"WHAT????" Anjali whispered shocked.

"Yes Di.. I love her.." Arnav gritted his teeth angrily.

"Wow.. that's a great news right? Bhai fell in love Di.. that's all we were waiting for.." Akash smiled chirpily.

"When did you start believing in love?" ignoring Akash's comment, Anjali looked straight in Arnav's eyes.

"From the time my eyes fell on her.." Arnav replied back, without taking time to think as if the answer was already on his tongue.

"That's not love Chote.. it's only your lust for her.." Anjali frowned.

"Your brother is not that cheap Di.." Arnav glared at her.

"I didn't say that Chote.." Anjali tried to cup his face but Arnav looked away.

"If already loves someone in his life, then I don't see the reason why we should get his marriage fixed with another girl and destroy three lives.." Mami said.

"I also agree with Manorama.. Ma drop this idea, Chote is saying that he already found someone for him then we should get him married to the girl he loves only.." Mama said.

"No one listen to me in this house nowadays.. I don't care about this girl Chote fell in love with, because I found a perfect girl for him and no one can match that girl, she's hardworking, cultured and respects elders, you're going to marry her only otherwise I won't let you marry anyone else Chote.." Nani said sternly.

"What the.." Arnav looked at her angrily.

Mami rushed to him and patted his back calming him down, "Relax Baby boy, I will talk with Sasuma.. you both are getting late for office right? Go then.. Akash you too take your bag.."

Mami signaled Akash to take an angry Arnav to office before he lose his control and fight with Nani, which would create another drama in the house.

Akash nodded his head, "Haan bhai.. let's go, we're getting late for a meeting.."

"Don't help him escape every time Manorama.. today we'll speak about this matter once and for all.." Nani said angrily.

Arnav who was about to leave with Akash, turned to Nani, "You want to finish this matter once and for all right? Then listen to my decision now, I will only marry with the girl of my choice, not yours! This is my life and I will live it the way I want, not according to your rules!"

Nani looked at him with wide eyes, she never expected him to answer to her like this.

"Fine.. you all live your lives the way you want.. I'm not needed here anymore, no one respects me in this house.. I should only leave from here.." Nani said with moist eyes.

She went upstairs controlling her sobs, her Chote never responded in that tone to her. He never disobeyed her words, then why is he adamant on not marrying the girl of her choice? Does he think she will find a wrong girl for him? She only wishes the good of everyone of this family, but they never took her words seriously.

Arnav shut his eyes tightly feeling guilty for replying like that to his Nani.

"See what you did.. today you not only hurt Nani's heart but mine also.. you're changed only because of that KK.." Anjali said and left from there going behind Nani.

"Sale sahab don't be upset okay.. I will make Rani Sahiba understand that she and Nani are wrong, you should only marry the girl you love just like I married Rani Sahiba out of love only.. I don't have any interest on her money or property.. all this don't mean anything to me, I just want Rani Sahiba's love only.." Shyam patted Arnav's back consoling him with fake sad expression.

Arnav just nodded his head and Shyam left from there smirking, "Aww my poor Sale sahab.. his love story got finished before even starting well.. bechara.. I'm really feeling pity for him, he will lose such a beautiful woman from his hand in this Nani's chakkar to get him married to a traditional girl.. haye haye mere Salee sahab will lose his Katrina Kaif for some behen ji types.."

"Baby boy it's okay.. I will talk with Nani.. you don't think much about this.. don't stress yourself because I'm here and I will get you married to the girl you love.. this is my promise to you.." Mami caressed Arnav's cheek.

Arnav smiled a little and hugged her, "Only you can understand me Mami.. why can't Nani and Di think like you?"

"It's a secret okay.. don't tell anyone, your Di and Nani are very much influenced by TV serials!" Mami giggled whispering on his ear.

Arnav smiled.

"Ma.. me and Papa are still here!" Akash reminded both of them of their presence.

"This is only Mami and my Baby boy's secrets!" Mami smirked.

"Am I not your Baby boy also?" Akash pouted. He winked at Mami signaling that Arnav's mood was better now.

"You're my second Baby boy, Arnav is my first one!" Mami said and ruffled Arnav's hair lovingly. Arnav whined, "Mami don't spoil my hair.. Your Baby girl won't like it then!"

Mami, Mama and Akash giggled.

Akash widened his eyes after seconds realizing what Arnav spoke, "Are wah.. Arnav ji you're calling that office wali girlfriend by Baby girl in front of me, your home wali girlfriend.. Ma dekho na (see this).. your Baby boy destroyed my life.. he fought with Nani and Di for his office wali girlfriend, but never fought with even a watch man for me!"

Akash cried dramatically in Mami's arms, who slapped his shoulder laughing, "Badmash!"

"When you find your girlfriend Akash, just wait to see how much I will tease you!" Arnav said and smacked his arms.

"What are you saying Arnav ji? Where will I go and find my girlfriend when I'm only your girlfriend?" Akash pouted.

Arnav raised his hand to twist his ear and seeing this Akash ran away from his laughing, "Okay sorry bhai!"

Their happiness didn't last for long, when Nani came downstairs with her bag and Anjali following her trying to stop her.

Shyam descended the stairs again boringly, "Uff this family will make me go through diet when I don't want to.. I only went now behind my wife and have to go downstairs behind her again.. that too on this long-with-no-end stairs.."

"Shyam ji come fast na.. Nani is leaving the house and we have to stop her.." Anjali looked back at him climbing down the stairs lazily.

