[Arya]:
(flashback)
I was getting ready for Varun's-one of Darshan's close friend- birthday party. "We have to reach there today only. Come fast yaar Arya", Darsh shouted from the lobby. "Ya coming", I replied. "And I'm listening that from last 15 minutes", he said in annoyance. I smiled, bit my tongue and winked at my reflection in the mirror as I wore my earrings. After 5 minutes I went in the lobby, Darshan sat on the couch and was busy in his phone. "I'm ready", I said. "Finally", he exclaimed while his eyes were still on the phone screen. He stood up and looked at me, he didn't move even an inch. I gave him a teasing smile and moved towards him. "Stay way from boys today", he innocently said. "And you mister, stay away from girls", I added. He smiled and stepped back. The smile on my face faded away and I slapped him gently on his shoulder.
We reached at Varun's farmhouse on time. Actually we were late by an hour but for Darshan, we were on time. Darshan went in his friends' group and I went with mine. We had a great fun.
After 4 hours I searched for Darshan,  but I couldn't find him. "Do you know where is Darshan?", I asked Varun. "He was with Riya a few minutes ago", he answered. "Oh thanks", I said and searched for Riya. I asked her friends too, but they also didn't know anything about any of them. I went to search for him in the rooms on the second floor. When I opened one of the room's door,  my eyes widened, my heart broke into millions of pieces, my legs felt weak enough to bare my weight and my eyes turned moist. Darshan lied on the bed besides Riya with her hand around her's. I couldn't look towards him and looked away when tears trembled down my cheeks. I wanted to run away and go back to my house so just turned around and darted towards the main gate. "Where are you going?", Varun asked from behind. "I'm sorry got some urgent work", I lied and continued to walk without turning back. "Hey listen.. ", he tried to say something but I left before he could complete his sentence.

My eyes burnt because tears uncontrollably fell down. "And after that, you continuously ignored me 3 days", he said in a low voice. "Because I didn't had the strength to face you", I answered back without looking at him. "But now let me explain, please", he pleaded and tightened his grip around my hand. I didn't answer him back and continued to stare at our hands. "You know that I don't drink, but that day, all my stupid friends froced me to drink. They mixed alcohol with pepsi and made me drink. And that's not all, they made me drink 3 shots of vodka after that which is more than enough for any non-drinker to loose his senses. I was not able to walk properly and my head hurted a lot. Varun suggested me to go in a room and have a sleep to feel better. When I was going to one of the rooms, Riya bumped into me. She was also drunk and had a glass of beer in her hand which spilled on my shirt. Drunk Riya overreacted and insisted me to go with her and clean my shirt. When we reached in the room, I asked her to stay outside and I went in the washroom. After cleaning my shirt, I came out and saw that Riya was sleeping on the bed. You know her,  she can't handle herself and her clothes even when she's in her senses but that day, she was completely drunk and was wearing a mini skirt. I saw a blanket on the bed so decided to put it on her. By that time, my head had started hurting even more and I don't know when I fell on the bed besides her. When I got up, she was still sleeping. I went downstairs and found that everyone was lying here and there, drunk. I didn't find you anywhere so I somehow managed to ask Varun about you and he told me that you left.", he said and his voice softened in end. I looked towards him and found out that he was crying badly. His eyes were swelled and red. They were filled with innocence and love. "Trust me Arya, that's all what had happened that night. It's not like what you are thinking. I love you and I can't even ever think of hurting you", he added.
