Sorry for the late update. Hope you'll like the chapter....

Backstory- Birlas wanted to take Ruhi with them after Aarohi's accident but Goenkas didn't let them and seeing Ruhi's mental state they didn't file for custody. Eventually their contact with Ruhi was broken. Ruhi wanted to practice as a gynaecologist but had to handle business as Manish emotionally blackmailed her to handle his business. This fact is only known by Rohit and he even convinced her to practice as a doctor but before she could start her job she got pregnant. Ruhi never met her friends family and hence doesn't know that all except Kunal know eachother from childhood.

Changes- Rohit was always more capable lawyer than Armaan but never showed it to not snatch Armaan's rights as an elder son of the family. Here Armaan isn't mahaan to take the blame on him. The baby was never at peace with Abhira and would cry at his highest pitch when she would try to calm him down by singing Akshara's song which all made to think that he doesn't like to listen lullaby. His name was kept by Abhira only, Armaan wanted Ruhi to name him but nobody agreed with his idea in the family.

The scene when Abhir called the nurse to prove the truth who took only Armaan's name. Even Armaan said the truth but Abhira refused to believe and tried to forcefully take the baby from Ruhi which made him cry as he didn't want to be separated from his mumma again and to his luck his fierce mumma didn't let his taisa succeed. An angry Ruhi moved towards Rohit, as she connected the dots and doubted that even Rohit is involved in all this but her heart refused to believe.

Ruhi (firmly) : Rohit ! I'll just ask one question, answer it truthfully. Were you aware that the baby whom your bhaiya & bhabhi were claiming as their's is actually ours ?

Rohit (fumbling) : Ruhi ! I..

Ruhi : Don't you dare lie to me. I've seen your care towards him, your worry and protectiveness towards baby when Abhira took him to the court, when he was kidnapped as if he is your life. I've seen how his cries break your heart. I've seen that content look on your face when you take him in your arms, when you spend time with him and you even bought toys for him but didn't want to keep them in Armaan's room. All this is just telling me something else only. Tell me the truth.

Rohit knew that he had to reveal the truth to Ruhi but was fearing to lose her and her trust and love. But he knew that now its too late as he has already shattered his Ruhi's trust in many pieces. Before, he could say anything the nurse interrupted him.

Nurse : No ! Only Armaan sir was aware of the truth not Rohit sir.

Ruhi (With fire in her eyes) : I'm not talking to you but to my husband. Do you think that I believed your story that my husband is giving you a necklace of 50 lakhs to help in your sister's marriage ? I understood that there is some bigger consiparacy behind this and you won't say anything. Rohit tell me.

Before Rohit could say anything, Armaan with venom in his voice told the truth.

Armaan : What will he say ? When he himself gave away his son to us in the hospital as Ruhi was in coma as like always he wanted to run from his responsibilities and our bsp had died. I told him not to do this but he convinced me otherwise and didn't let me tell Abhira the truth. He even gave that necklace to this nurse to keep her mouth shut.

Rohit didn't dare to say anything and looked down in shame. Ruhi was heartbroken with Rohit's betrayal. She couldn't believe that her Rohit, her husband, her love and her son's father whom she trusted with her heart, soul and body could betray her in such a way by snatching her everything, her son from her and giving him to his bhaiya-bhabhi as if he is a toy. It seemed that her feelings and her dreams didn't matter to him but then she remembered that she is always less important for the one whom she considers her everything. Whether it was her poppy for whom she wasn't important in front of his love and his own son or whether it was her b.nanu for whom she even broke her relations with her paternal family but he always missed his granddaughter Akshara and later prioritized her daughter Abhira even before the truth was revealed or now her own husband for whom her pain didn't even matter for him in front of his Bhaiya-bhabhi's happiness. All the memories of the past were flashing before her eyes like a movie when Rohit ignored her for Abhira, their constant fights after Abhira's pregnancy disclosure as she wanted equal rights, love and attention for her child too which just grew with passing time of her pregnancy, absence of his unconditional love & support when she needed him the most, his lack of understanding towards her fears and insecurities and absence of his emotional support when she was grieving for their alive child. She couldn't forget the fact that how conveniently he told her to move on from her grieve and be happy in Abhira's happiness as if their baby never mattered to him, how he never told her the truth even after seeing her condition and pain after knowing that her baby didn't sur.... She closed her eyes not wanting to complete the sentence and remembered the loneliness she felt in the past few months even after being surrounded by so many people. She was sure that she could never forget how easily Rohit gave away her rights to someone else and his lack of empathy towards her when yesterday she poured her feelings in front of him with a hope that he will understand her and support her in this tough phase but without even an ounce of guilt he straight on her face told her that she doesn't deserve any happiness, her child for whom she waited so long, for whom she saw many dreams and whom she carried in her womb for nine months. She was confused whether she was lucky or unlucky ? Lucky as she got her child back and unlucky as first her own husband snatched him away from her mercilessly, her pain and feelings didn't matter to him forget about anybody else. She clutched the baby tightly in her arms while tears blurred her vision and was going to fall, Rohit moved to her but she stopped him from touching her. On the other side, Abhira fainted after hearing the truth and was taking Daksh's name in unconscious state, Manish took her home after glaring Armaan to not come near her and indicating Swarna and Surekha something. Rohit was going to say something but Ruhi showed her hand to him. He desperately wanted to explain himself and again tried to say something but was interrupted by Armaan.

Armaan : Ruhi ! You saw Abhira's condition, she won't be able to live without Daksh. Give him to Abhira, he is our son and we're his parents not you and Rohit.

Ruhi (firmly) : Why should I give my son to you both ? He isn't a toy that I should give him to anyone. Also, it's not my fault that your baby died that I should share my baby with you both.

Armaan : Wrong, because of you only our happiness is snatched. Due to you only our bsp isn't with us anymore. We weren't able to see his smile, hear his cries and see him grow up because of you.

Ruhi (angrily) : Enough Armaan Poddar, just because I'm not saying anything it doesn't mean that you'll say whatever will come in your mind. Mr. Armaan Poddar, will you explain to me how I'm the reason of your and Abhira's child's death ?

Armaan : Yes, you're the cause of our bsp's death because your accident complicated your pregnancy and you needed that life saving injection immediately which Abhira had ordered for her delivery. Without any hesitation my Abhira stepped in and without a second thought gave her injection to save you and Daksh. Later, she got pre-mature labour pain due to taking a lot of stress and there was a delay in starting her surgery as that injection wasn't available. That's why doctors couldn't save our baby. Neither you would've discriminated between girls and boys and went to that priest to know the gender of your child nor you would've gotten into an accident nor Abhira would've taken so much stress nor she would've given you her injection. Our bsp would've been alive today.

Ruhi : Correction ! I didn't discriminate between girl and boy instead I was worried that if I'll give birth to a daughter then she would've to face the same discrimination and restrictions in this family which the daughters of this family are facing till now forget about the daughter-in-laws of this family. I knew that even if Abhira would've given birth to a daughter then also she would've been the apple of daadisa's eyes as you and your dear wife are great assets to the firm. So, she won't take a risk of upsetting you both by not treating your daughter equally and loving her.

Kaveri (furious) : Ruhi ! I never imagined that you'll put false allegations against us just to hide your mistakes. I've always loved all my children and grand children equally.

Ruhi (firmly) : Allegations ? No, daadisa I'm not putting allegations but spitting facts which everyone in this family know but choose not to speak to maintain peace in this family and this family's respect in society. Here everyone present know that you think that girls are born only to becomes housewives and to take care of their family and children which isn't true. They can make their career in whichever field they want and can be a tough competition for boys as they aren't less in anyway. You think that women's world should be the four walls of the house and not outside it. Don't say that it's not true as it'll be a big lie. We all know that after alot of persuation you have allowed Charu to pursue her career in law that too after your dear grand daughter-in-law Abhira joined the firm before that you never allowed her to practice as a lawyer. You never let anyone of the daughter of the family to make a career forget about the daughter-in-laws.

Kaveri (fumbling) : You're wrong. I've never discriminated between boys and girls..

Ruhi : Oh really then tell me why
in the past you didn't allow Charu to work in your own firm forget about working in some other firm ? Or why you didn't let Kiara participate in the international dance competition ? What's wrong if as a mother I never wanted my daughter to grow up in such an orthodox family ? Also if you all remember after coming out of coma, I was informed that I gave birth to a baby girl who was stillborn. Did after knowing this my grief to lose my blood, my baby got less in anyway ? No, because I was grieving for my child, my blood, my flesh, for the one who would call me mumma even if it was a daughter. I wasn't crying because I lost my son, I didn't care about this.

