(Next day, hospital, Jeremy's P.O.V.)

I sat in a small green hospital bed. My arm was now in a blue cast and I wore a blue hospital gown. My orange D3 sat on a small desk next to me.

My mother and father came to visit me a few hours ago. They were a little weired out that I was in Japan. Because they were pretty sure that I was going to stay in America for a while.

I told them it had to deal with digimon, and they completely understood. They knew about them already. When I told them to be careful, I could still remember my mother's concern look. And her words.

Mom: Jeremy, what's wrong?

I had looked down at my bedsheets.

Me: Leomon...is infected. He is controlled by this type of virus and he can't control himself. (Whispering) Just be careful...he already attacked me and Skylar...I don't want him attacking you two as well.

My parents were shocked to hear the news about Leomon. They treated Elecmon as a friend to the family, and to hear that he attacked me, and that he was the one to put me in the hospital was a little concerning.

My father had asked me if Max was okay, and I had told him the honest truth. I had no memory of the plane ride to America. And I had no idea what happen to Max, and his partner digimon Commandramon.

But hopefully Max, and his digimon aren't dealing with the same problems as my friends and I.

I turned my attention back to the T.V. to see a Halloween movie I put on. A movie called Hocus-pocus. The three witches were trying to chase after the main protagonist, but they had destroyed their broomsticks. So they had to ride on a old dust pan, a mop, and a vechume cleaner to chase after them.

It was a classic disney halloween movie, it was a really good comedy movie. And I really needed a laugh right now.

I heard a knock at the door and turned my heard to the sound of the nosie.

Me: It's open.

The door open to show Mimi. She was wearing her school uniform and she had a purse on her shoulder.

I quickly sat up in bed when I saw her. My Ex girlfriend had no emotion in her face as she stared at me.

Me: Mimi?

Mimi: Can I come in?

I nodded slowly and she walked in.

She sat in a chair across from me. And the two of us remained quiet. Neither of us talked.

It felt slightly awkward to see her again. I hadn't seen her sense we broke up.

Me: So...why are...you here?

Mimi looks back at me. Still no emotion was shown in her face.

Mimi: I wanted to make sure if you were okay...

Me: (teasing) So you do care about me.

Mimi looks up at me slowly.

Mimi: I really don't know about that anymore...

My heart snapped when I heard this.

Me: Mimi...please let me explain.

Mimi shook her head.

Mimi: You had your chance to explain.

She got up to her feet.

Mimi: The others just wanted me to see how you were doing. And I was the closest to the hospital. See ya...

Mimi was about to leave the room but I held up a hand.

Me: Mimi wait.

Mimi looked back at me.

Mimi: (confused) What do you want?

I slowly reached over to my bedside and grabbed my orange D3.

I look down sadly at my digivice and slowly held it out to her.

Mimi's eyes grew wide when she saw this.

Me: Maybe Sky...has the right idea. Maybe the two of us weren't cut out to be digidestined....can...can you please take this?

Mimi: Jeremy...

Me: (starting to cry) Just take it! I don't even want to look at it, okay.

Mimi slowly walks back over to me and grabs my D3.

Mimi: Are you sure...?

I slowly nodded and she placed my D3 in her purse. As she did that I felt like a part of me was ripped out of my chest.

I turned away from her in my bed, and she huffed angrily.

Mimi: And this is why...we broke up...

Mimi stormed out of the room angrily and slammed the door behind her.

I bit my lip and started to cry. She didn't know the truth.

(Flashback, two years ago)

I sat at my desk with a smile on my face. On the desk was a large poster, on the poster was pictures of Mimi and I.

In the middle of the poster board was a picture of her and I when we went out to the fancy restaurant for our first date.

Another favorite of mine was when we went onto the rollarcoaster together. It was a brand new one, called the twisted hurricane.

But I had to amdit my favorite was a picture that showed Mimi and I holding hands as we walked through the park during the winter time.

I wanted to put together a collage of pictures showing us being together. And I wanted to give it to her for our two year anniversary. Which was only two days away.

I finally put the final touches together.

