"Lagta h koi bada jldi me h", Arjun said blocking Aditya's way who was making his way to his room.

Aditya tried going from the other side but was stopped by Nisha. "Kuch waqt hamare saath bhi reh lijiye bhai. I am sure Zoya bhabhi thoda der aur wait kr skti h", she said and winked at Arjun.

Aditya forced a smile on his face, "Tum dono ko mujhse kya kaam h?".

Arjun & Nisha looked at each other and passed a mischievous smile. Arjun then slides his arm around Aditya's shoulder.

"Woh kya h na bhai ki agar aap ko room apne me jana h to hamari demands poori krni hogi tb hi aap jaa skte h", Arjun told and hi-fived Nisha behind Aditya's back.

"Ohh.....to tum dono ko rishwat chahiye", Aditya removed Arjun's arm from him.

"Jiiii", the younger ones spoke in unison.

"Aur agar main tumhari demands poori na karu to?", Aditya asked keeping hand on his waist.

Arjun and Nisha folded their hands, "To aapki marzi! Agar aapko apni Suhagraat kamre ke bahar hi bitani h to we don't mind".

"Kahan phans gya Adi", Aditya murmured to himself.

"Kuch kaha aapne?", Nisha asked Aditya.

"Haan main yeh keh rha tha ki tum dono kl aao na. Raat bahut ho gyi h main chlta hu", Aditya made an attempt to go past the two barriers who were in no mood to let him escape so easily.

Both of them locked Aditya's each arm in their hands. "Bhai bhai bhai.....kitna wait kia h iss mauke h. Aapki jeb khali karwaye bina aaj hum nhi jane denge", Arjun singed.

"Tum dono nhi maanoge na", Aditya said finally giving up to their demand. Arjun smiled at victory as Aditya took out his wallet from his kurta's pocket and gave them some cash.

"Thank You bhai", Nisha hugged Aditya.

"Ab aap ki permission ho to main jaa skta hu?", he asked in a cute voice.

"Yes bhai! Hamara kaam ho gya h to ab aap jane ke liye azaad h", Arjun gave a side-hug to his brother. "Enjoy!", he said and ran away leaving Aditya free to go.

Aditya smiled at the cute antics of his siblings & looked in the direction of his room. The lights were still on. 'She must be waiting', he thought and ran towards the room.

The new bride was sitting in front of the large mirror of the grand room which was twice the size of the room at her own house. The room was well-organised with beautiful interior which seemed to be done recently. It had a small balcony too. The scented candles lit up the entire room. The fragrance of orchids added to the beauty.

The most beautiful and attractive was the bed which was decorated for the first night of the couple. It was adorned with fresh pink-white flowers whose smell can be felt across the room. The fresh white sheet and the new pillows on the new mattress were waiting for the newly weds. And the moon hiding behind the clouds will be witnessing their union.

Zoya knew what was that all for........their first night. The night that every couple waits for. The night that unites the two souls. The night she once used to dream for. It is that special night........suhagraat. All the jokes that her friends cracked for this night started coming into her mind.

Zoya brushed all the thoughts aside and  looked in the mirror. She took the veil off her head and removed the gajra from her hair setting them loose. She took off the clips from her head & started removing her jewellery. She opened the bolt of the heavy earring & gently removed it from her ears. Zoya removed the other earring and kept the pair on the dressing. Her heartbeats were increasing with every passing second. She knew he must be coming anytime.

Zoya was busy removing the ornaments when Aditya entered the room. She was trying to take off her necklace and didn't seem aware of his presence. He stood at his place smiling and kept watching her. After a while Aditya slowly walked upto her & started helping with the necklace. Feeling his presence, Zoya immediately looked up and saw him standing right behind her in the mirror.

She stood up & was about to turn when he asked,"May I?", gesturing towards the necklace. When she kept quiet, Aditya continued with what he was doing. He gently shifted her hair on one side of her shoulder and scent of her hairs filled in his nostrils. He brought his hands at the back of her neck and swiftly opened the lock of the necklace.

Aditya removed the necklace and put it on the table. He then slided his hand on Zoya's waist and put his chin on her free shoulder. He looked at her in the mirror and she looked down blushing. Aditya smiled and started nuzzling his nose on the crook of her neck. Zoya closed her eyes feeling his touch. He kissed on the soft skin of her shoulders and slided his other hand down her arm.

Aditya was moving forward when -

"Aditya?"
NO REPLY!

"Aditya?", louder.
STILL NO RESPONSE!!

