(Fanny's P.O.V.)

My friends and I were following after the teenagers that had given us our titles.

It was strange to actually see them. But I didn't get to see Skylar at all. From what it sounds like, Skylar has gone missing. I hope she is okay.

But to be honest...I thought these digidestined...we're...well dead... how were they still here...and alive?

I even thought their Digimon were dead...what was going on?

When we were finished telling our story of our adventures through the digital world. The other digidestined were shock that we had met them.

Wormon then explain that their is many different dimension that have similar events to another dimension. And they could have different conditions of time there.

So these digidestined before us could be from another dimension then the ones we had met before.

Izzy put a hand to his chin. "It is really amazing once you think about it. Our crest on the account of activating, not only allowed ultimate digivoultion for our Digimon to happen but they also were looking for digidestined that were supposed to be partner with the legends." He mumbled.

Cassie nodded. "It is strange...but wait a second. Why isn't there someone who got picked by the crest of forgiveness?" She asked in confusion.

Cupimon who was on top of Cassie's head nodded. "Aye!"

Crystal shrugged. The blonde look just as confused as them. "You know." She rubs the back of her neck sheepishly. "We really don't know everything, but we do know that their is only nine legends. So maybe that is why no one got chosen by the crest of forgiveness."

Zen crossed his arms. "Well Wormon is a time traveler but he never tells us anything." He mummbled.

Tai and Matt sweat drop.

Wormon shook his head. "How many times do I have to tell you all. If I told you anything about future events, the time line would be destroyed. Would you really like that to happen? He asked.

Glaciamon rolled her eyes. "No."

Wormon smiled faded. "Besides...I don't know what's going to happen...honestly."

Everyone eyes grew wide. Did Wormon just say he didn't know what was going to happen? That didn't make sense he could time travel. If he said he had been to the future, he should have known what would happen next.

Chicamon nodded on my shoulder. "We didn't want to tell you guys...but you see. These events never happen before...so we are just as blind as you all."

James shook his head. "This can't be, how were are other self able to beat Azulongmon?" He asked.

Wormon and Chicamon kept silent. They must be keeping quiet because they didn't want to destroy the time line or something.

Spadamon who was in my arms sighed. "Why don't we just keep on moving?" He suggested.

Everyone seem to agree with this. We all began to walk again.

Biyomon who was flying in the air pointed a feather finger ahead. "I see the rebellion headquarters up ahead." She informed all of us.

Mimi smiled. "Well that's a relief. The walk started to kill me."

Panthemon seem to walk ahead. "Hmm the rebellion is in a hotel?" He asked.

My friends and I look at each other. At first I thought we were heading to Reymon's castle or something. I guess rebellion headquarters has been moved or something.

We all walked out of the shrubbery to see a large building. That must have had twenty floors or more. The paint was light brown and the windows were tinted so no one could look through any of them.

Humans and Digimon alike were walking around the hotel.

Huitzomon who was being held by Amanda look around at all of them. "Their is so many people here. I can't believe so many would want to join the fight." He whispered in amazement.

Agumon nodded. "Their will always be people who would want to fight back for freedom and to help others." He pointed out.

Ariomon rolled her eyes. "I find this place really depressing. Their is to many happy people here...it just makes me sick."

Zen groaned angrily. "You know Ariomon you are so annoying! Why don't you just leave us alone and scare some babies?" he asked.

Ariomon gasped in suprise but she smiled and turn to the other digidestined. "Where the babies?" She asked hopefully.

Joe shook his head and was about to say something when a yell was heard.

"Joe!"

A red head girl embrace the blue head boy. She was smiling as they hugged.

"I finally found you. Are you okay?" she asked. "Because I know how clumsy you are." She mummbled at the last part.

Joe laughed a little. "Yes Skylar I'm completely fine. Are you okay...and where did you go? Why did you leave us?" He asked somewhat angrily.

Skylar scratch her cheek a little with her index finger as she look a little uneasy. "Well...you know..."

Labramon walked in with his arms crossed. "She ran off because she heard from a Pixiemon that their was ice cream nearby..."

