AT A HOTEL IN KUOH CITY, (Y/N)'S POV

I was laying back on the bed in our room we rented, Luna was asleep in the same bed as me, with me holding onto her, she was very upset about us being too late to save Asia from Raynare's plot, she had literally cried herself to sleep in my arms and I felt bad about this.

"I hate seeing you cry Luna..." I said as I brushed her hair out of her face, her eyes were red and puffy and I saw dried streaks from tears, she was also a mess from this I wasn't faring much better to be honest.

Truth was I kinda liked Asia, she seemed like a genuine girl, very different that the girls I just sleep with like the pizza girl from a few nights ago, but... I guess it's like dad says, love isn't always for us, kinda like what happened with him and my mom, don't even know where she is or why she left us...

"God damn it..." I said as I carefully let go of Luna, and walked out of the room, taking out my phone and calling my dad, the phone rang a few times until I heard the phone be picked up.

"Hey kid, how's the job going?" Dad asked as he picked up the phone, I smiled a bit at hearing his voice, but it was still hard to talk about.

"Hey dad... um, it's a little rough actually right now" I said, trying to keep my composure.

"What's wrong son? Did something happen to Luna?" dad asked, sounding a bit worried, then again when it involves Death's favourite daughter, it usually is pretty worrisome.

"No, Luna's... okay, but, we lost someone today, a girl... she was killed by Fallen Angels, we were too late..." I replied, feeling sad at thinking I had failed Asia, not only had she died, but she could full well be revived by Gremory and her peerage, so she'd have trouble with her belief in God as well now.

"Aw jeez, I'm sorry kiddo..." dad said, sounding sympathetic, he knew what it was to lose someone you didn't want to, like when he thought Trish had died because of Mundas.

"Yeah, it's just that, she was someone we knew actually, she was... our first friend here in Japan, and now... she's dead, and I feel so angry about it!" I said, as my eyes watered slightly from how angry I felt.

"Woah kid, why's this got you so worked up?" dad asked, and I had a list of the things but to name a few...

"This... stupid Devil boy, got her captured because he wanted to act like he was hot shit, and then after we got the Fallen down, she used the whole... "Sparda did it so you should understand" bullshit!" I said, seething in anger from people like Raynare trying to use my grandfather Sparda's legacy to excuse their evil actions.

"Jeez, seems like my old man's legacy is still abused and misunderstood, Humans, Demons, and now Fallen Angels..." dad said in annoyance and anger, I then heard a thump from his end of the line, probably hit his desk or something.

"I hate people trying to use that excuse to justify their actions, this Fallen wasn't committing a selfless act to save a race from extinction, she just wanted to take a girl's Sacred Gear, and use it's power for herself..." I said as I clenched my fist in anger, but I took a deep breath to calm myself down, it wouldn't do to get angry now.

"I know kid, believe me I know what that's like... all you can do now, is try harder next time, use that girl's memory to get better" dad said, it was true... but it was still a hard pill to swallow.

"There's more, I think... the local Devils are going to put her in their peerage, and try to use her against Luna and me..." I said in anger, I wouldn't put it past Gremory to do something like that.

"Shit... well if it comes down to it kiddo, you just do what you think feels right, it's all you can ever really do" dad said, he was right, if I can help it I'd rather have a good relationship with Asia, and avoid Rias and her peerage, that was when I remembered to mention about the Devil Arms.

"And we've got another issue, did you know that apparently one of your Devil Arms somehow turned back into a Demon?" I said, I then heard a sound like he spat out a drink or something.

"Wait WHAT!?" dad said loudly, making me hold the phone away from my ear.

"Yeah, on the job I ended up fighting Beowulf, kicked his ass but kind of wrecked an abandoned church in the process" I said as I scratched the back of my neck, I'm really glad I'm not in debt with Lady, otherwise the damage to the church might've come out of my pay.

"Well, looks like I'm gonna have to check on my Devil Arms, give me a sec..." dad said, I waited for him to come back, I looked over to the bed and saw that Luna was still laying down on the bed, but I'm pretty sure she's awake.

