DB 43
It wasn’t a matter of how she left, but when. Being War had been the one to solely tell her not to leave his sight, he’d purposely go off out of sight so Siana would in fact do as she pleased.Telling her of his plan had crossed War’s mind, however being that so many ears lay about he’d not risk being overheard.
True be told, Siana was being watched, targeted. And War wanted the seeker to feel as though he’d been undetected, giving an almost safe feeling to his brain. Siana was predictable in her ways, which made manipulating her that much easier. War would never admit his intentions lay in good intent, she’d not believe him anyways.
His conversation with Raylen wasn’t of great importance, and moments after catching Siana’s fleeting figure; he too walked off vanishing amongst the thick trees. Down wind from any and all who could smell him, War waited with patients of a saint. Already knowing which river Siana preferred was also something he’d never share with her. As he’d followed her rather often in hopes of catching her body, now more than ever he didn’t just crave her metallic taste, but rather the whole of her moonlight kissed body on his own.
With great strides, Siana hurried to bath. She didn’t trust War not to be watching her closely, he had a way of doing that more so than not. Even if he caught her, she’d hope it would be after she’d felt the refreshing icy chill of spring bubbles running over her sore skin. Another leap over fallen timbers and Siana slowed her pace. Everything was, so quiet. Normally birds would be calling to one another, while small critters scurried about in hopes of stumbling across food.
Slow steady movements gave Siana time to study each new view presented to her. Being watched wasn’t something anyone could shake off, hairs on the back of her neck rose to greater heights. Every blood pumping cells shot around like some fire light arrow against a night sky. She remembered the black beast within a darkened forest, and a shudder passed over her body. Whatever may linger ahead, Siana hoped for something less vile than that.
A whistle of sorts halted her movements, ears perked to the new sound that broke a earth shattering silence. Siana snarled when she understood the sound, only moments too late as the bola’s chains slammed her body against rough bark. Three heavy steel balls looped around both each other and Siana’s neck. A weapon mainly for hunting, proved to be useful in capturing live prey.
Fingers pried at chains, begging for more breathing room. A short lived effort, cracking restraints pulled her wrists away from her body, leaving for a rather exposed chest to the shadowing figure headed from out of nowhere.
“Such a delightful woman” His hissed words bore havoc against Siana’s sensitive hearing. Every step clarified who and what he was, a species Siana had only read about now became true facts within her own mind. Known solely as a Naga, the species was mainly revered as assassins, or skinless thieves. No real honor ever was spoken about them, nor did anyone really care to speak about them. The book which held small pieces of information on what they were, and could do, was nothing of real use to Siana now.
Each darkened earthy scale moved over another scale, bringing his uprighted body closer to her own. Eerie yellow tinted eyes wrapped around black vertical slits, while his more pronounced white under belly shimmered with any rays of fading light that dare breath through evergreens.
“You cowardly bastard, release me!” Siana thrashed making her restrains more ravianish against flesh. His pointed grin flickered a black tip tongue, forking at each end.
“My, my you are even fiery when at a losing end.” Pulling up against Siana’s chest, his eyes peered into her own. A hypnotic like dance swirled around his pupils, they called to Siana’s darker side, rendering her feeling weak, tired and ready to buckle at knees. Her head sagged some, only to be pushed gently back upwards by the tip of his tail.
“Look at me now, be mine for the rest of eternity.” Flicking of his tongue created unnatural shivers over Siana’s body, everything about this screamed wrong. Her wild side roared with the uncovered anger of one who was trying to awaken from a coma like state. War had warned her of such things, to cage an animal such as what his Kin where, was to die a slow and painful death. It was known throughout the manor, that if a beast was captured, whether it be physically or mentally they would sooner die trying to become free than live such a life.
She couldn’t even remember his name, it slipped off her thoughts as her body began to break down from its fight mode. Feeling his hands roaming her body did little to awaken Siana’s mind, even as he tore her clothes leaving skin to prickle Siana could feel nothing but weakness consuming her.
Cold hands cupped her breasts, making feelings within her turn aggressive. It was wrong, every little move he made, the way his body slithered around hers tightening as it twirled. Watching his eyes Siana caught a flicker of something else, combine with a slow moving hand to her midsection gave Siana a cold awakening. Every effort was to be made to rid him from her body, so when Siana made the move to attack she made sure it wouldn’t fail.
