The first period started and Ms. Sharma entered the class.

All the students stoop up and wished her good morning. Then they sat down and Ms. Sharma started taking the attendance.

After taking the attendence, Ms. Sharma informed them of their new project which they had to prepare for the board exam. Students would be doing the work in pairs. They would be given marks for the projects.

"Phir se naya project? Yeh log thak nahi jaate projects dete dete?" Shivangi said in a low voice.

"Ab kya kar sakte hai? Project mila hai toh karna padega. Lekin accha hai ki iss baar project ka kaam pairs mein karna hai. Kisi teesre ki zaroorat nahi padegi. Sirf hum dono mil kar project karenge." Sana said. She was thankful that she didn't have to work with Sid.

Then Ms. Sharma started teaching the lessons.

After sometime...

As soon as Ms. Sharma left the classroom, Sid went to Sana and said, "Phir se naya project mil gaya. Pichli baar ki tarah iss baar bhi hum saath mein project kare toh kaisa rahega?"

Sana looked at Sid and said, "Tune sayad thik se suna nahi. Iss baar project ka kaam pairs mein karna hoga. Isliye main aur Shivangi hi ek saath project ka kaam karenge."

Sid made a sad face and said, "Inhe pairs mein karne ko kehne ki kya zaroorat thi? Agar yeh necessary nahi hota toh hum pichli baar ki tarah saath mein project ka kaam kar sakte the."

"Agar pairs mein karna necessary nahi bhi hota toh bhi main tere saath nahi karti. Main aur tu ek dusre se jitna distance maintain kare utna hi accha hai." Sana said in a serious tone.

Sid left from there without saying anything.

"Accha hua bina kuch kahe chala gaya. Lagta hai isse samajh aa gaya ki main iss se dur rehna chahti hoon." Sana uttered.

Shivangi heard it and said, "Mujhe aisa nahi lagta. Tera Mr. Problem itni asani se haar maan ne walo mein se nahi hai."

"Uske paas aur koi option bhi nahi hai. Woh acche se jaan ta hai ki main uske saath project ka kaam nahi karne wali."

On the other hand, Sid sat on his bench.

"Nahi maani na Sana? Paata tha mujhe. Woh tere saath project ka kaam nahi karne wali." Kushal said.

"Paata toh mujhe bhi tha ki Sana nahi maanegi. Kyu ki woh mujhse distance maintain karna chahti hai. But aisa hoga nahi. Project ka kaam toh usse mere saath hi karna padega." Sid said and smirked.

In The Tiffin Period...

Sid went to Ms. Sharma's cabin and knocked at the door.

"Come in!" Ms. Sharma said.

Sid entered the cabin and said, "Mam, I have something to tell you."

"Say Sidharth." Ms. Sharma said.

"You told us that we have to do the project work in pairs. But instead of giving a chance to the students to choose their project partners, can you please make the pairs previous exam's rank wise?"

"Of course I can. But why are you saying like this suddenly?"

"Actually Mam, our board exams are coming and we all have to work hard for the project. But if the students choose their friends as their project partners, they can spend a lot time in chatting and they don't do the project work carefully. I'm not talking about all the students but there are many students who will do these kinds of things. But if you make the pairs previous exam's rank wise, then the students will do the project work carefully as many of them won't get their friends as their project partners. Are you understanding what I am trying to say?"

Ms. Sharma thought for a while and said, "I think you are right Sidharth. Don't worry, this time I will make the pairs previous exam's rank wise as this project is very important."

A huge smile came to Sid's face.

"Thank you so much Mam." Sid said and left from there.

"Kaam ho gaya. Ab Ms. Solution hi banegi meri project partner." Sid said in his mind.

Next Day...

Sana entered the classroom and again saw a red rose and a apology card on her desk.

Shivangi noticed it and said, "Phir se tere desk pe yeh sab rakh diya? Sahi jaa raha hai yeh banda."

Sana gave Shivangi a death glare and she stopped teasing her.

Sana took the red rose and card and again threw it in the dustbin.

"Gaya phir se dustbin pe?" Kushal asked while reading.

"Haan yaar." Sid said sadly.

"So sad!"