I grabbed a pink marker and started to write in cursive at the bottom of the poster. "We didn't realize we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun" 

I hoped Mimi liked this. I heard the doorknobe turned to my door.

Me: Who is it?

Mimi's voice: (excited) It's me!

A look of horror appeared across my face.

I grabbed the poster quickly.

Me: (shouting) Don't come in!

I quickly ran over to my closet.

Mimi: (confused) Huh? Why?

I open my closet door and threw the poster inside and slammed the door.

Mimi open the door to my room and stepped in.

Me: Hi Mimi.

I walked over to her with my arms held out for a hug but she stopped me, by holding her hand out. Her eyes narrowed.

Mimi: Jeremy what's going on?

Me: (nervous) Nothing.

Mimi: Jeremy...your hiding something. What's going on?

Me: Nothing is...

Mimi walks over to my closet but I stepped in her way.

Mimi: What's in your closet.

Me: Nothing.

Mimi: Jeremy why are you keeping secrets from me?

Me: I'm not...

Mimi bawled her fists.

Mimi: Tell me know! What's in that closet.

Me: Nothing is in that closet. I had to make my bed real quick. My room was a complete mess. I was embarrassed, I wanted to stuff a few things in my closet.

Mimi: (angrily) I hate when people lie to me.

She turns on her heels.

Mimi: I hope you and your new girlfriend are happy together.

Mimi ran out of my room. I heard the front door of my apartment slam and I look down at the ground.

Me: (mumbling) That didn't go as plan...

I bit my lip and a tear stream down my face.

(Present day, school Skylar's P.O.V.)

I sat by myself on the blechers. A few other students were crowded together talking excitedly. All of them were bursting with excitement about the events that were about to start.

I was listening to music from my phone. Right now I was listening to Taylor Swift- Story of us, on repeat. Sometimes music helps me think about current events.

The games for the school Olympics were about to start. I think Cassie and Luna were teaming up with Kari and T.k. in a team. And If I wasn't mistaken Tai was team leader of course.

But...why would I care? I'm not their friend anymore...

I thought I heard someone calling my name and looked up. Sora was heaing over in my direction. The red haired girl was climbing the stairs two at a  time.

Sora: Sky!

I got up quickly, and started to climb down the seats of bleachers. I was able to get to the ground first. When I made it, I started to run away from her.

Why wouldn't they leave me alone?

(Izzy's office)

Izzy sat at his desk with a frown on his face. His hands typed crazily on his keyboard.

His eyes were glued to the screen. An image of Skylar and a younger image of Skylar were on his screen. Tentomon flew right behind him.

Tentomon: Were you able to find anything yet.

Izzy: (nods) I think I was able to find a few things.

Labramon who was in the digital hyperspace hopped out from the screen on the wall.

Labramon: Like what?

Izzy: Well...if you look here. (He points to the ten year old version of Skylar.) You can see a small portion of data that formed in the left part of her neck. When Skylar was controlled by Evil Skylar, this data changed dark purple, but when the crest set her free, the data turned light gray and remained dormat. But now... (He looks over at the teenage version of Skylar) Skylar's left part of her neck looked close to become dark purple.

Labramon: Evil Skylar is coming back....

Izzy: And she is staying away from us...so their is nothing we can do to stop it.

The door bell chime was heard in the room.

Izzy: Come in.

The door open and Cassie walked in with Cupimon in her arms.

Cassie: Hey Izzy.

Izzy look over at Cassie slightly and returned back to his work. He didn't even look at it her for a brief second, before he returned to his work.

Cassie sat down on a couch, and sighed.

Cassie: So...how is everything going?

Izzy: I think I might have found the source of Skylar's problem, but without her cooperating with us, it is almost impossible to stop her.

Cassie: Sky is just worried I think...

Izzy: She could put us all in danger...you don't know who dangerous Evil Skylar can be.

Cassie: (muttering) Your acting as if Skylar is some type of demon. Are you even forgetting that Skylar is our friend?

Izzy looks up from his computer.

Izzy: Sorry...I guess...I wasn't thinking.

Labramon: I don't know...I don't even know if Skylar can even activate the  crest of Justice anymore...