Ramming her skull to his own was only part of her plan, though it choked her more, Siana tore through the pain. He’d have to die for what he planned to do to her, and what he’d already gotten away with. Leaning back from her hard impact, his hiss shattered around each tree, but it mattered little to Siana, he might of held her wrists and bound her throat to a tree he’d not retrained her legs.
A powerful force to be reckoned with, Siana’s legs were her main attribute as they carried her for years before Shirgar. They would hopefully be her saving grace. With quick reflexes Siana wrapped her thighs around his throat, nails from each of his fingers tore into her softer flesh, causing each one to bleed red satin down earth kissed legs. She avoided the bubbling snarl, and forced herself to constrict each muscle around his airway.
The males lower half spun around her tree while wiggling like a worm without a head. Holding him like this would take hours, a result she didn’t have at the moment. Siana had to move quickly before he found a way to release from her hold. She began to shift her thighs, moving one farther forward while her other held him firm, setting her sights on one goal, Siana struggled to breath while he thrashed around causing her restraints to tighten and choke.
Nearing where she wished to be, the jagged sharpness of his fangs ripped into her right thigh. Pain so unbearable raced through out her veins, feelings of mini explosions seems to blur her vision. Siana hadn’t even realized she’d screamed, a sound so deafening it shook the very souls of men back at camp. War’s ears had picked it out before its echo reached the camp, and before anyone was the wiser he took off in hunter of her.
What could've been a seizure took over Siana, she shook violently to the point of death. Hearing his hiss was only part of what awoke her from passing out completely, she knew if by allowing him to get away she’d never get another chance. With blazing eyes and pain pulsing through her blood, Siana stared into the forbidden glare of her attacker.
“You die first” She snarled, knowing his bite would be that of a fatal one. For a split second his eyes revered such fear, it fueled Siana more than anything she’d ever felt. Twisting her left foot so her toes pushed against his temple, she gave a harsh snap away. The motion caused his head to erratically snap along with her movements, therefore breaking his neck, leaving nothing more for Siana to do but allow his dead weight to plummet to her feet.
She took short unsteady breaths, each time she felt stronger she used energy to try her will at breaking her restraints. No such luck would have it. Tears burned both iries, dying by a snake wasn’t what she’d envisioned for herself all those summers ago. How foolish she’d been to not listen to War, thinking she’d be ready for anything, only to be caught and violated. If death was sure to come, she’d take it head on.
Scraping noises stirred open Siana’s eyes, for a moment she’d wished she’d of left them closed. The Naga males comrades had come in search of their leader, their faces weren’t pleased with what they saw. Shifting her weight Siana thinned her eyes whilst her predatory instincts took over, rumbles from deep within her body gave warning to stay clear. Even though she was in no position to call any shots, she noticed how weary they were to come at her swiftly.
A male with reddish scales barred his long extended fangs, a spear within his left hand arched at Siana’s chest. Tightening all muscles she waited for its silver speared tip to puncture through her chest. Between the whistling spear Siana barely caught the softer whistle of the double axe that barreled through the center of his spear, its impact sent both ends crumbling to the ground leaving only heads to turn towards its master.
Siana cursed herself, she didn’t need to look to know who that weapon belonged to. But her eyes wanted to see just what he feared like now, her suspicions weren’t nearly as dead center as she’d thought. War’s face hardened to looking upon her, a stone man would of crumbled at the mere sight of his ungiven look. She couldn’t help the quake of shivers she gave off as he examined her body from only a few trees away.
With a flash War had his other axe in hand, charging in what Siana would call an erratic bee line towards all the naga’s. Every step he took was thought out perfectly, leaving only minor adjustments when one would move from its first placement. Watching body chunks fall wasn’t all that disturbing to Siana, but rather their constant wiggling turned her stomach a bit more than usual. Spinning his axe, blood flung over leaves, leaving a wake of reddish black speckles. Dropping his weapons back across his back War moved over to Siana, standing only a few feet from her still captured body.
Having some difficulty keeping her head inline with his own, Siana felt tears trickle down both cheeks. At this rate he’d think her nothing more than a burden and send her packing. One of War’s hands reached towards Siana’s cheek, it brushed away a tears before snapping her throat holds away. Gulping of more air, Siana leaned her head against the tree closing eyes.
