Chapter Thirty Eight
Alyssa woke up, her head hurting. She let out a hiss when sat up, putting her hand on the back of her head. She then stood up, trying not to lose her balance. She looked around the room, wondering where in the world she is. She then heard someone walking behind her and turned around. She then sat down, afraid of the person in front of her.
"Well, well, well," Kirstin began, crossing her arms. She dropped her arms to her side, shaking her head. "You win. You are here. Get him. Call the cops. So anything you want."
"I am," Alyssa commented angrily. She went to the phone, noticing how Kirstin began to smirk. "What is it?"
"Not everybody is here," Kirstin explained, frowning. The frown turned into an evil smirk and she shook her head once more. "It's 3:30. Sundown is at 4:45. The clock is ticking. You're the only one here."
"What does that mean?" Alyssa asked angrily, slamming down the phone. Kristin laughed and barely flinched when the other Beta slapped her. "Tell me, Kirstin!"
"Since nobody else is here at this moment with you at this exact spot, I am not going to give you Mitch," Kirstin explained. She laughed evilly as Alyssa glared at her. "What? I'm evil. I'm supposed to have a price to everything I say. That is the price. Either everybody comes in here or I kill him. Sorry. Wait, I'm not at all."
"You didn't say that in your letter at all," Alyssa pointed out angrily. Kirstin shrugged her shoulders and locked the doors and windows. When Alyssa realized what she was doing, she widened her eyes. "You're trying to keep us from getting him!"
"Wow, congrats! Is your name Sherlock?" Kirstin asked. She then opened the door to downstairs, her smile similar to the Grinch's. "Come on. I want to show you something."
Alyssa obeyed her and went downstairs. What she saw gasp sadly. She couldn't believe it. He looked terrible.
"Mitch?!"
~~~
Jessa opened the door, avoiding the purple dust. After it the dust left the car, she shook Ben gently.
"Hey, Ben? You need to wake up,"
Jessa urged, smiling when the Omega woke up. Ben smiled at her and stretched. "You need to wake everyone up."
"Okay, ma'am" Ben replied. He then hopped out of the car. "Do you mind waking up Scott?"
"Not at all," Jessa confirmed, smiling. Ben smiled back and hopped in the back, hoping to wake the Pack up. "Mom, Dad, please help. We need to get to Mitch. Sundown is going to be in more than an hour."
Mike and Nel nodded as they went to the other side. Everybody else woke up in no time, besides Scott. Jessa shook him with no avail.
"Scott, you need to wake up," Jessa begged. Avi and Kevin watched as the Beta tried to wake up their Lead Alpha. "Mitch needs you."
Scott then opened his eyes and opened the car door. He fell to the floor, hissing in pain. Avi helped Scott to stand up, making sure that he didn't fall again. Scott nodded his thanks and looked at the house.
"What time is it?" Scott asked, hoping for a good answer. He can't lose Mitch.
Please let it be a good time.
"3:40," Jessa confirmed, nodding her head. Scott sighed in relief, wanting to get to Mitch. "We need to go, now."
Everyone nodded as they walked to the door. Tori went to open it and looked back when it didn't open.
"It's locked," Tori confirmed. She shook her head and tried to open it again with no avail. "What do we do know?"
"Is there a basement?" Avi asked, looks around. Mike nodded and pointed to a couple doors right next to them. "This is rock and roll right now! It's not locked either. Let's go down, shall we?"
"Avi, just be careful. Don't push down to ha-" Nel was interrupted when Avi feel through the doors. Jessa and Mike shared a look, shaking their heads. "At least it's open now. Let's go!"
"Is he okay?" Tori asked, looking down. She could hear Avi's hysterical laughing and she shook her head lovingly. "We're coming down, Av."
Everybody besides Kevin and Scott went down. Kevin put his arm in Scott's shoulder and rubbed it.
"We're going to get him. I promise,
Scott."
Scott nodded as Kevin let go of him. He saw Kevin go into the basement, sighing sadly. He looked at the sun and he just wanted it to not go down.
Please don't disappear. I need to get to my Mitchy.
~~~
"Okay, be careful. It slippery down here," Mike advised everyone. They all nodded and all them jumped when Avi stepped on something. "That was Mitch's bear."
Scott watched as Avi picked the pocket sized bear up and handed it to Mike. Mike smiled at and stuffed it in his pocket, planning to give it to Mitch when they get him. Scott sighed and smiled.
The Grassis care so much for him. I'm so happy they're helping us.
"Dad, I found the door," Jessa called excitedly. Ben clapped and was shushed quickly. Everyone went to the door and stood in front of it.
Jessa grabbed the handle, getting ready to open it. They're one step closer to getting Mitch! "Okay...one...two...thr-AHH!"
The door then opened and everyone fell on the floor. There was Jeremy, his eyes red. He then pulled Ben up by his hair, causing him to yelp in pain.
"What did you tell them?" Jeremy yelled, gripping Ben's hair tighter. The Omega began to cry, his head hurting. "Tell me, your worthless piece of trash!"
"Don't call him that," Scott commanded, standing up. He was about to get Ben back when Jeremy threw him to the ground. Scott's eyes, along with Avi and Mike's, turned red. "You dare call yourself an Alpha? An Alpha would never hurt or abuse an Omega."
"I don't follow words," Jeremy rebutted, shaking his head. He didn't notice Jessa next to him. "Omegas are worthle-"
Jessa then pressed on a pressure point again, smirking when Jeremy fainted. Everyone widened their eyes at her and she shrugged.
"I've been doing that since I was seven," Jessa shared, smirking at bit. Everyone nodded slowly, a bit afraid of her now. "What?"
"Nothing," Kevin replied quickly. "This actually really cool. Now it's time to get to Mitch."
It is now 4:00. Scott smiled to himself, happy that they made it.
I'm here, Mitch. You'll be okay.
~~~
"Alyssa," Mitch yelled excitedly, standing up. He hugged and teared up a bit. "You saved me."
"Not quite," Alyssa replied sadly, causing Mitch to let go of her. He looked confused. "Mitch, in order for you to be taken home, eve-"
"You're going to die," Kirstin interrupted, getting a gun. Mitch tensed, crying now. "Scot didn't save you. Time to say bye bye, Mitch."
"Do not hurt him," Alyssa commanded. She then heard Kevin's voice and widened her eyes. "Kevin!"
"Aw, you've gotten to the point where you have no choice but to let him die," Kirstin began, frowning a bit. She shook her head, laughing evilly. "Time to say goodby-."
"Alyssa?" Kevin asked, opening the door. Alyssa sighed in relief as she saw Kevin, Avi, Tori, The Grassis and Ben walks down. Where's Scott? "Oh my gosh, Mitch!"
"Beta Kevin," Mitch greeted, hugging Kevin. He then hugged Tori and smiled when he saw Avi. "Beta Tori and Alpha Avi, I missed you!"
Kevin, Avi, and Tori all laughed and smiled when the Omegas shared a hug. Mitch then stopped in front of the Grassis, looking down at the ground.
"We love you. So much."
Mitch looked up, noticing how his mom and sister began to cry. His dad smiled at him and opened his arms.
"Hi, son."
Mitch began to cry happily and hugged his family, feeling loved. The family stayed together, refusing to let go.
They finally accepted me. They love me.
Scott then walked down, tears falling down his cheeks. Mitch looked at him and gasped slightly. He let go of his family's embrace and he walked up slowly to his Alpha. They stared at each other for the longest time and finally hugged, crying in each other's arms.
"I love you, my Princess Ariel."
"I love you too, my Prince Erik."
I found him.
He still loves me.
