In The College...

Sid was kicking the football furiously. His eyes were red due to anger. His nerves were popping out remembering the scene he saw outside the hospital. It wasn't easy for him to trust Sana after whatever he saw. He was doubting her loyalty, he was thinking that she betrayed him.

All the footballs were reaching the goal post one by one. He took another football. He was going to kick it too when suddenly someone hugged him from behind.

"Surprise!" Sana said hugging him.

Sid clenched his fist to control his anger. Then he turned to Sana.

"Paata hai aaj na destiny ki marzi thi ki hum dono saath mein lunch kare. Isliye mera OT postponed ho gaya aur main tujhse milne college chali aayi." She said smiling, totally unaware of his misunderstandings.

"Bas itna hi? Aur bich mein kya hua woh nahi baatayegi?" Sid said in a sarcastic way.

Sana became confused.

"Bich mein...."

Sid did not let her finish and said, "Chal main hi baata deta hoon. Tu Agastya ke car ke andar baithi aur uske saath kahi nikal gayi. Woh bhi mujhse jhut bolke ki tu OT mein jaa rahi hai. Hai na?"

Sana's smile faded away hearing that.

"Sid tu kya bol raha hai......."

"Didn't you lie to me?" Sid asked.

"Haan maine tujhse jhut kaha because I wanted to give you surprise." Sana explained.

"Yeah surprise." Sid gave a sarcastic laugh. "Bohut sahi surprise diya tune. I was really surprised.... No no I was shocked. I was shocked when I saw you and Agastya together. Mere saath lunch karne mein tujhe bohut problem ho rahi thi lekin uske saath bahar jaane mein tujhe koi problem nahi hui. You were enjoying."

"Tu hospital aaya tha?"

"Bilkool aaya tha. Warna mujhe paata kaise chalta ki tu mere pith piche yeh sab kar rahi hai? Tujhe kya laga? Main Sid se jhut keh ke Agastya ke saath date pe chali jaungi. Phir date khatam ho jaane ke baad Sid se bhi mil lungi. Aur usse toh kuch paata bhi nahi chalega."

Sana's eyes became teary. He was blaming her for something which she never did. How could he say that she went on a date with Agastya? How could he doubt her love?

"Jaisa tu soch raha hai waisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Jab tera call aaya tha uske kuch der baad hi mujhe paata chala ki mera OT postponed ho gaya hai. Phir Agastya Sir ne mujhe lunch ke liye bulaya toh maine unhe maana kar diya. Kyu ki mujhe tere saath lunch karna tha. Phir jab unhone coffee ke liye pucha then I agreed. Aur jab tune pucha ki main kaha hoon toh maine tujhse jhut kaha kyu ki mujhe yaaha aake tujhe surprise dena tha."

"Sana tu abhi bhi jhut bol rahi hai. Baata de na agar tera Agastya ke saath affair chal raha hai toh. Main khud hi hatt jaunga tum dono ke bich se."

This time Sana got extremely hurt. Not even in her worst nightmare, she expected Sid to say something like this. Sid's heart was also breaking while saying this.

"Affair?" Sana asked with disbelief. "Tu aisa soch bhi kaise sakta hai? It's not even possible. Maine tere alawa kabhi kisi ko uss nazar se dekha tak nahi. I always loved you. Abhi tu gusse mein hai isliye aisa bol raha hai. Thoda thande dimaag se soch......."

Sana tried to come closer so that she could calm him down but Sid pushed her away.

"Don't try to touch me. Ghin aati hai mujhe tujhse." Sid said gritting his teeth.

Tears rolled down Sana's cheeks.

"Aur kyu possible nahi hai? Akhir hai hi kya mujh mein? Ek mamuli sa sports teacher hoon. Khud ka kuch bhi nahi hai mere paas. Jo hai sab mere Dad ka hai. Pehle jo bike chalata tha woh Mom ne dilaya tha aur ab jo bike chalata hoon woh tere paiso se kharida hua hai. Pehle Dad ke ghar mein rehta tha aur ab jaha rehta hoon waha ka rent tu pay karti hai. Look at me, I'm a loser. Aur tera woh Agastya? India's one of the best cardiac surgeon. Rich hai, successful hai and you can easily introduce him as your husband. Uske saamne mere jaise loser ki aukat hi kya hai?"

Sana was just listening to him while crying silently. She had no words to say. She knew that this was coming out of his insecurities. But the most surprising part was he suppressed all his insecurities in his mind for a long time. He never shared it with her. He even started thinking her as a gold digger which she couldn't understand earlier.

