Deleted Scenes pt. 1
So this chapter will just be a collection of scenes I wanted to do in the original story. So the first one will be of when Connor meets up with Gavin after the interrogation scene with Ortiz's android. If I were to do this it would've been after Connor scans the reader's and Hank's desk to get to know them. So here the first deleted scene.
After looking through your desk, Connor begins to look around the office. He makes his way towards the break room and looks around there. Meanwhile, Gavin and a fellow officer were talking amongst each other until he sees Connor walking in. Gavin scoffs then turns to the officer. "Fuck, look at that..." he said.
He nods towards Connor and said to the officer. "Our friend the plastic detective is back in town." Then he stands up alittle straighter then starts to applaud, sarcastically, at Connor. "Congratulations on last night, very impressive!" He said, in a sarcastic tone.
Connor turns to face him as Gavin rolls his eyes at him. "Hello, Detective Reed." He greets, politely. Gavin glares at Connor as he walks closer to him.
"Never seen an android like you before....what model are you?" He asked Connor.
"RK800." Connor replied, honestly. "I'm a prototype."
"A prototype?" Gavin asked then he turns to the officer and laughs.
"Android detective..." he turns back to face Connor and said. "So machines are gonna...replace us all...is that it?"
Connor just stares at him, not answering his question. "Hey, asshole, I'm talkin' to you!" Gavin shouts but, again, Connor doesn't respond. "Hey, bring me a coffee, dipshit." Gavin ordered but Connor just tilts his head in confusion. "GET A MOVE ON!" Gavin shouts.
"I'm sorry, but I only take orders from Lieutenant Anderson or Detective (l/n)." Connor replied. "Oh....oh...." Gavin chuckles then suddenly he punches Connor right in the stomach, making Connor fall to his knees.
"HEY!" A voice shouted and just like that you ran up to Gavin, grabbed him by the collar of his jacket and slammed him up against the wall. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" You asked him angrily. "I gave this prick an order, it refused. So I had to teach it a lesson!" Gavin sneered back at you.
"Oh yeah? Did he tell you that he doesn't take orders from you?" You asked.
"He? Seriously? It's an android, not a person!" Gavin shouted at you.
Anger filled your chest as you go and punched Gavin in the stomach, making him yelp in pain and fall to the ground. "Now....Listen to this order....you leave him alone! Or next time, I will aim my fist alittle lower." You growled.
Gavin glared at you as he regains his composure and stands up. Then he glares over at Connor and shouts. "You're lucky your little protector is here, or I would've fucked you up!"
"You don't talk to him that way even if I'm not around. Now fuck off Reed!" You growled. Gavin gives you the death glare then walks away, you glare over at the other officer, who raises her hands up and walks away.
You take a deep breath then go over to Connor, who was standing back up.
"You okay, Connor?" You asked him, softly. Connor was alittle taken aback at how quickly your tone of voice sounded. One second it was full of hate and anger, now it was full of care and worry.
"Yes...I'm fine, (y/n). You didn't have to do that." Connor replied. You shake your head as you walk up to Connor then started to straighten his tie since it was slightly crooked. "I wanted to, it's no big deal. But promise me something..." you said and Connor looks into your eyes. "If Gavin ever bothers you again...let me know, okay?"
"(L/N)!" Fowler's voice screeches across the office before Connor could reply. You resist the urge to roll your eyes as you turn to look at Fowler, who was standing by the door to his office. "My office! Now!" He ordered and he goes back into his office. You let out an annoyed sigh then looked over at Connor. "Can't keep him waiting." You muttered.
And the two of you make your way to the office just as Hank comes walking in. "Good morning, Lieutenant." Connor greets as you two walk past him. Hank looks up at him and grumbles. "Urgh...Jesus."
"Anderson! Need your ass in my office as well!" Fowler said as he walked back out of his office. "Great..." Hank grumbles and the three of you make your way to the office.
The three of you walk in the room and Connor shuts the door as you and Hank take the two chairs in front of Fowler's desk. "I've got ten new cases involving androids on my desk every day. We've always had isolated incidents, old ladies losing their android maids and that kind of crap....But now, we're getting reports of assaults and even homicides, like that guy last night...This isn't just CyberLife's problem anymore. It's now a criminal investigation and we've gotta deal with it before the shot hits the fan. I want you two to investigate these cases and see if there's any link." Fowler said.
"Why me?" Hank asked, angrily. "Why do I gotta help deal with this shit? I am the least qualified cop in the country to handle this case! I know jack shit about androids, Jeffery! I can barely change the setting on my own phone..."
"Everybody's overloaded. I think you're perfectly qualified for this type of investigation. That's also why I assigned (y/n) as your partner. She has some idea on androids." said Fowler
"Bullshit!" Hank shouts, angrily, as he stands up. "The truth is nobody wants to investigate these fuckin' androids and you left me and (y/n) holdin' the bag!"