"Hey, kid" dad said, sounding a little worried and a bit annoyed.

"Let me guess... all your Devil Arms are gone, right?" I said in a deadpan voice.

"Yep, every last one, looks like I'm gonna have to figure out what happened, listen, if you encounter any more, feel free to take them down and claim them for yourself okay?" dad said in a carefree way.

"You serious?" I asked incredulously, I mean... these are his Devil Arms! If someone else manages to get hold of them who knows what kind of damage they could cause!

"Really serious, you might need them since your in Devil Territory, and I kind of get the feeling crazy shit's gonna go down soon, so get those Devil Arms back, and watch yourself and Luna, last thing I need is her dad on my ass if she get's hurt" dad said, sounding like he didn't really want to get involved.

"Yeah sure, bye dad" I said in annoyance.

"See ya soon kiddo!" dad replied before he hung up the phone.

"Yet another mess I have to clean up... fuck sakes..." I muttered as I dropped my phone onto the bed, yet again dad decides to leave shit that could go bad to me, I mean these are HIS Devil Arms, and he doesn't mind that they've turned back into their old Demon selves, and could possibly be out there killing people, or worse, be captured by someone else?

"(Y/N)...?" came a quiet voice, I turned around and saw that Luna had sat up, her eyes were still red and puffy from crying, her voice a little hoarse too, and she looked a bit of a mess.

"Sorry Luna, just talking with dad, apparently he didn't know about the Devil Arms coming back, and wanted to talk to him about the job" I said as I walked toward the bed, with a frown on my face as I thought about having to not only deal with Asia's death and possible return, but also the situation with the Demon's too.

"You mean... about Asia...?" Luna asked sadly, she could see that I was upset, I sighed and sat down on the bed, with my back facing Luna.

"Yeah..." I said as I put my hands on my face, rubbing away at my eyes because they stung with unshed tears, I felt the bed dip slightly before Luna leaned against me.

"It's fine, like he said... we'll have to do better next time, so this doesn't happen again..." Luna said, leaning her head against my shoulder before I wrapped my arm around her shoulders, holding her close.

"Yeah, yeah we do" I said as I held onto Luna, soon enough though I felt Luna fall asleep leaning against me, I started to feel tired too and just laid back, closing my eyes as Luna cuddled up to me in her sleep.

THE NEXT DAY, THIRD PERSON'S POV

(Y/N) and Luna had gone into the city and were walking to a place in the city where their client was going to meet them, (Y/N) was wearing his normal outfit, a pair of pants and his coat with no shirt underneath, so his body was on show, usually making girls blush or squeal at the sight of him.

"I can't believe your dad's just passing off looking for those Demons..." Luna said in annoyance, she was wearing her usual black, long sleeved qipao, black, thigh high leggings and her heels, with her long black hair down her back, she turned guy's heads as she walked, but paid no attention to them.

"Yeah, there's probably a special on Pizza or Strawberry Sundae's going on or something..." (Y/N) grumbled in annoyance as he carried Dragon's Breath in a case strapped to his back, making it look like he was carrying an instrument of some kind.

"Well at least we get to keep them when we find them, they'll help a lot for future jobs" Luna said, making (Y/N) smile, she always knew how to find the silver lining, and in truth, he'd always wanted to try using those Devil Arms, soon they stopped outside of an apartment complex, this was where their client, who had hired them for the Fallen Angel contract had requested to meet them to give them their payment.

"Well, ain't this place swanky, better keep our guard up Luna, just in case" (Y/N) said, Luna nodded in response before the two entered the apartment building, walking up several flights of stairs before they stopped at the apartment and rang the doorbell.

The door was opened by a man wearing a grey robe, with black facial hair on his chin, making a goatee, and black hair with gold coloured bangs, his eyes were purple in colour, and he reeked of Fallen Angel...

"Ah, you two must be the Devil Hunters... come on in, make yourselves comfortable" the guy said as he stepped aside, inviting Luna and (Y/N) into his apartment.

