Few more days passed. Now Sana started recovering very quickly as Sid was taking good care of her. He used to be with Sana all the day and all his business works were managed by his business partner, Nitin. No matter how much important business deal there was, Sid never left Sana alone. He used to attend all the meetings online.

On the other hand Sana was happy to get her old Sid back. That Sid whose first priority was always her. As her mind was now happy and stress-free, it didn't take much time for her to get recovered from the accident.

Today was the day of Sana's first ultrasound. Sid went to the hospital with Sana. They were sitting outside the doctor's cabin.

Sana was getting impatient thinking when they would be called inside. Sid noticed it and kept his hand on her hands.

"Tu Baby ko dekhne ke liye bohut excited ho rahi hai, right?" Sid asked.

"Tujhe excitement nahi ho rahi?" Sana asked.

"Itni zyada excitement ho rahi hai ki I don't even have words to express." Sid said to which Sana smiled.

After sometime they both were called inside.

Before entering Sana was asked to remove her chain and earrings. After that they entered the cabin.

Sana lied on a place and the doctor started the procedure. During that Sid was there with her holding her hand.

Soon their baby were visible on the screen.

"And here is your baby." The doctor said pointing her finger towards the screen.

Sid narrowed his eyes to see clearly.

"Woh humara baby hai? Ittu sa?" Sid asked being astonished.

"Sana yeh toh bohut hi chhota hai." Sid said to Sana.

"Only 2 and half months hue hai Sid. Abhi itna sa hi growth hota hai." Sana said.

Soon their eyes became full of tears seeing the fetus in the ultrasound.

"Tu ro raha hai?" Sana asked looking at Sid.

"Tere bhi toh aankhon mein aansu hai." Sid said wiping his own tears.

Sana also wiped her own tears.

Sid bent down and gave a kiss on her forehead.

"Yeh meri life ka best gift hai jo tune mujhe diya hai." He said making Sana smiled.

After the ultrasound was done, they both left the hospital taking Sana's reports.

"Accha Sana, main tere liye cab book kar deta hoon. Tu ghar chali jaa. Mera kuch important kaam hai, main khatam karke aaya." Sid said to which Sana nodded.

Sid called a cab and Sana got inside it.

He was about to leave when Sana called, "Sid!"

"Haan Baby bol." Sid said coming near the cab.

"Aate waqt mere liye achar le aayega please? Kuch dino se bohut khatta khane ka mann kar raha hai mera." Sana said cutely to which Sid chuckled.

"Thik hai main laa dunga." Sid said making Sana extremely happy.

Then they bid each other bye.

At Night...

As soon as Sid returned home, Sana opened the door for him and asked, "Achar laaya?"

"Shit! Bhul gaya." Sid said in a dramatic way.

Sana made a sad pout. She was on a verge of crying.

Sid noticed it and said, "Arrey main mazak kar raha tha. Yeh raha tera achar."

Sid took out the jar of manglo pickle. Sana immediately took it and ran inside.

She sat on the sofa and started eating the mango pickle from the jar.

"Mmmm.... Bohut tasty hai." Sana said closing her eyes enjoying the taste of the pickle.

Sid smiled and sat beside her. He knew that craving for sour food is natural during pregnancy. He kept adoring his pregnant girlfriend.

Sana realised that Sid was staring at her.

"Main nahi dungi. Yeh pura ka pura achar mera hai aur mera hi hai." Sana said so cutely that Sid couldn't control himself anymore.

He went closer and kissed her lips sucking the pickle from her lips. The kiss happened so quickly that Sana couldn't get a chance to kiss him back.

"Mujhe jitna lena tha maine le liya. Abhi aur nahi chahiye mujhe. Tu khana laga tab tak main fresh hoke aata hoon."

Saying that Sid went to his room leaving a blushing Sana.

After sometime they sat at the dining table and started having dinner together.

"I think mujhe ab hospital join kar lena chahiye. Bohut dino se leave pe hoon." Sana said suddenly.

"Abhi mat kar join. Kuch dino mein hum Mumbai jaa rahe hai. Wapas aane ke baad hi join karna." Sid said while eating.

"Hum Mumbai jaa rahe hai?" Sana asked widening her eyes.

"Hmm. Maine Nitin se keh diya hai kuch din tak kaam pe nahi aa paaunga. Aur College bhi Mumbai se wapas aane ke baad hi join karunga. Ek kaam kar, tu packing suru kar de."

"Lekin hum achanak se Mumbai jaa kyu rahe hai?"

"Firstly we have to tell our family that we are pregnant. Aur yeh news unhe face to face dena hi better rahega. Secondly ek aur reason hai jo ki main tujhe Mumbai jaane ke baad baataunga."

Sana didn't say anything but started worrying from inside.

"Tujhe kya lagta hai humari family kaise react karegi?" She asked after sometime.

"I don't expect their reactions to be great lekin humein baata na toh hoga. Sayad pehle thoda gussa ho lekin baad mein samajh jaye. After all humne kuch galat nahi kiya hai. Pyaar karte hai ek dusre se, shaadi bhi karenge. So they shouldn't be much upset. Even they should be happy that they are becoming grandparents." Sid said giving her assurance.

Sana sighed and said, "I hope so."

After some days...

Sid and Sana went back to Mumbai. Their parents came to receive them in the airport.

As soon as Sana saw her parents, she ran to them. She hugged her mother tightly. Sid also hugged his mother.

