The girl went to Sidharth and said.. "I'm sorry but main majboor thi.. Meri maa ki tabiyat bohot kharab hai.. Unke heart me blockage hai.. Aur blood ka flow..." said in stammering voice while crying... "Aur unke treatment ke liye mujhe paise chahiye the... Iss liye maine aisa kia.. I'm sorry.. I'm really sorry.." said folding her hands infront of him while crying... Listening her side of story both Sidharth and Shehnaaz felt bad for the girl and got angry at Aryaan who stoop so low that he used helpless people for his wrong motive..

"It's okay.. But next time se aisa mat karna kisi ke saath.." Sidharth said in soft voice.. "Ji.." said still crying... "Aur yeh lo mera number kaal contact karna mujhe aur apne maa ko hospital leke ana thik hai.. Main sab dekh lunga..." said giving his visiting card to her making her and everyone shocked that with whom she did so wrong still he was helping her... "Thank you.. And I'm sorry again jo ap jaise bhagwan ko maine.. I'm really sorry..." said in guilt while crying... "It's okay.. Aur main koie bhagwan nahi hu.. I'm a cardiologist matlab Dil ka doctor hu... And it's my duty to help her..." said with a warm smile..

"Oooh! Accha.." listening that he a cardiologist.. "Aur kuch accha kaam karo.. Maa ko proud feel karao naki yeh sab... Padhai kia hai tumne..?" "Ji.. 12th tak kia hai.." said in soft voice.. "Good, kaal ana hospital.. Main koie kaam dekhta hu tumhare liye..." said making her shocked again and her guilt was so high right now for that she again apologised to him for her actions.. "Ab sorry bolna band karo aur  yeh lo.." said with a smile giving her a good amount of money.. By this she gets confused "Medicine kharid lena.. Aur kuch fruits bhi.." "Ap sach me bohot acche hai.. " the girl said in wonder with a smile... And left from there...

Seeing these one person was very proud that was his Shehnaaz.. Who was looking at him with so much love, adoration and respect... She was so damn proud of him... She can't even explain it... When Shehnaaz noticed that Natasha was about to leave from there... So, she quickly went to her to stop her... "Aur tum ruko.." Seeing this Sidharth flown & Natasha became shocked..

"Mujhe nahi pata tunhara aur mere Sidharth ka kya past hai... But ek chiz bolugi phirse.. I'm sure jaise aaj woh sahi hai.. Tab bhi mera Sidharth sahi tha... Aur haan STAY AWAY FROM MY SIDHARTH.. UNDERSTAND.." saying this she holds his hand in her and started to leave... When Aryaan said.. "I will make sure of it that no one will invest in your hospital.." Aryaan said with an evil smirk still lying on the floor.. "And I'll make sure you rot in jail.." Sidharth said angrily and left...

"Sidhaaaathhh tu thik hai..?" Asked looking at his handsome face from his shoulder where she was resting her head holding his arm in her... He just hummed in response looking towards the road.. "Hum kaha jaa rahe hai..?" She asked softly as she can see they are not going towards her place nor his... Now her soft fingers was caresing his perfectly sharp jaw line which was perfectly clean shaven as Shehnaaz like him like this...

Yes, he always make sure of it that he is always clean shaven.. As she told him to do it.. It was the time when they were friends sorry just friends...😝 And the time where they were falling for each other.. When he took her for an ice cream treat.. After a successful surgery of a complicated case.. She asked for a treat from him.. A sweet treat.. And he took her for an ice  cream treat.. As he knows how much she loves ice cream.. After all she is an ice cream bhukkar.. And he let her eat as much as she wanted..

Which made her super excited and happy.. As he don't let her eat more than one.. But that day he let her eat 3.. When Shehnaaz being Shehnaaz was showering kisses all over his face in the car... Which made him shocked at first but he won't lie that he didn't liked it.. He was loving it to his core.. After all he was falling for her so hard that time.. While kissing his short stables was picking her soft lips and face...

When she asked him to have a clean shaven... "Yaar Sidharth tu please clean shave kia kar.. Kitna chubhta hai yeh mujhe.." said winching making cute faces.. By this he chuckled.. "Abey kya problem hai tujhe.. Pata hai ladkiya marti hai iss look pe.." said with a smirk just to tease her... "I don't care.. Tu bas clean kar.." said angrily feeling jealous.. "Aur mujhe tu clean shaven me accha lagta hai uska kya.." murmured softly but it was audible for him.. By this he smiled like a fool.. Like a teenager.. And decided to always have clean shaven just for her... Which she did noticed for sure.. How he is always clean shaven after that.. And she loved the fact to her core that he listened to her words...

