Sana was on cloud nine when Sid proposed her. Today her love, her Bebu proposed her and not only he proposed her, he opened his whole heart in front of everyone. It was the best proposal she could ever asked for.

Sana took the mic from Sid and said, "Pyaar toh har koi karta hai. Lekin jinse aap pyaar karo woh insaan bhi aap se pyaar kare yeh sabke naseeb mein nahi hota. Main lucky hoon kyu ki jis insaan ko humesha se maine chaha uss ne mujhe mujhse bhi zyada pyaar diya. You filled my life with lights and colours. Tere aane se pehle pyaar kya hota hai yeh maine sirf movies mein dekha tha. Lekin teri wajah se maine usko real life mein experience kiya hai. Humare rishte ne bohut saare ups and downs dekhe hai. Kayi baar tu galat bhi tha. Lekin sach kahu toh aisa ek bhi pal nahi aaya jab mere dil mein tere liye jo pyaar hai woh kam ho gaya. Kyu ki aisa kabhi ho hi nahi sakta. No matter what happens yeh pyaar humesha badhta hi jayega."

Sana paused for a while and said, "Aur ek baat main kehna chahungi. Main pehle sochti thi ki main tujhse zyada pyaar karti hoon, lekin nahi. Maybe I fell first but you fell harder. I don't know if I will ever be able to love you like you do but I will love you with all I have, for the rest of my life."

Sid was just staring at her when she was confessing. He was speechless seeing how she was expressing her love in front of everyone inspite of being so shy.

After Sana finished, Sid pulled Sana for a hug and kissed her cheeks. All started clapping seeing the love birds.

"I love you." Sid whispered in her ears.

"I love you too." Sana whispered. "Ab toh chhor de. Sab kya sochenge?"

Sid chuckled and broke the hug.

Then some teachers came out of crowd while clapping for them.

"Congratulations! Waise humne socha nahi tha reunion party mein kuch aisa bhi dekhne ko milega." Ms. Sharma said. She was their class-teacher.

Sid and Sana both blushed hearing that.

"So propose toh hogaya. Ab shaadi ka kya plan hai?" Another teacher asked.

"Gharwalon se baat karke zald hi shaadi kar lenge." Sid said.

"Waise aap sab humari shaadi mein zaroor aana." Sana said.

"Haan haan hum zaroor aayenge. Humare class ke do toppers ki jo shaadi hai. Ek saamne se topper aur dusra peeche se topper. Sirf 12th class mein Sidharth ne top kiya tha that too because of Shehnaaz." Ms. Sharma said to which Sid and Sana laughed.

"By the way I knew it from the beginning that you both are more than friends. Jab Shehnaaz ne Sidharth ko bachane ke liye hum sabse jhut kaha tha, yaa jab Sidharth ne Shehnaaz ke saath project work karne ke liye mujhe convince kiya tha, main tab hi sab samajh gayi thi."

Sid and Sana widened their eyes hearing that.

"Aap ko sab kuch paata tha? Pehle se hi?" Sid asked.

Ms. Sharma smiled and said, "Main tum dono se sirf age mein hi nahi, experience mein bhi badi hoon. Kiske bich kya chal raha hai itni samajh toh hai mujhe."

They both again blushed and looked at each other.

After the teachers left, their friends gathered around them.

"Sana teri shaadi ho rahi hai. I'm so happyyyy!" Shivangi said hugging her.

Ayush and Medha also congratulated them.

Asim started wiping his tears dramatically.

"Tujhe kya hua?" Sid asked.

"Khushi aansu hai Bhai. Yeh soch ke khushi ho rahi hai ki kuch hi dino mein mera bestfriend bhi meri tarah bali ka bakra ban jayega. Main akela nahi rahunga." Asim said getting a death glare from Himanshi.

"Bali ka bakra toh bohut pehle hi ban chuka hoon main." Sid said and Sana glared him. Sid immediately looked down getting afraid.

"Apne bhi azadi ke kuch hi din bache hai Bhai. Enjoy karle." Kushal said to Ayush in a low voice.

"Sahi keh raha hai Bhai. Ek baar shaadi ho gayi phir azadi khatam." Ayush also said in a low voice.

"Humein sab sunayi de raha hai." Shivangi and Medha said together.

Then they all started laughing.

