(James P.O.V.)

My friends and I comtinue sobbing. Our hands over our faces. The digital world had been destryoed...

Everyone else had been destyod along with the destruction. We had failed to save the digital world...and our own world. We had failed our duties of being the digidestined.

Phemon flew next to me and put a winged hand on my shoulder. "James you can't give up now..." he whispered

I felt tears streaming down my face. "Phemon their is nothing we can do! We have failed! The high chandler won their is nothing we can do." I cried.

Zen nodded and held onto his shoulders. "We shouldn't even try anything because we all know what's going to happen... the high chandler will kill us. Why don't we just stay together until we get...deleted." he whispered sadly.

Elizabeth was covering her face with her arm. "Why did our friends have to die? What is accomplish from a war?" She asked as she still had tears streaming down her face.

Miragemon barred her teeth. "Elizabeth! Wake up! You have done a lot of things during your time in the digital world. You know your not that same little shy girl you once were. You have became a very strong confident person. Don't you dare give up on that."

Elizabeth slowly look up shocked. "Your right."

Glaciamon nodded. "All of you have changed during your time in the digital world. You all gave it your all in this digital world."

I look up from my hands. "I guess i never thought i would be able to lead a group of people before." I chuckled uneasily.

Phemon nodded as he put a winged hand on my shoulder.

Crystal smiled. "And i was able to provide help. I was able to keep the group together."

Glaciamon nodded. "You were a great help Crystal."

Zen wipe his eyes. "Before i came to the digital world. I have to admit...I used to stay mostly to myself because what I am... but now that i got to hang out with you guys. I don't care about what others think of me."

Reymon smiled.

Cody nodded. "And all the time when I thought i was living in my older's brother's shadow. I realized that i needed to find my own path in life. I had to create my own life style."

Panthemon snickered. "Well maybe you should reconsider it." He teased. "Because this (he gestures to all of Cody) Isn't working."

Cody and Panthemon burst in laughter.

Jeffrey smiled. "I guess i learn not to trust everyone i met. And also to fight for what i belive in. No matter if it's my friends or family."

Ariomon nodded. "But i don't really know if that was working for you..." She chuckled.

Jeffrey laughed with her and hugged her.

Amanda held Huitzomon tight. "Before i came to the digital world i was a complete jerk. I was a spoiled brat...but then i relaized that i had been lied to. I then wanted to be kind and generous."

Huitzomon smiled and nodded at her.

Jiwon put a hand on Egaramon's shoulder. "I guess i never realized when i was younger. That the Guardian i was living with is the wrong one. He made me hunt down multiple digimon. But after i learn the truth i wanted to help any digimon out there."

Egaramon grin. "And you have done a great job."

Fanny smiled and look down at Spadamon. "I guess i used to be a little shy too back then. But then i wanted to fight back. I never really wanted to join in the war but i realized i had to fight back for the people i care about."

Spadamon nodded and hop in her arms.

I got up to my feet and bawled my fists. "Who says we give this one more shot? Who says we destroy the high chandelier?"

Crystal grinned. "I wouldn't mind giving it one more shot."

Fanny nodded. "If we all stay together we can beat anything that comes our way."

Amanda gasped as she look to the right of us.

Slowly walking towards us in the darkness was Shade. The dragon humanoid eyes were still glowing blood red.

The dragon held his sword in his right hand. He was eying all of us

Reymon barred his fangs. "Don't get any closser." He growled.

The dragon let out a sigh and his eyes turn to it's original gold color. He reached for his forehead and his eyes suddenly xlosed and he fell face foward and slammed onto the ground of the pitch darkness.

"Shade!" Amanda shouted. Amanda let go of Huitzomon and raced to his side.

"Wait Amanda it might not be safe!" Elizabeth shouted after her.

Amanda didn't listen to her and reached the dragon humanoid. She put a hand on the dragon's shoulder. "Shade are you okay?" She asked worried.

My friends and I walked over to Amanda's side.

Shade slowly open his eyes. "What happen?" He asked as he put a hand to his face. He look dizzy.

Amanda slowly help him to get into a sitting position.

Shade look around in the pitch blackness. He look lost for words. "OKAY! what really happen?!" He asked. He then quickly look around at all of us. "Where's Micah?" He asked.