All were silent as they knew that Ruhi was right and Kaveri have always discriminated between boys and girls. But they hesitated to say anything against her. Their trance was broken by Armaan.

Armaan (accusing Ruhi) : Your explanation can't change the fact that just because Abhira gave you her injection to you, you and Daksh are standing here safely today while our bsp died.

Rohit (furiously) : Enough bhaiya ! You can't blame my wife unnecessarily. Maybe in your pain you've forgotten but I clearly remember that the doctor who did bhabhi's delivery had specifically said that even if the injection would've been arranged on time then also your bsp couldn't be saved as he had died before surgery only and bhabhi didn't get premature labour pain because of taking stress but due to complications. So, Ruhi isn't anywhere responsible for your bsp's death. Also, just for your information I didn't give our son to you and bhabhi as I couldn't take care of him in Ruhi's absence but because I didn't want you or bhabhi to think that due to mom's curse you lost your only chance to embrace parenthood as you were already blaming her for bsp's death which I couldn't tolerate. I gave you my son, my own blood, my flesh, a piece of my heart who is the living symbol of mine and Ruhi's love.

Armaan knew that now they could lose Daksh as the truth was revealed which he didn't want as he knew that Abhira is attached to him and they can't become parents again. Also he couldn't bear tears in Abhira's eyes. He realised that he won't get anything by blaming Ruhi so decided to convince all to let him and Abhira be baby's parents by being emotional.

Armaan (desperately) : Fine ! I agree with you but this fact can't be changed that my Abhira saved your dear Ruhi and your piece of heart, your unborn son from that fire without even caring about her or our baby's life. If she wouldn't have been there then maybe they wouldn't have been...

Rohit (furiously) : Bhaiya don't you dare say something like this about my family or I'll forget that you're my elder brother.

Ruhi : Also do you husband and wife have a habit to become mahaan by telling lies ?

Manish/ Armaan/ Kaveri (angrily) : Ruhi

Ruhi (firmly) : What happened ? I'm not saying any lies but presenting facts in front of you all. The truth is that day when fire broke out in that room, I was confronting Abhira about her pregnancy and she told me that Armaan has denied her to continue this pregnancy and forbade her to disclose it to anyone. Later, fire broke out and we were caught in it. After sometime, Abhira was losing consciousness, I tried to keep her awake till any help came. I stayed there with her even though I could prioritized mine and my baby's safety as I knew that at some point of time, she would've gotten help. But I chose humanity instead of going from there.

All were silent and trying to digest the whole truth when they were again interrupted by Armaan.

Armaan : Ruhi ! Though you've given birth to Daksh but this fact can't be denied that nobody could be a better mother to him than my Abhira. We are the bestest parents he could ever get in his whole lifetime. So, return him to us, you both can plan another child after sometime.

Ruhi was shocked hearing Armaan's selfish demand and tightly clutched the baby in her arms not wanting to be separated from him again. Rohit felt guilty for thinking about this selfish person's happiness who isn't ready to accept the truth and just blame his Ruhi instead of thinking about his wife's happiness who trusted him so much. He felt disgusted thinking that for such a person he ruined his and Ruhi's relation and cause her alot of pain. But today he was determined to not let Ruhi and their child suffer more.

Kaveri : Armaan is absolutely correct, Abhira is a right mother for our Daksh. She can, has and will fight all dangers for Daksh. She will be a very good mother for our grandson and will give a good upbringing to him.

Kajal : Ruhi ! God has already done injustice with that poor girl twice, we can't be so heartless that we break her heart third time by snatching Daksh from her and even Daksh has grown attached to her and considers her only as his mother.

Manisha : Ruhi ! I know that both Armaan and Rohit have done wrong with you but what's Abhira's mistake in this ? She thinks and loves Daksh as her own son and can do anything for his happiness and safety. Poor Abhira, first god snatched her a chance to embrace motherhood then gave her a hope by giving her bsp and then brutually snatched him from her. She has already lost her baby and now she won't be able to live without Daksh. Let it go as it is.

Swarna : Yeah Ruhi ! Let Abhira do Daksh's upbringing and become his mother. Also how does it matter he will always stay in front of your eyes only ?

Surekha : Yeah ! Already that poor child has suffered alot from childhood. God has always written pain and void in her destiny. We can't be so heartless that we also break her by snatching Daksh from her. For sure our Abhira will become a very good mother to him and make him a good human being.

Charu : Ruhi bhabhi ! Give Daksh to Abhira bhabhi atleast she loves him unconditionally unlike you who didn't even spared a glance to him till now forget about even loving or pampering him.

Vidya (hesitantly) : Ruhi ! Give this baby to Abhira, she....

Ruhi : Enough ! Just because I'm listening to you all it doesn't mean that you've the right to question my motherhood, my love towards my own child. It's not my fault that my son isn't attached to me but of your sons who snatched him from me and gave him to Abhira. I have kept him in my womb for nine months and love him more than my life. But then also till now I haven't get a chance to shower that love on him and you all are saying that Abhira loves him more than me. Who gave you all the right to decide that if I'll be able to give a good upbringing to my son or not ? How can you decide that I'm not a good mother when you all have failed as a mother once ? Daadisa, you said that Abhira is a right mother mother for my son but who gave you the right to decide this when you yourself failed as a mother for all your children ?

Kaveri (angrily) : Ruhi ! Are you even in your senses or not ? I've always want the best for my children and which is good for them only.

Ruhi : Really ! You didn't accept papa's choice of career or his marriage with Armaan's mother. You never took a stand for buasaa even when you knew that fufasa misbehaves with her and you've always taunt chachasaa on his failures. What good was hidden in all this for your children which they themselves were unable to see ? Buasaa you've also failed as a mother because a mother always take a stand for their children and their happiness no matter with whom they have to fight. But you couldn't do this, you never took a stand for Krish's happiness and his wish to pursue dance as his profession or Charu's dream to practice as a lawyer in front of your own family. You were unable to protect your own daughter's self-respect and dignity. You let her get forcefully married to a monster as you couldn't go against your own husband forget about fighting the world. My taiji used to say that a child can share anything with his mother without any hesitation at any age as mothers are first friend of their children and she always encourage her children to achieve their dreams. But chachisa, Aryan wasn't able to share his fears with you and neither you ecouraged Kiara to achieve her dream infact you demotivated her in fear of daadisa. Are you all really good mothers ? B.nani I don't want to be another Swarna Goenka who gave her son to her brother just to become mahaan in front of her in-laws and step children.

Swarna (angrily) : Ruhi !

Ruhi : Your shout won't change the fact that you gave away your newborn son to your brother without your husband and in-laws knowledge and let them believe that he died immediately after his birth. You just ruined an innocent person's life who after the revelation of truth hated you for leaving him and snatching his rights. You had tolerated his hate but I can't even think of my son hating me. Neither I'll nor let anyone else snatch his rights from him. My son has every right to know who his parents are and on their love. C.nani how can you say that Abhira will give a good upbringing to my son and make him a good human when you yourself failed to give a good upbringing to your children ? Your daughter in an accident killed Abhira's nani's mother, late Mrs. Akshara Naitik Singhania and hide this from all even from you in fear of being punished and both your sons molested a girl and even tried to destroy the evidence to save themselves. Maa even you've failed as a mother as both of your sons did a sin by playing with the feelings of two mothers. Your younger son vanished without any trace as apparently he didn't want to confront his brother and wife for their past. Your elder son will go against his family according to his convenience and without any hesitation played with the lives of two innocent girls sometime on the name of family and sometimes on the name of his love. They both didn't have an ounce of guilt for their actions and on top of that blamed the other person for their selfish demands and decisions.

Charu : Bhabhi ! You can't question their motherhood and their love for their children. And who gave you the right to decide that they couldn't be a good mother to their children or didn't give them a good upbringing ?

Ruhi : And who gave you the right to say that Abhira will be a better mother for my child and decide that she will do a good upbringing of him as compared to me ? Charu, every mother loves her child unconditionally and wants the best for him. You won't understand all this now as you're not a mother yet. You all felt bad that I questioned your love for your children and your upbringing but for once you also did think that how I would've felt when my love for my baby and my way of doing his upbringing was questioned ? especially when till now I didn't get a chance to do his upbringing or become his mother. You all can't understand a simple thing that as a mother, I can never give someone else the place and love of my baby. You all just saw what you wanted to that Ruhi doesn't love a child as its not hers but for once did anyone of you thought how Ruhi would've felt seeing that baby ? wouldn't I think that if my baby would've been alive then his naamkaran would've also happened, he would also cry and we all would try to calm him down and if he didn't calm down then I would be worried sick....

