an Eevee." Shade explained.

"Oh! I get it! Sometimes events like that can cause childhood trauma in someone's life and it's no laughing matter." Amethyst explained, looking at the Fletchling flying beside her in disappointment.

"R-right..." Phoenix stuttered.

Amethyst shook her head. "Well anyways... Let's get back to the task at hand." She told them as she turned to the lake and called out, "hey Alomomola!!"

The Alomomola turned when she heard Amethyst calling out to her and swam towards her. "Yes? What can I do for you miss."

Lightning and Dusk overheard them talking and walked towards them. The Alomomola gasped in surprise when she saw them as if she recognized them.

"You two are the ones that asked me for  help a few months ago when Yveltal was taking over the forest!! How are you two doing now?!" She asked cheerfully.

"We're doing fine but our friend Chase here is the one with the broken leg this time." Lightning answered.

"Oh dear!! Let's get you all fixed up." The Alomomola said.

Amethyst carefully lifted Chase up off her back and set him down gently on the ground letting the healer Pokémon do her job. The Alomomola wrapped her fins around Chase's leg as she worked on healing the wound.

Once she was done, she unwrapped her fins from around Chase's leg. Chase stood up and walked around like the injury never even happened. "Thanks Alomomola!! It feels a lot better now" Chase told her with a smile.

"Don't mention it. I'm happy to help." She smiled back at him before she swam off.

"Now that that's taken care of, we should get back to the Pikachu Village." Lightning said.

"And while we wait for Electra and Sparks to return, we should do a little bit of our own training so we can prepare for the battle against Inferno," Dusk insisted.

"That's a good idea, Dusk." Lightning remarked.

"Heh... Thanks Lightning." Dusk replied with a smile.

The rest of the group nodded in agreement as they headed back to the village and started training.

As for Sparks and Electra, they were flying through the Pokémon World on Zapdos on their way to the Kanto region. They were only around 6 hours away from their destination now. They took a few rest stops to eat and rest as they've been traveling for almost a whole day now.

"I hope Lightning, Dusk and the others are doing alright!" Sparks said.

"Me too! I hope the Pikachu Villagers are doing alright too and Inferno and his team won't strike while we are gone!" Electra replied.

"Yeah..." Sparks sighed. "I hope they don't hurt themselves too much..."

"We have to find Mew as soon as possible! We can't waste too much time!" Electra retorted. "Hey Zapdos! Can you pick up some more speed?!"

"I can try! Hold on, you two!" Zapdos answered, flapping his wings faster.

6 hours later, they have finally arrived to Kanto as Zapdos landed on the ground in the forest.

"Now to ask any Pokémon if they have seen Mew recently." Sparks said.

"Okay. But we should be careful when doing so. Who knows if any of these Pokémon would suddenly go all territorial and attack us." Electra replied.

Sparks nodded as the electric type trio explored the Kanto region. Most Pokémon they talked to didn't know where Mew would be while some thought they were crazy and said that Mew didn't exist or just made fun of them. One Spearow even had the nerve to tell them that Mew was hiding under a truck near the S.S Anne and they should check there before he flew off while laughing at his own joke. Electra, Sparks and Zapdos were angry at the Spearow's joke and didn't think it was funny at all but they chose to forget about it as they moved on. The closest they got to finding Mew was when a Kangaskhan said that they saw it years ago and it saved her baby Kangaskhan once from falling but she didn't know where it went off to sense then.

After a few hours of roaming around without any luck, they both laid down to get some rest as they were now exhausted.

"Well that was a bust..." Electra sighed.

"We can't give up. Our friends are counting on us. We have to keep trying." Sparks replied.

"But... I'm so tired. We should rest a bit, Sparks." Electra informed him.

"Fine... But we should get back to our hunt in the morning." Sparks told her.

"Our best bet is to look in the Faraway Island where Mew is said to reside. We should fly there while we are on our way to Sinnoh." Zapdos told them.

"Then that should be our next stop tomorrow. But for now we must rest a while." Sparks responded before yawning. They both decided to rest in an unoccupied nearby hole for the night while Zapdos rested in a tree above.

