Jack's POV

My fingers pressed hard on the buttons each time I tried shooting, merida on this game. I heard the annoying chirp of Rapunzel's phone. 

"Punz your phone!" I yelled.

"Coming!"

I turned quickly when I heard a thud sound but it was only Punz crashing into the wall, same old same old.

"Ha you lost Jacky poo!" Merida snorted.

Wait what? I turned back to the game, and Merida DID beat me. God damn this piece of-

"You cheated!" I yelled, but Merida was laughing so hard she fell of the couch, making me and Rapunzel chuckle a bit.

"Merida shut up I'm on the phone!" Punz, screamed when Merida started snorting and laughing hysterically.

Punz, suddenly caught my attention. Or more likely her conversation on the phone.

"Of coarse I'd love to go to your birthday party!......that's what you were going to ask right?"

I gave her a puzzled stare, and she mouth the name "Elsa". My stomach dropped, and I felt sad all of a sudden.

"Heck yeah, we'll be there! Just text me your address and when the party starts, but well probably be there a few hours early to help you out with stuff."

That caught Merida's attention, and she gave me a confused look. I shrugged, not wanting to answer her questioned look.

I really thought that Elsa liked me, or maybe it was just my imagination. I swear I remember putting that note into her yearbook. Maybe she hasn't found it or something and that's why she hasn't called.

Yeah that's probably it....... Who am I kidding, she probably thinks I'm just another dumb jock!

"Yup! Bye!"

Was all I heard Rapunzel say before squealing and being the total cheerleader she is.

"Guess who got invited to Elsa's birthday party!"

I shrink deeper into the couch, feeling horrible, and rejected.

"I heard that lassy is filthy rich but her dad is sensitive about money." Merida pipes in.

"Well you and I are going to her birthday party, and maybe we can confirm some rumors, like how if she likes Jack " she said in a teasing voice.

"Can you not?" I told her annoyed.

"She doesn't like me and I don't like her, in that way at least" I grumbled.

"Oh then why the long face, huh? Is it because she hasn't called you, and didn't invite you to her party?" She raises a brow.

"Wait how'd you know about me giving her my number?" I asked.

"I didn't till now" she hummed.

Damn got caught!

"I di-"

My phone rings not letting me finish my sentence. I quickly pick up, with the slightest of hope of it being Elsa.

"Jackson Overland speaking" can I be any more smooth? Yeah I can, but why can't I be right now!

"Hey um jack this is Elsa. I was just wondering if you weren't busy next Friday, its my birthday and I'm having a party. I thought that you might want to come."

I was shocked, it is Elsa! Punz, and Merida raise a brow at me.

I mouth 'its Elsa '.  And they make their fangirling faces that they try to hold in.

I coughed a bit before answering."Sure, sounds cool. Just text me the address and time and I'll see you there."

"Yeah um cool, okay." Is that 'yeah cool' like 'YEAH COOL' or like 'yeah cool' like 'whatever cool?"

"Cool , well um bye."

I had to hang up, I needed to bang my head on the wall a couple times and maybe that way my brain can work a bit better.

"What was that all about?" Merida asked.

"Elsa invited me to her party" I answered like it was the most obvious thing.

"No I mean, you weren't cool man. You lost your swagger or something?" She asked.

Only a group like us, use words as old as 'swagger' but that didn't bug me right now. Her question did, I don't know why I don't know how to act in front of Elsa.

I mean I hang out with Merida and Rapunzel all the time, how could I not know how to act infont of Elsa ?

" I dunno" I answered.

"I think I know" Rapunzel chirps in, acting like a detective that just solved the mystery.

"You like Elsa, and you can't say now because the way you act says it all! Besides you did ask us to do you that favor on asking her things to know if she was interested in you or not."

"Yeah well that doesn't justify anything, I told you I don't like her that way." I lied and turned my back.

Well you wanna know something, just cause I said it doesn't mean that I ment it.......

Okay I hope this makes up for updating really late.

BTW I wrote half of this on a computer not a phone! So idk where any mistakes are(as usual) unlike my phone that at least i have outo correct to help me.
