I opened my locker and grabbed my books.. There's two new kids going here.

" Dell! Hey! " I call Rydel. She smiles and walks to me.

" What u want? " She asks.

" Do you know th- " I got cut off by the door bursting open.. I saw the Marano sisters. Jaw dropped.

Laura walks to Rydel.

" Hi Laura. " I wave at her. She smirks.

" If it isn't the bastard. " She says and walks away with Rydel.

" Vanessa hey! " I hear Riker shout. He waves at Vanessa, Vanessa looks at him and frowns.

RIKER ANTHONY

" Oh, hi Riker. " She says awkwardly... What she did to me still hurts.

" How are you doing? " I say as i put on a fake smile on my face.

" I'm doing good. You? " She asks me. I nod.

She still broke my heart.. She decided it was good enough to end our friendship.

FLASHBACK THREE YEARS AGO

Ding Dong! The doorbell rings.

I opened up the door to see my beautiful best friend.

" Hey Nessa! " I say smiling as i let her in. She had tears. I quickly wiped them, " What's wrong?! " I ask worriedly.

" Riker... "

" I no longer want to be friends with you anymore. "

OUCH! That broke me...

" W-what? Why? " I ask her all confused. Why did she want to end our friendship?

" Riker, we no longer spend time with each other, your always busy with Lianna.. I don't think that's a healthy friendship. I hope you can understand this Riker. If this is the kind of friendship i'm going to have with you then i don't want it anymore. " She says as a tear falls down from her cheek.

You know what hurt me the most?

" If this is the kind of friendship i'm going to have with you then i don't want it anymore. "

" How could you do this to me? " I ask her as i tear up.. She's my best friend.

" Riker... You have to understand! This isn't easy for me too you know? " She exclaims.

" But why?! I gave you all my love, Vanessa! " I exclaim to her all upset and confused.

" Exactly! " She shouts at me. What?

" Exactly Riker! Exactly! I LIKE YOU AND YOUR DATING LIANNA! " She shouts louder... What? She likes me?

" I can't do this anymore.... " She cries. I immediately hug her...

" I want to say thank you Vanessa.. For at least being my friend for many years. " I hug her.. She hugs back but soon, we both pulled away.

" I knew you'd turn me down. " She mumbles under her breath.. I stayed quiet.

" Goodbye. " She mutters and leaves.

END OF FLASHBACK.

" Riker? " I heard someone nudge me. I snapped out of my thoughts. Huh?

" Oh. What? " I ask.

" You were staring into space for at least five minutes. Is it because of what happened? " Vanessa asks me looking down. CRAP! She can't know!

" No, of course not. " I lied.. Shit! LIANNA IS WALKING TOWARDS US NOW!

" Oh! Hi! Your that girl right? " Lia asks Vanessa.. Vanessa raises her right eyebrow.

" What girl? " Vanessa asks confused. Uh-oh.

" That girl Riker kept talking about. We've met before. I'm Lia or should i say, Lianna Anderson. " Lia smirks. Vanessa gasps quietly.

" Hi, i'm Vanessa. Vanessa Marano. " She says a little quietly.

" Nice to meet you. " Lia eyes Vanessa, kisses my cheek then walks away.

" Wow. I wouldn't be surprised that she's your girlfriend. You have the exact same attitude. " Vanessa scoffs and leaves.

Wanna know why's she's mad at me?

Well, three months after we ended our friendship, i still wasn't over it! Until now, i'm still not but i have to pretend that i am. Well, i kinda did something. She had a boyfriend named Shawn, since i was so mad that she ended our friendship, i made a rumor that Shawn got Vanessa pregnant. So she's mad at me.
