13. The Mysterious Black Magician Squad - After Anzu is defeated, The Black Queen spares her life.  The Timekeeper then decides to train Anzu as well as YUGI and his friends in the art of using dark magic themselves, by finally harnessing their parts of the amulet and its powers.
14. A Desolate Yet Flawless Victory - SETO KAIBA starts being haunted by Kisara, but denies the fact that she exists even to his own brother. Reluctantly forced to confront her on his own, does KAIBA finally accept the fact she still exists, and allows Kisara to visit him anytime she likes.
15. Enter The Falsebound Kingdom's Emperor Heishin - YUGI and the gang are invited by Scott Irvine and Derrick Schmidt to an Rpg called "The Falsebound Kingdom" unbeknownst it's a trap, set up by them in order to obtain the amulet The Timekeeper gave YUGI and his friends.
16. Honda and Ryou's Moment To Shine - Dark Bakura returns and YUGI and the gang try to fend his army off, only to get sent to the shadow realm one by one, but with the Timekeeper's guidance, Ryou and Honda duel against Dark Bakura, realizing they're the only ones who, by working together, can stop his wrath.
17. Duel Against The Dark Arts - The Black Queen plots her revenge against Anzu, but thanks to the Timekeeper's magic, ends up dueling YUGI instead of Anzu.
18. The Mischievous Demon Shrouded in The Darkness - ATEM has a nightmare where he loses against Emperor Heishin and upon waking up forces YUGI and Co into a hazardous duel training session, that not only puts the lives of his friends in danger, but also makes them an easy target for both PAST and FUTURE's organizations's latest schemes.
19. New Challenger Appears The Girl Who Idolizes Seto Kaiba - a Girl with a childhood crush on SETO KAIBA, turns out to be yet another one of FUTURE's Organization's members, when Kaiba's duel with her turns out to be anything but friendly.
20. Pharaoh Atemu Is A Celebrity - To Help ATEM conquer his fear of Stagefright, YUGI decides to sign him up for the Annual Domino City Talent Competition, to showcase the former pharaoh's newfound amazing singing abilities.
21. A Dream Destroyed The Pop Idol Of Darkness Sacha - ATEM duels Sacha, a Popstar that YUGI and his friends admire greatly, but thanks to jealousy, and Sacha revealing to be one of the organization members of PAST, the stakes for this duel have never been higher.
22. All Hail Queen Anzu?! - Anzu has a nightmare in which she becomes The Black Queen Anzu. Then decides to find out more info on the history of the Black Queen, but not let the others (except the Timekeeper) know what she's doing.
23. Stalemate!? Jounouchi is Captured Once More - Jonouchi is kidnapped by the same mysterious girl who stalked him during his date with Mai. While dueling her, Jonouchi learns he has an Egyptian alter ego like Anzu. He also learns Anzu's became a Widow, after her husband was sealed in the SENNEN puzzle, who later trained in dark magic, while Jonouchi's turned out to be a palace scribe who once worked for ATEM in the ancient past before being imprisoned in the puzzle.
24. The Prison Girl And The Red Eyed Maiden - KAIBA learns from Kisara about YUGI and the gang's plight with the FUTURE organization, and reluctantly decides to join in. Meanwhile, after dueling Jonouchi does the stalker reveal herself, and her role in history. This prompts Kisara to duel her, thinking she's one of the members of FUTURE.
25. Gandora vs. Gorz The Emissary of Darkness - YUGI has a nightmare where he faces off against Gorz the emissary of darkness, only to find out Gorz is in actuality one of the monster's FUTURE uses, in real life, and that one of YUGI'S monsters, Gandora to be exact, is his rival. The two face off, in deadly combat, but only ATEM'S Destiny draw saves the day, and ends their destructive dispute.