"Nice place you got here, I'm guessing your pretty high up with the Fallen Angels to have such nice stuff" (Y/N) said as he and Luna sat opposite of the man, who seemed surprised at being called out, before his face adopted a smile.

"Ah, so you could tell? Then I suppose I won't beat around the bush, my name is Azazel, leader of the Grigori, I have to thank you for executing those rogues" Azazel said as he revealed his twelve jet black wings to Luna and (Y/N).

"So they were your subordinates then? Were you aware of their plans? What exactly they were going to do?" (Y/N) said angrily as his hand went to the case holding Dragon's Roar.

"Unfortunately no, their orders were to observe any interesting Humans in the city, and report them back to me for my research..." Azazel said with an annoyed sigh, he was annoyed about losing not one, but two potentially powerful Sacred Gears to research.

"Oh really? And what might this 'research' be about?" Luna asked suspiciously.

"Well you see, I'm studying Sacred Gears, special pieces of equipment given to Humans by God, that boy Issei Hyoudou had a gear that caught my interest, but my subordinate and a small group rebelled against my rule, even going so far as to kill that former saint... Asia" Azazel said, this made Luna look down and (Y/N)'s hand twitched as his eyes narrowed dangerously, his Demonic Power leaking slightly to show his anger.

"I see that name got a reaction? Did you two perhaps have a relationship with the girl in question?" Azazel asked flippantly, though he seemed on edge after feeling the power coming from (Y/N).

"She was our friend, and she died in pain because of your 'subordinate', and her lust for power, I would suggest keeping a closer eye on your followers in future" (Y/N) said as he cracked his knuckles threateningly, making Azazel sweatdrop and gulp slightly.

"Yes... I'll be sure to do that, though I should tell you, she seems to have been reincarnated as the Bishop of Rias Gremory" Azazel said, this information made (Y/N) and Luna clench their fists.

(Ugh... so she did reincarnate her... damn) the two Devil Hunters thought to themselves, they would have to expect her to try and somehow use Asia for a dirty trick.

"Anyway, here's the payment for this job, I might hire you again sometime" Azazel said as he placed a case on the table between him and the two, Luna took the case and opened it, showing the money they were owed inside, she looked to (Y/N) and nodded, meaning it was all there.

"Welp, pleasure doing business with ya, so long!" (Y/N) said as he stood up along with Luna, who was holding the briefcase full of cash money, turning to leave the apartment and return to the hotel for now.

"Before you go... I wanted to ask about a special something I heard you possessed" Azazel said as he stood up too.

"And what might that be?" (Y/N) asked, not bothering to look back at him as he had an idea of what it was he was talking about.

"I believe that they're called 'Devil Arms'?" Azazel said curiously, with a smile on his face at the idea of studying something that could potentially be as strong as, if not stronger than, a Sacred Gear.

"Ah, well you see, when I heard about a new powerful type of weapon, something similar to a Sacred Gear I was of course intrigued, would you mind it I take a look at them?" Azazel said, looking at (Y/N) with interest.

"Sorry, but I'm gonna have to decline, after all, I don't know if your trustworthy enough yet, and the situation with Raynare left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth" (Y/N) said bluntly before he and Luna made their way to the door, leaving a frowning Azazel in his apartment.

"I understand, that's too bad... perhaps another time then, well see you both around" he said as they walked out the door and made their way back to the hotel, planning to get some sleep before they go to get in some practice for their next job, which could be coming around very, very soon.

WITH THE ORC CLUB, ASIA'S POV

I was standing in an old building in this big school, I as a little annoyed because Issei was focused only on Rias, it was probably because she had bigger breasts than I did, compared to her I am probably a little... lacking, I had also tried to pray for forgiveness from God, only to get hurt, this is going to be a difficult thing to get used to...

"So Asia... Issei tells me that you're friends with (Y/N) and his partner, is there anything you can tell us about them, like where their base is? Or how many of them there are?" Rias asked me, but there wasn't really much I could tell her, I was kind of hoping that (Y/N) could come here and we could all be friends.

"Well um... I-I don't really know about their base, it kind of got wrecked when they were protecting me from the Fallen Angels..." I said, feeling bad about them losing their home because of me.