“Do not move” His voice sounded deeper, not like his usual self. Reopening her eyes Siana’s cheeks flamed brighter than the sun. Down on his knees War used his hands to part her legs, Siana shook her head moving away from him, her actions were met with a low growl of disapproval and a harsh grab of her inner thigh.
“War! what are you....” Cut off as his mouth laced over the Naga’s bite, Siana let a moan slip as War’s tongue dragged over each puncture. Shifting around couldn’t be helped while the naga’s venom seemed to be lured back from once it entered, hotpads moved up her torso till Siana felt the heat from War’s palm push against between her breasts. the difference in touches was unmistakable, everything he did was right, calming and just what Siana wanted.
Slowly opening her eyes, she found his staring back into her less alert ones. His seemed so worried, a hit on anger flashed in between other emotions before all of it vanished.
“Hold still” Pressing his chest against her own, War snapped both wrist restraints leaving Siana to practically fall into him. Unsnapping his cloak, War wrapped it around her shivering body before scooping Siana into his arms.
“I can walk” She insisted, feeling enough of a weakling around his mass. Grabbing her other set of clothes War headed back toward camp.
“War?” She growled wiggling a little, his eyes shot down to hers. Tightening his hold part of the cloak dipped down releasing Siana’s legs.
“No!” He snapped stepping over a few fallen branches. Frowning directly at him, Siana wiggled so her body sat a bit higher giving her a chance to move her arms over his shoulders. He rose a brow slowly having to adjust where his hands held. With one arm dangling off his shoulder, Siana used her other to grip his leather chestplate. Each step he took rocked her body to sleep, making even her will to keep eyes open that much harder. Finding herself with her head on his chest, Siana signed tiredly giving into War’s smell as it wrapped willful warmth around her.
Men from all over the cam site rushed to War’s aid, a low warning rumble pushed them back. He didn’t need nor want their help. With his temper already flared enough as it was, War didn’t want any unneeded aid from anyone, even as good natured as it was. Raylen stepped cautiously forward, giving War his much needed space but still showing his concern for Siana.
“Is she alright?” He asked, a ton laced with worry. War nodded not bothering to really lay into the details of what had happened. Siana needed her rest, this much War new. The poison he’d sucked from her bitten wound, wasn’t nearly enough to stop the pain she was going to feel. What he’d done would only delay the inevitable. A mission to try to pull more out before she awoke was his next plan, but wading through all curious eyes was slowing his goal.
Raylen called for his men to back down, he understood the look hidden behind shaded dark eyes of War. He wasn’t himself. For once long ago, Raylen had seen those eyes, remembering the destruction and pain they presented would never leave his mind. With an added bonus of War giving him a brief idea as to what was happening to him, Raylen new to not interfere with such a creature as such as War.
Brushing past Siana’s tent flaps, War gently set her limp body on a cart. Sweat was starting to build above each of her brows. Sucking in a deep breath of her scent he frowned, she wasn’t holding off the poison as well as he’d hoped for. quickly with flashing footsteps, he left needing to gather some much needed items for a brew to heal.
Fleeting eyes watched him leave, however none dared go and see Siana. The warning to stay away not just from Raylen’s commanding officers, but that of a pair of deadly axes gleaming off War’s back.
A small buck knife was used to make clean precise cuts to those herbs much needed in Siana’s recovery. Fresh river water was also gathered, as her wound would have to be reopened for the venom to drain free of her flesh. Pushing on flap away War sucked one cheek finding Siana had kicked away his cloak, her body in a need for cooling down had left her no other option.
But mere sighting of her untouched flesh left his mind wandering about more than just a way to save her, she had a way of gathering all his attention, able to hold it for so much longer than any other he’d come across.
Crushing each herb with continuous skill, War flicked his eyes to the bare body of Siana. There was no reason for him to cover her, as she’d just kick or shred the coverings away repeatedly. He had however damped a cloth in cooling river water, allowing it to lay generously against her forehead. She’d given off a blissful sound, one even War found more erotic than he might of should have.
A small sign breathed from his parted lips, having made ground herbs into a thick paste War moved over to Siana’s body. She growled unknowingly, as he pain was now in full bloom. He pushed thoughts of her body out of his mind, while moving her legs apart. Her wound now sealed was in need of reopening, War took a quick glance at her. There was not a doubt in his mind she’d thrash once knife was placed to skin.