Cassie and Izzy looked at him.

Izzy: What do you mean.

Cupimon: Aye.

Labramon: I know who Skylar is...and that girl....isn't her.

Cassie: You can't give up on her. We just have to have faith .

Izzy quickly looked back at his computer as it buzzed.

Izzy: Huh? An email.

Tentomon: It's Digicode? Like last time.

Izzy started to alter the data to see the information.

Cassie: (confused) Last time?

Izzy: Last time someone sent me an email, that possibly hinted Palmon and Gomamon's mega digivoultion happening.

Cassie's eyes grew wide.

Cassie: Kinda like a prophecy.

Izzy nods. And opens up a new screen.

Izzy: If you feel like your being held back...you must remember the past to break free.

Cupimon: What does that mean?

Izzy: I don't know. But I think it might be another prophecy....

Cassie: I think your right. But...for who...

(Skylar's P.O.V.)

I sighed in relief. I hid behind a tree as Sora ran past.

Sora: (shouting) Sky! Where did you go?

I slowly walked away from the feilds. Maybe coming to the school was a mistake today. Today was optional anyways. The school festivities was still going on...and tomorrow is the mystic dance...and I had to go...I had no choice around it.

I felt someone grab my shoulder. I turn around to see Matt slightly smiling at me.

I turn to face the blonde hair boy.

Me: What do you want?

I cross my arms across my face.

He shrugs a small smile starting to form on his lips.

Matt: I just wanted to ask you a question.

Me: If it's about me rejoining the team, you can just forget it-

Matt shakes his team.

Matt: Not that, are you ready for the dance tomorrow?

My face burned and turn away from him embarrassed.

Me: Please...don't talk about that.

Matt: Why? Are you scared? (Teasing) I thought you weren't scared of anything...(serious) Or is that Skylar gone?

I looked away from him. I didn't answer his question.

Me: (angrily) All you need to know, is I will be there tomorrow.

I walked away quickly after that. I didn't want to answer anymore questions.

Maki's voice: Sky!

I turn to the sound of her voice to see Maki running over to me.

Maki: Sky, i need your help.

Me: (confused) My help? But...I'm not...a digidestined...anymore.

Maki: It's about Veedeamon.

Me: (disbelief) Veedramon...

Maki: Come on, i will take you to him.

Me: Maki...can I make a quick stop...to my apartment.

Maki: Sure.

Maki leads me to her van and she began to drove off.

Sora who was running through crowds of people, stop and saw Matt. She ran over to the blonde boy.

Sora: Matt! Did you see Skylar anywhere? She is avoiding me.

Matt: (nods, he points over to the right) She...she was over there...

Sora; (worried) Where could she have gone.

Luna walks over to them.

Luna: Talking about Sky?

The two nodded.

Luna: (sighs) Just let it blow over. If I know anything about her. She doesn't let anything drag her down for too long.

(Feilds)

Tai was slowly walking across the feild with a spoon in his hand. On the spoon was an egg. On the other side was four other people. Cassie, Luna, Kari, and T.K. All of them were cheering Tai on.

Other teams were cheering on their last person to get across the finish line.

Kari: Come on Tai! Your nearly there!

T.K.: Only a few more steps!

Tai took a few more careful steps and crossed the finish line. A loud whistle was heard, and his teammates cheered along with a few people in the blechers.

Mimi who was in a cheerleaders outfits let out a loud cheer with a few other girls.

A girl with pink hair taped Mimi on her shoulder. Mimi turned to face her.

Mimi: Yes.

Pink haired girl: Um, like this boy with brown hair told me to give these to you.

Mimi raised an eyebrow and the pink hair gave her a cluster of red roses. Mimi's face started to burn. Their was a note attach to one of the flowers. In pink cursive were the words "I still love you"

Mimi smiled somewhat as she stared at the roses.

Mimi: (softly) Jeremy your an idiot...

She smiled again and placed the roses on a bench. She walked over to the other girls and started to cheer once more.

(Van)

Skylar: Is Veedramon still infected.

Maki nods.