"Right, so they don't have a place to stay?" Rias asked, with her fingers entwined together in front of her lips as if she were in thought.

"I-I don't know, and there's only (Y/N) and Luna, but they did speak to someone on the phone during the attack" I said as my mind started to go back to (Y/N) shirtless, I felt my cheeks get warmer at the thought before I quickly shook my head.

"He fought a group of Fallen Angels while talking on the phone!?" Akeno said, sounding surprised, it was pretty amazing to see that happen.

"Pah! That's not that impressive! It was probably like one or two of them" Issei said dismissively.

"A-Actually Issei... it was perhaps twenty, or more..." I said timidly, the others looked shocked at this revelation, and Issei seemed a little nervous now.

"H-He killed, twenty Fallen..." said Kiba, I'd been introduced to the others of Rias's peerage after I woke up, I was very sad that (Y/N) and Luna weren't there, I hope I'll get to see them again soon...

"Who was he talking to exactly? Did you hear any names?" Rias asked me, looking at me with a lot of focus, like she could see right through me.

"A little girl called... Patty and his father, Dante" I said, this got Rias and the others apart from Issei nervous, was his dad a scary person or something?

"I-I see... thank you Asia, perhaps with you around we can get them to co-operate with us..." Rias said, I frowned a little at the way she said that, (Y/N) and Luna were my friends and I just wanted them to be here with me.

"What now Buchou?" Issei asked as he looked at Rias's chest, I felt a little jealous at the attention he was giving to Rias.

"For now, we'll just wait until our next encounter with them, if you find them do not antagonise them, we will have to get at least one of them to join us, no matter what" Rias said, the others nodded their heads at Rias's declaration, but I was worried about this causing a fight and making me lose (Y/N) and Luna as friends.

"Nooo... he'll take my harem away with his pretty boy looks..." Issei said, as he fell to his knees and started crying.

"Pervert..." Koneko said, looking at Issei with disgust.

"Alright, for now everybody go home and get ready for school tomorrow, Asia, we'll talk about your situation later" Rias said.

"Yes Rias, th-thank you" I said with a bow, before I followed Koneko, Kiba and Issei out of the room.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"Rias... what do you really think?" Akeno asked her best friend and King after the others had left the room, she knew that in truth since (Y/N) and Luna had managed to defeat them so easily it would be very big trouble if they got into a fight with them.

"I think I will have to speak with my brother about this... if (Y/N) was in contact with his father, things might get too dangerous for us to handle" Rias said, she then conjured a magic circle on her desk, where an image of her older brother, Sirzechs Lucifer appeared and smiled at his younger sister.

"Yes Rias, do you need something?" Sirzechs asked as he smiled up at his younger sister.

"Yes brother, I've had some trouble recently with a young man calling himself (Y/N) Sparda" Rias said, Sirzechs suddenly froze, a look of worry on his face.

"Brother?" Rias asked, before the hologram faded and the call was cut, before Rias could say anything a red circle appeared in the room and Sirzechs rushed out of the circle toward his sister, a look of panic on his face.

"RIAS, WHERE IS HE?! IS HE HERE!? YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO UPSET HIM RIGHT!?" Sirzechs asked, looking at his younger sister wide eyed.

"B-Brother!? Why are you so afraid?" Rias asked in surprise, not understanding exactly why her brother, the current Lucifer, one of the four Satans was so afraid.

"I believe I can explain..." came a familiar voice as an older woman, with long silver hair, wearing a maid's outfit also came from the magic circle.

"Grayfia?" Rias asked as she looked at her brother's wife for an answer, while Sirzechs tried to recompose himself.

"You see, a few years ago Lord Sirzechs had a rather... unpleasant encounter with the son of Sparda, Dante, it ended up with Sirzechs almost being killed, he barely escaped with his life..." Grayfia said, making Sirzech's flinch at the memories of the pain he suffered at the hands of Dante.

"His father was able to defeat my brother?!" Rias exclaimed in shock.