The dragon tried to get to his feet

"Stop you shouldn't get up." Crystal warned him.

"Where's Micah?" He asked again.

Zen look away and then whispered. "He's dead..."

Shade's eyes grew wide. "What? What happen... please someone tell me." He whispered.

Amanda burst into tears. "We really don't know...your eyes just started to glow red. And...and you killed Wormon and Chicamon." She sobbed.

Shade look shocked again. "The high chandler must have controlled me... he must have remembered about Wormon and Chicamon..."

I raised an eyebrow. "What was so special about them anyways?" I asked

Shade sighed. "They both held time in their hands. They controlled the time in the digital world. When they were destroyed. Time in the digital world became unstable and everything was deleted." He informed us. He put his hand on his face. "I promise him...that i would protect him... i..."

Shade look really hurt. Then his sad face turn to one of anger. "I'M GOING TO KILL THE HIGH CHANDLER." he snarled.

Amanda put a hand on his shoulder. "Calm down Shade."

Famny nodded. "We can't even do anything anyways... we are stuck here." She whispered.

Shade barred his fangs and reached into a pouch on his hip. He pulled out a small blue crystal. "No were not. This crystal can take us to the high chandler." He announced.

Elizabeth bawled her fists. "Then let's do it."

My friends and I nodded.

Shade smashed the crystal in his hands and a blue mist surronded all of us. The darkness that surronded us slowly started to change color. We were now in a room. The room was about the size of a football feild. The ceiling seem to be ten feet up in the air

The walls of the room were a dark brown. On the walls of the room were human skeletons hanging by their wrists.

And in the center of the room was a decyaing man. He was wearing black robes.

"Hello chosen children, the old legends, and Shade." He said with a smile.

Shade barred his fangs. "Damn you! You killed Micah!" He roared

The high chandler shook his head. "I didn't kill him Shade. You did. It's in your blood. You will forever kill and their is nothing you can change about that. You will forever live knowing that you couldn't save him." He laughed.

Shade bawled his fists. "What do you mean i will forever live. Because if your successful in defeating the legends. You will delete the reminder of this place and start creating your world."

The high chandler burst into laughter. "I will keep you alive of course. You will forver know how it feels to have dread. And i will give you the memories of Micah's last monents. So you can see them over and over again." He chuckled.

Elizabeth bawled her fists. "That's a terrible thing to do! Why did you do all of this anyway!? Why did you start this war." She asked angrily.

The high chandler smiled and clapped his hands. A small brown throne appeared in front of him and he sat down.

"Well to tell you that. I will have to start from the beginning." He cleared his throat and started to tell us a story. "You see ever sense your little friend Tai's group save the digital world. Scientists from their world discovered the digital world and they were extremly fascinated by the creatures that inhabited the world. They soon were able to speak to Gennai...and old fool that i killed long ago."

Zen eyes grew wide. "So...when we spoke to Gennai that one time...it wasn't him...it was you."

Cody bawled his fists "You made me think i was nothing!" He shouted angrily.

The high chandler natrowed his eyes. "Yes I was him. And yes Cody i made you think that your older brother was original supposed to be the digidestined of Panthemon." He shook his head. "No interruptions please. The scientists learn so much from Gennai. He told them about the digidestined, and then the scientists thought they could help future digidestined...so they made a new program. They made a new program and name it Chandler. That was me, at first I did as I was programed. But i knew I was meant for more but i wanted to wait for the perfect moment to strike back against my creaters." He smirked. "I was able to find the data of the dark masters and I was able to make Shade from the reminder of their data. I sent Shade to the human world and he killed all the scientists that created me. And that sparked my idea of destroying the human world and the digital world. I was then named the high chanlder from that day further. I was going to create a new world in my image. The only people who are still in my way are you chosen kids." The high chanlder turn to Shade. He snap his fingers. "Kill them." He commanded.

Shade roared out in pain as his eyes started to change from gold to blood red

Amanda put her hand on his shoulder. "Shade you have to fight it! Don't give into his control. Your stronger than that. You told me you wanted to help protect the digital world. You told me you wanted to protect the digimon and the digidestined that remain in that world. You should you wanted to protect Micah. Their is still a chance we can save them. But we need your help." She sobbed.