Sana was getting more and more hurt by each passing second. Yet Sid didn't stop accusing her. His anger made him blind.

"Waise kab se chal raha hai tera aur Agastya ka affair? Jab main yaaha nahi tha tab se kya? Uss waqt toh mauka bhi mila hoga tum dono ko. Kuch bhi karo mujhe paata nahi chalega." Sid said to which Sana closed her ears with her hands. She couldn't hear more. It was enough for her.

"Sid please stop for God's sake." Sana said crying.

"Nahi tujhe sun na hoga. Paata hai main na tum dono ko dekh ke hi samajh gaya tha ki tumhare bich kya chal raha hai. Ek dusre ki itni care karna, uska tujhe ghar drop kar dena, haath pakad ke le jaana, saath main dance karna.... Yaaha tak ki uss din woh reception party mein bhi aaya tha teri wajah se. He told na that you convinced her. Kya keh ke convince kiya tha tune usse? Accha jo keh ke tune mujhe convince kiya tha woh hi kya?"

Sana removed her hands from her ears and looked at him angrily. She couldn't tolerate more and.....

"THUDDDDDDD!"

Sana gave Sid a tight slap leaving him shocked.

"Bohut hogaya tera. Now I won't hear a single word against my character. Tu hota kaun hai mujhe character certificate dene wala?" Sana paused for a while and said, "Actually nahi. Tune na sahi kiya. Warna meri galat faimi kaise dur hoti? Kaise paata chalta ki tere dimaag mein itna gand bhara hua hai? Chhhii! Arrey woh bike maine tujhe pyaar se diya tha. Yeh jata ne ke liye nahi ki tu mere paison se kharida hua bike use kar raha hai. Aur apartment ka rent main isliye pay karti hoon taa ki tu apne paise save karke unn se apne liye yaa Aunty Ji ke liye kuch kharid sake. Phir bhi agar tujhe problem ho rahi thi toh aake baat karta mujhse. I wouldn't pay the rent."

Sid looked down as he had nothing to say.

"Aur rahi baat Agastya Sir ki toh, main iss baare mein tujhe aur explanation nahi de sakti. Today you have crossed you limits, Sidharth Shukla. You character assassinated me. 6 saal saath rehne ke baad jis insaan ko yeh lagta hai ki main characterless hoon, uske pith peeche affair chala rahi hoon, just because the another person is more successful, usse main aur kya hi keh sakti hoon? You know main na ek fairy tale ke andar jee rahi thi. Jaaha sab kuch happy happy tha. There was only love between the two people, without any misunderstandings and trust issues. So thank you for getting me out of it. Thank you so much......"

Saying that Sana left from there crying.

Sid thought to stop her but couldn't. Because he understood that Sana was very much hurt by words.

After Sana left, Sid started feeling guilty. He realised that he shouldn't have done that. At least he shouldn't have character assassinated her. In anger he didn't realise that he was speaking shit against the person whom he loved more than himself.

Sid sat on a bench with a heavy heart. He was crying silently.

"Yeh maine kya kar diya? I have hurted her again. Woh bhi itni buri tarah. Gusse mein maine uske character ke baare mein bola. How can I do that? Kya woh kabhi mujhe maaf kar paayegi?" He said in his mind and punched the bench out of frustration.

Meanwhile...

Sana entered her room and threw her bag on the floor.

Then she sat near the bed and started crying loudly.

"Humne toh waada kiya tha na ek dusre se ki kabhi ek dusre ko galat nahi samjhenge? Kabhi ek dusre ke bich koi misunderstanding create nahi hone denge? Toh phir kyu tune mujhe trust nahi kiya? Kyu mujh par itna ghatiya ilzaam lagane se pehle ek baar bhi nahi socha? Sayad mere hi pyaar mein koi kami reh gayi thi that's why you doubted me. My love wasn't enough for you. It wasn't." She uttered while crying badly.

She couldn't even understand when she fell asleep while crying.

At Night...

Sana's sleep broke hearing her phone's ringtone.

She took her phone and saw Sid's name. She remembered all the words he said to her. A sudden anger overpowered her and she cut the call.

Immediately she got a message.

"Come to the balcony"

Sana couldn't understand why he was calling her to the balcony.

She decided to ignore the message. After sometime she again got the same message.

Finally she stood up and went to the balcony.