Maki: Yes Veedramon is still infected. But some studies believe that you can break him out of the infection. Because you two were so close, maybe you can break him out of the infection.

I looked out the window of the moving van. The van was zooming down the road.

Me: Why didn't you tell the others. I bet they would be ecstatic to hear that I am helping out with digimon related problems again.

Maki: (grinning, as she looked at me at the corner of her eye) You slightly remember me of me. Skylar you are beginning to see that their is no such thing as justice in this world. You have no time for friends, or love. You want to get stronger don't you, by yourself. I can help you get there, if you trust me.

I slowly look at her. Why did I have a feeling that i should listen to her?

Me: How...how can I be like you?

Maki starts to grin.

Maki: Well first. Let's stop by your apartment. So you can get what you need to get.

I nodded.

It only took a few minutes, and she stopped in an empty parking spot.

Maki: Okay, hurry up. I have the van running.

I quickly got out of the van, and ran towards the stairs. I took the stairs two at a time and reached my apartment. The fifth door on the right. I picked up the welcome mat and pulled my key from under the mat. I open the door and ran inside.

Me: Mom!?

Mom: (sleepy) Honey? Are you home?

Me: Yes.

Mom: Why are you home so early?

My mom sounded like she was in her bedroom.

Me: I was tired 

Mom: (yawning) Well...just be quiet. I am trying to rest for a few more hours.

Me: Okay.

I walked into my room and pulled out a large bag. I started to stuff in clothes, hats, jewelry, and pictures. I stopped when i held the picture of my friends and I.

I stared closely at the younger version of myself. The young girl with the bright smile on her face as she held Labramon close to her chest.

That...that monster...

I dropped the picture and the glass for the frame shattered.

My heart felt like it snapped. But...I didn't pay any mind.

I walked out of my room and stared back into it.

Me: Well...this is it...I think.

Am I making the right choice? What would my parents say? My brother Todd? My friends? Labramon? More importantly...Joe?

I barred my teeth. Why would I care about what they think. It's my life and I could choose what I can do with it.

I walked over to the kitchen and say my mother's purse laying on the kitchen counter.

I never like the thought of stealing. Nor...did I ever thought I would ever steal from my own mother. But...it was time I got to get away from the things that were runing my life.

I pulled out my mother's credit card, and my passport.

I put the two items in my purse, and took one more look around the apartment.

Me: (whispering) I love you mom...dad...Todd...

I felt tears stinging at my eyes. I bit my lip and walked towards the door. I hesitated at the front door. But my hand slowly grabbed the knobe. I turned the knobe and walked out. I quickly locked the door behind me and ran back towards the Van. Without another thought.

(Jeremy, school)

I stood against the wall of the school. A smile was on my face. My left arm was still in a cast. I watched the olympics games still playing. Cassie was the second runner in her team that was doing the fifteen yard dash.

The main part of this challenge wad to dash across the feild fifteen feet. Then the next person in your team goes. The first team that gets back to the side you started on, wins the game. So far Cassie's team was still in the lead.

But one boy was catching up to her.

I look over to the right of me, and saw Joe walkint over to me. He waved at me as he walked over.

Joe: Hey Jeremy.

Me: Joe?

He nodded and stood next to me.

Me: You...your not mad at me.

Joe chuckled somewhat.

Joe: Your still worried about that? Jeremy that happen three years ago. You didn't know that Skylar and I liked each other.

Me: (blushing) Yeah but I shouldn't have kissed her....

Joe: Your right. You should have asked her if she had feelings as well. But I'm not mad. That stuff happen in the past.

I nodded to agree with him.

Joe: So how is Tai and the others doing?

Me: Well so far Tai's team is in the lead. But team five isn't that far behind from them. Their only two points away from them.

Joe: Hey Jeremy...you did talk to Sky the other day, right?

Me; Yeah...

Joe: Does...she really hate me?

I looked towards him

Me: Dude, you do realize the girl is crazy over you. All you have to do is something that will surprise her. Something you wouldn't normally do.

Joe: (smiles) I think your right. I might have an idea.

Me: That's awesome. Suggestion though. Why don't you invite her to the mystic dance. And don't invite her by text, or call, look her in the eyes and ask. So her that your not afried anymore.