Joe narrowed his eyes. "Really ice cream..." he mummbled. "Do you know how worried I was about you?! I thought some Digimon got you."

Skylar sighed. "I'm okay, I had help." She mummbled.

Sora raised an eyebrow. "From who?" She asked.

Skylar raised her hands. "Okay, please promise me that all of you guys won't freak out. Promise." She said to all of us.

I was wondering why she seem to be freaking out. How bad can this person be? Their was no way that this guy could be worse than shadow dragon...

Elizabeth smiled at her. "Don't worry. We all won't freak out. I promise for everyone."

Ariomon narrowed her eyes. "I keep no promises."

Skylar sighed. "Okay you can come out now."

Just then Shadow dragon himself walked out of the woods.

My friends and I gasped in unison as we saw the dragon that had caused us so many problems.

I stand corrected. This guy was just as bad as Shadow dragon because he is him!

Phemon bawled his fists. "What are you doing here?" He snarled angrily.

Crystal nodded to agree with the bird. She was barring her teeth. "You have a lot of nerve to show your face in front of us."

Skylar held up her hands. "I thought you guys promise me that you wouldn't freak out!"

Labramon nodded to agree with her. "Guys please calm down."

T.K. raised an eyebrow. "Who is this guy. Shadow dragon? That doesn't really sound like a Digimon."

Patamon shook his head. "I never heard of him."

Gatomon shrugged. "Must be some sort of creature who lives in this universe."

Amanda turn to the other digidestined. "This dragon has caused millions of problems! For one he attack one of my friends when she went to another universe. He stole blood from a girl name Rika. Her blood was holy enough for him to use on the core of our Earth."

Shadow dragon raised a hand. "But I-"

Jeffrey continued. He look just as mad as his girlfriend. "When the core was coated with the holy blood. He caused missiles all over the world to be launched. The missiles were contained with energy that not only destroyed our universe but other universes as well!" He yelled angrily.

The other digidestined were shocked by this.

Kari rested a hand over her heart. "You killed...millions upon millions of life's." She whispered in shock.

Skylar bit her lip. "Guys he isn't like-"

Tai and Matt walked in front of her.

"Be quiet Skylar." Matt growled to her. Matt look over at the dragon "what did you do to her. What spell did you casted on our friend?" He asked.

Shadow dragon was about to answer them but Tai interrupted him. "Why should we even let him talk? After so much he has done? Their would be no way I would trust him."

Skylar bawled her fist. "Let me talk!" She screamed.

We all ignored her and continue talking to the dragon creature.

Reymon was barring his fangs.

Glaciamon was holding up her claws. "You better leave her now." She growled.

Jiwon' eyes locked on him. "You were the dragon I saw so many years ago when I was younger that attacked Wargreymon!"

"Can you all-" shadow dragon was trying to talk again but Agumon and Phemon got in front of him.

"Pepper breathe!"

"Burning Flame!"

The reptile and the Phoenix Digimon tried to attack the dragon but he step backwards to avoid them.

"Shade!" A voice called out in the woods.

Egaramon look confused. "Who's that?" She asked.

"Micah." Shadow dragon whispered in cococern.

I raised an eyebrow. Who was Micah? Was he hurting him? Was he planning to kill that kid?

A four year African American boy raced out of the woods. He ran in front of the Dragon and spread his arms out to block any of us to get closer to shadow dragon.

"Leave Shade alone!" He yelled angrily.

Gomamon blinked. "Wasn't his name Shadow dragon?" He asked now confused.

Skylar sighed. "You see Micah gave him a new name." She explained. She look relief that we were starting to calm down.

Micah nodded. "He is my Digimon partner." He said still protecting him.

Miragemon eyes grew wide. "That isn't possible...he isn't a digimon. Is he?" She asked.

Micah reached into his pocket and pulled out a rectangular digivice. He held it out for all of us to see.

"He has a digivice." Egaramon whispered in amazement.

Shade sighed as he look around at all of us. "I know that none of you must trust me." He whispered.

Ariomon chuckled a little. "That's an understatement. We don't even trust you period. I wouldn't even trust you to hold the door open for me."

