Coming across Wotaru and Gankoomon, the solar duo watched their newest companion, Agumon sensei talk with them.

Gankoomon: I wished to seek your wisdom on this situation.

Agumon: Gya, my wisdom? Haven't I imparted enough of that on you?

Coronamon: Since you don't seem that bright, I think he was left wanting more.

Agumon: Gya!?

Gankoomon: Alphamon has returned. And he seems to be filled with hate...

Gankoomon: As we speak, he with the leader of the Olympos XII are battling Omegamon and JESmon.

Agumon: And?

Wotaru: And who is the bad guy? Things are seriously confusing right now...

Wotaru: Tina and Alt are technically fighting together... And Alphamon and the enemy is fighting together.

Sunny: I don't think there really are bad guys here... Just two sides.

Sunny: But there doesn't have to be. If we can convince both Admins to stop the fight.

Wotaru: I doubt you can convince a god...

Sunny: We convinced Iliad, all we have to do is convinced Yiggdrasil.

Agumon: Hmph. You seek my wisdom Gankoomon? Then that means you must become my student once more.

Agumon: But as you can see, I already have one. If you defeat them, I'll give you the wisdom you seek.

The Sistermon evolved into their Mega level, to face the fearsome Royal Knight under Alt's control.

Beelstarmon and Metastarmon fired off projectiles at Craniummon who silently spun his weapon to deflect. It was irrelevant to the sisters, for the purpose was for Venusmon to get in and throw her pet dove. But against his heavy armor the Dove could not pierce him.

*Clank*

Craniummon:....

He swung his weapon towards Venusmon who narrowly dodged the attack. Swinging again, Venusmon was saved by Metastarmon who flew over and blocked the blade with her scepter. Craniummon pulled back his blade to thrust it at Metastarmon.

Sliding aside, she avoided the thrust, clearing the way for Beelstarmon to jump onto and run down the massive blade whilst shooting Craniummon.

*BANG* *BANG*

Alt: It must suck to have the member of the Olympos XII who doesn't fight.

Vergil glanced to his right to see Alt standing beside him. With him being taller and clearly stronger, Vergil made no attempt to fight him directly.

Vergil: Kinda.

Alt: You're not needed. So if you surrender their cores to me, I can get you home.

Vergil: Huh?

Alt: Piqued your interest?

*CRASH*

Vergil: Urk!?

With a single swing of his weapon, Craniummon cracked the ice and sent chunks flying. The sisters were blown back. Vergil would have been as well if Alt didn't grab hold of him.

The chunks of ice that flew, Metastarmon and Beelstarmon grabbed Venusmon to protect her with their bodies, but that prevented her from saving Vergil who was once again saved by Alt who with a snap of his fingers called Craniummon.

Venusmon: Vergil!

Behind Craniummon, Vergil was blocked off from the sisters.

Beelstarmon:(mind) This form isn't doing it... I might need to Slide evolve into Lilithmon.

Beelstarmon:(mind) I got that power to protect them... So who cares if I fall from grace, it'll all be worth it!

Beelstarmon: Slide-

*Thud-thump*

Beelstarmon:!??

Clenching her chest, Beelstarmon is suddenly dizzy. The odd feeling all the Digimon felt in the air was now suddenly to her, intensely strong, so strong that it hurt.

Venusmon: We have to get Vergil!

Metastarmon: Then you must unleash your power and subdue Craniummon.

Metastarmon: Beelstarmon and I will protect you. So keep trying. Isn't that right, Beelstarmon?

Beelstarmon: Urk!?

Venusmon: Beelstarmon?

A feeling of violence was taking over her mind. She tried to resist but it was only a matter of time.

Thus, Beelstarmon ran past her sister and raced over to Craniummon.

Beelstarmon: RAAAHHHH!!!

Venusmon/Metastarmon: BEELSTARMON!

*wooosh*

Craniummon swung down his weapon, only for Beelstarmon to catch it and surprisingly push against him.

Alt: Hm?

Vergil:?

Feeling something off, Vergil pulled out Beelstarmon's Digicore to find it glowing. An "X" symbol then appeared within the core.

*WHAM*

Craniummon fell onto his back as Beelstarmon floated into the air, critical lines of energy appeared around her.

"Beelstarmon...!"

"X-Diguvolve To....!"

The lines split into X's as Beelstarmon evolved.

"Beelstarmon X!!!"

Her form changed, she still resembled Beelstarmon, yet she was different. Purple wings were now on her back, her weapon changed into a Shotgun, but what changed the most, was the look in her eyes.