Joe nods.

Jeremy and Joe's phone rings.

Joe picks up.

Joe: Hello?

Izzy's voice spoke through.

Izzy: Hey guys! This is a link call. I wanted to warn you that their is a digital distortion open a few blocks away from the school.

Sora: Please don't tell me it's Madleomon again.

Izzy: Why?

Cassie: Because...we can't find Skylar anymore.

Luna: That is it! We are going to put that girl on a lease. We are always  going to have her on sight.

Joe and I sweatdrop.

Joe: Have any idea what digimon it is?

Izzy: Not at this time.  But there are serveral locations where this infected digimon can appear.

Tai: What? What are you talking about!? I thought you said you pinpointed it.

Izzy: I thought I did too. But something i scrambling up my computer. I lost the teace of it exactly. It's either going to appear at a ice cream palor, cupcake factory, a sports store, a library, or an abandoned factory.

Sora: Tai and I can check out the ice cream palor.

Kari: Mimi and I can check out the library.

Cassie: Luna and I can check out the cupcake factory.

Matt: T.K. and I have the sports store.

Joe: And I guess that leaves Jeremy and I with the abandon factory.

Izzy: Okay guys. Remember if you find the infected digimon contact me, and get to closet computer to get your digimon trasfer to you.

Joe: Got it!

Joe and I looked at each other and nodded. The two of us began to ran in the direction in where the factory was. We both had to make sure...I just hope we weren't the lucky ones...and find this infected digimon.

(Van, Skylar's P.O.V.)

As Maki rode down the road. She reamined quiet. Her eyes were set on the road.

I stared at the window with my hand on my chin. I didn't really have anything to say to her anyways.

Maki's phone rang.

Maki: Hello?

Maki rolled her eyes as a voice spoke to her.

Maki: Daigo, I have no clue where Skylar could be. (Pauses) There is an infected digimon? (Pauses) Okay I will meet you there in thirty minutes.

Maki hangs up.

Me: I guess you lie really easily.

Maki: Lying just comes naturally. Why tell someone the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts people, or it can hurt you...

Maki pulls up to an old looking factory.

Maki: Were here.

Maki and I got out of the van. She locked the doors behind us. And the two of us walked to two double doors on the side of the building. She unlocked them with a bronze  key and lead me on the inside.

The hallways inside the factory were really narrowed space. It almost made me claustrophobic. The walls were painted a light gray, and trash littered the floor.

I guess their hasn't been anyore in this factory in years.

Maki: Follow me.

Maki open a door at the end of the hall. She lead me down a staircase to the basement. As we got to the final stair, a loud blood curling roar was heard.

My heart nearly stopped at the sound of it.

Maki: Come on. She opens a door, and the two of us stepped out into a large room. The floors were dark white and sitting in a large strap down machine was Veedramon.

The champion level dragon digimon was roaring angrily. His arms were strapped down on the arm rest, and his legs were held together to the ground. A large muzzle covered his mouth.

Me: Veedramon...

The dragon let out another roar.

I walked over to the dragon slowly.

Me: Veedramon...don't you remember me? It's me...Skylar?

The dragon started to hiss like a snake. Warning me that i was getting too close.

Me: Don't you remember me...

I slowly reached out and placed my hand on my shoulder.

Veedramon started to struggle with his restraints. The dragon sounded angry. It was almost like it wanted to attack me.

Was the dragon...after me? Like MadLeomom was?

Me: Veedramon...please...you can fight this...

The lights to the room got brighter. I turn my head to see Maki smiling in a control room. She was in a room with bulletproof glass. She pressed a button and the door that we currently walked through slammed shut, a loud click was heard.

I gasped at the sound of the door slamming.

Me: Maki!? What are you doing?

Maki smirked.

Maki: Testing something.

Maki pressed another button and the straps that help Veedramon down, were removed from his body.

I slowly started to back away from the champion level digimon.

Me: Veedramon...please...don't.

The dragon turn to look at me. His eyes were trained on me. All I could see from his red eyes were hunger. He wanted to see me dead.