Shade continued. "I know I have done terrible things in the past." He rested a hand on Micah's shoulder. "But ever sense I met my tamer. My life has been changing. I want to help save the digital world." He informed us.

Mimi put a hand on her forehead. "This is all confusing..."

I look over to the left to see someone I met before. I think she was Yoshi. Her digimon partner Lalamon was following after her.

"Is everything all right?" Lalamon asked as she look at all of us.

Tai nodded. "Yes everything is fine."

Skylar eyes grew wide as she look down at something that was in Yoshi's hands. It was a cup of ice cream.

"Where did you get the ice cream?" She asked quickly.

Yoshi sweat drop. "Their is some in the mess hall..."

Skylar squealed. Wormon and her threw a fist into the air. "Ice cream!"

The two of them were running towards the hotel.

Labramon sweat drop. "Skylar wait for me!" The dog yelled as he raced after her.

Joe followed after the dog as well. As he held Gomamon. "Skylar don't try to get lost again!"

Yoshi look at the rest of us. "Well after that note. Are you guys coming, oh and their is an event tonight. Just to let you know." She informed us.

James look confused. "An event?" He asked.

Lalamon nodded. "You see the Rebellion leader, wants everyone to stay in a good mood. When were not fighting. He throws events to keep us all happy. The event tonight is a dance."

Crystal smiled. "That sounds like fun."

I sighed. Yeah it was fun for people who was dating someone. I'm stuck all alone.

My friends started to walk off with the other digidestined to the hotel. I stayed behind. I was looking at the ground while I held Spadamon close to my chest.

Micah was beginning to walk after them, with Shade following after him but I stop him.

"Shade...can I talk to you." I said loudly.

Shade and Micah stop walking.

Shade look over at Micah. "Yeah, it will only take me a second. Why don't you go to the mess hall." He suggested.

Micah nodded. "Okay."

Micah walked off.

Shade turn to me. The dragon sighed an said. "So what did you want to talk-"

"You know...even though some people are falling for I'm good now act. You can know for one thing. That I'm not falling for your bull shit." I snarled at him.

Spadamon gasped in my arms. "Fanny-"

I ignored him.

Shade eyes grew wide. "I know what I did was wrong but I-"

I felt tears beginning to form in my eyes. "You know!? You know!? Do you know how much pain it cause me!? My father is dead because of you!" I screamed. I bawled my fist. I started to snarl. "I will never forgive you for what you've done. No matter how long I will live. And don't you dare turn your back on me, because if you do... I will kill you."

Shade step back in surprise from my statement.

Shade look like he could speak. "Fanny... I will try... anything-"

I held up a hand. "I don't want to hear anymore of your lies. Their is nothing you can say or do...that will EVER change my mind!" I spat.

I walked away from the dragon. I didn't want to see him anymore. I truly did want to kill him... he...just made me so angry!

He killed my father! And millions upon millions of innocent lifes. Did he really expect everyone to be on board if he change sides?

Spadamon look at me. "Fanny are you okay?" He asked.

I shook my head. I felt tears beginning to stream across my face.

"Hey are you okay." A voice asked. I felt a comforting hand on my shoulder.

I turn to see someone I met before. If I was right his name was Kouji.

I shook my head. I told him about everything, he already heard about our adventures from Amanda. So I just told him about what happen.

"I just... want to kill him." I cried. "I want him to feel the same pain I felt when I saw my father being deleted in front of me." I sobbed.

Kouji sighed. "You know... I feel like I wouldn't trust him either." He then put his hand back on my shoulder. " But maybe don't you think he is trying to change."

I tried to speak but he stop me. "Yes I know what he did was wrong. I watch my own dad as well being deleted. So I know the feeling." He informed me. "But Shade has a tamer now. The way you told me how his tamer protected him. Don't you think Micah trust him?" He asked.

I shook my head. "The kid is only four years old! He doesn't understand about death yet. He wouldn't understand how bad Shade really is."

Kouji smiled. "You know, some people say young kids are the best judge of characters." He informed me.

