Day 22, Exercise and weight

I'm not the only one that isn't 100% happy with how they look. I know I have a pretty good figure, I had a boyfriend who dated me only cause of my body. My face is a bit questionable but that's not what this post is about.

I've always had an issue with keeping up with exercising regularly even though I don't really need to cause of  my fast metabolism, but that doesn't mean I don't gain weight. It's just not as noticeable to others.

I notice it too much. I get fixated on the numbers. It's the same whenever I measure my waist.

I used to be 80kgs and 80cms around my waist, which both was pretty good for my height, age and my bodies proportions.

Since then I did running for about a month and got down to 77kgs and a 72cm waist. It went up since I stopped running, but I've gotten it back down to those numbers cause of weight training. Downside of the weight training was that I was doing it every day and had increased the weight a few times.

In two weeks of weight training I've gotten back down to the weight and waist measurement I was when I was running. I've also though put my neck out of alignment since I was only focusing on my arms/upper body strength.

I'm scared to stop weight training or even exercising all together. I don't want my body to go back to how it was. I've only now gotten somewhat happy with how my body looks; my face not that much, but that's another story.

I'm not writing this to get your symphony, I just needed to vent.