I bit my lip.

Me: Evil Skylar...

Evil Skylar: You rang?

Me; Shut up... I'm done...I'm done trusting people...and them taking advantage of me. Do you want my life! (Screaming as tears flew from my eyes) You can have it!

Skylar's hair started to change from red to a dark gray. Her long hair growing longer, passing her shoulders, and reaching all the way down to her waist. Her hazel eyes became a neon yellow, her skin became old and wrinkled, and her teeth became a dark yellow.

Evil Skylar: (laughing) Finally! I have control, and their is nothing that can stop me now.

Evil Skylar walked over to the dragon digimon and placed her hand on the dragon's head. The champion infected digimon sounded like it almost purred as she rubbed him on top of his head.

Maki smiled at the scene in front of her.

Maki: Looks like my job here is done.

(Jeremy's P.O.V.)

Joe and I had made it to the factory. An old looking desktop computer was in a old office. Luckily for us the computer still turn on.

Joe sent a quick message to Izzy our location.

The computer let out a green light and Gomamon and Labramon hop through.

Me: Labramon why are you here?

Labramon: Without Skylar around, I can help fight too.

Gomamon: I guess...just don't get too involved if the digimon is beyond champion.

The four of us began to run down the halls of the abandon factory.

Me: Do you really think that the infected digimon could be here?

Joe: I have no idea! But we should try to look for it.

(Cassie and Luna)

Cassie and her sister had made it to the cupcake facroty.

Luna and Cassie looked at each other.

Cassie: Luna...I'm not only worried about sky...but what about our sister. Meiko...has been locked in her room...ever sense...you know Meicoomon-

Luna turned away from her sister.

Luna: I know...

Cassie's cell phone rang loudly. Cassie pulled out her cell phone and answered.

Cassie: Hello?

Skylar's mom: (worried) Cassie! Have you seen Skylar?

Cassie: No I haven't seen her sense yesterday. Is everything okay.

Skylar's mom: (crying) No...I heard her come home earlier but...I don't know where she is...her room looks like it has been cleaned out...my credit card is missing, and her passport. Cassie...I think Skylar ran away...

Cassie's eyes grew wide. Skylar wouldn't do something that stupid. Would she?

(Abandon factory, Jeremy's P.O.V.)

Gomamon: Hey I think this door leads down to the basement!

Labramon opens the door.

Labramon: Let's go.

The two rookie digimon rush in.

Joe: Wait for us.

Joe and I ran in after them.

The four of us ran down the stairs, and found a dark room. Sounds of purring could be heard.

Joe pulled out his phone and turned on the light function. When he directed the light into the room.

The two of could see Skylar standing in the room with a dragon like digimon.

Joe: It's Veedramon!

Skylar turned to us. But it wasn't the Skylar I knew.

Labramon, Gomamon and Joe gasped.

Labramon: It can't be...

Gomamon: Not her again...

Joe; It's Evil Skylar.

Evil Skylar: Hello boys 

I gritted my teeth.

Me: Let our friend go!

Evil skylar snickered and a distortion open up behind them.

Veedramon steps through the distortion and it closed behind him.

Evil Skylar: And what happens if I saw no?

Gomamon: Well then we have to beat your butt.

Labramon: Your not as strong as Skylar.

Gomamon: Or beautiful, right Joe?

Joe's face turned dark red. And he started to wave his arms around frantically.

Joe: This isn't the time for the that!

Gomamon: Their is always time to tease you.

Joe pulled out his digivice and held it in front of him.

Joe: Gomamon!

Gomamon: Right.

Joe's digivice begins to glow brightly. His digivice screen reads evolution and another bright glow emerges from the blue digivice. White pieces spiral down towards Gomamon.

Gomamon: Gomamon digivovle too...

The white pieces form an egg around Gomamon, engulfing him inside of the digivoultion egg. The digivoultion egg flouts upwards and begins to grow brighter and turn bigger. A body figure of a quadrupedal walrus appears. It has a heavy fur coat, and a large horn on top of his head. The numbers 0 1 2 are on the walrus digimon's body in different patterns. A golden ring flies down towards the walrus digimon and the designs of the digimon appear. The walrus has white color fur, the horn on top of his head is dark gray. 

