Christmas Guest

RM laughed silently as he peeked over the leaves of the bushes he was hiding in at the backs of the team that was looking for him. Feeling something crawling on his arm, he looked down at it. His eyes went wide with fear as he saw what it was. He clamped his hand firmly over his mouth to prevent himself from screaming.

"10,9,8,7..." The whole team started counting down the last ten seconds. "6,5,4,3,2,1" The team cheered for his win.

"RM you won!" Lonna screamed out when he didn't come out. Hearing this he jumped out of the bushes and started jumping up and down.

"Get it out! I win! Get it out! Hurry!" RM screamed as he continued to wiggle around grabbing at the back of his shirt. Taehyung quickly ran up to him and reached inside to grab what it was.

Taehyung held it up in the moonlight, but quickly tossing it away. "It's a snake."

Suga walked over to RM and put his arm around his shoulder. "The winner is RM!" Everyone screamed in joy. Jisoo rolled her eyes at their excitement. "RM, you may choose a person to give you a kiss, enjoy your victory kiss."

"Kiss, kiss, kiss..." Everyone chanted as jumped with excitement.

"I like..." The chanting stopped once RM spoke. He looked over at Jisoo and gave her a handsome dimple smile. "Ji..."

"You dare?!" Jisoo yelled as she shot up from her sitting position.

Her angry stare made RM unsure of himself, but he refused to give up so easily. "Jisoo!"

"I don't want to!" Jisoo yelled. "Definitely no!" RM looked down at the ground feeling rejected.

"Jisoo. You suck!" Krystal teased her.

"Yeah. Dare to play, dare to lose." Taehyung joined in. Jisoo gave him an evil stare. "Be willing to concede."

"And I held on and didn't get caught." RM said sadly. Jisoo felt bad as she looked at his sad expression.

"Kiss, kiss.." The chant started up again.

Once again RM felt encouraged to go for what he wanted. "A kiss...on the cheek would be fine too." He said shyly.

Finally, Jisoo gave in. She stood in front of an embarrassed RM. RM turned his head as Jisoo walked closer. Suga waited for her to lean up and close her eyes, before he snuck behind RM and turned his head. Jisoo ended up kissing RM on the lips instead.

Jisoo quickly turned away when she realized. The whole team yelled their approval. RM couldn't contain his excitement as he yelled with them. The childish game unexpectedly and ended sweetly.

Lonna was still yelling with the rest of the team. Jin held the gift bag above his head making everyone go quiet. Lonna looked at it mortified. "I almost forgot." Jin lowered the bag down to her. "Lonna, one of the employees sent this over. He said it must be something important."

Lonna wore an awkward smile on her face. What? I threw it away.

"Is it yours? I saw you carrying it." Jin said. Lonna grabbed the bag and started fighting with Jin for it.

"It's not mine! No it's definitely not mine!" In the struggle, the bag ripped causing the homemade gloves to fall to the ground.

RM ran over quickly to grab them. "#3 on the list..." Jhope snatched them from him.

"Innocent girl's hand-knit..." Before he could finish his sentence, Taehyung grabbed them.

"Wool gloves." Lonna started to panic.

"It's not..." Her words came out stuttered.

"I'm sorry." Suga took the gloves and looked them over. "These are mine." The team wolf whistled at Suga. Suga looked over at Lonna and gave her a wink. She breathed a sigh of relief. Suga rubbed the gloves between his fingers as he looked at her.

On this Christmas night, maybe I have gotten a clear answer.  Lonna thought happily. A little joy, has arrived next to me.

Suga's Grandmother's POV

Mr. Min and Pamela swayed together as they walked back home. They had delivered all the gifts to the needy kids and Mr. Min was now tossing around his empty bag. "We delivered all the gifts. I'm tired." Mr. Min said.

"No, you still skipped mom's gift." Pamela reminded him. "Do you have time to get it now?"

Mr. Min laughed loudly. "That gift...I think it has already arrived." Pamela gave him a confused stare. "Remember at dinner, mom prepared 6 servings instead of 5?"

