"Rina you're a genius!" Samaat says to her when Rina shared something that she'd been thinking about handling the maenad. 

They had been brainstorming ways to get the maenad to lower her guard and Rina reminded them that as a worshipper of Dionysus surely Maryann would lower all guards for her bull god.

"Now all we need is for Godric, Eric and Pam to wake up so that we can share your ingenious plan with them" Mac adds as Rina snorts at this.

"We should probably call Sookie Stackhouse and her party and let them in on this plan" Rina suggests. "We need all the help we can get" she adds.

"No" Jade says, "the less people know about it the better" she adds. "As long as they know we're sticking to the first part of the plan only that part" she adds.

"But–"

"Rina" Jade cuts her off, "I'm asking for you to trust me in this" she adds, "the more people know about this outside of us the greater our chances for failure" she adds as Rina nodded stiffly at this.

When Eric, Pam and Godric awoke that night Julian and Mac had already gone out and taken pictures of Sookie's house and the shrine that the maenad seemed to be making for her god in front of the house.

"Ooh, was there a theme that we didn't hear about?" Pam asks them mockingly referring to how they were all dressed in all black.

"Didn't you hear, sweetheart?" Sam mocks her right back, "black is all the range" she adds.

"It certainly is" Pam purrs. "But if anyone is killing the bitch then it's me" she adds, "she made me destroy my very nice and very new pumps" she adds.

"Jimmy Choos? D&G?" Sam asks her.

"Prada" Pam says as Sam makes a sad face at this.

"From the 2009 spring collection?"

"You know shoes" Pam says, sounding impressed by this, which is surprising since Pam seems to hate everyone and anyone.

"Correction, I know good shoes" Sam says to her as Rina rolls her eyes at Pam and Samaat bonding over shoes.

"We have a plan" she says to the trio, "and we want to share it with you guys" she adds.

"Well go on then, let's hear it" Erics says to her from his spot to Godric's left while Pam stood on her grandsire's right.

"Maybe you guys should go freshen up first?" Rina suggests, though her eyes are trained on Godric.

He nods at this before heading upstairs in a flash as Pam and Eric also went to go freshen up.

"The scariest vampire I've ever met and yet he succumbs to the requests of a 21 year old phoenix" Mac says, sounding puzzled by this.

"Love is a strange and beautiful thing" Rina says with a shrug as she turned on her heel to face them.

When Godric, Eric and Pam made their way downstairs the others were waiting for them as Rina and Jade spoke in hushed whispers in the corner, speaking in Azareekan so that no one would eavesdrop on their conversation.

"Mo grá" Rina says with a smile as she turned to face him, which a brings a smile to Godric's own face. Calling him this still felt so foreign to her ears. "Now that we're here we can finally go over our plan with you" she says to them.

"We are all ears" Godric replies as Sam started to fill them in on the newest addition to their plan of dealing with the maenad as they showed them the images that Julian, Mac and 'Rina' had taken when they went to the location of Sookie's house.

Obviously Rina hadn't gone with them but for the sake of Julian's not raising blood pressure but they lied to Godric and said that she had as he tasked them with watching over Rina at all times when he could not be there to watch over her himself.

"Hmm, this plan is not actually lackluster as most human plans tend to be" Eric hums thoughtfully at this as they pointed out to the specific areas on the map and gestured to who would be doing what and where a. "Well done, madame" he says as he lifts his eyes from looking at the map to look at Rina and the others.

He bows his head toward her with a smirk. And she just knows that the smug asshole knows that she hates being called madame.

"Thanks" Rina says sarcastically, "so we're all in agreement about this then?" she asks the trio since the only views left for her to know are theirs.

"Relay your role to me more time, mo grá" Godric says to her.

"Jules and I will be around but if there's any trouble then we'll take off" Rina says, "we'll be here" she says as she pointed to the area on the map.

"You will stick by her side at all times, Julian?" Godric asks the werewolf as he gulps nervously at the look in Godric's eyes.

The ancient vampire would not tolerate anymore failure and Julian knows it.

"I-I'll defend her with my life, sheriff" he says to Godric as the vampire nods at this.

⚜️Dig Down Deep⚜️

Rina, Samaat, Jade, Jules and Mac drove over to the Lafayette Reynolds' home where Sookie told them that they would be meeting her friends as a tall, African-American man wearing a red durag opened the door hesitantly for them.

"Yeah?" he says, eying them in suspicion.

"Lafayette Reynolds?" Rina asks him, "Sookie told you that we'd be coming, right?" she asks him.

"Lala, open the door and let 'em in we ain't got time ta diddle-daddle" Sookie says to him as she stepped in as he opened the door for them.

"Fuck, y'all can come on in then" he says nervously as he stood aside as the party let themselves in. "Now honey chile you ain't told me that these women came with such fine ass men" he says to Sookie.

The blonde rolls her eyes at him as Lafayette checked out Julian and Mac.