She couldn't say more as her tears were on the verge of coming out from her eyes. All were silent after hearing Ruhi as they knew that she is right but nobody except Rohit and Vidya were guilty of their actions and behavior towards Ruhi. Rohit's guilt increased ten folds after Ruhi's outburst even though she still not has confronted him.

Ruhi : I don't know what you all think of me as a mother but I'll be definitely a better version of myself for my child and will become best mother for him. Also mind it that I won't give him to Abhira at any cost. Thanks Abhir because of you I reunited with my baby, with my son.

Abhir nodded his head. The baby also made a noise and gave his toothless smile to his mamu (uncle) as if thanking him which also brought a small smile on his parents face. Ruhi didn't wait for anyone to say something and went from there. Later, Poddars came back while Abhira was still at Goenka Villa when Kaveri saw a servant taking red chillies upstairs and stopped him to enquire about this.

Kaveri : Where are you taking these red chilies ?

Servant : Ruhi ma'am told me to bring them as she wanted to cast evil eyes away from her happiness.

Kaveri : Did you all listen ? She isn't happy that her baby is alive and she has become a mother but she is more happy with the fact that Abhira couldn't become a mother and her child died.

Vidya : Maasa ! Maybe there is a misunderstanding....

Kaveri : I'm misunderstanding her, fine let's go and see from whom did she want to cast evil eye away.

Rohit (confidently) : Let's go daadisa as I know my wife more that you all. I know that her happiness is her baby and she wants to cast evil eyes away from him only.

Kaveri nodded and all went towards Ruhit's room and after reaching there Rohit was met with the most adorable sight, the baby was happily giggling while playing with his mumma and Ruhi was smiling to her fullest after many days which bought a sense of satisfaction to him. He indicated the servant to take the red chillies to Ruhi and he did that only.

Ruhi (to baby) : You know your nani used to say that children catch evil eyes very soon and my baby is already so cute. So, I'll cast evil eyes from my happiness, from my baby. So, nobody will dare to put evil eyes on my baby, my son. Now you stay silent for sometime so I can cast evil eyes away from you.

Ruhi casted evil eyes from the baby while Rohit gave I told you look to all and they silently went from there. While Rohit went inside the room and as soon as he entered the room, Ruhi was silent and pretended not to notice his presence. He was going to say something when his gaze fell on Ruhi who wasn't wearing her marital symbols, this shattered his heart but still he didn't lose his courage and decided to break the ice himself.

Rohit : Ruhi ! Why are you not wearing your nuptial chain and vermillion ?

Ruhi (while busy playing with the baby) : Baby tries to hold the nuptial chain and it could be broken. Also vermillion is causing irritation on my forehead. That's why I didn't wear them.

Rohit (guilty) : Ruhi ! I know I've hurt you with my actions and you're angry with me and you've every right to be. But please don't stay silent, say something to me, shout on me, slap me but please don't punish me like this.

Ruhi (with no emotions) : I've no right to say something to you. If I could then I would've gone far away from you with my baby but I can't. Already your family think that I'm not a good mother for my own child if I'll take him away then for sure they will call me a bad mother. So, from now I'm just my baby's mother neither someone's wife nor someone's daughter-in-law. I gave my best to my every relation but still I was replaceable in everyone's life but for a child his mother isn't replaceable. Hence, from now on I'll just focus on my baby and give him all the love and attention, he needs. If you want then you can fulfill father duties to show the world but if you don't want to then also it's fine.

Rohit (emotionally) : Ruhi ! I know, I've hurted you alot but nobody can change this fact that you're my love, my wife and this baby is the symbol of our love. I'll fulfill all my responsibilities towards you both not to show to the world but for my own peace.

Ruhi didn't give any reaction which hurt him but he was determined to mend things between them and live a content life with his family. Later, when baby and Ruhi were in a peaceful slumber and Rohit wasn't there in the room, Abhira kidnapped him. They both ran behind her to stop her from taking their baby but she ran away from there to bus stand to flee to Mussoorie while the baby started crying feeling his mumma's absence again. On the other side, at Poddar Mansion a panicked Ruhi was pleading Madhav to file a complaint for kidnapping against Abhira when Goenkas and Armaan reached there and requested him to not to take an action against her and all except Vidya and Abhir were defending her by stating that she isn't in her correct state of mind and her actions are just the reaction of her pain. This was noticed by Rohit and Vidya that all understood Abhira's pain buy they turned blind to Ruhi's pain in the past.

Armaan (desperately) : Ruhi ! How can you tell papa to file a complaint against Abhira ? She is Daksh's mother...

Ruhi (angrily) : I'm his mother not Abhira. How dare she kidnap my child ? I'll tell her the consequences of snatching her child from a mother. First you brothers snatched my baby from me and now your wife did the same but now I won't stay silent.

Rohit (assuringly) : Ruhi ! Don't worry ! Our baby will be fine and we'll get him back.

Armaan : Definitely Abhira would've taken him to Mussoorie as she doesn't even have enough money to go to some other place. I'll go and bring them back.

Rohit : Bhaiya ! You go to railway station, chachasaa you go to airport and I'll search at bus stand.

Ruhi : Armaan ! I'll also come with you. I don't trust you both what if she is waiting for you to flee with my child ? No, I don't trust you both a bit also.

All except Vidya, Rohit and Abhir argued with Ruhi to trust Armaan and let him go alone but she was firm at her decision before anyone could say something more to her, Rohit agreed with her and even Abhir also told to let her go for her own assurance. All the men except Sanjay went to search for Abhira and baby. On the other hand, Abhira was trying to calm the baby but was unsuccessful and sat in the bus to go to Mussoorie while Rohit was following it as he was unable to find Abhira at the bus stand but he didn't lose hope.
The bus stopped mid way and Abhira started walking to find some other transport when some goons surrounded her to kidnap the baby as media had akready telecasted about the kidnapping. She fought hard with them but they easily overpowered her but before they could ran with the baby, Rohit made an entry and beat them black and blue. He took the baby from them and lovingly kissed his forehead. The baby's cries were reduced feeling his father's love. At that time only Ruhi and Armaan came there, Ruhi took the baby from Rohit and hugged him tightly which brought him peace while the brothers started fighting with the goons. When Ruhi wasn't seeing, a goon came near her with knife but before he could harm Ruhi or the baby, Rohit put his hand in between protecting his world from any kind of danger and beat them brutally, the police stopped him and took them. Abhira moved towards Ruhi to take the baby from her but before that only, a furious Ruhi slapped her thrice.

Armaan/ Manish : Ruhi ! How dare you slap Abhira ?

Ruhi (furious) : How dare I ? How dare she kidnap my child ? She has put my baby in danger thrice just for her own stubborness, selfishness and ego.

Abhira (frantically) : No you are lying. He is my baby, my bsp. I'm only his mother nobody else.

Armaan (assuringly) : Yeah Abhira ! You're only his mother...

Rohit (firmly) : Bhaiya ! It'll be better if you make bhabhi believe the truth instead of giving her false hopes. Bhabhi, I know that I've caused Ruhi and you alot of pain and I'm guilty about that but this fact can't be changed that he is our son not your BSP.

Rohit left with Ruhi and baby while Manish and Abhir forcefully took Abhira to Goenka Villa as she refused to believe the truth. When Ruhit arrived home, Ruhi was reluctant to give the baby to Vidya who wanted to take him in her arms and he also holded Ruhi's saree tightly as he was also scared to be separated from his mumma. Vidya felt bad for them, but didn't say anything. She was going to perform their aarti but Ruhi stopped her.

Ruhi : Just perform baby's aarti and your son's aarti not mine.

Vidya : But dear ! You're this family's daughter-in-law and Rohit's wife. I've always considered you as my daughter.

Ruhi (blankly) : Please don't do this act. You all and your son didn't even treat me as a human forget about considering me as his wife or your daughter-in-law or daughter.

