Reiji's POV:
Right after Shu takes her to her room, I cleaned my room sophisticatedly where I wiped the sweat of my forehead.

"Well I finished my room. Clean and perfect."

I sighed with Shu bursting into my room.

"You cleaned fast."

Shu smirked as I turned to him with a strict gaze.

"I'm always agile. Anyway how's Miss Knightwalker did you put her into bed?"

I asked.

"I did and it was a pain..."

Shu replied with a deadpan look as I sighed, I sat on my chair pushing my glasses up.

"So what's with Yukina? Why is she going bad shit crazy at you?"

Shu asked as I leaned back from my chair.

"I invite her here to have tea. We were talking about our schools and our works...."

"But you just have to screw that up by putting her into so much pressure."

Shu cuts me off.

"I didn't mean to put her into so much pressure."

I stated as I pour a cup of tea.

"Why are you even here anyway?"

I asked him where he shrugs his shoulders.

"Just wanting to see if you're ok that's all."

He replied as I drank my tea.

"I'm alright Shu you don't have to tell me that."

"Eh whatever."

Then the both of us become quiet just a spilt second until Shu asked me.

"Hey...Reiji..."

"What is it?...."

I asked politely while sipping my tea.

"Do you remember when both of us met Yukina?...."

Shu asked while leaning against the doorway of my room, I gently put down my cup.

"I do why?"

I asked curiously pushing my glasses up as Shu slowly looks up to the ceiling.

"Well it's just....I remembered caught her talking to our dad...."

Shu stated as I looked at Shu.

"What did they talked about?"

I asked curiously as he shrugs his shoulders.

"Beats me, I can barely hear them talking about shit."

"Hmph maybe it's because you always have your earbuds on."

I retort.

"Hey I always carried my earbuds with me, so stop complaining."

"I don't complain."

I then sipped my tea as I put the cup down politely, I pushed my glasses up.

"Though you may saw Yukina talking to our father, I do have suspicions from her when we were little."

"Hm? Since when?"

Shu asked.

"Well....it's a long story....."

*Flashback*

It was a long time ago back when Shu and I were little, both of us don't really get along well and barely talked until we met her....

"Shu, Reiji."

When our mother called us, both of us came to her where she is talking to Karlheinz our father.

"This is Yukina Knightwalker. She'll be living with us for now."

She explained sternly as I looked at her, she peered her head a little bit where she looks at me with her innocent adorable red eyes.

"U-Um..hi..."

She greeted shyly as she went back hiding behind my father, I blinked my eyes twice while I can see my brother Shu slightly blushing.

"Reiji?"

"Oh, umm..It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Knightwalker. I'm Reiji Sakamaki and I'm the second son."

I greeted a bit awkwardly while bowing politely to her. Shu did the same thing.

"Y-Yes....nice to meet you Yukina.....I'm the oldest son...."

He greeted shyly while looking down to the ground hiding his blush from the cute blonde girl.

"I-It's nice to meet you too Reiji and Shu. I-I'm Yukina Knightwalker, and I'll be living with you guys now."

"Mhm."

As she bows politely to us, my mother came to us with a stern look.

"Be sure to get along with her you two."

"Yes mother."

We nodded as she left us with Yukina, I became annoyed for some reason when I saw Shu gazing at her.

What is my good for nothing brother thinking?

I thought while lightly frowning at Shu with envy, he blinked his eyes innocently while blushing.

"Y-You're pretty...."

"Huh?!"

My jaw dropped when Shu said that, I turned to see Yukina's eyes widen and blushed by his compliment.

"Oh um...t-thank you Shu....."

She replied shyly.

As I watched them blushing, I frown at Shu annoyed by his gaze at her. The next day later while Yukina is playing with Shu, I was doing my studies with my mother until I flinched when I saw a blade stabbed through the table almost cut my hair causing my mother to widen her eyes a bit.

"Ah! Sorry!"

Yukina ran up to me and picked up her knife, but just as she was about to go back playing with Shu, my mother called her strictly.

"Yukina."

"Hm?"

"Will you explain to me why are you carrying such a sharp object?"

Beatrix asked curiously with strict blue eyes as she looks at the ground nervously.

"It's for....practice....."

She replied awkwardly.

"Practice for what?"

She asked curiously.

"Ummm.....for targets ma'am...."

She replied shyly and nervously.

Targets?

I asked myself curiously thought about what she meant by "targets" while I saw my mother standing there for a few minutes with a strict face until she finally spoke.

"....Very well then, just be careful with that."

"Yes ma'am."

She then ran back to play with Shu as I watched her ran back to him, I couldn't ignore the back of my head that something is suspicious about Yukina.

*end of flashback*

Once I remembered my suspicions about Yukina back when we we're little, I slowly smirked finally understand her now.

"Yukina, I finally understand you....."

Shu's POV:
While I was walking to Yukina's room, I narrowed my eyes at Yukina who is unconscious after the incident from Reiji's room. I then sighed exhaustedly while carrying her.

What a pain, it's so much work, but...she's not that annoying after all....I wonder why she flipped out on Reiji like that?...

I thought as I carried her to her room, I found her room and opened the door carefully not to wake her up. Once I put her into bed, I decided to stay in her room cuz I'm lazy as hell, so I just lay on her bed watching her. Not in a creepy way.

While I watched her sleep, I start to remember how we use to play together since when we're kids.

*****Flashback*****

It was back in our childhood where I was once a happy and cheerful boy playing outside from my house until me and Reiji met Yukina who is shy around us, but I helped her get comfortable with me and Reiji as she became a bit used to it when she starts with me more often, but sometimes she talks with my brother since he has a lot of work to do with his mother who doesn't pay attention to Reiji a lot because she's always giving me a lot of attention that I don't really want as a child.

The next day later I went outside to play with Yukina today. It was sunny, but not too hot which good for me and Yukina where I was looking for her aimlessly and curiously.

"Yukina? Where are you?"

I asked looking for her curiously in the gardens.

"Yukin- gahhh!!!"

Suddenly a shape blade came out of nowhere puncturing the tree scaring the shit out of me.

"Holy crap, what was-"

"Oh my goodness I'm so sorry!"

Yukina then ran towards me with a worried face.

"I didn't hurt your did I?"

She tilt her head with concern as I shake head to her with a grin.

"No I'm fine, so what was that thing that you've just throw?"

I asked curiously as she responded a bit awkwardly and nervously.

"Ummm it's a secret...."

"Secret? Oh come on Yukina! You came tell me! I promise I won't tell anybody about it!"

"Promise?"

She asked skeptically.

"Promise!"

I nodded with a grin as she sighs softly and tells me her secret.

"I'm...an asassin Shu....."

She nervously expressed her secret to me, but I tilt my head confusingly at the word assassin.

"What's assassin mean?"

He asked curiously with innocent blue eyes.

"Ummm it's hard to explain....it's when....I threw blades at things like rocks, trees, and stuff....."

She explained nervously as she slightly looks down at the ground, I slowly formed a grin finally understand what she meant by assassin.

"Okay, I understand now."

"Really?"

She tilt her head.

"Yeah, if you want to throw blades on rocks or trees then I don't mind if you show me how to throw blades to trees."

I grinned innocently as she blinked her eyes in surprised, she slowly forms a grin and nod.

"Sure, but promise you won't tell anyone but this okay?"

"Okay!"

I grinned as me and Yukina start playing with each other, I smiled at the good times we both shared....

***flashback ended***

As look back at the good times we shared when we we're kids, I smiled warmly at Yukina as I saw how much she's grown up as an individual.

Yukina....you're not as bad as I remembered.....