I raised am eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

"Micah could have saw something in Shade. Something good that was in him. Micah trusts him...why don't you. Fanny you have a very tough title to live by. You have the crest of justice, you have to use it wisely.

I look down at the ground. "Maybe I was a little... too rough on Shade..." I whispered.

I heard someone running over to us. I look up to see a thirteen year old boy. He had long blue hair, and orange eyes. He was wearing a red t-shirt and blue shorts. Following after him was an owl like digimon, wearing a ninja like uniform.

"Hey are you two Fanny and Kouji?" He asked.

Kouji nodded. "Yeah who are you?"

"My name is Kennen, and this is my digimon partner Falcomon. The rebellion leader has called upon the eight groups who have save the digital world."

I raised an eyebrow. "But my group hasn't save the world yet."

Falcomon sighed. "The rebellion leader has a lot of faith in your team."

Kouji and I look at each other. We nodded and followed after Kennen.

Spadamon look up at me. "Who do you think is the rebellion leader?" He asked.

"I don't know"

(Top floor of the hotel)

Kennen lead us into a huge room. Their were chairs lead out in eight rows.

The fist row accompanied Tai, Matt, Sora, Izzy, Mimi, Joe, Skylar, T.K., and Kari.

In the second row was Davis, Yolei, Cody, Jeremy and Ken.

In the third row was Rika, Takato, Henry, and a brown haired girl I never seen before.

In the fourth row was Takuya, Zoe, Tommy, JP, and Kouchi.

In the fifth row was Marcus who was sitting next to a younger girl who look like she could be his sister, and a man who look like he could be his father. Next to them was Yoshi, Thomas and three other people I didn't recognize.

In the sixth row was Taiki who was sitting next to a women with red hair, and a man sat next to them with blonde hair, and next to him was a girl with long brown hair.

In the seventh row was Tagiru and another blonde hair kid who had some sort of robotic poop digimon. It look really weird.

In the final row was my friends.

Kouji patted me on the shoulder as he join his friends in the fourth row.

Keenen sat in the fifth row.

I sighed and join my friends in the last row.

Their was a moment where everyone was talking to each other but that all stop when a girl walk out in front of us. She look really pretty. She had long black curly hair that past her shoulders. She had brown tips at the ends of her hair. Her eyes were hazel, she wore a pink jacket and blue jeans. In her left hand was a clipboard, while in the other one was a chart.

She stop in front all of us and put the chart down. A Gatomon jumped into her arms and she smiled at all of us. She seem to be blushing. "Hi..." She said excitedly. "It's so amazing to see all of you here. My name is Asis Moon. It's a pleasure to meet all of the heroes of the digital world."

"Are you the rebellion leader?" Davis asked confused.

Asis shook her head. "No I'm just one of his assistants. He will be here shortly." She informed him.

Her Gatomon look up at her. "So did you remember everything Asis."

Asis sweat drop. "I hope so. I am hoping that I didn't mess up." She chuckle a little.

Skidemon walked in and stood next to her. "hello digidestined. My name is Skidemon and I am the rebellion leader. I have called you down to explain one thing. The war with Azulongmon."

Their were some uneasy mumors around the room.

To be honest I wasn't expecting Skidemon to be the rebellion leader. But it did make sense for him to be the leader.

Tai raised his hand. "What do you want us to do?" He asked.

Skidemon walked over to the chart that stood next to Asis. "In a few days time. We will be attacking Azulongmon castle. All of you will be split into different groups. I know it might be different fighting with other people your not used fighting with. But that will throw Azulongmon off. Azulongmon of course is not the only digimon we will be fighting though, we all know that he has created an army."

Rika nodded. "So do you have an estimate in how big his army is?" She asked with her arms crossed over her chest.

Skidemon held out his paw and Asis handed him the clipboard. "He has over ten million or more troops."

Everyone in the room grew quiet at this news. That was a lot of digimon we had to fight.

"How do you expect us to fight so many digimon?" Zoe asked "I know their are a lot of digidestined in this room. But I don't think we're enough to this alone."

Skidemon nodded. "Your right. Their are other digidestined that will be joining you. So you don't have to worry. We have our own army of digidestined, partner digimon, and just plain digimon who wanted to join the fight against Azulongmon."

