DB22

Watching Siana carefully after catching her, War moves swiftly towards his chambers leaving Margaret trailing behind. He knew the moment she walked into the touch light something had happened, his suspicious only increased to the taking of her Lavoro from Abraham. The description all to firmalar to War.

The creature didn’t have a name, it was safer that way. He wondered what is had done to her, how old it had been and was there more than one. Answer that would go unanswered till she was healed. Siana’s body was riddled with cuts, scrapes and dripping wounds, but it was her leg that had taken his full attention. She’d hooked two pieces of wood in hopes of making a brace, it was doomed the second she thought it to be wise.

Chucking the pieces into the fireplace he lifted her as gently as possible onto the bed. Her outfit was something to be admired, a dark leather skirt with thigh high slits on either side gave him easy access to her busted up leg.Margaret gave her a once over when a small leather pouch dropped from her pocket spilling little white pills. War’s eyes held there presents for a fraction of a second before he snarled turning on Margaret.

“What did you do?” Both fists clenched glaring down at her. She took a cautious step backwards.

“I had no choice, her change….it was rapid.” War’s head shook spinning back around to Siana.

“It will be worse for her now, if she dies your hands are stained.” He picked Siana back up, holding her as though she’d break even with his gentler touch.

“She’ll need to be chained.” He breathed keeping all emotion from his scruffed face. Cursing himself for leaving once more when she needed him most, War left the room moving to a staircase at the far end of his hallway. It spiraled downward before a solid steel door blocked his movement. Carefully opening it with Siana still gently cradled in his arms War stepped into the room holding many cells.

Dried blood ran across each wall in deep claw like markings. Some bars were bent, pushing outwards making one believe a wild animal had been once kept within its confines. Stepping into a larger cell War placed Siana on a few bear furs, his eyes holding no emotion to ones who didn’t know him well. Looking around they darkened remembering all too well of being in this exact cell. It seemed only fitting to have her in the cell where he became what he is now.

Normally chains tagged both ankles, but as one leg was already in such broken shape. War decided it best to place them on her wrists, giving her in hopes less pain. Flipping a wrist silver pooled into his palm twisting into chainlinks, they formed one ringlet after another till it found a steal loop bolted to heavy inlayed stone. His palm moved to Siana’s right wrist allowing the silver to wrap around making a perfect cuff.

Copying his motions for her left wrist War gave a low growl, this wouldn’t of had to happen had she not taken those pills. Or if he’d of waited a little longer before departing.

Her eyes fluttered with a groan turning her head towards him. Keeping still in a kneeled position War watched her carefully.

He already knew what she’d do, the realization of her movements sinking in fast as to the why she felt...heavier.

Moments turned to seconds when Siana permeated a destructive growl toward him. Chains rattled to her tugging, they held against even her most powerful of retractions.

“Calm Siana” Lowering his tone to ease her if at all, War held her gaze not daring to break away. She gave off a luminous flash of her eyes, baring canines while rolling to a side. Every muscle on her body shook with such virtuosity, even War found it hard to not increase his own rage. Wounds seemed to split back open to her shaking, he worried she’d not make it even half way through her change with the amount she’d lost.

“Siana, you need to calm.” He tried again, hoping to get through to her. Teeth snap sounding an echo throughout the cells, as Siana tried to get at him.

“How am I to be so, when you chain me like a dog” The left of her arm swung at him, rattling the chain as her fist stopped mere inches from his face. She gave an annoyed growl glaring at the taught chain that stopped her attack from advancing.

“You are chained for safety purposes.” Studying her gave War a better understanding how long he had before even her mind would turn dark, she was close to breaking.

“Release me now!” Her fisted hand banged against stone flooring. Giving a low sigh barely hearable even to her War stood. Staying within the cells to keep her company would be out of the question. Normally a comfort to many having a kin nearby, War new it would be the opposite for Siana. She’d never rest with the knowing of his presents, and would ultimately cause more harm to herself then aid.

A hand combed through his dark hair messing it more over his eyes, flicking his gaze to her they held an unspoken calmness he hoped would be passed to her.

“Sleep, you will need it Siana.” The cell door riveted closed, silver brackets melted to the passing of his hand over their placings. He didn’t think she’d break the chains, but for an extra measure he’d ensure her no escape. Her scream for him about stopped his forward movements to the solid steel door, but his hands locked it behind him before eyes could look at the dreaded expression plastered over her features.

His back pushed against the doors cents, allowing him to slide all the way down. One leg pulled to his chest giving a resting place for a tired arm to hang. He could still hear her, every scream, every begging plea. Tearing him apart piece by jagged piece. Closing his eyes War took deep breaths, it was all he could do.

“I am sorry War” Her voice was shallow, soar even. He could tell she had cried some, an emotion not well known by himself. Raising a hand from his side it dragged down tired features.

“I shall sleep here tonight. A meal would be nice.” There didn’t need to be any exceptions to her apology, Margaret knew he’d already forgiven her. She did what she thought was necessary to keep Siana comfortable.

“I’ll see you get a plate brought down.” A mindless nod was given as her reply, unable to form many words with the auditable cries from behind him.

Each breath seemed to restick her more and more, every scream drew more air than needed. If she thought the first wave of pain was heart stopping, she’d of killed for that over what her body was doing now. Bones snapped in a most defining sound, giving her every rapid wave of discomfort known to a body. What could only be described as her insides twisting in on one another seemed to almost sing along with each crack of her joints.

She gave off one more scream knowing he wasn’t far from her calls. How she knew he was near Siana didn’t know, but she could hear him, practically smell his scent on the bridge of her nose. Pulling on chains did very little, they were solid like him. Testing their limits was only proving one thing...nothing. They would be defiant till the very end.

Tears of bee stings blurred her eyes, the thick stench of her blood clogged her senses far more than any bad smelling male in passing. To every cell her body breathed, was feelings of her skin being layered with crawling fire ants. They chewed every spec of her flesh, driving her mind ensane.

Crawling was the best movement she could perform. With her leg still mangled, getting up seemed higher than a mountain top. Even with a thin layer of dust covering furs, they were far more comfortable than sleeping on cold stone.

Doing what she could to become comfortable, Siana closed sopping eyes. She wasn’t cold, which was one relief, but not to all the other elements happening within her. Curled in a tightly knitted ball she cried for ever deterring from her plan. An icy feeling of numbness consumed her heart, if she made it out of here alive she’d avoid that man like no other.

(I'll have more soon, was in a rush today. Enjoy))