"Thank y'all for comin'!" Sookie says with a bright smile from her spot beside Bill, "we could really use all the help that we can get" she adds as Jade and Samaat eyed the man's interior decorating.

"We're happy to help" Rina says as she looks pointedly at the man that Sookie called Lala and the woman who was in the house with them as Rina gestured for Sookie to introduce them.

"Right, I'm so sorry about my poor manners" Sookie says, "This is my bestfriend Tara and her cousin Lafayette, who is my friend" she informs them.

"Delighted" Sam says dryly as her eyes continued to rake over everything in the room.

"So y'all like some super witches or something?" Tara asks them, looking at them in distrust.

None of them seem surprised that Sookie told her about them.

"Or something" Jade says with a smile.

"Will we be stickin' to the old plan?" Bill asks them, feeling a little relieved that Godric wasn't with them as the older vampire – quite frankly – terrified him.

"Yes" Rina nods, "I'm assuming that Sookie has let all of you in on the plan?" she asks Tara and Lafayette.

"She did and if it wasn't for my dumbass cousin" Lafayette says as he looked to Tara, "then my black ass would be sittin' this one out!" he adds "but 'cos she's goin' I'mma have to go too" he adds.

"Thanks for the loyalty, shit-head" Tara retorts, though they can tell that their words weren't malicious. "If I got even a half-shot at gettin' Eggs outta that there crazy house then I'm takin' it" she adds.

"Eggs is...?" Sam trails off

Tara gives her a look at this that says 'none of your damn business' as Sam gives her an amused smirk at this.

"Where is Sam Merlotte?" Julian speaks up, noticing that he wasn't present.

"He said that he'd meet us there" Sookie says.

"He's deviating from the plan" Mac says to Anna. "That could really mess us up" he adds.

"Can you call him now and ask him where he is and tell him to make sure that he's at the spot at the right time" Rina stresses as Sookie nods at this as she called Sam.

"Why am I not surprised that it's the fine ass sisters who've got the magic?" Lafayette asks them as Samaat snorts at this and the reference to black girl magic.

"Oh it ain't just the sisters, baby boy" Jade says to him as she gives him a pointed smile at this as his smile falls a bit, wondering what the hell she means by this.

"Shall we get going?" Julian asks them.

"Yes, let's" Rina says with a nod.

⚜️Dig Down Deep⚜️

Everyone had gone to their individual places as Rina went to the location that she and Jules were waiting in as they awaited word from Sam or Rina about what was going on.

"The spell is complete" she hears Sam"s voice over the walkie-talkie, "I repeat...spell...complete" she added as her voice broke as Rina and Julian tried to get the walkie-talkie to work only to be met by static.

"What–?"

Julian covers Rina's mouth with his hand as he heard something and them a few seconds later they saw the maenad speed past them with speed that almost rivaled that of vampires.

They could tell that the maenad was going to where she smelled 'Sookie's' scent as Rina spoke into her walkie-talkie.

"Sookie 2 please note that the maenad is headed in your direction" Rina said frantically into the walkie-talkie, hoping that her message went through.

A few seconds later they hear the loud roar of something which sends the birds in the trees flying off as Julian gives Rina a look that says "that's our cue" as they took off toward Sookie's home.

Maryann was pissed. She thought that she had Sookie Stackhouse but it turned out to be a diversion and now she was trapped by magic that encircled the grounds of Sookie's home.

"Is the god who comes here yet?" one of the drunk townspeople asks Maryann as she looked around her angrily.

"Shut up!" she snaps at them as she used her powers on them as they all screamed and writhed in pain on the ground, begging her to stop.

Maryann barely dodges the attack from Godric as he landed on the grounds of Sookie's home as Eric and Pam soon joined him.

"Vampires" she says in disdain, "I should have known this was all your doing!" she shouts angrily.

"What the fuck?" Pam says, seeing the woman dressed in a white wedding dress.

"You will not ruin my wedding!" Maryann shouts at them, "you will not–" she adds before turning to face the direction that Sam and Jade were coming in as Jade muttered a spell and then lifted her hands as she pushed Maryann back a little.

"Now!" Jade shouts as the three vampires pranced on her as Maryann's eyes changed to black as they went head-to-head.

Rina and Julian were currently running toward Sookie's house, trying to get someone to explain to the them what the hell was going on as they heard shouting as well as grunts, groans and roars.

"This is Jules and Rina, I repeat this is Jules and Rina someone tell us what the hell is going on!" Julian shouted furiously into his walkie-talkie.

⚜️Dig Down Deep⚜️

Eric lands with a skid as he rose to his full height as he watched Eric and Pam fight the maenad before moving to re-join them as Maryann held off all of their attacks.

Samaat and Jade were trying to offer their help but were currently dealing with the possessed townspeople whom they weren't allowed to kill as the laws of the mage prevented them from harming 'innocent' humans.