Vidya and Rohit were hurt hearing Ruhi as from the time she has come in this house she has always been loving and soft spoken to all except Abhira even if they say something hurtful to her or behave rudely with her. They felt guilty for their actions, their lack of empathy towards Ruhi's pain and for not giving the needed emotional support to her in the testing times. They were ashamed just with the thought that they are solely responsible for this phase in their relation. Vidya reluctantly performed only the baby's aarti and casted evil eyes away from him. They went to their room while Vidya prayed to God to soon end this rough phase in both of her sons life. Ruhi didn't let the baby away from her sight and even he would cry if he wouldn't see his one parent around him. At night, Rohit came out after getting fresh while Ruhi was changing baby's clothes.

Ruhi (without any eye contact with Rohit) : Thanks for saving me and my child.

Rohit (Teary-eyed) : I didn't save any outsider but my own family, Ruhi. If today anything would've happened to you or him then I wouldn't have been able to forgive myself in this life as somewhere I'm responsible for all these problems.

Ruhi didn't say anything, put the baby in cradle and started making her bed on floor.

Rohit : Ruhi ! Why're sleeping on the floor ? It'll be uncomfortable for you and baby. You both can easily catch cold.

Ruhi : No need to show this fake concern and love for us. If I could then I would've left this room but unfortunately I can't. Also I'm not sleeping and he will sleep in my arms only. What if I'm sleeping and Abhira again comes to kidnap him ? No, I can't lose him again. I'll keep an eye on him.

Rohit : Ruhi ! All the doors are locked and bhabhi is at Goenka house and even Abhir said that he will keep an eye on her.

Ruhi (scared) : No, I don't trust anyone. You all think that Abhira is a better mother for my baby and you'll let her take him. No, I don't trust anyone about him.

Ruhi took the baby in her arms and sat on the mattress and was trying to make him sleep. Rohit felt bad seeing his wife and son scared faces and promised himself to finish their fear. But for now one thing was for sure he wouldn't let his wifey sit on the floor forget about sleeping there. With determination, he bend down to Ruhi's level.

Rohit : Ruhi ! If you won't sleep then you will fall ill, then how will you take care of him ? Maybe if you fall ill doctor can advise to keep distance from him, do you want that ? For your peace we will lock the door and window and you keep the keys with you.

Ruhi thought for some time and decided that she can't bear separation from her child again and found Rohit's idea suitable also. So, she finally thought to agree with him.

Ruhi : Fine ! We'll sleep on the bed but on one condition. Either you will sleep keeping your face on the other side as I'll need to feed him at night or you'll go out whenever he'll be hungry as I don't want to feed my son infront of any stranger.

Though internally Rohit was hurt that Ruhi considered him as a stranger but was happy that atleast his wife and child will sleep comfortably on the bed which is his priority. His was determination to mend their relation and gain her lost trust back was increased. He agreed to sleep keeping his face in opposite direction and locked the door and window and gave the keys to Ruhi. Ruhi tried to make her naughty kid sleep but even after alot of efforts he was in no mood to sleep and continued playing with his mumma's long hairs. The couple started playing with him though at starting Ruhi was hesitant to let Rohit play with him but eventually she let him play with the baby and they spent some happy family moments. The baby kept his parents at toes till 1 in the night, Ruhi made him sleep and kissed his forehead, Rohit was going to do the same but Ruhi stopped him.

Rohit : Ruhi ! I know I did wrong but please don't stop me from making beautiful memories with him. These moments won't come again in my life.

Ruhi : You felt bad when I stopped you from loving him due to your own mistake. But what was my mistake that I was robbed of these moments with my own son till now ?

Rohit was speechless as he knew that he did injustice with his own family. She laid down and eventually slept while sleep was far away from Rohit's eyes, suddenly he got an idea and called someone and then excitedly slept. At one side Ruhi laid, at the other corner Rohit slept while in between them their baby was sleeping peacefully. The sun rays disturbed Ruhi's sleep, she happily kissed baby's forehead who was still asleep but her smile vanished when her eyes fell on Rohit and went to get ready. Later, Rohit was sleeping peacefully but got disturbed by the baby's cooing, he took the blanket till his head getting irritated but the little boy removed that with the help of his legs but then too Rohit continued sleeping and baby then cried to wake his papa. Finally, Rohit woke up and picked him to calm him and he stopped crying while giving a winning smile to his papa and blabbered something.

Rohit (smilingly) : You're already so naughty what will happen when you will start moving ? Both mother-son are alike. Your mumma also daily wakes me up by applying different tricks so that she can talk to me before I go to office and now you're also following her footsteps. Tell me one thing naughty boy, last time when I tried to calm you down, you didn't stop crying and today you got calm down immediately when I took you. How ?
The baby giggled in response. Oh ! So, you were making me feel guilty that see papa I don't remember your touch because I don't spend much time with you which I should. You know this is the second memorable morning of my life as you're also there with us today but second best morning will be when your mumma will forgive me and again start sleeping in my arms. You know when we both decided to give a chance to our marriage, your mumma would sleep on the sofa and for once also she didn't ask that Rohit can I sleep with you on bed ? I had to break that sofa so we could sleep together then also initially she would sleep at the corner like I will eat her alive even if she would fall down and then gradually she started sleeping in my arms but didn't tell me and I also pretended that I don't know anything. Once she thought that I was sleeping and kissed on my cheek, that was the first memorable morning of my life and the first best was when we united in every way and with full right your mumma slept in my arms. Don't tell this to your mumma, ok. It's a secret between father and son and it seems that I'll have to use those ways again to get your mumma's forgiveness.

The made baby made a noise and giggled knowing his father's antics to get close to his mother while Rohit happily kissed on his forehead and at the same time, Ruhi came out of the bathroom dressed in a plain white suit with her hair tied in a braid. She went to the baby but didn't even spare a glance to Rohit while the baby was trying to open his mumma's hair as just like his father he also loved his mumma's long hair.

Ruhi : Good morning baby

Rohit : Good morning ! Ruhi glared him. I'm also telling from his side only. Baby tell your mumma to get ready soon and come to terrace with you after breakfast as papa has planned a beautiful surprise for you two.

Ruhi : We're not coming.

Rohit : Please Ruhi, please come atleast for the baby.

After thinking, Ruhi agreed to come while Rohit happily got ready. Later, they went for breakfast where Abhira was also present who still refused to believe the truth. Ruhi clutched the baby tightly due to fear. After alot of persuation, Ruhi gave baby to Vidya when she assured that they would be infront of her eyes only. But except Vidya and Rohit nobody understood Ruhi's fear and mental state instead were taunting her for taking her own son back. Later, Ruhi came at the terrace and was astonished to see the arrangements.

Ruhi : What's all this for ?

Rohit (genuinely) : Ruhi ! Last night you said to me that I've robbed you to create memories with our baby. Today I'm rectifying my mistake. Let's create beautiful moments with our son which in future will tell him the depth of our love for him. Please don't say no, think for once when our baby will grow and ask that mumma papa why didn't you took photos with me when I was small ? what will we answer him ?

Ruhi (in mind) : Ruhi ! He is right, childhood and it's memories means alot to a child and it's important to give a happy, secure and memorable childhood to children for their upbringing and future which I myself never got after maatashree's death. I'm my maatashree's daughter when she can agree to marry the person who left her at the altar for my happiness then to click pictures with the person who snatched my son from me for him is a small thing only. Also it's nothing in front of staying with him in the same room and my foremost priority is my baby's happiness.

Ruhi's heart melted seeing her baby while Rohit was impatiently waiting for her reply. She nodded and Rohit was happily going to hug her but her glared stopped him mid way and his face fell while the baby giggled seeing his papa's face. The family happily clicked pictures and enjoyed their family time. All this was seen by Abhimaan, Vidya and Kaveri while Armaan felt upset seeing them together, Abhira got frantic seeing all this, Armaan forcefully took her to room.

Kaveri : Why Rohit and Ruhi had  to do all these stuff especially when Abhira and Armaan are already suffering ? All this will increase their pain only.

Vidya : Maasa ! When truth wasn't revealed then even Armaan & Abhira celebrated every occasion of the baby in a grand way. Infact we also encouraged them to celebrate every occasion.

Kaveri : Vidya ! Both happiness and sorrow are a part of life. It would've been unfair to them as these moments never come again in a parent's life.

Vidya : Then isn't it unfair to Rohit and Ruhi ? Infact we all expected from her to move on from her pain to lose her child and take part in all the celebrations happily even when we ourselves are mothers. I agree that in all this Rohit is at fault but what's Ruhi's fault in this that we should expect from her to not create memories with her child especially when she is already robbed of a chance to create a bond with him.

