I gave him my hand while he pulled me onto the dance floor and signalled something to the dj who in return showed a thumbs up.  A beat started playing. Manik kept twirling me. While twirling he left my hand, when I stopped and turned around he was nowhere. I gazed everywhere confused as to where he disappeared suddenly. I saw him standing in the corner of the club looking at me. I gestured him to come back on the dance floor while he stood there smirking.

Main tera baby tu meri…
Manik lip synced the lyrics while smirking and walking towards me. He pointed towards us while I looked away blushing.

Teri aankhon mein
Main kho jaaun
He stood close to me but didn't touch me. His eyes locked with mine while his body swaying.

Saanson mein basi hai tu hi
He inched his face even more closer to mine

Meri baahon mein aa der na kar
He now wrapped his hands around my waist, loosely swaying my body in sync with his.

C’mon I wanna take you
Up and down, up and down
We continued swaying while our eyes were locked with each other. And our breathes mingling.

Round and round, round and round
Saari raat rahun main tere saath and hang around
He pushed me a little and twirled me around holding my index finger. Pulling my back he entwined our hands and kisses on top of them.

GF G… GF banja meri
GF G… GF tu hi meri
GF G… GF, BF main tera tu
GF G.. meri GF G…
He walked a little away from me. And went on his one knee. Oh my god! He is proposing me. The grand proposal! The grand date. Damnnnnnn! I was too lost in my thoughts to notice the lights totally shining upon us.

Someone pushed me a little towards him making me fall on him. Manik was still on his knee while my hands were on his chest. His fingers tapping my waist and holding it securely.

I smirked and pushed him. I showed him my tongue making everyone around us laugh. He got up and started walking behind smirking all the while. Somebody please tell him to stop doing that! It makes him look sexy as hell.

Hey! listen!
I was still walking in front of him stealthily, when he pulled my hand.

Breakfast mein kisses
He kissed my hand like a gentleman.

Hugs honge lunch mein
And pulled me right in his chest. My back touching his chest. His finger travelled through the length on my arm and then his hands wrapped around my waist

Dinner mein tu jo maange
He huskily whispered in my ear faking a bite on my ear lobe making me giggle. I hit my elbow right on his stomach making him groan in pain.

Alcoholic hai teri nigaahein.
Addiction mein ho gaye hum deewane
Still rubbing his stomach over the shirt he pointed towards my eyes. I stood there wrapping my hands in front of my chest.

Chahunga har pal tujhe
Day and day-night baby
He stood straight and did some awesome foot steps making my mouth go oooooooo.

He pointed towards me and then towards the sky. His dance had this cool swag attitude that I never knew existed in him.

Beintehaa tujhko karta hoon pyar
Kyun ye dil mera na jaane.
He walked in my direction and then went on his both knees making me gasp. I smiled at his romeo wali adayein. And pulled his cheek making him scrunch his nose and glare at me.

Teri aankhon mein
Main kho jaaun.
When I was about to turn around he held my waist from behind I turned back to see his head hung low. Slowly he lifted his head. The intensity in his eyes made my cheeks red.

Meri baahon mein
aa der na kar c’mon
He stood up and pulled me roughly once again. He was standing right behind me with his right hand wrapped around my waist while he clicked his left fingers.

I wanna take you
Up and down, up and down
His hands were controlling my bodily movement and I happily let him do that. Why not? He was my owner after all. I was his. Only his. My hips swayed in motion with his and we danced together smiling widely.

He again twirled me, this time around him. I gleed and giggled making him smile more.

He walked away creating a little distance between us. I turned around. He first directed his finger towards ne and then towards his heart as if telling that I was the one who belonged there. I blushed.

What else could I even do. He is being romantic, in public. Not that we haven't had a moment before but this was something I had never thought. Infact I had forgotten about my grand proposal and my grand date. My thoughts were broken when the music suddenly stopped and all the lights went off.

Manik. The only person I can think of in this situation. I turned around looking for him when a spotlight fell on me making me close my eyes. Adjusting to the light I opened my eyes.

Everyone was standing far away. I searched for manik. I can see mukti navya and cabir smiling goofily at me but manik? Where is he?

Log kehte hai girlfriends nagging hoti hai. Demanding hoti hai. Manik's voice. But where is he. But meri girlfriend toh kuch demand hi nhi karti Yaar. The entire club started laughing. I felt a little shy and  embarrassed. Log jab apni girlfriends ko gift dete hai toh khushi ke maare girls hug their man. But my girl. There was a preganant pause. My girl! I m sure my entire face as red as an Apple. My girl will give me a ten minute lecture.

Again the club started laughing. I pouted again looking for him.  Manik yeh kyu matlab? Kya zaroorat hai? Nhi mujhe nhi chahiye. He spoke imitating me. I scrunched my eye brows. Lekin jaisi bhi hai. Meri hai. Pyaar karta hoon usse. Dil se. Hayeeeee! Manik ab toh saamne aa jao. Where are you?

Nandini! Tum jaisi ho mujhe waise hi qubool ho. Tum kehti ho na ki main duniya ki sabse khoobsurat ladki nahi hoon. I simply nodded. Galat kehti ho. Tum Duniya ki sabse khoobsurat ladki ho. You are the most beautiful girl of My World. The day you stepped into my world it brightened up. You are the star in my world. The most brightest star. Tumhare aane se meri duniya ke sari darkness khatam ho gyi.

His words made me feel so special. His each word made my heart sweet with love and respect for this one man who I love to infinity. The emptiness in my life is now filled with colours of joy. You have filled my life with colours of happiness and peace.

I saw him walking from behind the crowd. I smiled more in turn making him smile more. Ab sochta hoon ki agar tum nahi hoti toh mera kya hota. Shayad aaj bhi darr badr bhatak rha hota. Tumne meri zindagi ko angle diya. Ek meaning diya and uske liye main humesha tumhara shukr guzaar rahoga. I nodded my head in a no and kissed his forehead.

He pulled out a velvet box from his Jean and placed it in my hand. Blushing I opened the box only to be shocked. I glared at him and threw the box on him. Mr. Manik Malhotra! Seriously? A plastic ring!? 

The entire club roared into laughter while I stamped my foot I hate youuuu! and walked past him. I hardly had walked two steps when I felt a tug on my hand. I turned around to see him sitting on his knee with a diamond ring in his hand. He took my left hand and slipped the ring in the ring finger. Will you be my girlfriend, forever?

Ring pehna ke puch rhe ho will you be my girlfriend! Huh! I taunted him while he got up and pulled me closer by my waist. Ni agar tumhara jawab kuch aur hai toh ring utar bhi sakte. Koi zabardasti ya pressure nhi hai. He made a serious face waise bhi yahan bohot saari ladkiya hai jo single hai. I m sure koi na koi toh patt jayegi. He tried pulling the ring out of my finger. I beat his hand. Iss par sirf mera haq hai. Sirf mera. I spoke possessively snatching my hand back and admiring the ring. Simple yet elegant. Just the way I like.

He smiled and kissed my forehead. Humesha. He murmured. Iss par bhi. He pointed towards the ring. Aur iss par bhi. And placed his finger on his heart. I smiled and kissed his cheek. I love youuuu.

I love youuuu more. You are by far the most amazing, beautiful, sexy, loving, kind and annoying woman in the world. I included that last one so you knew that I was being honest! He winked at me. I hit him on his chest while everyone again chortled.

So guys! A tribute to the beautiful couple here. The DJ announced and the entire club echoed with loud roars and shouts. The music started playing once again and everyone started dancing. Manik embraced me tightly. Minutes later cabir navya and mukti jumped on us. We are all happy.
