Kookie's Information

Krystal laughed at Jin as he jumped in pain when she lightly pointed out a bruise on his mouth to Lonna and Suga. Lonna giggled at them as she sat on the chair arm beside Suga in Jin's living room. "I'm really happy for you two. Jin, you're awesome." Lonna praised. "I think this is the best ending. No matter what, lovers should insist on being together."

Jin blushed at her compliments. "It was actually Krystal's last psychological tactic. Angered her dad into confusion, so I could come back alive."

"Is uncle going to leave?" Lonna asked.

"Yea." Krystal answered. She wrapped her arms around Jin's and leaned on him. "But I know my dad doesn't want to part with me. Afterwards, he secretly told me this punk's rashness has the same cool factor as his own." She tapped on Jin's arm to let him know she was talking to him. "But...sword fighting was just the first round. It's possible that when he returns, there will be a second round."

Jin's eyes went round and his mouth dropped open. "Huh?"

Krystal laughed as she nodded her head. "The second round is a drinking contest, so if you don't have enough alcohol tolerance, I may have to go back."

"That's not good." The fear that was absent last night was now very much present in his eyes.

Suga sighed loudly when Lonna and Krystal laughed. "Suga what's wrong?" Jin asked finding it weird he wasn't laughing too.

"Auntie." Suga said still using the familiar nickname. "You got trapped into shacking up. It's not all it's cracked up to be. Better to be a free living basketball hunk." Krystal stared evilly over at Jin as if daring him to agree. Suga looked up at Lonna with a teasing smirk. "It's more fun."

Lonna smacked him in the back of the head. "What are you talking about?! Stop lying!" She scolded him.

"It's true." Suga continued to tease. Lonna smacked him lighter in the shoulder making him laugh at her cute reaction.

Lonna's POV

After leaving Suga behind so he could go hang out with the gang, Lonna was now walking through the local mall. Her eyes moved from side to side, looking at the many available items. Finally seeing something that caught her interest, she rushed into the store.

Wow...She thought as she leaned down to get a closer look at the silver men's bracelet with an infinity knot in the middle. That's so cute. The last time I gave Suga gloves, this time I'll give him this.

"Are you looking for something?" A male voice said behind her.

"I'm looking for a birthday gift." She said as she continued to look down at the bracelet.

"Is it for my brother?" Lonna's eyes went wide with excitement as she looked back at a smiling Jungkook.

"Kookie!"

"Lonna!" They yelled each other's names before Jungkook grabbed Lonna's shoulders and shook her quickly. "Long time no see."

Lonna looked him up and down. "You've grown taller."

Jungkook copied her by trying to look himself up and down. "I have?" He put his hand on the top of her head and pulled it to him, comparing her height to his. "More like you haven't grown at all."

Lonna lightly tapped him in the shoulder for his teasing. "Whatever." She laughed.

"Do want to get a drink?" He asked.

"Okay." Lonna said before grabbing the bracelet and going to the check out counter. Once she had paid, her and Jungkook went to the cafe next door.

Lonna stared at the present bag in her hands, wondering what Suga would think about it as she waited for Jungkook to get back to the table. "How's my brother?" He asked as he put the tray with Lonna's iced coffee and his bubble tea in front of her.

"He's doing good." Lonna said happily. "You haven't seen him since the game, have you?"

"No. I was thinking I would go see him before I leave." He said.

"Are you going somewhere?" Lonna asked him.

Jungkook lifted one of his eyebrows in confusion. "My brother didn't tell you? I'm leaving for Italy."

Lonna was stunned to find out this information, but something told her that wasn't the whole story. There had to be something more for Suga to keep this from her. "You're studying abroad?" She asked.

"Right." Jungkook said before his eyebrows creased in confusion again. "Hyung really didn't tell you?" He asked in disbelief. He thought Suga told Lonna everything.

Suga didn't tell me anything. Lonna thought sadly. She let her eyes drop to the coffee in front of her as worry took over her.

"Weird." Jungkook said. "Mom should have wrote him about it." Jungkook looked over at Lonna and could see the worry on her face and felt guilty for it. He figured she knew about their mother by the way she looked at him. "I think my hyung is avoiding my mother."

Lonna felt like the earth had shifted under her as she looked at Jungkook. Her heart was pounding with fear and worry, she wondered why Suga had kept it from her. "Even now, she's trying to contact him." Jungkook added. "But...I don't think he has gotten over the past."

Unfulfilled love. The mother who always stayed by his sick brother's side, who never paid attention to him. Yet...it couldn't be helped. But the situation to 5 year old Suga was so cruel. Lonna was feeling a little sick to her stomach. Suga had been keeping such a big secret, when she thought they had become closer. She wondered if she was wrong.

Jungkook sighed shamefully as he watched Lonna worriedly nibble on her bottom lip. "Then...what did your mom say?" Lonna asked curiously.

Jungkook was reluctant at first to tell her, worried it would just make her feel even worse. "She said, before she leaves, no matter what, she wants to see him once more."

Lonna quickly said good bye to Jungkook before walking home. She now understood why Suga hadn't told her, but now she wondered if he would tell her what that meant. She needed him more than ever to tell her what he was thinking. Tell her what decision he had made.

Mr. Min's POV

Mr. Min was working diligently at his desk when his secretary came into the office. "There's a call for you." She informed him.

"Who is it?" He asked as he continued to work.

"It's from a Ms. Jeon." She said. The look of confusion and fear crossed over Mr. Min's features.

After snapping out of it, he gave the woman one of his usual smiles. "Okay, transfer it to me." He said.

"Yes, sir." Once she left the room, Mr. Min let his fake smile fall as he look over at the ringing phone, wondering if he should even pick it up.