Sana blushed hearing that while Sid smiled proudly.

"This is a small gift for you." Ashok Ji said to Sana while giving her a gift box.

"Thank you Uncle." Sana said taking the gift box.

"Uncle nahi." Ashok Ji said. "Tum mujhe Sid ki tarah Dad bulana."

Sana smiled and said, "Dad."

Ashok Ji also smiled.

Then Sana went to touch his feet but Ashok Ji stopped her and said, "Oh come on! Main yeh pair chhune mein believe nahi karta. I believe in...."

He opened his arms.

Sid and Sana smiled and hugged him.

"God bless you both." Ashok Ji said.

Rita Ji silently wiped her tears seeing them. She was emotional as she saw her husband after a long time.

Sana's parents were also happy seeing Ashok Ji there.

After sometime, Parminder Ji said, "Chalo ab rasam suru karte hai."

Sid and Sana sat at their place and exchanged thd rings.

Rita Ji was standing at a corner being lost in her own thoughts.

Suddenly someone put his hand on her shoulder and asked, "Kaisi ho Rita?"

Rita Ji turned behind and saw Ashok Ji.

"Thik hoon. Aap kaise hai?" Rita Ji asked.

"Pehle ka toh paata nahi lekin ab tumhe aur apne Bete ko dekh ke main bohut khush hoon."

Rita Ji gave a slight smile hearing that.

"Jab Sid ne mujhe uski engagement mein aane ko kaha, main soch raha tha mujhe aana chahiye yaa nahi...."

Rita Ji didn't let him finish and said, "Accha kiya jo aap aaye. Bacche bohut khush hai aap ko dekh ke."

"Aur tum?" Ashok Ji asked. "Tum khush nahi ho?"

Rita Ji couldn't understand what to say.

Saying that Rita Ji was going to leave but Ashok Ji hold her hand. She looked at him.

"At least aaj mat jaao Rita. Jo baatein humein pehle karni chahiye thi woh aaj karte hai." Ashok Ji said.

"Ab baat kar ke kya fayda? Main phir se unn purani baaton ko yaad nahi karna chahti. Hum dono hi apne apne life mein bohut aage badh chuke hai." Rita Ji said controlling her tears.

"Shaadi kiyi tumne?" Ashok Ji asked.

"Kaisi baatein kar rahe hai aap?" Rita Ji asked with disbelief.

Ashok Ji smiled and said, "Maine bhi nahi kiyi. Iska matlab abhi bhi chance hai."

"Chance?"

"Dekho Rita main past ki baatein nahi kar raha. Maine past mein bohut galtiyaan kiyi hai. Jab mujhe tumhe samajhna chahiye tha, maine nahi samjha. Jab tumse sorry kehna chahiye tha, maine nahi kaha. Jab tumhare divorce maangne par mujhe tumhe rokna chahiye, maine nahi roka. Lekin kya inn galtiyon ko hum ab nahi sudhar sakte?"

Rita Ji looked at him with teary eyes.

"Dekho main phir se shaadi karne ki baat nahi kar raha. Lekin hum phir se dost toh ban hi sakte hai, school days ki tarah?"

Saying that Ashok Ji forwarded his hand and said, "Hi, I'm Ashok! Mujhse dosti karogi?"

Rita Ji laughed with teary eyes and nodded in yes while shaking hands with him.

"Aap bilkool nahi badle." She said wiping her tears.

"Tum bhi nahi badli. Bas baal safed ho gaye hai." Ashok Ji said.

Sid and Sana was watching it from a far distance. They smiled seeing it.

Soon the engagement ceremony ended and the guests left. Now there were only family members.

"Mujhe.... Matlab hum dono ko hi aap sab se kuch baat karni hai." Sid said to all the family members.

"Haan bol." Rita Ji said.

"Sid ab tu zyada bol raha hai. Itna details mein kisi ko nahi jaan na." Sana said in a low voice making him quiet.

"Sorry. Nervous hoke bol diya." Sid said in a low voice.

"Shaadi se pehle kaand kar diya mere Bete ne." Ashok Ji said in a low voice nodding his head in disbelief.

Rita Ji indicated him not to say anything.

While Sana's parents were still numb.

Sana went to them and said, "Mummy Papa please kuch bolo. Aap dono ko aise chhup dekh ke mujhe bilkool accha nahi lag raha."

