Mukami brothers and Y/n gather around, sitting on couch.

Ruki: What do you want to ask, Lilith?

Y/n: ... About your past. All of you.

The brothers went silent as they surprised at the sudden question.

Kou: Why so sudden?

Y/n: I would like to get to know with you guys a bit more. It's okay to tell half of truth.

The brothers look at each other.

Azusa: ... Hm. I was all alone before since I was a kid... I know nothing about my parent... Before meeting Ruki, Kou and Yuma, I was adopted by a family thieves...

He take off bandage on his arms, revealing old wound of cuts.

Azusa: In that family, I would got beaten up by Justin, Melissa and Christina... See those wounds?.. It's them... This is Justin, Melissa and Christina... I did it myself to remember them...

Y/n: ... Don't tell me--

Yuma: Yeah. He started being masochistic and self-harming because of those kids.

Y/n: I see... What happened to them?

Azusa: They got killed by police officer... For attempted to rob an aristocrat's mansion...

Y/n: ... 'Serve them right, I guess.'

Azusa: After the incident... I got brought to the orphanage... And that's how I met my brothers...

Kou: Alright, my turn. *sit up properly* I don't remember who were my parent, but when I was a kid, a nanny take care of me. But I got abounded in a manhole, the sewers.

Y/n: 'What the hell...?'

Kou: One day, a soldier found me and sent me to orphanage. People there gave me all the nice things because I have pretty face.

Ruki: ...

Kou: Later, I got sent to a club and physically abused as entertainment for the aristocrats. Tired of the treatment, I gouged out my right eye, hoping they would stop using me as toy but I miserably failed. They want to torture me more.

Y/n: 'Kou...' *sad gaze*

Kou: Later on, I tried commit suicide but met Ruki there. This guy called me loser which stopped me. He then introduced me to others.

Ruki: Hmph. Because you are, not that you able to do it anyway.

Kou: *Huff*

Yuma: My turn. *rest back on couch* On the fire incident, that time Shu was with me. I run into fire in attempt to save my parent which made Shu think I was died.

Ruki: The boy was Shu?

Yuma: Yeah, my first friend.

Kou: Eh... Didn't expect that.

Yuma: After the fire incident, under a new name, Bear, I joined a street gang that lead by a guy named Lucks. Basically we're a rebellion group, wanted to strip the corrupt politicians and aristocrats of their status in order to purify this world of its filth.

Y/n: 'Bear, huh? That's adorable.'

Yuma: But a war was going on that time, and... My gang got shot to death by the military. I passed out and the next thing before I realized, I was in the orphanage. That's how I met my brothers there.

Ruki: ... I suppose it's my turn now.

He hold his hands together, looking down on floor.

Ruki: ... I'm not innocent as others here.

Y/n: ?..

Ruki: ... I was an aristocrat who treat people harshly due spoiled and arrogant. Karma got me, made my father business went bankrupt and hung himself, servants ransacked our house for valuables, and my mother ran off with a secret lover, leaving only a letter saying that she loves me.

He looks at her.

Ruki: Later on, I ended up in orphanage and bullied since I was a former aristocrat with a bad attitude. There I met Azusa first, then Kou and Yuma.

Yuma: That place are a hell.

Kou: Yeah, we got mistreated by caretaker there.

Azusa: So, one night... We decided to escape...

At The Orphanage

Kou set a room on fire to distracted the guards.

Ruki and others then escape the orphanage, but they were chased by staffs with a gun.

One of the orphanage staff shout.

Man: There they are! Capture them!

The other two of staffs pull trigger and shooting with their gun.

*BANG!*

*BANG!*

Man: Over here! Don't let them escape!

*BANG!*

Bear (Yuma): Argh! *keep running but slowing down*

*BANG!*

Azusa: Ahh! *fell down*

*BANG!*

They got shot except Ruki, but Kou received the most from behind.

Kou: Ngh!.. *fell to the ground, bleeding badly*

They got caught and ragged back to the orphanage by force.

Ruki: LET GO!!! *struggle* KOU!!! BEAR!!! AZUSA!!!

He helplessly watching his friends got dragged like a sack by the staffs.

Once they're back, Ruki got thrown on ground.

Man: You're the one who provoked them. You good-for-nothing aristocrat has-been!

Ruki: T-Tch... *glare at them with full hatred*

Man: Still giving that insolent look...

Man: We'll brand you so you won't get any more stupid ideas.

Ruki: ?!..

The staffs went hold him and pull up his shirt.

He then got branded on his back.

Ruki: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! *screaming loudly in pain*

The brothers then got locked in the basement.

They crawl to each other weakly except Kou.

Ruki: Y-You guys... *wincing*

Bear: A-Are you okay, Ruki?..

Ruki: I-It's burning... But.. I'm fine..

Azusa: R-Ruki!.. Y-Yuma!... T-This is bad..! K-Kou is!..

He's trembling as he holding Kou in arms, bleeding badly.

Ruki and Bear immediately try their best to go to them.

Ruki: K-Kou... *worried*

Kou: ... *dazed, bleeding out* G-Guys...

Bear: Kou, hang on! Please!..*holding his shoulder*

Kou: ... I... *tears falling* don't want to die... Ruki-kun... Bear-kun... A-Azusa... *mouth dripping blood*

Their tears start forming seeing Kou already near the brink of death.

Karlheinz soon appeared with the offer a second chance at life, but as vampires who will serve him.

And they agreed.

Karlheinz gave a new magic right eye for Kou, allowed him to see the truth by reading the heart of humans.

Karlheinz then gave a new name to Bear, "Yuma" and introduces him to sugar.

Yuma: If it wasn't for him, we would have died there being locked forever.

Y/n: ... *grip fist* I see...

She stand up and hug them, earning soft gaze from them.

They hug her back silently.

Y/n: You guys have been through a lot...

Kou: Hm... Even though we're struggling before, we did have a great time together. *smile*

Azusa: Hm... *nod*

She pull away the hug slightly and pat their head.

Y/n: Four of you are strong... I'm proud of you guys. *smile*

Yuma: *Grin*

Ruki: Don't act like a mother now. You're our bride.

Y/n: *Laugh* Well, nothing wrong babying my future husbands, right? *smile*

Kou: Not complaining~ *grin*
