Diana

"I love you...m-more than a friend."
Akko's words keep on repeating themselves over and over in my head. She just said she loved me.... I'm sure she didn't say it..did she?
" um..... I said... I love you." Akko blushes and looks down clearly embarrassed. Wait she did say she loved me. This is a dream cone true, the girl I have loved for so long has finally returned my feelings.
" I....I don't know what to say." I say flustered. I reach out and grab the flowers. They're so beautiful, and one of my favorite flowers, roses.
" It's fine with me if you don't feel the same way, I wasn't even sure how I felt before but now I see Diana that you are perfect for me and I really love you." Akko runs up to me and gives me a warm hug. I hug her back and whisper in her ear.
" I love you too Atsuko. "

" cute, you two are now Mt favorite customers." The employee from early says. Akko and I blush madly remembering that we are in a café and all the people in here just witnessed our love scene.
" Um let's go somewhere else." Akko
Suggests.
" yes let's."

Akko

Wow I actually told Diana how I feel. Honestly I was prepared for a rejection from her. She's so noble that you wouldn't even think she'd be interested in me.
Still...I'm so happy, the last time I told someone they loved me, they never spoke to me again. Now that I look back on that memory that was really sad. I wonder when Diana and I will have our first kiss? AH! no Akko you just told the girl your feelings and you're not even her girlfriend yet!
Diana and I leave the café and walk through the nearby park. I take a seat on the bench and Diana joins me.

" sooo... Do you like the flowers?" I ask stupidly.
" oh... Y-yes I love them." Diana stutters back.
" Why do you love me Akko?" Diana asks me looking down at the flowers.
" I'm not the best person to love, I have a noble background so our relationship would never be perfect, I'm too serious all the time, I'm just not perfect. " she tells me.

" hah, you're perfect for me Diana, you're sweet and beautiful and really fun to be around with. I love you for you why else would I tell you how I feel?" I say to her.
Diana sighs.
" I've had a crush on you for a while Akko... Ever since I first laid eyes on you I knew I would grow to live you." I can't help but blush.  The girl that hides how's she's feeling is now pouring all these emotions onto me and I'm enjoying it. For some reason it makes it feel like Diana's more human, no one can compress their emotions forever.
" I guess I might as well tell you when I first had a crush on you. It was the day after we stole from the kitchen.... I realised then I really liked your company and as the days progressed u realised it was more than that."
Diana smiles at me.
" this just all seems too good to be true, I think we should get back now and get some rest Akko. Lunch with you has to have been the best lunch I've had since... I was young." Diana says.

"Yeah let's get back."

*time skip*

Diana

I turn my head to the side and see the roses Akko gave me lying on my bedside cabinet. I touch on of the petals and smile. I'm so happy that I don't even know how to act. I've never felt like this before.
Right now I'm in my dorm room with Lotte, Akko  and Sucy have been gone for a while and I'm getting a little concerned, they've got 5 minutes until they need to be back in here.
With that test tomorrow I've been studying and going over all of the topics. I really want to practice my spell casting, so I might do that on my checks that everyone is in their dorm.
" who got you those roses Diana?" Lotte asks me pointing to them.
I blush still remembering how she gave them to me.
" oh A-akko gave them to me." I say stuttering.
" wow.. Akko doesn't usually spend money on just anyone, you must've really won her over." Lotte tells me smiling.
" yeah.. I guess I have."
I mumble.

" where could those two be? They're suppose to be back by now." Lotte says unimpressed.
" I don't know, I'll go look for them. It's my job anyway to make sure everyone is in their dorms on time." I say and get up.
" thanks Diana." Lotte thanks me.
I open the door and walk out into the halls. From the looks of it everyone seems to be abiding the rules, well except Akko and Sucy.
Honestly, I never understood why it was so hard for Akko to listen.

The lights turn off and I take out my wand. I walk around and I'm still unable to find both girls until I hear a high pitched scream.

Akko

"AHHH! WHY ISN'T IT WORKING!" I practically scream at Sucy. She gave me a potion, that she claimed would improve my memory for the test tomorrow. Instead I have a mushroom for a nose!
" maybe we should go back I'm sure Diana.." I stop her from finishing her sentence. " NO! I can't let Diana see me like this, its way too embarrassing." Sucy raises and eyebrow.
" since when did you care about what Diana had to say about your appearance. "  she questions me.
I want to say ever since I confessed to her that I loved her but this isn't the right moments for any of that.