Rita Ji came to them and said, "Main kya kehti hoon, jo hua so hua. Waise bhi yeh dono shaadi kar hi rahe hai. Toh ab bekaar mein gussa kyu karna?"

"Kitne mahine hue hai?" Parminder Ji asked suddenly.

"Teen mahine." Sana said in fear.

Parminder Ji smiled and hugged Sana tightly.

"Puttar tujhe nahi paata tune mujhe kitni badi khushkhabri diyi hai. Main Nani ban ne wali hoon. Waheguru kare ab sab thik ho." She said further.

Sana became happy and hugged her back.

While Santokh Ji was glaring Sid and he was avoiding eye-contact because of fear.

After they broke the hug, Sana said, "Papa....."

"Mujhe bhi koi problem nahi hai. Bas zaldi se tum dono ki shaadi ho jaaye." Santokh Ji said.

Sana smiled and hugged her father as well.

"Khoteya tu udhar kyu khada hai? Idhar aa. Akhir itna bada kaam kiya hai tune." Parminder Ji said.

Sid blushed a little and went to them. They all did a group hug while Sid's parents smiled looking at their bond.

In The Evening...

Sid took Sana to a beach where there was not much people.

"Sid what is this? Pehle toh tune unn sab ko itna bada shock de diya. Aur phir sabke saamne se hi mujhe bahar le aaya. Tu pitna chahta hai kya mere Papa se?" Sana said while walking on the beach.

"Listen humari engagement ho chuki hai. Yeh official right hai mera. Apni hone wali biwi ko jab chahe main ghumane laa sakta hoon. Samjhi?Gadhi!" Sid said.

Sana smiled seeing his childish nature.

Soon they reached the place where Sid did the decorations for them.

Sana became mesmerized seeing it.

"It's so beautiful!" She said looking at it.

Sid smiled and back hugged Sana.

"Ab soch agar tu idhar nahi aati toh yeh sab miss kar deti." He said.

"Woh toh hai." Sana said smiling.

Suddenly Sid pointed his finger towards the heart made on the beach and asked, "Accha woh dil kis ka hai paata hai?"

"Umm...Hum dono ka?"

Sid's hands slowly went on her tummy and he said, "Nahi. Hum teeno ka."

Sana again smiled.

Then Sid hold Sana's hand and took her towards the heart. Then they both stood in the middle of the heart.

"Sana we are starting a new phase of our life. Aur aaj main tujhse sirf ek hi promise karunga. Which is I will never let you go. We know that arguments, misunderstandings it's a part of life. Aur galtiyan toh insaan se hi hoti hai. Main yeh nahi keh raha ki tu har baar meri galtiyon ko samjhe. Tu mujhe saza de dena, kuch bhi kar lena lekin mujhe chhor ke mat jaana. I want us to be together always." Sid said.

Sana smiled and said, "Tujhe chhor ke main kaha jaaungi Sid? When my whole world is you. I know circumstances ki wajah se hum humesha har promise nahi rakh sakte. Lekin ek promise main zaroor rakhungi. Main humesha tere saath khadi rahungi. In your every ups and downs, in your joys ans sorrows, in your every success and failure, you will always find me beside you. Tu agar khud bhi kahega toh bhi main tujhe chhor ke nahi jaaungi. So don't worry, we will be always together. And....."

Sana suddenly stopped.

"And?" Sid asked.

Sana sighed and said, "Main aaj agar tujhse kuch maangu toh kya tu mujhe woh dega?"

Sid smiled and said, "Maang ke toh dekh meri jaan."

"Tu please apna football ka career phir se start kar."

Sid's smile faded away hearing that.

"Sana yeh...."

"Please! I don't wanna hear no." Sana said making a sad pout.

"But Sana you know ki mera abhi ek business hai."

"Haan toh main kaunsa tujhe apna business chhor ne ko keh rahi hoon? Main chahti hoon tu business ke saath saath apna sapna bhi pura kare. Jab humara koi bhi dream adhoora nahi reh raha toh phir yeh kyu adhoora rahe?"

Sid finally agreed and said, "Ok fine. I'll again start playing football. Lekin sirf tere liye."

Sana smiled and hugged him tightly. Sid also smiled and hugged her back. In each others' embrace, they both started dreaming of their happy future.
