Dread: to be very afraid of or worried about something

one day, like every other mundane one
at sunny afternoon with refreshing wind
warm socialising among groups
someone asked, what's the only
fear of your life?

my reply got mocking response
silly fear to count for
i fear the vastness of the land where
i reside
cherishing peculiar places hidden away by nature
people, culture and everything in between

terror that i might be not able to
experience the beauty of all
with a tiny speck of my existence
consisting fistful years
too short to visit and meet
from high sky to colourful reefs

i wanna buy tickets to nowhere
completely lost in secluded world
where tree swings, cruise air crashes
embracing small moments alone
a dream too good to be true
happy, wild and free