"You cannot defeat me!" Maryann shouted as she backhanded Pam as Eric caught her as she wiped away the blood coming from her mouth as the wound healed up.

"Oh this bitch is fucking dead!" she shouts angrily as they fought off Maryann again as she held them off.

She grabs Godric by the neck and slams him into the ground, forming a dent underneath him as he tried to fight off her attack as the ground shook underneath them as Eric and Pam tried to save their maker.

Bill, Sam Merlotte, Mac and Sookie soon arrive and try to help them only for Maryann to raise her hands and Chanelle more of her powers as everyone under her control started to attack Bill, Sookie, Sam and Mac.

Mac and Sam cover their ears with cries of pain as Bill fought the possessed people off.

"Bill, don't kill 'em!" Sookie shouts to him as he fought them off without trying to hurt them too much. "Sam! Mac! What's goin' on?!" she questioned them in concern as they continued to cry out at Maryann's power which was trying to force them to shift.

Sookie turns to face Samaat and Jade when she hears them screaming as they fended off the possessed townspeople.

"Shit!" Sookie shouts, a sure of what to do as she couldn't exactly blast them with her light or she might risk hurting them.

"Ncaww" Maryann says with a mocking coo when Godric tried to pull her heart of her chest. "I'm more powerful than you can ever dream, young vampire" she says before digging her talon hands into his chest as she moved to rip his heart out of his chest as he cried out at this.

"Godric!" Eric shouted for his maker as he and Pam fought the creature who eventually released Godric as he fell to the ground with a grunt of pain.

"NO!" Rina shouted as she and Julian appeared outside the magical barrier. Julian walks through it and immediately shifted into a wolf, ripping his clothes as he did as Rina soon followed.

"Well now" Maryann says in a tone of intrigue when she sees the glow of Marina's skin as she swatted Pam and Eric away easily. "What do we have here?" she says as her followers parted the way for her as she made her way toward Rina and Julian.

"Sookie, hit her! Blast her!" Rina shouted to the blonde as Sookie blasted Maryann with her power, although the woman seemed to revel in it instead.

"Yes! YES!" she shouted eagerly. "More! Give me more!" she says as Sookie continued to blast her with her light while Maryann seems to feed off of it, using her powers to make Sam, Mac and Julian cry out at this as they writhed on the floor as if they were being electrocuted by something.

"Alright that's it" Rina says angrily as her eyes glow orange, "let's see if you still enjoy it!" she shouted before summoning her power to her hands as she blasted Maryann with her own photokinesis powers as Maryann screamed at this.

Pam and Eric promptly move to help Godric off the ground as they watched the awe-inspiring display of Rina's power and even Maryann's supporters stopped and turned to face the sight in shock.

"Is she the god who comes?!" one of them shouted in question as they gestured to Maryann as a putrid smell filled the air as Rina and Sookie lowered their hands at this as Sookie made a gagging sound at the terrible smell as Rina herself looked quite nauseated by it.

They watch as the smoke clears and more smoke rises from Maryann's charred skin as they all watched her heal up as if she had never been burned in the first place

"Oh you've got to be fucking kidding me!" Rina groans in disbelief at this as Maryann lifted to face her with a sinister and sadistic grin.

"You–" she points one of her talons at Rina with a bright, joyful smile. "You have the blood of the old gods in you" she adds before attacking Rina in the blink of an eye as Rina narrowly missed being impaled by the maenad's talons. "You will be a worthy sacrifice for my love, my god, my king!" she adds as Rina landed a few feet away as her eyes and hands glowed.

"If you think I'm going to roll over and let you kill me then you have another thing coming, crazy lady!" Rina shouted as Maryann took swipes at Rina blasted her back as the force of her power blasted both of them back as Maryann laughed joyfully at this as Rina groaned as she rose to her feet.

Godric moves to help her but Eric stops him, gesturing to the scar on Godric's stomach that was still healing though it left the man incredibly weakened as opposed to poisoning him like it would have had he been human.

"I will offer him your heart!" Maryann informs Rina gleefully, "and then he and I shall be together at last!" she adds, "and after killing you, I'll kill of them" she says as she gestured to everyone else, "except maybe not really him" she says as she gestured to a writhing Sam as he tilted her head at this, "his vessel I need" she adds as Rina looked between the maenad and Sam at this.

"You are one psycho bitch!" Rina says before blasting her with more of her power as Maryann cried out at this as Sookie joined in as Maryann cried out as she projected more of her power onto the maenad.

When Sookie sees that she has everything under control she ran over to Samaat and Jade and helped them up as she swatted a large stick at the townspeople when they drew near them.

Sam and Jade don't need to be told a thing as they pushed over Maryann's altar as the woman screamed at this.

"NO!" she shouted in distress.

A/N: Rina's fight against Maryann will NOT be taking place exactly like the one in the series because Rina is her own person and not some filler character for Sookie, however, with that being said SOME aspects my be similar.
