In order to match the dragon to the circle of flames image it needed to be made into a 3D image. You can do this in photoshop, but fair warning it takes forever. The time depends on your computer and the version of photoshop you have. The program uses the CPU to render so the older the computer the slower it will be (my laptop is old like four or five years old) the dragon render took around eight hours.

The left is the original image and the right is the rendered 3D image. It's a cool feature, but I recommend beginning the render before you go to bed and letting it run over night. Make certain your computer isn't set to go to sleep if it sits idle or the render will pause.