Marcus look at the wolf now. "So what's the actual plan?"

Skidemon smiled. "Well you see. You will all be split into groups of course. But in each group will be a tamer who is partner with a legendary digimon. Our goal is to bring them close enough to the castle, so they can break in and kill Azulongmon."

Tagiru look pale. "You make it sound so easy." He mummbled.

Skidemon sighed. "I'm sorry that all of you were dragged into this war. But we have to stop Azulongmon before he destroys the digital world as well. If he is able to do so, he will create a new world. Everyone who ever existed in the human world and the digital one. Will be only a memory, all of us will cease to exist."

Asis look down at her feet.

Agumon stood up. "Well we should at least try."

Veemon nodded. "We can't give up, just because the task ahead looks to rough."

Gaomon nodded. "We will have to give it our all."

Shoutmon crossed his arms. "We will have to fight tougher than we did before."

Gumdramon nodded. "And don't back down."

Phemon smiled. "If we all stay together we can win this war once and for all."

Guilmon hop into the air. "I want to try! I want to try!"

The tamers in the room smiled.

"Their right. We have to try." Crystal said as she smiled.

Everyone in the room looks like they decided that they wanted to fight.

Skidemon nods at all of us. "This is great news. You should all get to know each other better. So you could plan strategies."

We all nodded.

To be honest, when I first came to the digital world. I didn't want to get involve in this war. But know that I had became SlashAngemon in the past. I wanted to give my all in this war. I am going to fight with everything I got.

Everyone in the room got up. James seem to be already talking to Marcus about some attack procedures.

I was about to leave to find the mess hall. I was kind of getting hungry. Spadamon also seem to be hungry as well. The lion cub was holding his stomach as it growled.

I was right next to the door when I felt a comforting hand on my shoulder. I knew it must be Kouji. I turn to look at him.

"Yes"

When I look at him closer and notice he was blushing a little.

"Hey...do you know about the dance tonight?" He asked.

What was he getting at?

I nodded.

He rubbed the back of his neck. "Would you like to go to the dance with me?" He asked.

I smiled and nodded. "Of course I would like to." I felt a blush of my own.

Kouji smiled. "Great I will see you there." He walked away to join his friend. Zoe started to poke him.

"I saw you over there." She pointed at me and grin. "You have a crush on her do you?" She asked.

I felt my face becoming pink.

Kouji look the same way. He was blushing in embarrassment. "Ah..."

I smiled at him and I walked out the door.

"So Fanny? " Spadamon said as he look up at me. "Do ya?"

"Do I what?" I asked.

"Have a crush on him too?" He asked with a toothy grin.

I sighed and didn't answer him. I had to admit, Kouji did look a little cute. I am going to have lunch now...

(Later)

Amanda and I were walking down a corridor. The two of us were wearing dresses.

Amanda was wearing a light purple dress, while I was wearing a white dress.

It was great that we had a clothes app on our digivices.

I knew Crystal had already left for the dance with Riley. Plus Elizabeth already left to meet with James there.

Jiwon was just going to stay in the library. She isn't big on dances.

Amanda told me that she was going with Jeffrey. Which was kind of obvious, due to them dating and all.

Spadamon was in my arms. The lion cub was smiling.

The same thing could be said about Huitzomon who was in Amanda's arms.

"So are you happy that your going to the dance with Kouji?" Amanda asked with a smile.

I blushed. "A little"

Amanda smile grew. "I'm so happy for you. I hope this dance is completely amazing. It's to bad that Jiwon can't go though."

"She said she doesn't really like dancing. At least Baihumon and Egaramon will keep her company."

Amanda sighed. "I guess your right..."

Amanda and I reached a room where tables were all around the room. On the tables were food in many different bowls, and of course who was on this table eating like a pig was none other than Wormon.

I ignored the bug. And walked in. Their was a huge space were people were dancing. Even some Digimon were dancing as well.

Spadamon and Huitzomon jumped out of our arms and raced to the dance floor. The two were trying to find someone to dance with.