"CyberLife sent over this android to help with the investigation." Fowler said as he points at Connor. You kinda squirm in your seat, feeling uncomfortable being in this room with Hank and Fowler shouting. "It's a state-of-the-art prototype. It'll act as yours and (y/n)'s partner." Fowler said, firmly.
"No fuckin' way! I don't need a partner, and certainly not this plastic prick!" Hank shouts, pointing at Connor. "Ouch." You muttered as Fowler shouts. "Hank, you are seriously starting to piss me off! You are a police lieutenant, you are supposed to do what I say and shut your damn mouth!"
"You know what my damn mouth has to say to you, huh?" Hank shouts. You stand up quickly and place your hand on Hank's shoulder and said. "Okay, boys that's enough!"
Fowler glares up at Hank and said. "I'll pretend like I didn't hear that, so I don't have to add any more pages to your disciplinary folder 'cause it already looks like a fuckin' novel! This conversation is over!"
Hank let's out a sigh then asked. "Why are you doin' this to me? You know how much I hate these fuckin' things. Why you doin' this to me?"
"Listen, I've had just enough of your bitching. Either you do your job or you hand in your badge. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got work to do." Fowler said and he goes back to his computer. Hank growls then stomps out of the office, leaving you and Connor in the office.
"I warned you." You said to Fowler. "I know. I was expecting it." He replied then he looks up at you then said.
"That's another reason I assigned you to this case as his partner. You're one of the most level-headed officers we have today and I'm trusting you to keep everything under control."
You look out towards Hank, who was sitting at his desk, then you look behind you at Connor. "I..uh..." you stammer then you look back at Fowler and said. "I'll try my best."
"Thank you, (y/n)." Fowler said as he goes back to his computer. "Oh, before I forget....I need you to stop beating up on Gavin, okay?"
You rolled your eyes and said. "What? Did he come crying to you saying I just viciously attacked him? He attacked Connor first! I was just protecting my partner!"
"I know Gavin is a dick but you have got to keep your anger under control when you're around him!" Fowler said to you.
"But..."
"No buts, (y/n)! I'm only letting you off with a warning but next time, I will write you up." Fowler warned and you sighed at this and said, in a defeated tone. "Yes, sir." And with that you stand up from your chair. You walk towards the door and open it then look over at Connor and said, softly. "Come on, Conner." Connor looks over at you then towards Fowler before he said. "Have a nice day, Captain." Then the two of you walk out of the office.
Alright, so that was the first scene I wanted to do and I wish it was in the original story, honestly. The next one is when they are at the Stratford Tower and instead of going to the roof, Connor goes to interrogate the androids in the kitchen while you and Hank are on the roof, looking around for clues.
Connor walks up to the middle panel and presses play on the video. And with that the android speaks. "We ask that you recognize our dignity, our hopes, and our rights." Your ears perk up at the voice and walk up next to Connor as you watch the video with him.
"Together, we can live in peace and build a better future, for humans and androids. This message is the hope of a people." The android said, peacefully. Is that....no, it can't be! You thought as the android continues. "You gave us life. And now the time has come for you to give us freedom."
Markus?! You thought as Hank asked Connor. "Think that's rA9?"
"Deviants say rA9 will set them free. This android seems to have that objective." Connor replied as he scans the android and noticed that his eyes were different colors, one blue and one green. The blue eye was a spare part. He looks at the androids cheek and saw the model ID and saw that his name was Markus and that he was a gift to Carl Manfield from Kamski. He also could see a pupil reflection of about three different figures, obviously the three other androids.
"D'you see something?" Hank asked Connor. "I identified its model and serial number..." Connor replied.
"Anything else we should know?" You asked him. He stares at the android for a moment then turns his head to you and said. "No. Nothing." Then he turns back to the video. Hank nods then walks away.
"Is his name Markus?" You asked Connor in a whisper. Connor turns to you in surprise. "How did you...?"
"I recognized his voice. I know him." You said, talking over Connor. Then you turn to look at the video and said. "I thought he was dead but..." you look at Markus's different colored eyes.
Connor looks over at you then back to the video before he walks away and begins to walk around. "Markus, what are you doing?" You whispered with worry.
Connor goes to one side of the panel and plays a footage from a camera outside of the broadcast room door.
He saw the four androids at the entrance and that they didn't break in, it was almost like they were let in purposely. "They didn't break in?" Connor asked a nearby officer. "No, no sign of a break in." He replies.
"There are cameras in the hallway." Connor said as he points towards the entrance door. "The staff would have seen what was happening...why did they let them in?"