Kaveri didn't had anything to say and angrily went from there while Vidya also went from there after casting evil eyes away from them. Ruhit were done with the photoshoot and went to their room while Rohit was getting ready for the office while Ruhi was messaging the baby. He kissed baby's forehead and seeing Ruhi busy he kissed her cheek which shocked her but before she could react he ran away to save himself from her wrath. After sometime, there was no one at home except Ruhi and Abhira as all the elder ladies went to the temple when suddenly the baby started crying. Ruhi tried to calm him down but was unable to do so. Even after many attempts when she couldn't calm him, she called all the ladies for help but nobody picked the call as even Goenkas were at the temple to pray for Abhira's happiness along with the Poddar ladies. She was getting restless seeing him in distress while hearing his cries even Abhira started banging the door but Ruhi didn't open the door. With no option left, she video called Meghna, one of her friends to ask from the ladies of her family. After sometime she picked it.

Meghna (smilingly) : Hey Ruh ! How are you ?
She was interrupted by baby's cries and was shocked seeing the baby in her friend's arms as till now she didn't know the truth. Whose baby is this ?

Ruhi : Dumbo ! Ofcourse he is my son. I'll tell you everything later first call any lady of your family as I'm unable to calm him down and no lady is at home and even B.nani and c.Nani aren't picking my call.

Meghna : Yeah I'll call chachi.

Anjali came there, Ruhi got shocked seeing her and realised that Meghna is her angry bird, her sister with whom she used to play alot in childhood. She got tears in her eyes realising that soon she will be reunited with those people who always loved her genuinely, her real family and her baby will get a maternal family who will love him to the fullest.

Anjali : Radhe Krishna ! Dear when did you last feed him ?

Ruhi (Teary-eyed) : Anjali Chachi

Anjali (emotionally) : Ruhi ! How are you darling ? We missed you very much.

Ruhi (emotionally) : can we talk after calming down your grandson ?

Anjali nodded while wiping her tears and asked some questions and she replied to them. Then, she told her a way to calm him and it worked and he slept peacefully while the trio ladies happily started talking with eachother, Ruhi told them the whole truth which made both the ladies very angry on both the families but more on Rohit but Ruhi calmed her down. They even told her to divorce him and they will make sure that she gets full custody of the baby and Rohit and his family won't be given any visiting rights but she refused for her baby's sake and they also understood her point of view. She happily asked about the rest of the family, they gladly told her about everyone but were reluctant to tell her about Manjiri's death but after much persuation they revealed it to her. Ruhi was shocked and felt guilty to not being unable to see her dida last time but Meghna consoled her. The trio decided to let this be a surprise for the family except their friends gang or they won't spare them and reveal it when Ruhi herself will come to meet them as per her promise to soon come to Mumbai. While day passed with the trio talking and teasing eachother. Later, at evening everyone came back and were shocked to find a miserable Abhira sitting outside, a panicked Armaan went to her.

Armaan : Abhira ! What happened ? Why're you crying ?

Abhira (crying) : Armaan ! See from afternoon my bsp is crying so much, he needs his mumma but Ruhi isn't opening the door forget about giving him to me. Tell her to give my bsp, my laddoo back to me.

Armaan (angrily) : Yeah Abhira I'll tell her, calm down. He saw towards the family. See I told you all nobody can be a better mother than Abhira for Daksh. A mother loves her child unconditionally and his happiness and comfort is her top most priority and she can do anything for him. But Ruhi doesn't have any of these qualities in her. My poor Abhira can't even see a drop of tear in her baby's eyes, but for Ruhi her ego is bigger than Daksh's comfort. She just can't tolerate that Daksh love Abhira more in her jealousy. No doubt that my Abhira is world's best mumma.

Rohit (furiously) : Enough bhaiya ! Just because nobody is saying anything to you it doesn't mean that you've a right to question Ruhi's love towards her baby. Maybe baby would've been crying continuously at that time in afternoon. but I'm sure that till now Ruhi would've calmed him down. Even she can't tolerate him crying till now as she loves him deeply and care for her.

Armaan : Rohit ! I know that Ruhi have given birth to Daksh and you love her alot. But it doesn't mean that you'll turn blind eye to Ruhi's carelessness towards Daksh. Abhira is his mother and...

Rohit (firmly) : I'm reminding you all for the last time that Ruhi is his mother not Abhira bhabhi. Also bhaiya if you think that I've turned blind in Ruhi's love to see her mistake then you can happily think that I don't care at all. By the way I'm just following your footstep only, as a younger brother I'll follow the footsteps of my elder brother only. Just like you couldn't see bhabhi's fault when she took the baby to the court, who was pre-mature for her even after knowing that a pre mature baby needs extra care and without thinking that he can catch any infection or can get any disease. If bhabhi wouldn't have taken him to the court then maybe he wouldn't have been kidnapped. Not to forget that he was again put in danger when after the revelation of the truth, bhabhi kidnapped him. I know that bhabhi was in shock but fleeing with the baby wasn't right.

All were stunned while Armaan got furious hearing Rohit and holded his collar.

Armaan : Wow ! I never knew that one day my own brother whom I loved more than myself will turn selfish and forget all the times when me, his elder brother and his bhabhi came to his aid either when he needed assistance in any case, when he would be confused or in time of need we would be the first one to help him. I left my rights in the firm and house for your betterment contributed in every way to make him a successful lawyer. No one can deny this fact that today what all you've achieve in your career is due to me. But when we are in pain and want you to help us, you conveniently turned blind eye towards all this.

Rohit ( removing his hands from his collar and replying him in a firm but calm tone) : I know that you and bhabhi have done alot for me and I'm really grateful about it even though the success which I have got in my career is very much due to my own destiny and hardwork along with your well wishes. Also you didn't step down from your rights for my sake but somewhere you wanted all to believe that I'm incapable and is nothing without you and bhabhi. But I don't have any complaints about it and mind it that neither my wife nor my son have no relation with all this. They are humans with feelings and emotions not material things that I can give them to you to return your favour. Bhabhi I know I've hurted you with my actions and I'll do whatever possible it takes to lessen your pain. But I can't again let you think that my son is yours as this will be injustice to both Ruhi and you which I won't do again in my seven births.

A miserable Abhira nodded her head negatively refusing to believe the truth while all were speechless hearing Rohit as they all knew that somewhere he was right. But Armaan still refused to see his and Abhira's mistakes. He thought that Rohit doesn't value his sacrifices and the dedication he put to make him a successful lawyer. In his anger he decided to soon make Rohit realize that his success is because of him and make him feel guilty of taking the baby from his Abhira. Before anyone could say something Ruhi came there with the baby to take him to the park and got confused seeing everyone at the door.

Rohit : Ruhi ! Where are you both going ? Also bhabhi was saying that in afternoon he was crying very much.

Ruhi : We're going to the park and yes, he was crying very much in the afternoon and I was unable to figure out the reason behind so I called my friend to take help from her mother since neither anyone was at home nor picked my calls and I even called b.nani and c.nani but even they also didn't answer my call. After that he got calmed down and slept peacefully.

Ruhi was going but Rohit stopped her and said to wait for sometime so that he could also join them. Ruhi nods and an excited Rohit went to keep his bag. Later, they went to the park where their little one got excited seeing the sky and various birds and started making noise to express his delightedness seeing his surroundings which brought a content smile on his parents face. Ruhi would either talk to the baby or would stay silent which made Rohit sad but before he could initiate small talks between them Ruhi's reminder buzzed off.

Rohit : What's this reminder for ?

Ruhi : Tomorrow is his check up and vaccination, I need to take appointment for the same.

Rohit : Don't worry ! I'll take it.

Ruhi (with a straight face) : I don't want to take him to that hospital as already your family has tagged me an undeserving mother now I don't want to listen all this from outsiders. Also I don't trust the doctors and nurses of that hospital and even there is not much security. I can't take a risk with his safety.

Rohit (guilty) : I'm sorry that because of me you've to go through all this. Also, you've every right to take decisions for him as you're his mother and want his good. I know that you wanted to go to different hospital and was not much comfortable with that doctor but had to compromise due to me as bhabhi excitedly recommended that doctor and hospital and I didn't want to break her heart by denying her request. Later, when you wanted to change the doctor, I stopped you as till that time bhabhi had disclosed her pregnancy and was comfortable with that doctor. I'm sorry about that. Now tell me in which hospital and to which doctor are we taking him ? Also I'll also accompany you both tomorrow.

