hating this cycle, falling and rising, dusting off and standing tall,
the pain persists, refusing to withdraw its hold,
oh, how long must i wander, trapped in this ceaseless loop,
a never-ending cycle that engulfs my soul

i once believed that dreaming held the key,
to all the desires i yearned to find,
for dreams are free, so why not dream big,
but now i fear they may lead to my demise
