Plans, Day 1
I woke up at 5 am because of the hot weather and I will if it's not change. I hate summer as hell.
I ate some pop ices bc i cannot eat anything elses. Instead of sweet potato I will eat normal baked potatoes because the sweet ones are very expensive and I am poor right now.
For breakfast I will eat fruits (apple or mango or homemade fruit sorbet without any added sugar)
Lunch will be potato all the time 1 cheat a week (for example this week I will make spinach cutlet).
And finish the day with protein shake.
I eat only between 11am and 19pm.
I want to do this until the Volt festival in Sopron. I dunno what I will eat there.