The next morning, Sparks, Electra, and Zapdos woke up; they were all well rested and ready to continue their quest to find Mew. However, quite abruptly their stomachs began to growl. "I guess we should look for some food before we head out of Kanto." Electra remarked.

Electra and Sparks leaped onto Zapdos's  back and he flew through the forest to look for berries. After only a few minutes, Zapdos found a Pecha Berry bush as both Electra and Sparks jumped off of Zapdos's back and ran towards the bush to pick some berries before heading back to Zapdos. "Here Zapdos..." Electra gave Zapdos a Pecha Berry as he carefully plucked it from Electra's paw and ate it. Chase and Electra sat down beside Zapdos as they ate their breakfast.

After their berry break, the electric type trio went on their way to the Faraway Island as their next destination. Zapdos headed Southwest towards Hoenn.

After only a few more hours of flying, they made it to the warm, tropical climate of the Hoenn region on the Faraway Island, where Mew was known to call its homeland.

Sparks and Electra looked around the island in curiosity before jumping off of Zapdos and landing on the ground.

They both headed through the tall grass as Zapdos followed. They were unaware that they were being watched and followed.

The two Pikachus continued running aimlessly through the tall grass until Sparks's ears perked in alarm. Electra noticed straight away. "What's wrong?" She asked.

"I-I feel like we're being watched..." he answered.

Sparks looked around but didn't see anything until he heard rustling coming from in front of them. He turned his head in alarm but didn't see anything. "I-I'm not the only one that heard that right?" He asked Electra, trembling in fear.

"N-no..." she answered. "W-whose there?!"

As if in response, another rustle was heard to the right of them. Electra could have sworn she saw a long thin  pink tail with an ovoid tip moving around in a patch of grass, however when she blinked it was gone.

"Could that have been Mew?" She thought to herself, curiously.

She turned to Sparks to tell him what she saw but when she turned to see him, instead of seeing one Pikachu, she saw two.

"Um... Sparks? Why am I seeing double?" She asked him.

"There's not two of me?" The two Pikachu answered her in unison.

Sparks thought he heard an echo as he turned and saw what she meant. He jumped in surprise until the Pikachu vanished in front of their eyes.

"Wh-What?? Where did it go?" Electra asked in utter disbelief.

They suddenly heard Zapdos's voice say, "it's over there."

They turned to see a Pikachu tail stick out of another patch of grass before disappearing once it was detected.

Then they heard another rustle coming from the left of them. They turned and they both saw the pink tail sticking out of the tall grass in front of them and at that very moment, a certain pink cat-like Pokémon floated out of the patch of grass and looked at them with curious blue eyes.

"Mew!" Sparks and Electra cried in unison.

The Mew gave them a curious smile and giggled. "Hey! New friends!! Do you want to play Chase?!"

Uh... We don't have much..." Before Sparks was able to finish his statement, Mew flew off. "Wait!!"

Sparks and Electra ran after Mew as they tried to corner it near a tree. Mew was about to fly up to escape but Electra quickly ran towards it and tackled it to the ground. She stood on top of Mew. "Ha! Gotcha!!" She shouted playfully.

Mew giggled before teleporting and reappearing in front of the two Pikachus. Electra stood up and watched Mew closely. "That was fun!!"

"Well sense we played with you, can you help us?" Electra asked.

"Sure. What can I help you with?" Mew asked.

"We need your help to save our region from being destroyed by an Infernape named Inferno and his friends Abrafo the Primeape and Sigmund the Drowzee. He has controlled Mewtwo and Darkrai to try to destroy us. They even took our villagers and turned them against us and they even trapped my little sister Sparkle in a nightmare. We need Cresselia's help to save her before it's too late and we're running out of time." Electra explained.

"Oh my... Of course I'll help you. I can teleport all of us to Cresselia's location—the Fullmoon Island. She may give us a Lunar wing feather to help your sister." Mew replied.

"Well then. In that case, let's go." Sparks replied. They headed to Zapdos as the three electric types both took Mew's paws as it teleported them to the Fullmoon Island in the Sinnoh region.

The four Pokémon looked up to see Cresselia floating in front of them.

"Greetings young Pokémon. Welcome to my shrine." She kindly greeted them.