"Kitne dino baad aap ko aise hug kar rahi hoon. Main aap ko baata nahi sakti mujhe kitna accha feel ho raha hai." Sana said hugging Parminder Ji.

Parminder Ji broke the hug and kissed Sana's forehead.

"Haaye meri Bacchi! Tujhe paata hai main kitni ghabra gayi thi jab Sid ne mujhe tere accident ke baare mein baataya. Din raat Waheguru se dua kar rahi thi ki tu thik ho bas. Woh toh accha hai tum dono ne Mumbai aane ka plan bana liya. Warna hum hi Bangalore aa jaate..... Waise teri tabiyat abhi thik hai na Puttar?" She said. The tension was visible on her face.

"Haan haan Mummy. Main bilkool thik hoon." Sana said smiling.

"Dekh kar toh nahi lag raha tu thik hai. Aur pehle se thodi moti lag rahi hai." Her mother said looking at her carefully.

Both Sid and Sana got scared and looked at each other.

Rita Ji noticed it and asked, "Kya hua? Tum dono kuch kehna chahte ho?"

They both nodded in no.

"Kya tum bhi bacchon ke aate hi suru hogayi. Sana weight lose karti hai toh tum kehti ho khana thik se nahi khaa rahi. Aur ab weight gain kar rahi hai toh uss se bhi tumhe problem hai. Bacche abhi abhi aaye hai unhe pehle ghar toh aane do." Santokh Ji said.

Parminder Ji rolled her eyes and said, "Ek Maa ki chinta aap nahi samjhenge."

"Iss baat pe toh main bhi sehmat hoon." Rita Ji said.

The parents were talking but Sid and Sana's mind were somewhere else. They were thinking how they would give the pregnancy news to their parents.

"Tum dono itne chup chap kyu ho?" Rita Ji asked suddenly.

"Thak gaye honge sayad. Humein ghar jaana chahiye." Santokh Ji said.

"Haan Mummy mujhe ghar jaana hai." Sana said immediately.

Sana started returning home with her parents.

While Sid said to Rita Ji, "Mom aap ghar jaiye. Main Kushal ke ghar se hoke aata hoon."

Saying that Sid was leaving when Rita Ji asked curiously, "Accha Sid sab kuch thik hai na? Tu mujhse kuch chhupa toh nahi raha?"

Sid gave a forceful smile and said, "No Mom. Everything is fine. Main kyu kuch chhupaunga?"

"Phir thik hai. Lekin agar koi baat hai toh baata dena mujhe." Rita Ji said to which Sid nodded in yes.

Then he left from there.

At Sana's Home...

After entering her home Sana was going upstairs when her father called her.

"Sana! Ek minute meri baat sun." Santokh Ji said.

Sana came to her father and said, "Ji Papa boliye."

"Tu abhi bhi naraz hai kya mujhse?" He asked.

Sana didn't reply and looked down.

"Dekh Beta maine Sidharth se jo bhi kaha woh sab uski bhalai ke baare mein soch ke hi kaha. Main bachpan se jaise tujhe apna career bana ne ke liye kehta tha waise hi maine usse bhi kaha tha ki woh apna career banaye. Mujhe lagta tha football uske liye accha career nahi hai. Sayad meri yeh soch galat ho sakti hai lekin tujh mein aur uss mein kabhi koi fark nahi kiya maine. Mujhe bas maloom nahi tha iss se tumhari khushiyon ke upar asar padega. Mere liye tum dono ki khushi se zyada aur kuch matter nahi karta. Trust me."

Sana smiled and said, "Papa main jaanti hoon. Uss waqt haalat kuch aise ho gaye the ki main aap se naraz hogayi thi. Lekin ab sab kuch thik hai. Aur main aap se naraz nahi hoon."

Santokh Ji also smiled.

"Kya itni baatein ho rahi hai Baap Beti ke bich mein?" Parminder Ji said coming there.

"Dekho baatein baad mein karna. Abhi maine khana lagaya hai. Sana tu fresh hoke aa jaa." She said further.

Sana nodded and went upstairs.

After getting freshen, Sana came for lunch.

"Bohut dino ke baad aap ke haath ka khana khaungi. Soch ke hi mere muh pe paani aa raha hai." Sana said excitedly sitting at the table.

"Tu itne dino baad ghar wapas aa rahi hai isliye tere pasand ka chicken banaya hai."

Saying that Parminder Ji started serving chicken on her plate.

Suddenly Sana started having a weird feeling. She couldn't tolerate the smell of it and felt nausea.

Sana closed her mouth with her hand and ran towards the washroom to puke.

Her parents became confused seeing it.

"Achanak se chicken dekh ke isse ulti kyu aane lagi? Chicken toh iska favourite tha." She said to which Santokh Ji gave her an I don't know look.

Meanwhile...

Kushal gave Sid a diary.

"Iss mein sab ke phone numbers aur addresses likhe hai. Kaafi din hogaye. Paata nahi inn ki madat se hum unn sab ko contact kar paayenge yaa nahi." Kushal said.

"Muskil ho sakti hai. But I'll manage. And Bro thanks for helping." Sid said looking at the diary.

"Waise ek baat baata, tune suddenly yeh plan kyu kiya?"

"Because I want to propose Sana. Aur uske liye iss se better mauka nahi milega. I'll propose her in front of everyone." Sid said smiling.
