Since many days there have been on going protests in Gurugram / Gurgaon regarding muslims offering prayers on the roads and public parks.
People have been peacefully protesting against it, I support it. Not because of any religious reasons, but because of practical reasons.
Imagine if there was an ambulance with a patient in a life or death situation. How can it pass if the entire road is blocked ?
Each second is crucial for that patient, then how can he wait 3 min because some have chosen to offer prayers on the road ?
People have been complaining that they get late for work, traffic jams happen.
Luckily the CM of Harayana Manohar Lal Khattar has said that it will be now illegal to offer Namaz on roads. Which is good and practical.
But not everyone is seeing it in a practical way, some 'intellectuals' have said that Hindu extremists are not letting poor muslims offer their prayers.
This tweeted by Political analyst Rana Ayyub..... Looks like she forgot that offering Namaz by blocking roads is a violation of Article 19 Right to freedom of Movement.
That's why no one takes Rana Ayyub seriously as a political analyst in India.
😂😂
The American newspaper The Guardian published this -
In this they said that muslims now have no place to pray. Now such a big newspaper has written this, thus your Captain sent her trusty Baklol Khan Bhedi to Gurgaon to find out the truth.
So tell us Baklol Khan Bhedi, are there really no places left for Muslims to pray ?
Baklol Khan Bhedi - Yes captain, there are no places left to pray besides their homes, mosques, madarsas and 233 acres of Wakf board owned properties in Harayana. Even Rais pathan, a Wakf board member has opposed this.
Uff ! If there are so many places to pray then why do they pray in parks and roads ?
Baklol Khan Bhedi - This is a concept of Land Jihad, in Islamic culture there is a goal of conquering the entire earth and establish Dar-ul-islam, and one of the way to do is to take the land of Dar-ul-harb aka Non muslims. You would've seen masjids in public places like Railway stations etc, where they shouldn't be. This is the example of Land Jihad.
How can this even be allowed ? How can this mindset be supported in India ?
Baklol Khan Bhedi - Well Congress, the ex-ruling elite, when in power, had very clearly said that minority community especially muslims have the first right on India's resources.
Aah ! Politicians ! I think Neta Gandhmachao Gandhi can guide us better in this matter.
Neta Gandhmachao Gandhi - Yes Captain, actually Wakf board in our country has so many rights that you cannot even imagine. They can take any land they please and no one can stop them, they don't even need to inform the owner. This is the Wakf act of 1995 and 2013 amendment.
You mean like Wakf board can claim my property and I wouldn't be able to do anything ? Surely I can file a case against it !
Neta Gandhmachao Gandhi - *chuckles* Nope. Wakf board doesn't come under the jurisdiction of courts, however you can go to Wakf tribunal for justice but again it's controlled by Wakf board only. It's like Thakur from Sholay filing a case against Gabbar but the judges of the court are Kaliya and Sambha.
What happens when the Wakf board takes control of a property ?
Baklol Khan Bhedi - The muslim population there increases and we all know what happens after. The non-Muslims are forced to leave.
Right....Right....it's a very serious problem. We need to find a solution ! Dr. Paramarsh DeSahi, I know you would have one.
Dr. Paramarsh DeSahi - Yes Captain, there is only one solution for this problem. And that is Uniform Civil Code. If this comes, then all the muslims must abide by the constitution of India and not by Wakf board, which will make it weak and eventually ending it.
So in conclusion we need the Uniform Civil Code as soon as possible !
WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS ABOUT IT ?