"You will come to know baby.." said kissing her knuckles making her smile.. She just hummed and again rested her head on his shoulder holding his arm looking at his handsome face.. "I know I'm hot that doesn't mean tum ghurti rahogi.." said in husky voice still looking at the road.. "Kyu sirf tujhe haq hai ghurne ka.." said with smirk making him bluffed.. Seeing his expression she giggled making him smile blissfully... Seeing his cute little angel giggle who only belongs to him...

"Chalo hum pohoch gaya..." Sidharth said after they reached their destination.. Waking her up as she closed her eyes but eventually fall asleep few minutes ago because of tiredness of hospital work and party... Seeing the place she grasped... As it was his secret place which became there now... Today the place was quiet dark from other day when she came before with him... Which made her scared a little..

"Come Sweetheart, kuch nahi hoga main hu naa.." Sidharth said taking her out from the car.. And both sat on a big stone block.. Sana was clinging with him making him smile.. "Aaj itna andhera kyu hai.." said getting scared.. "Yeh meri life hogayi thi Shehnaaz 5 saal pehle.." said in serious tone.. Making her looked at him in shocking reaction.. "Bebu.." said softly holding his hand in hers tightly understanding what he will say to her HIS PAST.. Forgetting her own fare of darkness that's the power of love that you forget own your fear seeing your love in pain..

"Sidharth mujhe nahi sunna kuch bhi.. Mujhe pata hai tu sahi hai.." said softly making him smile blissfully for the way she trust him... By this he felt guilty again for thinking that she would trust that unknown girl not him... "But main bolna chanta hu tujhe please..." said desperately but it was more like a pleading that now he can't take this burden anymore to him for hiding it to her... But little did he knows that she already know what had happened in his past thanks to that bitch Natasha... By this she plant a soft and lingering kiss on his upper hand giving him immense peace and silent strength to speak out and let go of this burden from him once and for all...

"6 saal pehle ki baat hai yeh... Mere birthday ka din tha.. Birthday ke din bohot khush tha main.. Aur birthday mera saal ka sabse favourite day tha.. But she made it worst..." said fisting his hand.. "Doctor banne ke baad first birthday tha mera... So, it was more special you know... But mujhe nahi pata tha it will be the worst ever.." said painfully lost in his thought... Maybe remembering that worst day of his life she thought... "And I always used to celebrate at orphanage with the kids... Aur Natasha hamare orphanage me ati thi... She was always very weird... I never got a good vibe from her honestly..." said clinching his jaw in anger.. By this she holds his hand tightly giving him strength to speak farther...

"Mera ek dost tha Rishu.. Woh jo bolte hai naa chaddi dost woh wala.. We were childhood buddies.. Bohot pyaar tha hum dono ke beech.. I mean dost toh bohot chota word hoga hamare relationship ko define karne ke liye.. We were more like brothers you know.. Like we used to do everything together.. Khana pina school jana... 12th tak saath me hi the hum.." said with a painful smile making her heart churned for him...

"Phir..?" Breaking his trace who was lost in his past memories.. "Phir.. phir main medical college aur woh drama college me... Kyu ki uss gadhe ko actor jo banna tha superstar banna tha usko.. Aur mujhe singer, rockstar.. I mean bachpan me.. Baad me toh doctor hi bana.. Papa ka dream pura jo karna tha mujhe.." said taking a deep breath.. By this she pressed a kiss on his shoulder making him smile a bit..

"Regret nahi hai mujhe iske liye... Bohot khush hu apne kaam se..." said with a smile.. "Pata hai.. But tu mere liye gana gaya kar.. Mujhe accha lagta hai bohot.. Hmm... Aaj se tu mera personal radio ban jaa kya bolta hai.." said with a smirk.. "Kuch bhi bhakk.." said while chuckling... After some time she asked again in curious.."Bebu tere birthday ke din kya hua tha..?" By this his smile died the next moment and he again became like before.. "Mera dost Rishu aur Natasha dono boyfriend girlfriend the.." making her shocked..

"Maine usko bohot bar bola bhi tha ki mujhe yeh ladki bilkul acchi nahi lagti hai uske liye... Aur bohot negative vibe deti hai... But uss gadhe ne suna hi nahi mera.. idiot.." said angrily making her smile a bit... "Aur bohot ajeeb tarike se ghurti thi mujhe... And I used to feel so uncomfortable around her... Aur maine kafi ignore kia iss baat ko... But baad me laga yahi meri galti thi that I ignored it..." said taking a deep breath.. Listening this she got angry on that bitch for looking at his Sidharth.. But soon she give a squeeze on his hand telling him silently that she is with him.. "Uss din..."