"No it's ok. Sana chahe jitni baar bhi dustbin pe phenke, woh jab tak mera rose aur apology card accept nahi kar leti, main usse yeh sab deta rahunga." Sid said.

After sometime, Ms. Sharma entered the classroom. After taking attendance, Ms. Sharma started discussing about the project work.

"So students, yesterday I informed you of your new project and also told you to make pairs for the project work. But I have made some changes in it. Instead of you, I am making the pairs. The pairs will be made previous exam's rank wise." Ms. Sharma said.

Many students became shocked hearing that especially Sana.

"So the first pair is Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill. The second pair.........."

"Mam!" Sana suddenly called Ms. Sharma and stood up.

"What happened Shehnaaz?" Ms. Sharma asked.

Sana went to Ms. Sharma and asked, "Mam, is it necessary to make pairs rank wise?"

"Yes. It is." Ms. Sharma said in a stern voice.

"But Mam, can't we choose our project partners ourselves?"

"Why?"

"Woh actually......."

"Yeah I know. So that you can chit-chat with your friends, right?"

"Mam I didn't mean that."

"So what's the problem? There is no difference between doing project with your friend and doing it with some other classmate. In this case, only the project matters, not the project partner. So no more arguments. Go and sit on your bench."

"Ok Mam!" Sana said while looking down.

The she started going to her bench. Suddenly she looked at Sid. He was laughing silently looking at her. As soon as Sana's eyes fell on Sid, he winked at her. Sana understood everything and gave him a death glare.

Then Sana sat on her bench.

Ms. Sharma started announcing the other pairs' names.

"Wah Bhai wah! Tu toh bohut bada khiladi nikla." Kushal said to Sid.

"Tu bas dekhta jaa, aage aage yeh Khiladi aur kya kya karta hai apni Ms. Khiladi I mean Ms. Solution ke liye." Sid said and chuckled.

On the other hand, Sana was upset as she had to work with Sid again.

"Maan gaye Sid ko. Kya khel khela hai usne. Wah! Ab toh tu ready ho jaa, phir se tere Mr. Problem ko jhel ne ke liye." Shivangi said.

"Kabhi kabhi na mujhe doubt hota hai. Tu meri best friend hai yaa uski?" Sana said.

Shivangi patted Sana's back and said, "Don't worry, best friend main teri hi hoon. Lekin iss baar main Sid ke team mein hoon. Main toh chahti hoon ki usse jo chahiye woh mil jaaye aur tum dono zald se zald ek ho jao."

"Aisa kabhi nahi hoga." Sana said angrily.

After school...

Sana was about to leave, suddenly Sid came to her bench and said, "Aaj kitne baje jaana hai tere ghar?"

Sana started walking without saying anything. Sid also started walking beside her.

"Abbe baata na. I know tu gussa hai kyu ki unfortunately main tera project partner ban gaya. Lekin woh Ms. Sharma ke haath mein tha. Meri kya galti hai?" He said.

"Dekh Sid, tu na zyada chant mat ban. Sab samajh ti hoon main." Sana said.

"Yeh toh aur bhi acchi baat hai. Project partner ko samajhdar hona chahiye. Aur ab jab hum project partners ban gaye hai toh kaam toh seriously karna padega. Isliye baata kitne baje tere ghar aau."

"6.30 baje chale aana."

"Main 6 baje chala aaunga." Sid said excitedly.

Sana looked at Sid and said, "Sun, zyada khush hone ki nah zaroorat nahi hai. Jab tak yeh project ka kaam hai, sirf tab tak tu mere ghar aa sakta hai. Uske baad nahi."

"Okay Mam." Sid said.

"Aur ghar pe tu mujhse jitna ho sake distance maintain karna. Samjha?" Sana said and started walking.

Sid intentionally came very much close to Sana and asked, "Itna distance thik hai?"

"ISS SE KAYI ZYADA!" Sana shouted and Sid immediately moved backwards.

"Itna distance thik hai. Aur ab mera picha mat karna." Sana said.

Sid nodded like a obedient child.

Sana continued walking.

"Mam, sirf itna hi yaa koi aur rules bhi hai?" Sid said loudly as she went a little far.

Sana only gave Sid a death glare and left from there.

"Gusse mein aur bhi zyada cute lagti hai meri Sana." Sid said in his mind and chuckled.