"Maybe they didn't check the cameras..." Hank replies, shrugging. Connor looks down at the panel then the chair that was next to him. He turns it to reveal that the back of the chair said Android.
"We stored the station androids in the kitchen. There's no evidence that they were involved but we didn't know what else to do with them." The officer replied and he walks off.
Connor looks down at the panel as you walk up to him and said. "I can take a look around the roof while you interrogate the androids." Connor looks at you with concern, knowing how you are with heights, and asked. "Are you sure?" You nod and said.
"Yeah, I'll have Hank with me. I'll be okay.....you're better at interrogation than I am."
Connor nods then makes his way to the kitchen. "Connor!" You shout and Connor turns to face you. "Just....be careful...okay?" You said and he nods at you once again before making his way to the kitchen while you and Hank make your way to the roof. You open the door and the two of you walk on the snow covered roof. "They made their way up through the whole building, past all the guards and jumped off the roof with parachutes..." you said as you look around. "Pretty fucking impressive I'd say." Hank said.
You walk over to a duffle bag and look through it, only to see there was one parachute in the bag. "How'd they manage to smuggle in a big bag like that?" Hank asked, nodding towards the large duffle bag.
"Maybe...Someone brought it in for them." You replied.
"Oh, that's strange...they planned a perfect operation but got the number of parachutes wrong." Hank said as he points at the extra parachute. "Unless one of the deviants was left behind." You added.
Meanwhile, down at the kitchen, Connor walks up to the three androids and stood before them. He places his hands behind his back and looks at the three androids.
"What is your function?" He asked the android on the far right. "I am a broadcast operator." The android replied.
"State your model." Connor ordered the android in the middle. "Model JB300, Serial number 336 445 581." The android replied. "Were you present when the deviants broke in?" He asked the android. "I do not remember." The android replied to him.
Connor glares at him then turns to the android on the far left and asked. "Has anybody accessed your memory recently?"
"Not to my knowledge." replied the android. Connor looks back to the android at the far right and said. "Run a diagnostic." The android's eyes blinked several times, his eyes rolling in the back of his head, before he replies. "All systems fully operational."
"Have you been in contact with any other androids recently?" Connor asked the middle android. "Only station androids in the normal course of my function." It replied.
"One of you saw the attack on the surveillance cameras and said nothing. Which means there's a deviant in this room...." Connor said as he paces back and forth in front of the androids. "...and I'm going to find out which it is."
He stops pacing and stands before them again before deciding on trying to make a deal with them. "If you give yourself up, maybe I can convince the humans not to destroy you."
Nothing.
He walks up to the middle android and said, in a threatening tone. "You're going to be switched off. We're gonna search your memory and tear you apart piece by piece for analysis." He gets into the android's face as he said this. "You're going to be destroyed. Do you hear me?! Destroyed!"
Again...nothing.
"Why should you all be destroyed, if only one is deviant? Turn yourself in, or two innocent androids will be shut down because of you." Connor said as he looks over all of the androids but noticed that the android, on the far left, eye's were shifting.
He approaches the android and was reaching out for the android's hand, so he could probe it's memory, when suddenly the android attacks him.
The two began to struggle as the android shoves Connor up against the counter then reached into his chest and pulled out Connor's biocomponent and tossed it to the side. Then it grabbed a knife and stabbed Connor's left hand into the counter.

Missing Biocomponent #8456w
The deviant backs away from Connor and leaves the room. Connor looks over at the door and calls out the only person he could think of that could help him. "(Y/N)!" He calls out in a groan. "(Y/N)....I need help!" He kicks the chair nearby him, hoping that it might make enough noise to get someone's attention but nothing.
He looks over at his hand and pulls the knife out and falls face-forward on the floor. Then looks over to see his biocomponent just a few feet away. He needed to hurry, he only had less than a minute left until shut down.
You were walking down the stairs from the roof and walked back into the broadcast room when you heard something crash. Startled, you look around the room but didn't see anything out of the ordinary. That is until you heard something that made your blood turn cold.
"(Y/N)....(Y/N)..." you heard a voice cry out in pain. Oh no! You thought, frantically, as you make your way to the kitchen. "Connor?" You called out as you make it into the kitchen and saw Connor crawling on the floor.
"CONNOR!" You screamed in fear and ran inside then saw a biocomponent part on the floor and grabbed it. "Hang on, baby. Hang on." You said as you fall to your knees next to Connor and helped him roll into his back. You saw that his shirt was opened and that he was covered in his own Blue Blood then placed the biocomponent back where it belong in his chest.
Connor's LED turned from red to yellow as he recovers. "Connor! Are you alright?" You asked with worry.
"Yeah..." Connor groaned just as you noticed his left hand was covered in blue blood and there was a hole right in the middle. "Holy shit! What the hell happened to you?" You asked. "There was a deviant in this room..." Connor replied as he gets back up on his feet.
