As you were away doing a press tour for your own movie, Tom felt somewhat empty with half of the bed occupied, let alone half of the house. So, you both decided to FaceTime each other at night.

You heard the familiar ringing and immediately picked up the phone. Tom's face appeared, creating a huge grin to spread across your face.

You didn't get a chance to speak before he started yelling and dancing throughout your home on the other side of the screen. "Only four days left until you're back home!"

"I know! How's Tess doing?" You queried, seeing the princess of the house prancing around.

Tom quickly dropped to the floor, making sure he got both Tessa and him in the frame. "She's doing well, considering she sleeps on your side of the bed. But she loves me more because you're not here, right Tess?"

You watched as everything stayed silent for a second, before Tessa strolled away from Tom without a care in the world. "Does she really, Tom? I think she has a favourite, huh?"