"Yes, it was partially my own fault... it was around the time I began my time as Lucifer, I had challenged him when he killed off a Devil Noble, and his entire peerage, but he defeated me as if it were childsplay!" Sirzechs said, looking scared as he relived the memories and how Dante just left him after the beating he gave the Satan.

"You spent the next year bedridden from your wounds, and I had to care for you until you regained your strength..." Grayfia said, making Sirzechs blush, it was the most humiliating, but also the nicest time ever, Grayfia had basically nursed him and even slept with him naked to help heal his wounds and it was very nice, despite Grayfia still giving him the paperwork that his station required him to do while he was bedridden.

"I then found out that said Noble had been killing Humans, and used them to experiment on ways to empower his peerage, the experiments... turned the peerage into monsters, even worse than Strays, and Dante had killed them all off" Sirzechs said, this surprised Rias and Akeno, they couldn't believe that a Devil would turn their pieces into monsters like that, and they were now kind of scared of (Y/N) now.

"Now Rias, tell me everything, starting from the beginning" Sirzechs said seriously, Rias then explained everything to him, from their initial meeting when Luna tried to reap Issei's soul, how she ended up fighting him and Luna and had to retreat, then when they encountered the Fallen Angel Dohnaseek and he along with Luna beat both Koneko and Akeno, as well as their various encounters over the last week, most recently about them killing off the Fallen Angels.

"I see... as long as you haven't gotten on his bad side, he could be a useful ally to us, especially because of how powerful his father and his associates are" Sirzechs said, as he was in thought about something he wanted to offer the boy and his family.

"A-And what about (Y-Y/N)? How strong would you say he is...?" Rias asked nervously, worried about how she or her peerage could deal with him and Luna, even Sona's peerage was no match for the two!

"From what you've told me,he's already quite strong, and having a Shinigami working alongside him is also impressive since they are mostly neutral, we also don't know the full extent of the power he's unlocked, it would be especially dangerous to fight him if he had 'that' power..." Sirzechs said, with a serious face, hoping that his sister wouldn't have to face such a terrifying power.

"What power? What kind of power could (Y/N) have that would make you so worried brother?" Rias asked, sounding very interested now in this power.

"The Devil trigger..." Sirzechs said, as his mind flashed back to memories of Dante activating Devil Trigger and finishing the fight between them.

"Rias, there isn't only that power and their ability that worries me, but if you or anyone does anything, I worry that it will bring Dante and his companions to Kuoh seeking revenge, so if you encounter them again, do not fight them, call me immediately, understood?" Sirzechs said as he looked to his little sister.

"But brother-" Rias said, planning to complain and insist that she and her peerage, along with Sona's could handle him fine.

"RIAS! Do you, understand?" Sirzechs said as he fixed Rias with a serious look, making Rias flinch at the look, she'd never seen her brother give her that look before.

"Y-Yes brother..." Rias said, not wanting to make Sirzechs angry.

"Good, now I will return to the Underworld to discuss this with the other Satan's, see you soon, Rias" Sirzechs said, before he and his wife Grayfia left the ORC club room via a magic circle, returning to the Underworld.

"I've never seen your brother so scared before Rias..." Akeno said, sounding worried about the situation now.

"(Y/N) and his family must be truly powerful... I must have him, or his partner join my peerage!" Rias said, her mind disregarding her brother's warnings at the thought of possibly getting two powerful pieces into her peerage.

"But Rias! Your brother said to not annoy him" Akeno said, worried for her best friend that she could either get in serious trouble with her brother, or worse, get hurt or killed by (Y/N) and Luna in retaliation to her meddling.

"I know... but we have Asia, you saw that they were attached to her, but if we can't get (Y/N)maybe his partner, Luna, she could be helpful" Rias said as she started to make a plan for how to try and trick or convince the two into her peerage, so they could take are of Riser, then give her peerage a massive power boost.

AT THE ARCADE, (Y/N)'S POV

I was at the Arcade with Luna right now I was playing House of the Dead 2, I had just gotten through the Strength boss fight, otherwise known as the massive man with the chainsaw and now I was going to move on to fight the Magician and the Emperor and finish the game, after this I will be going on to House of the Dead 3, however as I was playing the game I had a sudden feeling in the back of my mind.