Ikkakumon: Ikkakumon!

Me: Really? Why would we need Ikkakumon? How strong can Evil Skylar be?

Ikkakumon: Harpoon torpedo!

The torpedo flies towards Evil Skylar but she catches it in her bare hands and crushes it.

Me: (screaming) Run! Run! Run!

Evil Skylar snickered.

Evil Skylar: What's the matter? Scared of a little girl?

Labramon stood in front of Joe and I.

Labramon: Give me Skylar back.

Evil Skylar grinned.

Evil skylar: You really think I took control of her this time? She allowed me to take over by her own free will. And I'm going to take you all out. The ones who are standing in my way!

Evil Skylar picked up a pipe and ran towards us.

Ikkakumon held out his horn and tried to hit her. But Evil Skylar slide underneath hid attack and struck the walrus digimon underneath his chin.

Labramon: So that's how strong Evil Skylar is.

Joe: Let me try something...

Joe walks over to Skylar.

Joe: Sky...

Evil Skylar looks towards him.

Joe: Please stop.

Evil Skylae: What are you trying? Do you really think she wants to listen  you know? 

Joe ignores her.

Joe: Sky, you wanted to know why I gave you that nickname. (He starts to blush) It was more of an accident really. Remember when we were hanging out at the park and I called you Sky for the first time?

Joe rubs his arm.

Joe: Sky, you are like the world to me. You are great as the big blue sky above us. You are beautiful, and strong. Why can't you see that too?

Evil Skylar flinches and grabs the side of her head, and lets out a pain cry 

Evil Skylar: (snarling) Stop it!

I suddenly got the idea.

Me: Skylar, I'm really sorry for kissing you those three years ago. I should have asked you to see if you had the same feelings for me. But instead I ruin you and your chance with Joe. I hope you can truly forgive me. I'm always here for you, as a friend.

Evil Skylar let out another painful cry

Evil Skylar: (in pain) Shut up!

Labramon: Skylar like it or not. I'm your feiend, and I will always fight for you. (Crying) Because...I love you Sky. You are the best friend i ever had.

Evil Skylar let out another painful cry. But suddenly her appearance started to change. Her hair started to shriek and change back to regular color.

In a matter of seconds the real Skylar was in front of us 

Skylar: (crying) Labramon...

(Skylar's P.O.V.)

Labramon rushed into my open arms and the two of us exchanged a hug.

Me: Thank you....

Labramon: Don't thank me. I will always be there for you.

I smiled and nodded 

I looked at my two friends and nodded at them.

They had exchange them.

Me: Well...what now?

Joe: (confused) You...you don't remember what happen?

Jeremy: You were controlled by Evil Skylar!

Me; (shocked) I was...all I remember was hearing Labramon saying those kind words.

Joe and Jeremy sweatdrop.

Me: (smiling) Who's up for some ice cream? My treat of course.

Joe: (curious) Your really paying for it?

Me: Sure.

The three of us started to walk through the factory.

I leaned towards joe.

Me: Lend me twenty bucks?

Joe grimaced and handed me the money.

Me: Thank you.

Joe; Hey Sky.

I look up at him.

Me; Yes Joe?

Joe: Do...you still don't want to be a digidestined.

I thought about that for a breif moment. I held Labramon close to my chest.

Me: I will have...to think about that...right now...I just want to regain my friendship with Labramon.

The dog digimon smiled and started to wag his tail.

Labramon: Let's get some ice cream!

Me: Yay!

The two of us cheered and started to run in the direction of the ice cream palor.

Joe; I will call the others.

Jeremy: I wonder what they will have to say about all of this...

Gomamon: I just hope we saw the last of Evil skylar...

Jeremy: You and me both...

(Maki's van)

Maki gritted her teeth.

Maki: Well that plan didn't go according to plan.

She had attended Evil skylar to kill Joe and Jeremy. But thay didn't work out.

Maki: (sighs) I still have a few more tricks under my sleeves...digidestined.