"I'm coming Rani Sahiba.." Shyam faked a smile and went behind her thinking to himself, "Shyam ji come fast na (he mimicked Anjali in sarcastic way).. you stay whole day at home that's why it doesn't hurt to your legs to do trip every time in your home, I work every day and now have to bear your "Shyam ji come fast na" .. this woman thinks I'm machine or what.."

"What are you doing Nani?" Arnav asked in serious tone.

"Can't you see? I'm leaving this house since I'm not needed here and no one respects my decision, so why should I stay here?" Nani glared at him.

Arnav could still see the tears in the corner of her eyes, but she hided them acting like strong.

"Nani I did not say for you to leave this house.." Arnav said.

"But I can't stay here anymore.. only Anjali bitiya is supporting my decision, and everyone is against me as if I'm villain.. I only want your best Chote, that's why I chose this girl for you after thinking properly.." Nani said and looked away, "You don't want.. it's okay.. from now on, you won't have this Nani by your side to force her decisions on you.. live your life according to your rules only.."

"Nahin Nani.." Anjali cried, "Chote why are you standing quiet there? Do something and stop Nani from leaving.. you're ready to lose Nani for that girl? Nani is the one who stand for us and helped us when we had nothing.. don't forget that.."

Arnav was in a dilemma now, he just didn't know what to do. He wanted to stop Nani from leaving the house but at the same time he can't agree to her demands. He just can't leave Khushi too.

"Baby boy will meet the girl of your choice.." Mami said.

Arnav looked at her shocked, but Mami pressed his arms and blinked her eyes assuring him that she knows what she's doing.

"Oh my jogging from upstairs till here was worth it yaar.. How would I get to hear such a wonderful news with my own ears and see this helpless look of Sale sahab with my own eyes?.. Now it's confirmed only, that beautiful woman is mine and mine only!" Shyam squealed in happiness.

Arnav although unsure, he trusted his Mami, he nodded his head: I will meet with this girl of your choice Nani.. you don't need to leave Shantivan for that!

"Promise?" Nani asked.

"Promise.." Arnav blinked his eyes. Nani smiled and walked to him, she hugged him then broke the hug and caressed his cheek, "I promise you that you won't regret listening to my words.. that girl is just perfect for you!"

Anjali too smiled happily, "Chote thank God you listened to me and Nani's words.. Nani when will we go and meet with the girl and her parents? This marriage should be fixed as soon as possible!"

Arnav looked away sadly.

"I promised you that you will marry Baby girl only.. then you will marry her only!" Mami whispered to him, "Now smile and be happy, victory will be ours only!"

"Haan I need to talk with her and fix a meeting with her family too!" Nani said happily with moist eyes. She couldn't believe finally she would see her Chote getting married.

"I've a better idea Sasuma.. since Chote is still unsure about the girl you choose for him.. I think it's better we make them both meet first and get to know each other.. then we will take the matter to her family.." Mami said.

"But.." Anjali wanted to say no, because she knew Arnav didn't forgot KK and he would have a chance to talk with the girl and get the marriage cancelled.

"Anjali already understood my plan!" Mami thought nervously.

"It's indeed the best idea Manorama.. first time you said something with sense.. if Chote see her and talk with her, then I'm sure he will like the girl in first meeting itself.." Nani said.

Mami sighed in relief. Arnav now understood her plan, if they call the girl home then he would have time to talk with her and convince her to say no to this marriage.

"Chote come back soon from office today okay.. I'm going to call her to have dinner with us and you will use that time to meet with her.." Nani said and left from there with her phone.

"I will bring Aman here too.. we'll talk too much bad of bhai that even that girl will refuse to marry him.." Akash thought to himself.

Arnav took Akash with him and both went to office. Anjali happily went to kitchen making a list of dishes to be prepared by HP for dinner time.

Mama and Mami went to their room to discuss their plan.

Shyam was alone in the living room, he started dancing like mad man celebrating Arnav's defeat, when Anjali came back.

He quickly stopped dancing and behaved like a good man taking his bag and leaving for office.

Night..

The family was watching TV waiting for the girl to come. Nani, Anjali and Shyam were so excited for it, while Arnav, Akash, Aman, Mama and Mami didn't see the time for her to come and they implement their plan and get this marriage cancelled once and for all.

"Chote what kind of clothes you wear today? You should have worn some new clothes at least.." Nani said staring at Arnav with old time clothes, which he purposely wore to create a bad impression to the girl at first sight only, even his hair was a mess today and he cared less!

"When you get married, you look like a beggar only.. Sale sahab is training from now on itself, not bad!" Shyam chuckled thinking.

"She's here.." Nani announced when the doorbell rang. Before HP could even open the door, she rushed to the door to receive her.

Nani opened the door smiling, "Come bitiya.. we were waiting for you only.."

"Come soon bahar wali wanna be biwi (outside girl who wants to be Arnav's wife) we will finish you today!" Aman and Akash smirked.

"From where do you think such weird names?" Arnav looked at both with weird look.

"Namaste Nani.. I came late na, I'm really sorry!" the girl said in sweet tone getting inside with Nani.

"It's okay bitiya.. we don't mind!" Nani caressed her hair and brought her to the living room, "She's the girl of my choice for Chote.."

Arnav, Akash, Aman, Anjali and Shyam gasped at the same time with wide eyes and mouth open in big "O" shape.

Mama and Mami looked at their expressions confused, "Are we missing something here?"

"Khushi Kumari Gupta!" Nani said proudly with a smile on her face.

Khushi controlled herself from laughing at Arnav's expression.
