"Dad! Not here!" Katelyn said

"But your my blueberry and your all grown up a-and. Waaaaah!" Erick sobbed along with M/N.

"Parents am I right Katelyn?" Y/N said laughing

"Yup!" Katelyn said laughing.

"Eeek! Hey Guys!" Aphmau said. "We graduated! And I'm gonna... Gonna... Eat as much ice cream as I want! And stay up late and"

"Oh, Aphmau!" Katelyn said "You never change"

"Wha!" She said surprised

Y/N's POV

Aphmau and I made up sorta. Katelyn and I got close ever since we found out our parents were dating. And... I told Katelyn about me being a hybrid. She was confused and lost but she didn't see me as a monster and that's all that matters. She hasn't told anyone and protected my like her sister. There may have been a few slip ups... But we are past that. Erick is a loving father I wish I had. But no matter what... I couldn't call him my dad. He could be the kindest step father... And I can't call him my father. I try not to think of it.

As Aphmau and Katelyn were fidgeting with their ideas and such. I saw Kai. He graduated with honers... At least that's what I heard. I saw he was just there. He kept looking at this woman with orange hair and a bunch of kids. I drifted away from Katelyn amd Aphmau. And walked up behind Kai. I put a hand on his shoulder. He looked at the ground

"What good is it to have a scholarship when my own parent can't even congrat me" He said. I hugged him.

"Kai, it hurts to see you like this. I know we're not dating anymore. But, I still have feelings for you. But like you said. It's never going to work. A-And your right." I sniffed. "We only see eachother as friends. And I'm okay with that. But if you ever want to talk or need support... I-

"'-Your there" He finsished. He turned around and gave a hug. I hugged back. I let go and pulled him towards my mom.

"Oh I forgot. She loved me" Kai said laughing.

"No idea why. She thinks your adorable" I said laughing

"Hey honey! Oh hey Kai!" my mom said. "can you two get closer to eachother?" Mom said smiling. "It's for the album"

Kai and I took a picture. After a while my mothet left us alone. And it was time for Kai to leave.

"By Y/N" He said walking. But he looked around then turned back at me. "By the way... You'd make a beautiful meifwa. And a pretty gorgeous werewolf as well. I'd love to see them someday" He said as he walked away leaving me shocked and a blushing mess. H-He knew...

It's official. High school was the worst days of my life. But after college... I was on my own. I haven't seen Kai in years. But thanks to Aph, made some new friends. I was in my apartment when a single text chat change my life.