"What?" You said, shocked, as you stand up with him. "We have to hurry!" He said and he takes your hand in his and the two of you make your way out of the kitchen and towards the hallway, where Hank and the officers and agents were standing.
"It's a deviant! STOP IT!" Connor shouts at the agents just as the deviant grabs the gun out of the nearest agent and begins to aim it at everyone in the hallway.
Connor looks to his right to see an FBI agent then reached for his gun and fired three times at the deviant, who falls over dead. Connor hands the gun back to the agent as he glares at the body of the deviant. "Nice shot, Connor." You complimented.
"I wanted it alive." Connor said, disappointed.
"You saved....human lives....you saved my life." Hank said.
Hank Status: Friend but rising
(y/n) Status: Friend but rising
Connor continues to stare at the deviant's body while you lean up towards him and kissed his cheek.
Software Instability
He looks over at you as you said. "You did good, Connor."
So that's that scene now here's the same scene but with Connor not making it.
The deviant backs away from Connor and leaves the room. Connor looks over at the door and calls out the only person he could think of that could help him. "(Y/N)!" He calls out in a groan. "(Y/N)....I need help!" He kicks the chair nearby him, hoping that it might make enough noise to get someone's attention but nobody came.
"CONNOR!" You screamed in fear and ran inside and over to Connor, falling to your knees. "Hang on, baby! Hang on! We're gonna save you! Just hang on!" You said, frantically.
"The...deviant...." Connor try to say as you rolled him on his back and his head was laying on your lap. He grimaces at you as he felt himself shutting down. "There was....a deviant..." he was able to say before he closed his eyes and shut down.
"Connor?" You said, quietly.
No response.
"Connor?!" You said a little louder as you shake him. "No! No! No! No! CONNOR!" you cried as tears fell down your face. You held him close to your chest and began to sob, uncontrollably.
"(Y/N)?" You heard Hank's voice say with worry but you don't respond to him as He walks up to you and saw Connor's body. "Connor!" He shouts as he kneels down next to you.
"What the fuck happen?" Hank asked.
"T-The deviant....attacked...h-him....I-I-I was too l-late." You said in between sobs and Hank pulls you in hug as he tries to calm you down.
And here's what the beginning of Chapter 8 would be if this scene happened.
Hank was driving his car towards Kamski's place while you were in the passenger seat looking down at your feet, you were still traumatized about what happened back in the Stratford Tower. As the car pulls up, Hank happened to see Connor standing there, almost like he was waiting for you. "Oh hell..." he mutters.
You look up and felt your heart leap into your throat as you see him standing there, almost like nothing happened. Hank sighs as he gets out of his car but you remain inside. "Still immortal, huh, Connor?" Hank asked Connor.
"In a way." Connor replied, nonchalantly.
"You know I was hoping you wouldn't come back." Hank said.
"I'm just a machine replacing another machine, lieutenant. You shouldn't get too emotional about it." Connor replied, coldly.
"Fuck you!" Hank shouted at him, angrily. "Do you not realize the emotional impact you made on her?!" He points towards you as you sit in the car, glancing up at them every now and then.
Connor tilts his head to get a better look at you but you turn your gaze away from him. "You know what.....nevermind!" Hank growled as he walks past Connor and headed towards the door of Kamski's house.
Connor looks over at Hank then over at you, his LED flashing yellow, before he makes his way to Hank's car. He walks up to the door and opens it up for you but you don't get out. You sit there with your arms folded across your chest, looking down at the floor.
"You seem...upset, (y/n)." Connor stated and you let out a small chuckle. "Whatever gave you that idea?" you asked in a harsh sarcastic tone. You sigh as you slowly get out of the car and Connor shuts the door behind you as his LED flashes yellow. "(Y/N), you shouldn't get too emotional about it. After all, I'm a machine replacing another machine..." Connor started to say before you turn to face.
"You don't get it, Connor! You died in my arms!" You shouted at him. "I felt helpless and then I started to feel guilty, thinking if I came in a few seconds earlier I would've been able to save you...but I failed."
Connor tilts his head slightly as you shake your head. "I might get over it but I'll never get that image of you in my arms, dead." You said as you start to make your way to Kamski's house.
That is until Connor places his hand on your shoulder to stop you. You turn to face him as he looks you over before he speaks. "I'm sorry, (y/n). I promise it won't happen again."
You make a small smile and said in a teasing tone. "It better not....or I'll kill you myself." You wink at him before you head off towards the front door.
This is just one part of a collection of deleted scenes but I promise there will be a few more then I'll do the bad ending and another ending I just thought of that I would love to do! Hope y'all enjoyed it!
