-You can nominate a book by putting in an inline comment the book title and the author.

-For the ones that include character(s), put the character(s) name in it.

-If it doesn't need a book title, then you don't have to put one. 

-The top 3 authors in each category will move on to voting.

-You can only nominate 5 times per 24 hours unless I say otherwise
