Kamski had known Carl for years now since Carl had helped him in the beginning funding Kamski's android idea. After knowing the man for years he created him a RK200 called Markus. Yet this didn't feel like enough for the kind old man so Kamski made him a child android one to be better then that deadbeat son, Leo. Kamski worked for days on end until he had finished the android and brought her over to Carl's. When the door opened Markus stood at the door.

"Hello, mister Kamski, what brings you by? Should I go and get Carl?" Kamski nodded.

"Yes, please Markus" Markus swore he saw something hiding behind Kamski but he went and got Carl. When he had brought the elderly man downstairs in his wheelchair Kamski smiled and gently pulled a small android girl from behind him. Upon inspection the girl was meant to be at least eight years old she had porcelain white skin and was quite small even for an android child. She had bright green eyes and chest length dirty blonde hair that was tied up in pony tail that draped over her shoulder. 

She was dressed formally for a child she was imitating and her LED was a yellow ring showing she was nervous. Carl looked unsure at the child.

"Kamski, I told you, you didn't have to make her, I can barley take care of myself, how will I take care of a child?" Kamski walked up to Markus who had been looking at the young android.

"That's the beauty of it Carl, I can install a program in Markus here to help take care of her" Carl seemed unsure but agreed and the program was installed into Markus. But even without the program Markus had already begun to feel an emotion that he was unsure of. He didn't know it yet but he would eventually find out that it was a paternal feeling towards the scared child.

The young android, who Carl called Lisa, had lived with them for a few years. Despite her meaning to have been a replacement for Leo for Carl she had developed a more father-daughter relationship with Markus. As Carl had said from the beginning, being a frail old man he found it near impossible to take care of Lisa. Due to this Markus was the one who would give make her food, run her baths, help with her clothing, read her bedtime stories, etc. Carl didn't mind however, he saw the young android as a granddaughter instead and he was more then happy to see his androids having a happy relationship. The first time Leo came over to ask for money he ran into Lisa on his way to the gallery. When she told him she was Carl's daughter the already unhinged man blew up on her. Markus was with Carl in the gallery helping him with the painting but when he heard Lisa scream in fear he didn't even wait for Carl to speak as he ran to her. When he entered the hallway in front of the entrance he saw Leo looming over Lisa grabbing her wrist tightly with no time to spare Markus firmly removed Leo's hand and stood in front of Lisa protectively. Carl had gotten Markus to remove Leo from the house and when Markus helped Lisa up he saw her cheek was red from where Leo must of hit her making something in Markus heat up in.... anger? Later that night Lisa couldn't seem to fall asleep scared that Leo would come back and hurt her. Markus saw the fear in the little girls eyes making him feel a weird sensation that made him want to hunt down Leo and hurt him. But he took a deep breath and sat on the edge of her bed.

"Come on Lisa, you need to rest" Despite this Lisa stayed sitting up on her bed.

"But what if he comes back and hurts me?" Markus held her cheek in his hand.

"I promise you Lisa, that as long as I'm around Leo will never hurt you again" This made Lisa smile and wrap her arms around his neck hugging him tightly. Markus unsure of what to do at first froze but ended up wrapping his arms around her and hugged her back. "Can you sing me that song you taught me? Please?" Markus smirked at this but closed his eyes and began singing.

Markus stood up as he sang and gently tucked Lisa into her bed seeing her eyes become more and more heavy as he kept singing."We will sing on just a little while longerSing on just a little while longerSing on just a little while longerEverything will be alrightEverything will be alright..." 
As he finished the song Lisa was now fast asleep Markus smiled and leaned down pressing a kiss on her forehead.
"Sweet dreams, Lisa"
