On Monday, Maria went to her college and some girls came up to her excited, and others gave her death glares.

"I wonder what's with everyone. They never cared about me before"

Maria went to her class and got out her textbooks. As she started to do her work, a blonde girl with a black t shirt and blue mini skirt slammed her hands on the table in front of her.

"What do you think you're doing?!?"

"Doing my work like you should be"

"Don't get smarty with me nerd"

"Excuse me?"

"You think you can just walts in here and steal my man?!? Do ya?!?"

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"FARON! You stole him from me"

"you two were dating?"

"No, but that doesn't give you the right to steal him"

"I can't steal something that's not owned. Now go away so I can work"

"Fine. But this isn't over!"

The girl walked away and Maria continued to work. After class, Faron approached Maria and looked her in the eyes.

"Are you okay? I heard Camille give you a hard time about me"

"Yeah, she doesn't scare me"

"She's just jealous because she's been trying to get me to like her for awhile now"

"Huh. Well I best get to next class, sorry"

"It's okay. I probably should too"

Maria quickly went to her class as if she was avoiding Faron. The rest of the school day was mostly bubbly conversations and death glares. After the school day was over though, Maria quickly went to her car so she could go and pick up Amanda. Right when Maria was about to leave, Faron ran in front of the car to stop her.

"Wait!"

Maria opened her window so she could talk to him.

"What is it?"

"I was wondering if you were free tonight"

"Yeah why?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me again?"

"Sure, but I really need to get going. I need to pick up my sister"

"Okay. I'll pick you up at 9"

Maria closed her window and started to drive to Amanda's high school. Amanda was waiting in front of the school when Maria came.

"Hi Amanda!" She yelled from the car.

"Hi Maria!"

Amanda ran to the car and got in.

"What's the rush?"

"I just want to get home to plan my wedding some more"

"Okay, I'll get us home as fast as I can"

Maria drove as fast as she could legally and made it home about 15 minutes later. They started to talk in the car, and when they finally went inside it was 5:03.

"So what do you want to do?"

"Well. I have a date tonight, wanna help me get ready?"

"Of course. You shoulda told me earlier, I would have stopped talking to you so much"

"That's ok, we have 4 hours"

"4 hours? That's just barely enough time"

"But..."

"No buts. Come along now"

Amanda pulled Maria's wrist and took her into her room. Once they got in there, Amanda let go of Maria's wrist and went to look for her makeup kit.

"Is this really necessary?"

"Yes! Unless you want to be an old cat lady"

"Fine..."

Amanda got out her makeup kit and started to give Maria a makeover. After an hour and a half, Amanda finally finished Maria's makeup.

"Now it's time for your hair"

"What's wrong with my hair?"

Amanda handed her a mirror and Maria saw a rats nest in her hair.

"Oh my god, I look horrible!"

"I know. That's why I'm going to fix it for you"

Amanda started to brush out her rats nest. She started to make her hair wavy. After she finished making Maria's hair look nice, she handed her a mirror.

"Wow this looks amazing!"

"Thank you, mom taught me how to do that"

"Well she taught you really well. You could open a salon if you wanted"

"I've never really thought about that"

"You should eventually"

"I'll think about. Anyways, time to pick an outfit"

"Okay"

"Do you want a dress, or regular clothes?"

"A dress"

"What colour? I have blue, black, and red"

"Blue"

"Long or short?"

"How many dresses do you have?"

"Lots, I have a walk in closet"

"Oh. Do you have like a medium dress?"

"Yeah, but it's ruffled, do you mind?"

"Nope"

"Okay"

Amanda got a blue ruffled dress from her closet and laid it down on her bed.

"Okay, Now jewelry. Do you want a necklace or ring?"

"A necklace"

"Gold or diamond?"

"Diamond"

"Okay wait here"

"Sure"

Amanda got out a Diamond necklace from her jewelry box and laid it down on the dress.

"There. Now put those on and your ready"

Maria took the dress and necklace and put it on in the closet. She came out with the outfit on.

"Here. Take this high heels"

Maria took a pair of black high heels and sat on Amanda's bed to put them on.

"There, my work here is done"

"How do I look?"

"Great!"

Maria looked at her phone and say it was 9 already.

"I got to go Amanda"

"Ok. Bye"

Maria rushed out of the house as fast as she could, and saw Faron's car pull into her driveway. Faron got out of the car and walked up to Maria.

"Hello"

"Hi Faron"

"You look beautiful"

"Thank you. My sister helped me. And by helped me I mean she did all the work"

"Well she did a really good job"

"I'll tell her that"

Maria walked to the car and got into the passenger seat. Faron got in and started to drive.

"So where are we going?

"It's a surprise"

"Can you pretty please tell me?"

"Nope"

"Pretty please?" Maria said as she battered her eyelashes.

"Nope"

"Dang it! Batting my eyelashes almost always works"

Faron focused on the road for the whole time until he parked. Maria got out of the car and gasped in awe.
