Chapter 15

Takuya in Wonderland

Dark Continent; known for having no light as the said country always and forever will be in darkness. Morning or evening are no difference in this continent; so no one could blame this two digidestined if they still sleeping despite that is it already morning at the other continents.

Takuya and Izumi fell on Dark Continent after being sucked by that strange tornado that separates them to everyone.

"I must hurry! I must hurry!" a monotone voice rung to snori—sleeping Takuya which disturbed his sleep. The monotone voice continuously repeats those words that it is some sort of sutra.

The goggle head woke up and tried to find the source of that annoying sound. He got up to his feet and finally saw the source. His eyes open wide then make a confuse face. He walked towards the source while speaking on 'it'

"Hey what's the fuzz, Koji? Anyways where's everyone?" But the source that he thought his friend didn't seem to notice him as he keeps saying his sutra.

Takuya frowned when his 'friend' didn't answer him; the brunet saw that 'Koji' holding and looking at a silver pocket watch.

"Oi! Koji can't you hear me?!" Takuya yelled at him but the ravenet did not fazed at all as he just continues his business.

Takuya took a step towards his friend. Then, just then Koji started to run on the opposite direction; he look in hurry while saying "I must hurry or the light will not turn off in the right time to give a way for the darkness!" while Takuya is running, following him.

"Oi Koji! What are you talking about?" Takuya yell again yet again didn't get any response.

Takuya stopped as he lost sight of his weird friend, but he still searching for some traces.

"Jeez! What's wrong with Koji? He is acting strange!" He mumbled.

He then saw a weird big tree with huge rabbit hole down its trunk. Takuya stopped on its front "No. Koji will not go on that." When he is about to leave, Koji's voice rung from the rabbit hole. "Urgh!" He can't believe Koji actually did. He then entered the hole.

The hole went straight like a tunnel for a short way and then it dipped suddenly down. Before Takuya could even think he found himself falling down on a very deep well.

He kept falling for thirty minutes or so.

"WHEN WILL I ABLE TO TOUCH THE GROUND AGAIN?! IF IT HAS ONE!" He yells on the top of his lungs.

Down, so down, very down.

"Izumi will get angry at me by living her on that place." Takuya remind himself as imagining his girlfriend's angry face. "I hope she'll listen to whatever I gonna say."

Takuya felt that he is still far to the ground...

"DAMN YOU KOJI!!! AFTER THIS I GOING TO MAKE YOU EXPLAIN TO IZUMI EVERYTHING!!!" He yelled yet again "I JUST WISH THAT THIS STUPID FALLING WOULD STOP!" As if on cue his wish is granted when he hit the hard floor. He rubbed his backhead to ease the ache that cause by his fall.

"It hurts!" He whined to himself.

In front of him was a long passage way, he quickly got on his feet and walk towards it.

'Where's Koji?' He thought.

"Oh no my bandana! My jacket! And digivice! I forgot them on my house! I must hurry!" Koji's voice rung on Takuya's ears.

The brunet unhesitantly chased that voice; Takuya turned a corner but Koji weren't there. He found himself in a long low hall. There were doors all around it.

"Jeez! What a headache!" Then he tried every single door but it all locked.

He scratches his head in irritation "jeez"

"Need something?" A voiced asked him. He spans around and saw Kyuubimon. Smile spreads onto his face and he run to the nine tail digimon.

"Kyuubimon! Hey where's everyone?" The brunet asked.

"Yes and not!" Kyuubimon replied; it gave confusion to the goggle head. "Yes: My name is Kyuubimon. Not: because I didn't know what are you talking about... Onibidama!" Kyuubimon attacks Takuya who caught off guard and didn't able to dodge the attack so he flew, destroying the door on the end of the hall.

He continued flying and ending up into a messy Tea party. Takuya saw himself sitting on the armchair at one end of the long table. He saw Kokoro, Tsubasa, and Alice.

Alice, who wearing black hat, pouring a tea into a teacup, then offered it to the confuse brunet; while Tsubasa was sleeping soundly on the table and Kokoro keep studying her broken golden watch.

Watching his friends acting odd, Takuya unconciously drinks his tea.

"Poor you~" a female voice commented to Takuya "You really drink the tea that the Hatter gave to you!" As the voice continue Takuya turned his head and saw Takari, crossed arms staring at him "Don't you know? Hatter's tea will make you shrink!" Then the goggle head saw Takari slowly vanishing "Well be careful on the 'wind'~" and she completely vanished while Takuta finally noticed that he shrinking!

SHRINK-SHRINk-SHRInk-SHRink-SHrink-Shrink-shrink until he is nothing but size of thumbfinger. The trio, who just watching him shrink, laughs at him. Since he is small and so light the wind easily blew him off. "Oh no! NOT AGAIN!!!"

For the second time of that day he fell but this time on a soft sunflower. At front of him Junpei and Tomoki was standing there.

"Junpei! Tomoki!" He is happy to see them, should he?

"No were not!" They said in unison

"Eh?" Takari reappeared behind Takuya.

"Enjoy your selves' guys!" She said then vanished again.

"First is Koji hurrying over something, next is Kyuubimon attacking me out of no where, then there's Alice, Koko and Tsu giving me tea that will make me shrink, then Takari appear-vanish-appear and then vanish again, and now this two? What's happening here?!" Takuya recap the events that led him into this point.

"We are the Tweedle Brothers!" They announced to get his attention.

"Tweedle Brothers?" Confused brunet

"Yes! And we will help you!"

"Really?" the brunet didn't believe on them.

"Yes! IF!" Junpei or Tweedle Dum started

"—you able to answer our questions!" Tomoki or Tweedle Dee finishes.

"Figure." Takuya is so disappointed "I see—I'm in Alice in Wonderland! The Mad Hatter is Alice, Koji is the white rabbit, Koko is March Hare, Tsu is Dormouse, this two are Tweedle brothers and then Takari is Cheshire cat! But why is this happening?"

As he lost to his own thoughts the two already finished their three questions and none of it gets an answer so they left. When he looks up they are already gone. "Eh? Where are they?" Takuya asked no one in particular, not even expecting an answer from anyone.

"You are too lost on your own thoughts that you completely ignore the three questions so they left. Totally disappointed on you~" Takari who has cat ears reappear once again. Takuya turn to her,

"Hey! Don't just vanish again! What's happening here? Why everyone is were acting strange? You're Cheshire Cat right!"

"Oh my! I'm not the one who holding all the knowledge~" she smiles at Takuya "Say; do you have faith on your friends?"

"Of course I am!"

"Then you better be careful on the wind coming from your friend~"

"Huh?"

Then Takari or Cheshire cat blew him lightly, and since his height is just like thumb he is easily flew again in the air.

"Damn it TAKARI!!!" Takuya scream.

Takari, after making sure that he flew on the right place, smiled and then vanished leaving her mouth and cat ears visible "Have faith on your friends, Takuya." She mouthed then completely vanished.