Ruhi : Fine ! Take appointment for pediatrician in Birla hospital. Also take baby's medical file from your sister-in-law.

Rohit nods and take the appointment. They started walking silently but it was also peaceful as they were together with their little one with them. Later, they returned while Ruhi went to make the baby sleep as he was tired and Rohit went to Abhimaan's room to take baby's file but they weren't there and while going back Rohit's eyes fell on the file kept on the table. He sighed in relief, took the file and went. Ruhi started singing a lullaby to make the baby sleep. While downstairs Abhira was getting hyper thinking that he is her bsp and would cry after hearing lullaby like always and Armaan was trying to calm her down. But she didn't listen to anybody and ran to Ruhit's room while Armaan ran behind

The baby happily slept in his mother's arms while Ruhi got emotional as once her maatashree used to make her sleep by singing a lullaby and now she has taken the role of her maatashree and is a mother to a cute little baby. She reminisced her time spent with Aarohi while at the same time Rohit entered the room and kept the file on the table when Ruhi's eyes fell on his name and the column of mother's name where Abhira's name was written instead of her and got tears in her eyes. Rohit noticed this and understood her emotions as he also went through this phase when his own son, his blood, his flesh was called by Armaan's name instead of his name. He felt ashamed of himself but with a hope that she will share her feelings with him he asked,

Rohit : Ruhi ! What happened ?

Ruhi (wiping her tears) : nothing

Before Rohit could ask anything more there was a knock on the door. Rohit went to open it and saw Abhimaan standing there, Ruhi clutched the baby tightly seeing them as she was still scared to lose him which was noticed by Rohit. She was going to enter the room but was stopped by Rohit.

Rohit : Bhaiya-Bhabhi ! What happened ? Is everything fine ?

Abhira : Rohit ! BSP doesn't like to listen lullaby and give him to me.

Rohit : Bhabhi ! He isn't your bsp and he is sleeping peacefully in his mumma's arms. Don't worry.

Abhira : No ! He is my bsp. Armaan ! Tell him, bsp needs me.

Armaan was trying to calm Abhira by giving her false hopes, Rohit got pissed off hearing him and he closed the door on their face which shocked Armaan. Abhira again started banging the door but Ruhit didn't open the it and eventually they also went from there. The next day, all were gathered in the hall except Ruhit, Abhimaan and Vidya as she had gone to the temple. Kaveri asked about Abhimaan when Armaan came downstairs

Armaan : Daadisa ! Today I'll be coming late as we've to take Daksh for his check up and vaccination. Abhira is just coming. Where is Daksh ?

Kaveri : Armaan ! I'm proud of you. You've a sense of responsibility in you that too for a child who isn't yours biologically. Unfortunately his biological parents are so careless, they just want to be tagged as parents and doesn't want to take any responsibility. Its so shameful that forgot such an important thing related to their child. Also I haven't seen Daksh from morning. Did anyone else did ?

Manisha : No mummysaa we didn't. Also Armaan, you and Abhira proved us right that you both are best parents for Daksh.

Armaan smiled, Abhira came and told that baby's medical file is missing. They were talking among themselves when Vidya returned and asked the reason behind the chaos and Manisha told her the matter. She told that Ruhit have already taken the baby to hospital. But Armaan replied that a call came from hospital to confirm their appointment but even Vidya was clueless about this while Abhira again got violent and frantically started searching for the baby. On the other side, Ruhi got emotional after entering the premises of Birla hospital, the place where her parents love blossomed, where she was born and where her world shattered. Rohit understood her emotions and tried to divert her mind by asking about their memories during of their married life. She glared him which made him scared and he told that baby wants to know. Ruhi didn't say anything and moved towards doctor's cabin. The nurse asked about the baby's medical file. Before Ruhi could say anything, Rohit lied that the file cover was misplaced and requested her to make a new file to which she agreed and gave the new file to Ruhi and she got emotional seeing her name as his mother which made Rohit also smile. Ruhi was anxious with the thought of seeing her baby in pain while Rohit held her hand to assure her while she was distracting the baby. After reaching home, they saw everyone gathered in the hall and got confused seeing Goenkas consoling a miserable Abhira. A furious Manish came towards Ruhi and started accusing her.

Manish : Ruhi ! I never thought that you'll turn this much selfish and cast my head down in shame. How can you just take Daksh away without informing Abhira ?

Ruhi : I think you have partial amnesia as you're forgetting that he is my son not Abhira's that I should take her permission to take him anywhere. Though it's not necessary to tell you all but then too just for your satisfaction I'm telling you that we had gone to pediatrician only and we had told maa before going.

Kaveti : Do we look fools to you that we'll believe your lies ? The hospital staff had called Armaan to confirm the appointment and if we believe you then why did they call him then ?

Rohit : Daadisa ! This is because we didn't take him to that hospital but to some other hospital.

Manish : What was the need of this ? Abhira was taking Daksh to that doctor in that hospital only. Then why did you do this ?

Ruhi : His name isn't Daksh. I'll keep a cute name for my baby. Also, I didn't trust that doctor and
according to me that hospital also lack tight security and many facilities which it must provide.

Manish : What do you mean that Abhira doesn't want the best for him ? Who gave you the right to take decisions for him ?

Abhir : Ruhi isn't saying that Abhira doesn't want his best but just said that she have a different view point on this, you're only misinterpreting her words. Also you all are forgetting that Ruhi is his mother and hence, she has every right to decide anything for him. She doesn't need anyone's permission for this. You can't snatch her rights from her.

Rohit : Also sooner or later you all will have to accept this fact and I'm saying this for your own good especially Abhira bhabhi's.

Abhira : Rohit ! I know that you love bsp as your own baby and care for him as much as I and Armaan do. But it doesn't mean that you'll forget that we're his parents not you both.

Ruhi : Abhira ! I understand that you're in pain but this fact can't be changed that I'm his mother not you and he is my son. You need to understand this.

Swarna : Ruhi ! How can you be so heartless ? Abhira has just got to know that the baby whom she loved more than herself isn't hers but yours. Also what difference will it make if Abhira consider him as her son and does his upbringing ?

Vidya : Sorry to say Swarna ji ! But if that was the case then why did we told Ruhi that her baby isn't alive after she woke up from coma and thought him to be her son ? We should've let her believe that only, what difference would it have made ? But we didn't do this for the good of all especially the baby, Ruhi-Rohit and Armaan- Abhira. I know that its a difficult phase for Abhira infact for we all but she need to overcome the situation and instead of helping her, we're increasing her hopes.

Surekha : Vidya ji ! How can you say like that, Daksh is Abhira's apple of eye. She loves him more than herself, how can we snatch her happiness after giving it to her ? She even put her life at stake when he was kidnapped.

Rohit (furiously) : How many times should I remind you that he was kidnapped because of her only ? Neither bhabhi would've taken him to court nor all that would've happened. I know my actions have caused pain to all especially Ruhi, baby and bhabhi and I'm guilty about it but I doesn't want anyone to suffer more. For once you or me didn't thought how hard its for Ruhi to believe that her baby died when her pregnancy was normal and was going without any complications. When it was difficult for bhabhi to believe the truth even when her pregnancy had complications and there were chances that she could lose the baby.

Armaan (angrily holding his collar) : Rohit ! I did so much for you, I happily did sacrifices for you and helped you to win cases so that your law career could be flourished and you're repaying me like this. Don't forget that because of me only you've achieved this success as a lawyer. Even after all this for once also you didn't hestitate to say like this about our bsp. Already because of your wife we lost him and she is snatching our Daksh also.

Rohit (with fire in his eyes) : My son isn't a thing that my wife is snatching from you and he is our son. Who told you to do such sacrifices for me ? I'm capable enough to achieve great heights in my career without your sacrifices and advice. I don't know what's your problem that you're refusing to believe the truth that bsp's death was nobody's fault instead you're continuously blaming Ruhi only. Bhaiya ! I understand that its difficult for you to make bhabhi understand the truth and for this I'm at fault. But you're just giving her false hopes which isn't fair.

Manish : See Ruhi, the brothers who could even die for each other are fighting with eachother just because of you. You've proved my upbringing is lower in front of Aarohi's blood and you're selfish and rude just like her. She also just cared for herself and casted a black spot on my family name and upbringing by running away and getting married but even after all this we loved her so much that we didn't even think once before throwing our Akshu. But Aarohi always proved that she had that bad blood of Sirat...