Flying over to her sister, Metastarmon tried to restrain the wild X-Digimon, but with her finger still on the trigger she simply fired and her bullets curved and hit Metastarmon in the back.

Metastarmon:!!?

Metastarmon: Grr! Snap out of it!

Venusmon: Sisters...

Alt: I have a new condition on letting you leave.

Vergil:?

Alt: Destroy the Digicores for those two, and give me Venusmon's. In fact... Why don't you reset her?

Vergil: Sunny and Luna both showed off how to get stronger...

Olive refused to fail her master, carrying her determination, Olive out maneuvered the bullets and pecked Beelstarmon X's head, filling it with thoughts of peace and washing away all the violence.

Beelstarmon X: Huh?

Metastarmon: You're back... Thank goodness.

Venusmon: *giggles*

Beelstarmon X: *sobs* I did it again, didn't I? I lost control... And hurt you two again!

Venusmon: It's okay. We know you didn't mean to...

Beelstarmon X: That doesn't change the fact that I did!

Vergil: Beelstarmon... You have more love than any of us. I'm the last person to say this... But don't be ashamed of that!

Venusmon:(smiles) He's right.

Dodging Craniummon's blade, Venusmon met his next swing with her clam, catching the blade. As she fends off the Royal Knight, she leaves Vergil to tend to her sisters.

Metastarmon was too injured to continue fighting, and Beelstarmon X had all her thoughts if violence substituted with peace.

Metastarmon: We need to help her...

Beelstarmon X: But neither of us are in any condition....

Vergil: Yet...

They curiously turn to Vergil, who held their cores in his other hand.

Vergil: Apollomon... Dianamon... They constantly push themselves beyond the limit through their bonds.

Vergil:(blushes) I know we've had our differences... That we don't see eye to eye...

Vergil: You're still important to me!

Metastarmon: What are you doing?

Vergil:(blushes) I don't know.... It worked with Venusmon...

Vergil: What else am I supposed to do? It's not like I can take Metastarmon's discipline and control and combine it with Beelstarmon's personality and power!

Meta/Beelstarmon: Yes you can.

Vergil: Huh?

Metastarmon: DNA Digivolution can combine two Digimon into a more powerful Digimon.

Vergil: That's been an option this whole time...? O-okay! How do I do that?

Beelstarmon X:(smiles) Haven't you already figured out? With love.

Vergil stares at their cores, clutching them tightly as he focuses on his feelings. The sisters begin glowing brightly.

Metastarmon: I'm likely already infected. So don't worry... We'll do what we should have done for the beginning... Be together.

Vergil:(mind) Your bond...is special. I wish help protect it... And... And... Have the same bond with all of you.

The D-Modder began to spark, as Vergil began overloading it with his emotions, supporting Three Megas, and now a fusion, as a beam shined out of the modder, combining the sisters.

"Metastarmon..."

"Beelstarmon X..."

"DNA Digivolve To...."

"MASTEMON X!!!"

Venusmon:(nods)

Raising her blade of holiness, she brings it down upon Craniummon.

Mastemon X: "Holy Desire"!!

Breaking his blade and shattering his armor as well as the ice in an eight kilometer radius, Mastemon X left him wide open for Venusmon.

Venusmon: "I. LOVE. YOU"!

She blew a kiss at Craniummon. The sheer shock of her doing so broke him out of the spell that Alt used to control him.

Craniummon: Where am I...?

Alt: Nowhere. Go back to sleep.

A dark portal consumed Craniummon.

Alt: You made a powerful enemy today, Vergil.

Vergil: Kiss my ass.

Alt vanishes, leaving Vergil and Venusmon the winners.

*Spark*

Vergil:!?

His mass production D-Modder becomes super hot. Ripping it off, he tosses it aside as it explodes, unable to handle supporting Venusmon and Mastemon X, the latter's code was too complex for it to begin with.

*Boom*

Vergil: Well... Guess we're not Digivolving any time soon- WHA!?

Venusmon swooped down and picked Vergil, holding him tightly as she flew up high.

Venusmon: Nuzzle, nuzzle~!

Vergil:(muffled) Baaah!?! How are you still in Mega!?

Venusmon:(smiles) I'm 100% powered by love!

She gently sits on Mastemon X's shoulder. The fusion is the size of a small apartment complex, so there was room.

Vergil:(blushes) So you're going to be like that... Until...?

Venusmon: Until I get too tired....

Venusmon: Now onward! We have a war to stop!

Vergil: Can you put me down first?

Venusmon: NEVER!