I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turn to see Kouji standing behind me. He was wearing a black tux with a blue tie. He was blushing as he held out his hand for mine.

I smiled and took his hand.

Amanda waved at me excitedly. She seem to be happy for me.

I walked away with Kouji and with just my luck when we walked on the dance floor. The peppy song that was playing, became a slow song.

The person who was playing the music grin. "Okay time for couples dance." He announced.

Kouji look at me. "Do you still want to dance?" He asked.

I blushed. "Sure"

Kouji grab my hip with his right hand, and grab my hand with his left. We slowly started to dance slowly on the dance floor. The two of us were kind of embarrassed. We didn't really look each other in the eyes.

Skylar who was dancing with Joe next to us look over at us. "Come you two look at each other!" She shouted. "Don't make me come over there!"

Joe sweat drop. "She will..."

Kouji and I slowly look at each other in the eyes. His eyes look steel blue and they seem comforting.

Kouji coughed and blushed. "Ah...Fanny...you look beautiful in that dress." He mummbled.

I smiled. "Ah...thanks Kouji." I whispered.

We continue dancing. After a while we dance together to many different songs. Thankfully not all of them were couple dances.

I was beginning to have fun.

Just then their was a loud crash and Skidemon burst through the wall of the room.

The wolf humanoid was on his back. Blood seem to be covering his body, their was a huge gaping wound in his chest.

"Skidemon!" James and Jeffrey shouted.

The two kids raced for the wolf to make sure he was okay.

I ran over to help out in anyway I could.

James put a hand on the wolf's shoulder. "What happen?" James asked.

Skidemon slowly open his eyes. "She is here." He whispered.

"Who is here?" Jeffrey asked.

Skidemon barred his fangs. "Artimamon she is the minor legend of hunting. She is destined to kill Egaramon...Brontamon and Baihumon are still...outside fighting her."

My eyes grew wide. "Their in danger."

Skidemon fizzle out like data for second.

Elizabeth cover her mouth as she held back a sob.

I suddenly realized Skidemon...wasn't going to make it.

"Skidemon...please don't die." I sobbed.

James bawled his fists. "You can't leave us. Your the only family we have left." James said. I could see tears beginning to form in his eyes as well.

Skidemon was James' father digimon partner. And James' father was dead. Skidemon was probably the only closet person James and Jeffrey have left as a family member.

Jeffrey held back a sob as well. "Please don't go."

Skidemon smiled softly. "I have a faith in all of you. Safe the digital world-" he was cut off when he instantly became purple data and floated away.

Amanda started to sob loudly as the wolf was deleted.

James wipe some tears from his eyes. "Phemon! Let's go!" He yelled.

Phemon flew from the rafters and landed on James' shoulder.

He ran through the hole in the wall. I followed after him. Spadamon jump in my arms.

When we got outside. We saw another sad sight. Brontamon was sitting over Baihumon. The tiger knight sovereign was holding onto the end of a spear that struck through his chest.

Spadamon had tears beginning to form in his eyes. "Dad!" He sobbed.

I raced over to the sovereign and legendary digimon.

Baihumon look over at Spadamon. "I'm so sorry..." the sovereign reached into a small bag that was at his hip. He pulled out a small white orb. "Take this Fanny." He whispered as he held it out to me.

"What is this?" I asked completely puzzle.

"That has the reminder of my powers in it. Use it wisely because it will only work once. When the time comes you will know when to use it." He informed me.

Brontamon had a hand on the man's shoulder. His tan skin look pale. Baihumon look at Brontamon sadly. "I love you." He whispered before he turn into yellow data and was deleted as well.

Brontamon screamed out in pain when this happen. She had both of her hands on the side of her head as tears streamed down her face.

"What a sad sight. It's a pity he had to die"

I look behind me to see a women standing before us. She wore a black suit. Around her neck was a necklace with an emblem of a deer. She held a bow in her right hand. She had long white hair and red eyes.

"I am Artimamon." She announced with a smile.

Artimamon- You will never defeat me!

Amanda- I...I...can't believe Skidemon is dead...

James- We have to keep on going. No matter what happens we fight together as a team.