"So?" Pamela asked.

"So..." Mr. Min went back to laughing as Pamela waited for him to answer her.

The door bell sounded at Suga's grandmother's house. She watched Butler Chen turn the corner to go answer it. The guest walked up beside her with a gift basket in hand as she turned back to the TV. "Grandma." They said to get her attention.

Surprise over took her as she looked at them. "Jungkook?!" She yelled happily as she stretched her arms out. Jungkook ran to wrap his arms around her.

"Grandma!" He pulled out of the hug and kneeled down by the arm of the chair. "I told Dad I missed you, and he said I should visit you tonight."

She racked her fingers through his neat black hair as she admired him. "That's great. I missed you too. How are you?"

"I'm fine." The lock of shock graced his features. "Grandmother, you don't look a day older."

"Really?!"

"You're so young!" Jungkook continued to flatter her as he ran his palm down her cheek.

His grandmother's smile grew wider. "You're sweet talking me."

Jungkook grabbed ahold of her hands and placed them under his chin. "How are you? Are you well?"

"Yes I'm good. Everything's good." She answered.

Lonna's POV

Suga smiled as he looked over at Lonna. She kept her head to the ground as they walked. Reaching into his jacket pocket, he pulled out the gloves. He held them out to her. "Why did you deny they were yours?" He asked.

"Because they're old fashioned and lame." Lonna pouted.

Suga chuckled. "Why do you care what others think? What you feel is most important, right?"

Lonna smiled for the first time since they left the party. "I do feel happy." Suga was happy to hear it. "You know, when I knitted these gloves for you. I felt happy." She quickly grabbed the gloves from him and fumbled to put one on. "Did you know...I was late, because I was knitting them? It took a lot of time and effort to make them look like this."

Lonna held his gloved hand up for him to see. She turned it over and over. "Look, they're perfect! They aren't missing a stitch, and no holes!" Lonna said excitedly. She grabbed his other hand, to place the other glove on him.

Suga laughed loudly as Lonna frowned. "Yeah... they're perfect. No holes and not missing a stitch. But..." He lifted his hand up and did a little wave, displaying the small glove that didn't fit his hand. "Why are they different sizes? No wonder they're on the worst gift list."

Angry that he was teasing her, Lonna ripped the glove back off. "If you don't want them, that's fine."

Suga smirked as he looked at her sad expression. "I have a solution." Lonna gave him a quizzical look. "We'll share the embarrassment." Suga grabbed the glove and put it on the same side hand that Lonna had put his on.

"What about this hand?" Lonna asked making Suga laugh. He grabbed her ungloved hand with his and held it as he moved to the other side of her. They both smiled happily as Suga squeezed her hand tighter in his.

"Can you feel my body heat passing to you through my hand?" Suga asked.

"Yes, it's warm."

Suga's eyes suddenly lit up. "I suddenly have an idea." He said out loud.

"What idea?" Lonna asked curiously.

"I'm not telling." Suga teased as he refused to look her in the eyes. Lonna and Suga was interrupted before she could question him more. A group of carolers sang beautifully in the middle of the mall square.

Suga's Grandmother's POV

Jungkook sat on the couch flipping through the channels on the TV. "Let's have some fruit." His grandmother called to him from the dining room.

"Okay!" Jungkook quickly placed the remote on the coffee table before running over to sit down. "Great!"

"What were you watching on TV?" His grandmother asked as she stood next to him.

"I was just channel surfing. The movie channel was showing "Home Alone", and the news was boring too. Every channel is showing Christmas celebration events." His grandmother giggled at how fast he talked when he answered.

"I'll turn off the TV and we can listen to music instead." Jungkook nodded his head in agreement. His grandmother walked to the TV as he quickly started eating the fruit.

"Silent night, holy night..." The sound of a beautifully sung carol drifted from the TV as she grabbed the remote. Her eyes glued to the TV as her finger froze over the power button.