WRITER'S POV:

When he reached there with his family, his friend Rishu and Natasha.. He saw Pari was running in the yard chanting SIDDY BOY KA BIRTHDAY.. Then he called her for a hug.. And she went running to him and hugged him tightly... Then wished him HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIDDY BOY and kissed his cheeks one by one making him smile.. Seeing this Rishu also asked for a kiss from her.. And she did happily.. As they both shared a great bond.. He used to call her HIS ANGEL..

All settled down in the hall and was chitchating.. Basically SM & Asha Bua was telling childhood stories of Sidharth to the orphan kids making everyon laugh hard and Sidharth embarrassed.. Later, he cuts the cake and everyone fed him one by one... And his friend Rishu.. He smashed a whole piece of cake on his face... By this he got irritated and went to washroom to wash his hand and face which was attached with Asha bua's room.. When he was inside the loo he felt someone's present in the room.. And thought maybe it's Asha bua.. But soon he heard a sound of door lock...

By this he got confused that why she locked the door... And started to clean his face with some face wash.. As his face was full of cream n it was oily... When he was raising his face with warm water.. He felt someone was hugging him from his back and was touching him sensually making him grasped in shock.. He quickly cleaned his face and looked back and got shocked.. It was Natasha his friends girlfriend.. Whom he hate the most.. As for her Rishu has changed a lot.. Which he didn't liked at all..

"What the hell are you doing here..?" He asked angrily to her.. "Sidharth I love you..." Natasha said while tried to touch him making him hell shocked.. "Kya bol rahi ho tum.. Pagal ho kya..?" Said angrily removing her hand from his face... "Pagal toh hu tumhare pyaar me.. Jabse dekha hai tab se.." said making him shocked and disgusted by her words... "Tum mere dost Rishu ki girlfriend ho.. Aur yeh sab bakwas kar rahi ho tum... Sharam nahi aa raha hai tumhe bolte waqt.." roard angrily moving towards the room.. By this she also went after him...

"But main tumse pyaar karti hu ab.." said like a desperate soul and tried to touch him again making his blood boil in anger...  "Dur raho tum mujhse.." said removing her hand from him.. "Tum samajh kyu nahi rahe ho.. I love you God damn it..." saying this she tried to kiss him on his lips making him shocked but he was quick enough to push her away... "But I don't... Now stay away from me.." saying this he pushed her away from him harshly.. In this process she fell on bed...  Then he went to open the door when he heard her voice... "Tum nahi manoge..?" Asked like a maniac..

He looked back and said.. "No, jo karna hai karo.. I don't give a fuck...  And yes I don't love you... Love..?? I don't even like you.. I was always right about you tum mere dost ke liye kabhi sahi nahi thi... You don't deserve him.." said angrily and open the door lock.. When he heard a sound of tearing something... Then he looked back and got shocked... "What the hell is this..?" Said in disbelief.. As he saw she was tearing her dress herself... Before he could understand anything she started shouting and crying... "Save me.. Sidharth please leave me..." and scratched herself with her nail making him grasped in shock.. Like what the hell happening with him right now...

Listening her voice soon everyone comes there and got shocked seeing her condition... Seeing Rishu she quickly went to him and hugged him tightly while cried dramatically... "Rishu I didn't..." before Sidharth could say anything farther he went near him and slapped him hard making him and everyone shocked.. "How dare you Sid? Natasha ke saath aisa kyu kia tune..? Bol?" Asked angrily holding his shirts collar making Sidharth shocked and heartbroken.. That his childhood friend cum brother don't believed him rather than that bitch... Who was looking at him with an evil smirk hugging Rishu...

Later Sidharth tried to tell him the truth.. That what happened in real but Rishu was very adamant what he saw.. And even said that he don't wanna listen anything from him.. And asked him to stay away from him... By this Sidharth was very heartbroken.. After that both brake all the ties with each other... And Sidharth started to hate women and the word LOVE.. And started to think that women can say only lie, will give only pain and deceive (dhoka).. And from that day he never celebrated his birthday only a puja in the morning by SM and also didn't went to ashram after that.. But his Shehnaaz she did her magic that he celebrated his birthday and also went to that same place to celebrate their ashram..