Electra slowly stepped forward. "Hello Cresselia. It's nice to meet you. I'm Electra and this is my friend Sparks. We came from the Allearth Forest in the Kalos Region to ask for your help. Darkrai is in our region and he is under the control of an evil Infernape named Inferno who has trapped my sister in an eternal nightmare."

"Oh no.... Darkrai?!" Cresselia gasped in surprise.

"Yes..." Electra sighed sullenly.

"I see..." Cresselia sighed. Maybe this will help. Cresselia used Lunar dance as he few of her feathers fell on the ground around her. She gave one of the feathers to Electra. "This is a Lunar Wing feather. It possesses the power to dispel nightmares. This should help your sister and anyone else who has fell victim to Darkrai's nightmare."

Electra looked at the feather as it shined like the moonlight. "Thanks Cresselia."

"You're welcome" She told her with a smile.

"Now that we have Mew's help and the Lunar Wing feather, we should get back to the Pikachu Village." Sparks stated.

"Let's hurry and get you both back home." Mew replied, taking their paws as the electric type trio were teleported back home to the Pikachu village in Kalos.

Lightning and Dusk were both practicing on using their signature attack— Electro Shadow Ball on a few wooden targets hanging from tree branches. Most of the targets were blasted off the trees and snapped into tiny pieces that littered the ground.

Suddenly, Lightning caught sight of Sparks, Electra, Zapdos and Mew as she rushed over and gave them a hug. "You're back!!" She shouted, happily.

"It's great to see you guys." Dusk stated with a smile as he walked to Lightning's side.

"Hello Mew! It's nice to see you here. Welcome to the Pikachu Village." Lightning said cheerfully. "I'm Lightning and this is my mate Dusk."

"It's nice to meet you Lightning and Dusk." Mew replied.

Amethyst, Shade and Phoenix caught sight of Mew and went to introduce themselves to it too."I'm Amethyst." Amethyst stated.

"I'm Shade." Shade introduced.

"My name's Phoenix!" Phoenix replied, smugly.

"Hello Amethyst, Shade and Phoenix." Mew responded.

Thunder leaped off a large rock he stood on in the middle of the village and walked towards Electra, Sparks, Zapdos and Mew.

"Thank goodness you arrived back here safely. Welcome back." Thunder said.

"Who are you?" Mew asked, turning its head in curiosity.

"I am the leader of the Pikachu Village, Thunder. It is a pleasure to meet you, Mew" Thunder answered, shaking Mew's paw.

"It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Thunder." Mew responded.

Sparks looked around the village. "Where's Chase?" He asked.

Thunder pointed to the male Pikachu standing under the large Oak tree, holding a certain sleeping Pichu. "He's over there."

"Thanks sir. Come on Electra, we have to give Sparkle the Lunar Wing feather." He told her as he took her paw and they rushed towards Chase.

The group surrounded Electra, Sparks, Chase and Sparkle.

Chase set Sparkle down on the ground as Electra put the feather in her little sister's paws.

A bright light from the feather blinded the group. When their vision returned, they watched Sparkle groggily open her eyes. "Pi-Pichu?" She questioned as she looked around at all the familiar faces. "Pichu!!!" She squealed happily as she ran into Electra's paws.

Electra sighed in relief. "Thank Arceus, you're finally safe, little sis!"

"Pichu!!" Sparkle replied with a smile as she held on to Electra as if she was never going to let her go.

Lightning and Dusk looked at each other with a smile. "Thank Arceus..."

After a few more seconds, Sparkle finally pulled back from Electra.

"It's hard to have to leave her here, but we have to stop Inferno..." Electra sighed sullenly.

"Don't worry, miss. I'll stay here and babysit the little one while the rest of you go out." Phoenix suggested.

"Alright. If you insist, Phoenix. Thanks for offering to take care of her." Electra said.

"It's not a problem at all, Electra." He replied, as he perched himself on a low tree branch. "I'll take good care of your little sister. She'll be safe with me. I promise."

"Okay. The rest of us should get going though. We have no time to waste." Electra replied.

"Electra's right. Come on!!" Dusk responded.

Lightning, Dusk, Electra, Chase, Sparks, Amethyst, Shade, Thunder, Zapdos and Mew left the Pikachu Village as they all headed to where Inferno and his team were hiding.