Ruhi (furiously) : Not a word more Mr. Manish Goenka. Just because of nani's family history on which she had no control, you easily forgot that she saved your grandson's life when he was fighting for his life after losing his biological mother, she gave a mother's love to your small granddaughter and loved them more than her own daughter. Mind it if my nani wouldn't have been there then your Akshu would've never known what mother's love is. You've always searched for incidents to question her love towards them and in that you even forgot that your wife Mrs. Swarna Goenka is also your children's step mother. But the irony here is that neither you nor your family members ever questioned her love or intentions. Also if you had so much problem with my Nani and her family history then why didn't you stop nanu from marrying her ? Is it because you didn't want to be bad in his eyes or you knew that your like and dislike won't matter to him just like it didn't matter to him when he was marrying Abhira's nani for the first time ?

Manish (angrily) : Ruhi !

Ruhi (with fire in her eyes) : You can't change the truth by shouting Mr. Goenka and the truth is that somewhere nanu knew that you can't love anyone truly except yourself. You've never seen my maatashree as your son's daughter but only nani's. You didn't agree to my parents marriage due to the conflicts in the family but when Abhir's parents wanted reconcile, you supported them whole heartedly. You all hppily agreed to get them married even when they hurt my maatashree's self respect by eloping on her wedding day and leaving her on altar while during my parents marriage you didn't even take a part in her wedding functions. You even declared her dead for you when she ran away to get married to papa whom she loved very much but you never punished your dear Akshu when she had got married to Abhira's father, a stranger without your consent. Manish was going to say something but Ruhi stopped him. Don't you dare question my maatashree's love for papa as she loved him truly, she lived and died as Mrs. Aarohi Neil Birla. While your dear Akshu married maasa just because she wasn't financially independent to do upbringing of Abhir single handedly and was incapable to become a single mother, give him a father's name and a few months after maasa's death she was again ready to marry poppy to whom she didn't left a single chance to taunt that how he failed as a father especially when she robbed him of that chance. Don't give an excuse that Abhir wanted a complete family, Akshu was young and had whole life ahead etc because these are just baseless. In this world, there are many single parents who after their partner's demise or after their divorce take care of their children by themselves and some of them are known to you also- your mother late Mrs. Suhasini Goenka, your cousin's wife Ms Gayatri Dewra, your son and my nanu Mr. Kartik Goenka was a single father for almost 2 years after his first wife's demise and till he married nani and last but not the least my very own maatashree, Dr. Aarohi Neil Birla. I know that you never loved maatashree but don't know why you threw your dearest granddaughter ? Maybe to gain everyone's sympathy. Also I very well know what type of upbringing you've given to your good children who have actually made you feel proud of them, to play with someone's life and feelings in the name of your love for them and sacrifices, interfere in everyone's matters especially personal matters, don't give personal space to anyone to sort out their dilemma, come out of their grief, always run away in difficult times and if someone show you the mirror of your deeds then start crying, make him feel guilty for doing this, taunt for him and then at the end become mahaan. You know I just love this fact that I've cast a black spot on your upbringing and I'm just like my maatashree and not like your lovely granddaughter Akshu and her dearest daughter Abhira.

All were too shocked to react as the Poddars and Abhir were seeing a new Ruhi infront of them while to the Goenkas it seemed that Aarohi's soul had come in Ruhi. Their trance was broken by an angry Manish who moved to slap Ruhi but before his hand could touch Ruhi, Rohit and Abhir became her shield and prevented him from slapping her and confronted him for his anger and actions. Though his heart knew that everything Ruhi said was right but Manish's ego didn't let him admit that and instead he blamed her only to be the reason behind Rohit and Abhir's misbehaviour with him. But the trio were unaffected which made Manish more furious and he declared that from now onwards Goenka family has no relation with Ruhi, for them she is dead and they have only one great granddaughter, Abhira. He was going to take water and matchbox to do her final rights but before that a furious Rohit and Abhir managed to stop him and took a stand for Ruhi. The Goenkas went home but were still firm on their decision. Silence prevailed everywhere as all were shocked to react while Ruhi was unaffected with all this as she was ancipatating all this. All retired to their bedrooms, In Ruhit's room,

Rohit : Ruhi are you fine ? I know what Manish uncle did was very wrong and you're very hurt with this. You can share with me.

Ruhi : So that you get happy and satisfaction. Rohit gets confused hearing her. I mean you and your family only said that I don't deserve any happiness which means I just deserve sorrow and pain in my life. But unfortunately you all doesn't mean anything to me so whether you keep any relation with me or not doesn't matter to me, I don't care.

Ruhi didn't wait for his reply and went from there not before locking the doors and windows. Rohit was heartbroken hearing her and felt ashamed of himself as due to his deeds and words his Ruhi thought this. He moved towards the baby who was lying on the bed and kissed on his forehead who giggled seeing his papa.

Rohit : Tell your mumma that I did a grave mistake by saying those words that day and I'm feeling very guilty about it. She deserves every happiness in the world and I want to give it to her.

You know what's there after two days ? It's mine and your mumma's wedding anniversary. Our first anniversary with you and with each other. I've planned everything and even brought your mumma's anniversary gift. But Junior Rohit help me to decide whether we should celebrate our special day with the whole family or just three of us. The baby replied to him in his baby voice. I know, celebrating with family means drama and our capacity to handle drama has exceeded for this month.
The baby giggled hearing him. So, decided we'll celebrate our special day with just you and if required we'll cut a cake with family later. Don't tell mumma, it's a secret between us.

The father-son started playing when Ruhi came back. Later, Rohit went to office. At Poddar law firm, Armaan came in Kaveri's cabin while she was discussing something with Sanjay and Manoj.

Armaan : Daadisa ! I wanted to talk to you about something important. Can I ? She nods
Daadisa ! I was thinking that we should give the sole responsibility of managing the Mumbai firm to Rohit and send Ruhi and Daksh also with him.

Kaveri : What are you saying Armaan ? You know that our firm in Mumbai is facing alot of problems and someone who is experienced and capable is needed to handle the situation there or else we can face huge losses. Someone who can very well tackle the tricky situations must be sent not Rohit.

Sanjay : Maasa is right Armaan, Rohit won't be able to control the situation and maybe it can even aggregate which we can't afford as we've just made two new clients in that firm- The Birlas and The Rathores. Both these clients are very important for us and we can't afford to take any risk as they are very powerful and influential people. I would've gone but I'm busy in another case. Armaan ! you and Abhira can go. You've experience to handle such situations and Abhira will also help you.

Kaveri (curious) : Birlas ! Are these birlas are anywhere related to Ruhi ?

Sanjay : No ! Maasa, Birlas are one of the richest family in our marwadi community. Goenkas are nothing in front of them.

Manoj : Armaan ! It'll be a change for you both and you both can spend time with each other as you need to stay for atleast 2 years. Also, I don't think it's good to send them, they won't be able to handle Daksh alone unlike you and Abhira. Also Rohit can't do anything without our guidance especially yours.

Armaan : That's the point, I want to show to Rohit that he can't achieve the success which he desire without our guidance. Here everyone are witness that I've always wanted see to him as a successful lawyer and for that I can do anything and he would also go to any lengths for me but now he has changed. Today he fought with me, his bhaiya and blamed me. He thinks that he can achieve anything without this family but I want him to learn that he is nothing without this family. Am I wrong in this ? He and Ruhi think that just because they're Daksh's biological parents, they're best parents for him. I know god has snatched the chance to embrace parenthood from us but that doesn't mean that we can't be good parents or will love the baby less if he isn't our blood. But they robbed this chance from us in their ego. Here nobody can deny the fact that Daksh is Abhira's piece of heart and she can do anything for him. She didn't even think twice before putting herself in danger for his safety. Just like chachasaa said Ruhi and Rohit are incapable of handling Daksh alone. But they don't want to accept this fact in their ego. That's why I'm suggesting to send them so they could know the importance of family and that Daksh can't get a better mother than Abhira.