Shade's eyes slwoly turned back to gold. The dragon barred his famgs as they flashed red one more time but then remained gold. Shade drawled his sword from his holster and pointed it at the high chandler. "I will kill you for what you did."

The high chandler smirked and got up from his throne

The dragon humanoid spread his wings.

Amanda tried to grab for his shoulder. "Shade think about what your doing! He wants you to get mad. He wants you to attack him. Their's something wrong about this!" Shw cried

Huitzomon nodded. "Think about what your doing!" He warned

But it was too late. Shade flew towards the high chandler with his sword held out. "Your going to pay for what you done!"

The high chandler smirked and faded into darkness right when Shade tried to slash out at him.

"What?" The dragon humanoid whispered in shock.

The high chandler reappeared behind him. "You don't know everything about me." He cackled as he kicked Shade in the back.

The dragon was sent towards the wall. He slammed against it hard.

"Shade!" Amanda shouted.

Amanda tried running into the room but a wall of color knocked her back to her butt.

Cody eyes grew wide. "What was that?"

Fanny shook her head. "I don't know." She mummbled.

Jiwon fixed her glasses. "The high chandler must have put up some sort of boundry to prevent us from helping." She whispered

I bawled my fists. "Don't give up Shade!" I shouted.

Shade removed himself from the rubble and held his sword tightly. "I don't care how long it will take me. I will slash you to peices!"

The high chandler smirked as he fired a blast of darkness at the dragon. "You were my worst creation Shade. Soon in my new world. My creations will listen to every word i say." He cackled.

Shade bareed his fangs. "Shut up!" He snarles.

The high chandler smirked as he held up his skeleton hands.

"No!" Amanda screamed.

Suddenly spikes made of darkness impaled into the dragon humanoid.

Shade let out a surprise gasp.

"No!" My friends and I shouted in unison.

"Your survives are no longer needed Shade." The high chandler snickered as he threw the dragon humanoid in front of us.

Fanny and Amanda ran over to him. And the rest of us followed. The barrier must have been put down now.

Fanny had tears streaming down her face. "I...I am so sorry for what i said to you... please don't die." She sobbed.

Amanda was crying to. "Please, you can't die now."

Shade smiled up at us. "Thank you all for accepting me. And i am sorry for what i did to your world....i failed you all.." Those were his last words as Shade closed his gold eyes.

Crystal started shaking her head. "Please Shade open your eyes."

Shade suddenly burst into purple data and flouted away.

"Shade!"

My friends and I turned to the high chandler.

"we are going to stop you!" I yelled.

The high chandler burst into laughter. "My fight is not with you humans. But against the legends themselves. You all will fight something else.." he cackled.

He snappd his fingers and the crest of justice appeared. Fannt screamed as she was thrown into the air and was sent spiraling into the image.

"Fanny!" Spadamon roared.

He snapped his fingers again and the crest of Realibility, Knowledge, and Hope apprared side by side.

Jiwon, Amanda and Jeffrey were pulled to the crest.

"What's happening!" Amanda screamed as the three of them were dragged into their corosponding crest.

"Bring our friends back!" Elizabeth screamed.

The high chandler smirked. "Don't worry. You will join them soon enough." He snapped his fingers for the third time. And the crest of light, sincerity, courage and friendship appeared.

I watched as my friends Crystal, Zen, Cody amd Elizabeth were sent flying into their crest.

"Guys!" I cried out.

I turn to the high chandler just as he snapped his fingers for about the last time. The crest of love appeared and i was sent flying into the air and went straight through the symbol.

(No P.O.V.)

The high chandler turn his attanetion back to the digimon. "Now it's time to handle you nine."

"Burning flame!"

"Ice breath!"

"Shadow beam!"

"Wind destiny!"

"Take this!" Miragemon shouted as she slashed out with her sword

"Overgrowth!"

"Muck blast!"

"Electric beak!"

"Rainbow blazer!"

A fog of smoke filled the air.

Glaciamon barred her fangs." How much damage did we do to him?" She asked

The high chandler walked out of the fog. "None." He snickered. He didnt look hurt at all.