" hello Akko, Sucy." I hear Diana's voice. I jump behind Sucy to cover my face.
Diana comes round the corner and sees us.
" why is Akko hiding behind your back?" Diana asks Sucy.
" because she's embarrassed about what she looks like." Sucy tells her.
I hear Diana's footsteps get closer and feel a hand grab my arm and pull me away from Sucy.
I stare up at Diana and I see her biting her lip.
" hi" I say awkwardly. The worst thing about this id it makes me sound like I have a blocked nose, which sounds really stupid.
" PFFT Hahaha!" Diana breaks out in laughter. She lifts her wand and removes my mushroom for a nose with a simple spell.
" there you go Akko, next time just cone to me straight away I don't care how silly you look." She smiles at me. That smile of hers is going to kill me...its something you don't see everyday so it's really hypnotising.
" Thanks Diana, if you ever hear Sucy offer me a potion tell me not to take it." I say scowling at Sucy.
" you two should get back now, you'll get in trouble if a professor sees you out." Diana tells us both.
" huh? Where are you going then? " I ask her.
" I'm practicing my spell casting, alone might I add." She tells me emphasising the alone part.
I frown.
" oh c'mon Diana lemme come with you I won't be a distraction."
I say and try to give puppy dog eyes.
"Really?.....fine you can come with me but if you distract me one bit I'm sending you back." She says sternly.

" I'll go back then and tell Lotte, bye."
Sucy says to us walking back into the direction of our dorm.
I smirk at Diana.
" I'm serious Akko any distractions and that's it."

Lotte

Sucy comes walking through the door alone. " where's Akko? did Diana find you both?" I ask her.
" Akko went to watch Diana practice her spell casting." Sucy says.
I can't believe that... Akko is hanging out with Diana a lot more lately. Considering she didn't even like to mention her name before this is a bit suspicious to me.
" They've really been getting along haven't they?" I ask Sucy as she lays in bed.
" I guess they have, but that's natural they've been constantly around each other since Diana moved here. "

"  you're right, but I thought they would be getting into fights 24/7 but that's not been the case. I'm happy they get along." I rest my head on my pillow and shut my eyes.

Akko

I can't help but stare at Diana in awe as she casts magic. She does it so flawlessly and perfect.
" why are you so good at magic Diana?" I ask her.
" Akko you said you wouldn't be a distraction." She huffs.
" I didn't know that meant I wasn't aloud to talk to you. " Diana sighs.
" okay then to answer your question, it's because I practice and practice and practice. I'm not perfect at magic even I have my slip ups sometimes. " she says to me.

" well I've never seen those slip ups so I'll keep amusing you're an alien." I day giggling.
" so you fell in love with an alien then?" She raises and eyebrow.  Heat rushes to my face.
" I fell deeply in love with a magical alien." I smile at her.
She takes out her wand again and continues practicing.
The concentration on her face , the way she looks so majestic is really cool.
" Diana."
She turns around and faces me.
" yes Akko?"
" when can I kiss you?" I say teasing her. Her face becomes beet red and she drops her wand.
" w-w-well don't you t-think it's a bit to soon to k-k-kiss each other." She stutters. I get up and walk closer to her. I'm inches away from her face.
" no... It's not too soon." I say smirking.
I give her a quick Peck on the lips and turn away embarrassed.
" you just kissed me Akko....I said no distractions but that doesn't matter now does it, it's not like I can focus anymore after that." She turns me around and smacks her lips against mine.

I close my eyes and melt into her passionate kiss, her lips are so soft and so warm. They make me want to jump with joy. I wrap my arms around the back of her neck and pull her closer.
She grips her hands on either side of Mt waist and deepens the kiss. I bite her lip wanting to invade her mouth with my tongue. But she doesn't let me. We continue kissing for what seemed like for forever until we both pulled away panting.
" T-that was....amazing. " Diana beams.
I nod.
" let's go back now Diana... I want to dream about that moment." I say stupidly.

Diana.

We get back to our dorm and Lotte and Sucy our sound asleep.
I climb into my bed and lay down.
" Night Akko... I love you." I whisper to her.
She climbs up to her bed and lays down.  " night Diana, I love you too." She blows me a little kiss and I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