"Are you alright (Y/N)?" Luna asked as she played on a claw machine close to me, trying to win a Jack Skellington plushie.

"Hmm... I feel like someone's talking bullshit about us" I said as I looked back, still playing the game and shooting the Zombies, I also noticed that a few kids were watching me play, looking pretty impressed with how well I was doing on this.

"I never understood what you meant by that..." Luna said as she picked up the plushie, only for it to slip out of the claw again, making her sigh in annoyance before she went to try again.

"If I could hazard a guess, it's either Gremory or that guy Azazel, probably talking about us to someone they know" I said as I turned my attention back to the game, I had reached the car and was fighting the Judgement boss again.

"What do you think we should do?" Luna asked as she tried to pick up the doll again, only for it to slip out of the claw yet again, this was her tenth time trying, and I was starting to feel bad for her when she looked so frustrated and mad.

"We wait, if either of they try anything we deal with them then, like we always do" I said as I made it past Judgement and was now driving across a bridge, shooting Zombies in cars until I encountered the Hierophant boss for the second time too.

"Are you sure about that? I know we can deal with Gremory fine, but what about Asia? And as for Azazel... he is the leader of the Fallen Ones, so he must be strong..." Luna said as she opened her purse, only to pout sadly.

"Let me guess, run out of change?" I said, she nodded her head as she looked at the doll sadly, I finished the boss fight before I moved on, shooting down more Zombies before I reached the Magician boss fight, I had to admit I liked listening to the boss fight tune as the game went on, Luna walked over to me and watched me playing the game, with a cute pout on her face from not winning the doll.

"Here, how about after this we both play House of the Dead 3 together?" I asked, hoping to cheer her up as I fought the Magician, then after some time he finally went down, I saw Luna nod her head as I continued to play, shooting more Zombies and also fighting the Tower before I reached the end game boss, the Emperor.

"Alright..." she said with a sad sigh, I thought about it a little bit and felt bad for her, I fought the Emperor Boss fight and after a lot of shooting I managed to kill the final boss and beat the game!

"Alright! Still the master!" I said happily as the ending scenes played with Goldman, the bad guy behind the Zombies, throwing himself off the building and me going downstairs to find people cheering and waving to my character.

"Well done..." Luna said as she gave me a small smile, I smiled back before I went to the claw machine and inserted some change to play.

"What are you doing? I thought you wanted to play House of the Dead 3?" Luna asked me as the claw got hold of the doll, it stayed in the claw until it was close to the slot before it fell out right next to the place to drop them!

"Yeah, but first..." I said as I inserted more change and instead of using the claw to pick the doll up, I grabbed it's head and lifted it up so that when it slipped out, it instead fell into the prize slot, I chuckled as I bent down and took it out.

"Still got it!" I said as I offered Luna the Jack Skellington doll, she looked at the plushie and carefully took it, before she hugged the doll to her chest, smiling at me slightly with pink on her cheeks.

"Thank you, (Y/N)..." she said with a slight bow, I chuckled and we then went to the machine for House of the Dead 3, we put in the money and started the game, with Luna's little plushie in the crook of her arm as we picked up the shotguns and started up the game.

Luna and I spent the next few hours playing the game together, shooting at the Zombies with the shotgun models we had, going through the game quickly, we had played it so much that we knew pretty much the entire game and what to do to get through it, and our awesome team work also helped.

We played until we completed House of the Dead 3, then we started to make our way back to the hotel, with Luna still holding that Jack Skellington plushie I won for her, it was nice working with my best pal, and I was really looking forward to working with her for a very long time.

"(Y-Y/N, Luna?" came a familiar voice behind Luna and me, we stopped walking and turned back around, Asia was standing a little distance away from us, looking at Luna and me with a look of surprise on her face.

"Asia..." we both said back, I wonder what she was here for? Did Rias send her to find us or something? Guess we'll have to find out.