"Aditya, aap aise kyun dekh rhe h?", Zoya almost shouted. And this time he heard.

Aditya finally came out of his dream and realised he was still standing at the door. Zoya was standing a few feet away from him. She had removed her jewellery and was now looking at him questioningly. He smiled thinking about his dream and hits his head slightly.

"Hi", he smiled taking a step inside the room.

"Hi", she replied after few seconds.

Zoya noticed the Whine bottle in his one hand and glasses in other. He kept them on the bed-side table and went to lock the door. She didn't move & stood where she was. He locked the door and turned towards her.

"You're ok?", he asked softy.

Zoya just nodded her head in response & he smiled.

"Come", he said & made his way towards the bed.

Zoya's pulse rate suddenly went high as she started having frightening thoughts. Though she silently kept walking until she bumped into him. She immediately realised what she has done and closed her eyes. Aditya turned and chuckled silently seeing the look on her face. He understood what she must be thinking.

"Zoya", he spoke.

Zoya opened her eyes and found him staring at her. He smiled and this made her more suspicious about his intention. 'Was he thinking exactly the same what she suspected?', she thought. He smiled and again turned his back to her. Zoya sighed with relief.

"Wine?", he asked in a casual tone.

Aditya turned with a glass filled with wine in his hand & found her standing at the same place. He put the glass back on the table and took a step forward.

"Please sit", he made her sit on the bed. "Comfortable?", he asked with a smile. When Zoya nodded, he filled the wine in other glass. He handed Zoya her glass of wine and himself took the other glass.

"There you go", he clicked the glasses.

Both of them emptied their glasses in one gulp. Zoya was the first one to finish and she put the empty glass on the table. Aditya filled both the glasses with wine for the second time. Zoya took it without any word and finished it within seconds.

"Better?", Aditya asked who still had his glass in his hands.

Zoya nodded with a smile this time. She was actually feeling better. Wine had lessen down her worries. Aditya smiled and finished his glass. He put it back on the table and came sit next to Zoya.

Aditya took Zoya's hand in his hand and looked in her eyes. She could tell from his face that he was serious. She couldn't removed her eyes from his gaze.

"Zoya, I know ki hamari shaadi jaldbaazi mein hui h. Hume ek dusre ko jaan ne ka mauka bhi nhi mila. Hamare parents ne hi hamara rishta tay kr dia aur achaanak aa kr yun hume keh dia", he paused.

Zoya was getting goosebumps with his every word. He looked dead serious with each word he said. She looked down as it was becoming difficult to hold his gaze.

He continued, "I know hum ek dusre ke liye kuch time phle tk ajnabee the. Pr ab hamare rishta badal chuka h. Aur main iss rishte ko poori imaandaari ke saath nibhana chahta hu. Aur mujhe iss mein tumhara saath chahiye".

Aditya went on, "Ab se meri har cheez pr tumhare bhi haq h. Iss ghar pr, iss kamre pr aur mujh pr bhi.....sirf tumhara haq h. I want you to be comfortable here. And I promise hamari beech kabhi koi teesra nhi aaega".

These words made Zoya look him in his eyes. She could read the truth in those innocent eyes. She wasn't expecting such words from him and was truly surprised. She knew he wasn't faking the promises. There was truth in his every word. Truth she doesn't held. Truth she couldn't dare to speak. Truth she was running from.

"Last drink ab bhi baaki h", Aditya said signalling towards the bottle which had still some wine left.

Zoya smiled in response. He poured the last of wine left into the bottle and filled their glasses. He handed her the glasses and cheered for the final time. They both took time before finishing the last drink.

"Raat bahut ho gyi h. Tum bhi thak gayi hongi. I think we should take some rest", Aditya got up and made his way towards the washroom.

"Aditya", Zoya called & he stopped.

"Thank You", she said.

Aditya gave her another charming smile. He took his clothes from his closet and went inside the washroom. Zoya quickly took a deep breath. She soon heard the sound of shower turning on.

Aditya came out of the shower wearing white kurta-pyjama after few minutes. He soaked his wet hairs with the towel. Zoya was still sitting on the bed. She watched him wiping his hairs. He was looking fresh.

"I think you too should change", he said.

"Yeah", Zoya replied and got up.

"Tum jo bhi chahiye bathroom mein mil jaega", he smiled.

Zoya nodded and went to the washroom. After a while, she came out wearing her light-blue salwar-kurta. She set her hairs loose which were tied in bun. She moved towards the bed and found him already sleeping. Zoya sighed with relief & went to the other side.