All were in their own thoughts while Armaan was impatiently waiting for their answer. Finally, Kaveri also agreed. Later, she called Rohit in person and told him everything. She informed him that he needed to join the firm after fifteen days while giving him keys of firm's flat. Rohit was in a dilemma as he wanted his family to get away from this daily drama, get and his son to grow in a positive environment but a part of him also wanted his son to know the meaning of family and value of relations. He also knew this change in environment is necessary so he, Ruhi and their son can live as a complete family peacefully and is also needed for their mental health as from the time Abhira ran away with their baby neither Ruhi leaves him alone with someone nor he goes to anyone, even a slightest presence scare Ruhi and he doesn't want his family to live with fear. His heart really wanted her to forget the past and he was very well aware that its a golden opportunity as they will get privacy to mend things between them. Also it his was chance to prove his capabilities which he never showed in his love for Armaan and will help him grow in his career. But he also wanted to know Ruhi's opinion about this as this will affect her too and already once he did mistake of not thinking about her and giving their son to Abhimaan but he won't repeat it again. He asked for sometime to think and answer, she nods. Later, at evening all the men returned, Rohit inquired about baby's health but all were silent when Vidya came and replied that though he is fine but isn't leaving Ruhi and even cries if laid on bed. The rest were going to give their free advice and judgements but the mother-son duo went away from there. Rohit told everything to Vidya and though she felt upset thinking about staying away from her son but also knew that it was for his own good both personally and professionally. She encouraged him to talk to Ruhi about this and he agreed and also told her about his plans for their anniversary. She nodded and he went to his room. After freshening up he took the baby and started playing with him. He talked to Ruhi about temporarily shifting to Mumbai due to issues in that firm and asked her opinion. She replied that she will tell in few days. Two days passed in a blink and today was the day of Ruhit's anniversary and the sun rays disturbed their sleep and they woke up. Ruhi kissed baby's forehead and was going to get ready when Rohit gifted her a saree and requested her to wear it as it's a gift from baby. She agreed to wear it which made him show all his teeth. The three got ready and went for morning aarti.

Kaveri was going to tell Abhira to perform the aarti but Vidya told Ruhi and Rohit to perform it. She was going to deny it but Vidya told her that it's baby's first aarti with his parents and is important for his well being so his parents have to perform it. A reluctant Ruhi with Rohit started performing the aarti. Later, Rohit took Ruhi and baby out after assuring Vidya that he will take care of them. In the car, Ruhi told Rohit that she is fine with them shifting to Mumbai and requested him if they can leave early. He happily nodded and they both decided to leave for Mumbai the next week but she didn't tell him anything about her reunion with her family. First, they went for shopping but they didn't bought anything for themselves, only for baby. Later, they reached their private farmhouse about which nobody knew. It was beautifully decorated with red roses which were Ruhi's favourite and balloons which made their little one excited and also brought a smile on Ruhit's face. They moved to have their lunch while Ruhi was astonished after seeing the preparations as the table was filled with her favourite delicacies and a cake to celebrate the day.

She felt nothing that Rohit did so much efforts for her as after the revelation of the baby swapping truth, his efforts and words seem like a lie to her. Nor she can forget what he did neither his family let her forget it by always comparing her with Abhira as if she never wanted a child and that's why Abhira had to become a mother to her child. Her chain of thoughts were broken by Rohit who back hugged her.

Rohit (lovingly) : Happy anniversary my love.

Ruhi (without any emotions) : What's the need to celebrate a namesake marriage ?

Rohit : Ruhi ! I know that I've hurt you alot in the past few months but please don't punish me like this. Don't say like this about our marriage, our relation, our love. Our relationship can never be namesake not even in the next seven births. I know I've hurt you alot but believe me I love you and our baby more than my life. From childhood we both have craved for a normal childhood and I want to give him a normal childhood and I know that you also want the same. Please atleast for his sake let's celebrate our anniversary like a normal couple or when he will grow up what will we say to him when in future he will ask why don't we celebrate our anniversary ?

Ruhi was silent as she knew that Rohit had a point and her child was both her strength and weakness. Just like her maatashree she could also go to any extent for her son's happiness and she always wanted him to get a complete family which she could never get and at last even lost her world, her maatashree due to someone else's mistake. She reluctantly agreed to celebrate for her baby but Rohit made a promise to himself that soon he will mend things between them and earn Ruhi's forgiveness and live like a normal couple. They cut the cake and Rohit gave a gift to Ruhi, first she denied to take it but took it when he insisted. She opened the envelope and found some legal papers in it.

Ruhi : Did you finally get your senses back and decided to give me a divorce ?

Rohit (with all the love for her and some possessiveness) : Wifey ! Don't you ever think that I will give you a divorce. You will stay Mrs. Rohit Poddar in this birth and also for the next every birth. Ruhi is made only for her Rohit. That's my promise to you. Also these papers are of the villa which I've bought on your name in which we will stay in Mumbai.

They clicked some photos with the baby and there was even a swing in the garden which Rohit had got keeping in mind his wife's love for swings. The mother-son duo excitedly sat on the swing while Rohit pushed it. They both were enjoying while Rohit also had a content smile on his face seeing his world happy and with him. Though initially reluctant, at last Ruhi agreed to get imprints of their hand to get it framed. They even watched a kid's movie which was even liked by their little bundle of joy, their son. The three spent lovely quality time with each other and spent the day like a normal, happy family. The day passed on a happy note for Ruhit who for the time being had forgotten their problems and had just focused on their baby. The days were passing in a blur and the day of Ruhit's departure was nearing. In between many things changed, Ruhi never called the Goenkas after that day nor did they care about her or apologised. Even Abhir's already soured relation with them was now on verge of breaking as he was getting tired of making them understand that they should make Abhira understand that her baby died instead of giving her false hopes which will later break her brutually but they remained stubborn that Abhira is only baby's mother. Abhir even tried to calmly explain everything to Abhira but she refused to believe the truth as nobody in both the families was making her understand the truth infact all except Vidya, Sanjay and Ruhit in that house were increasing her dreams and hopes. He even tried to make her realise that at the end she, Ruhi and the baby will get hurt the most by telling her about his own past experience. But to his bad luck, she had those characteristics of his mumma in her which he disliked one of them was just believing that she is only right, not understanding other person's view. All this didn't let him bond with her while his and Ruhi's relation was improving bit-by-bit just like it grew gradually in the past. This made all the Abhira lovers angry as they wanted him to bond with their Abhira and side with her only. They refused to understand Abhir that though he showed to the world that he hate Abhira but deep down he cares for her also and want the happiness of both his sisters. They instead blamed Ruhi for all this and accussed her of plotting to ruin Abhira's relation with her brother. This was Rohit's breaking point and he confronted everyone about the partiality happening with him and his wife, how all turned blind eye to the injustice happening with him when Armaan directly or indirectly tried to prove him as an incapable lawyer just to gain Kaveri's acceptance, how everyone just blamed Ruhi for her and Armaan's past but nobody questioned him, how all failed to take a stand for Ruhi when Armaan left her at the altar infact they celebrated that Armaan loved Abhira but nobody felt an ounce of remorse for what happened with Ruhi, how all wanted Abhira to give Armaan a second chance but when he decided to give a chance to Ruhi all were against it. He didn't even spare the Goenkas for always hurting his wifey and always prioritizing Abhira over her even before the truth was revealed, not caring about her feelings that how she will felt when her own family will attend and participate in the wedding of the person who left her at the altar & insulted her, how Manish wanted to take Ruhi from here after they decided to start a fresh just because Abhira said him to do that and many more incidents. Nobody except Vidya felt guilty for the past nor accepted their fault but she even apologised for the past. Except Vidya all stopped talking to Ruhi and when it was necessary then only they talked with Rohit also. Ruhi was indifferent to all this while Rohit felt bad that out of all, his daadisa stopped talking to him for whom once he was her apple of eye. But Rohit realised that Kaveri doesn't love anyone truly except her firm, position and respect in society. In the past also she favoured him because she wanted Armaan to never leave this house and firm and his sole focus should be on just winning every case, after his return also she prioritized him as it was her way to show displeasure on Armaan and Abhira's relation and to keep him on toes. Infact after Abhimaan's remarriage also she gave job to Abhira in the firm because she knew that she was capable and if she wouldn't have been given the job or left the house then even Armaan won't think for once before leaving everything. Just because they both are an advantage for the firm, she always side with them. But now he is too tired to argue with anyone on all this as his patience has given up and he just wants to live peacefully with his family which unfortunately isn't possible in this house. Finally, the day of Ruhit's departure arrived and nobody except Vidya and Abhir bid them a farewell which broke Rohit and Vidya's heart but they maintained their composure and silently decided to see when will they realise their mistake but somewhere they knew that day won't come.
