It hadn’t taken her long to find Suga and his group. They were in the empty classroom once again. Probably skipping class. Lonna approached Suga with rage on her face, he looked up to stare at the girl. Lonna didn’t think twice before she raised her hand, and brought it hard across Suga’s face. He flinched from the impact.

RM and Jhope sat with their mouths open wide in shock, while Taehyung and Jimin showed no emotion. Suga breathed in heavily trying to control himself. “Why did you hit me?” He shouted at her.

“Why would you expose my letter?” Lonna asked, trying hard not to get over emotional as she held the ball of letters up in between them.

 “Did making fun of me make you feel good? Did it make you proud of yourself?” Suga just stared at the girl in front of him. He didn’t dare speak. “Truth is, it makes you look sad and pitiful, because…” The tears were threatening to leave her eyes now. Suga searched her face but never uttered a word. “you have never truly liked anyone, so you have no regard for other people’s feelings. Emotions are not something that you can play with so easily.” Suga’s face softened as he looked at the girl who was about to cry. They stared into each other’s faces in the silence.

Finally, Suga spoke to the girl in front of him. “You actually came over here…just to spout crap like that?” He moved his hand to grip the back of Lonna’s neck to move her face closer to his as he smirked.

 “Listen to me carefully, when I find something I want, I get it. You need to accept that.” Lonna considered the pale haired boys face as he flashed her one of his devilish gummy smiles. She was done playing, as she shoved his hand away from her neck and threw the ball of papers in his face. Suga did nothing but chuckle as they hit the ground at his feet.

Taehyung moved from his feet to try and stop the girl from leaving, but with seeing her face, he thought it best to let her go. Suga just stood there smiling, but after a minute it started to fade.

 Lonna ran as far and fast as she could, away from the devil boy she wanted so badly to forget. His words kept repeating in her head as the sound of her stomps vibrated against the empty hall floor. ‘Listen to me carefully, when I find something I want, I get it. You need to accept that.’ She finally stopped running and leaned against the wall, breathing heavily as Suga’s words played like a broken record in her head.

Suga’s POV

Suga bent down to the ground as his hand slowly moved to reach one of the wadded-up paper balls.  His sliver ring and bracelet shined in the light as he gripped one tightly, he let Lonna’s words play back in his head.‘You have never really liked anyone, so you have no regard for other people’s feelings.’ He stared blankly at the piece of trash in his hand. ‘” Emotions are not something you can play with so easily.”’ His grip tightened over the paper as his anger hit him. He stood in front of the window looking out over the campus as Lonna’s expression haunted his thoughts.

Author’s POV

“What should we do?” Momo asked as she sat on the stairs with Krystal and Jin. “It’s so embarrassing and she is such a shy person.” Momo said this time directing her voice in Jin’s direction.

“We should find her first.” Jin answered not sure of what should be done himself, yet.

“Then what?” Krystal asked looking back at Jin for his answer.

“I want…to comfort her.” He said shyly.

“So, you won’t make fun of her?” Krystal had to confirm. Jin looked at her with hurt on his face.

“Of course not. I…don’t want her to ever hurt.” Krystal bit her lip considering his answer. Finding it suitable, she reached in the backpack behind her to unzip the side pouch and get her phone out. She got up from the others and moved to find some privacy.

Lonna walked slowly down the stairs feeling nothing but hurt and angry. Suddenly her phone rang, she wanted to ignore it, but finally ended up retrieving it out of her bag. She looked at the caller ID before answering. “Hello, Krystal.”

“Lonna, are you ok?” She hated hearing the distress in her friend’s voice.

“I’m fine.” Lonna answered hoping her voice wouldn’t give her away.

Krystal could tell her friend didn’t want her to give her a pep talk, so she covered her voice over with excitement. “Meet us at the library.”

“Krystal…I can’t right now.” Lonna answered.

“I don’t care; you better come.” Krystal said quickly in the phone before hanging up and not giving Lonna a chance to argue, she knew that was the only way to get her to do as she said. Lonna huffed in defeat.

Krystal looked to the two standing behind her with sorrow on her face, before closing her phone and sighing. Once she was back close to them she gave Jin a huge smile, Jin didn’t keep eye contact with her for long as he looked away and gulped. Krystal moved next to him. “Now it’s put to you.” She said giving him an awkward shot to his arm. Jin bit his lip.

Lonna walked to where they were supposed to meet, but with seeing no one there she slowly walked to the balcony to look out over the city. She sighed in sadness before giving up on waiting and starting to walk away. She stared at the ground heavy in thought.

“Lonna.” The familiar voice cried out to her from behind, making her stop. She was nervous as she turned to look at him. His face blank from any emotion as he stared.

Krystal and Momo walked quietly to a spot they could spy on the couple. Momo couldn’t erase the smile from her face.

Jin moved slowly towards Lonna, staring so intensely that she had to advert her own gaze to the ground. She couldn’t help but feel embarrassed and ashamed. She couldn’t hold back her emotions anymore. “Jin, I am sorry. I didn’t want to  get you involved in this. I definitely didn’t want to cause you any problems.” She stood there not looking at him as she cried. “I am so embarrassed.”

Jin looked at Lonna as she cried with a gentle expression on his face. He slowly reached into his pants pocket and grabbed the handkerchief he kept there. He held it up for Lonna to see. “May I?” He asked seeking her permission. Lonna slowly met his gaze once more. “That letter doesn’t bother me Lonna, but when you cry I don’t know what to do.” Lonna slightly smiled as Jin gently used the handkerchief to wipe her tears from her face.

Momo smiled in approval at the scene she was watching. Krystal though, didn’t look as happy about what she saw. She stared after the couple with a somber look.

Jin finished wiping her tears. “There are people in the world who try to hurt you, but there are also people who hurt because you’re hurting.” Jin stared at Lonna as she stared back at him. His eyes kept taking slight looks at her plump lips. Slowly they moved closer to each other as they closed their eyes.

 Lonna couldn’t wait for Jin to kiss her because the thought alone was driving her crazy.
