i bid au revoir to my past
tapping at my old me shoulder

removing the blinds of windows
i welcomed promising sunrays into my veins of new life

citrus smell engulfing future
avocado shell reveals strings of opportunities ahead

tugging at my sage green dress
finished with neon nails

not wasting time on small anxiety attacks
or luminous daydreams

i opened the gate wider enough
only to yell --

" nobody or nothing can stop me to paint rest of  my life by myself "
