"With me"Dami replied pulling it out,it was hidden inside the shirt he was wearing

"Give it a rest Joy maybe she's already asleep"Jonah replied shrugging not looking like he cared for a second making Joy to piss up

"I'm not giving it a rest,she's my friend and when something is wrong I have the right to get worried!"Joy flipped and Jonah raise up his hand in surrender

"Talk to you guys later"Jonah replied walking away and Joy's heart squeezed angry at the fact Jonah didn't care about her friend

"Let me try it"Anna said dialling Bisi's number and she picked it when the call almost came to an end,Anna put it in a loudspeaker

"Hey babe! You just disappeared what's wrong?"Anna asked

"I'm so sorry girls!"Bisi said in a tired voice "mom called she fell and sprain her ankle,I was so in haste I didn't bother telling you guys and right now I'm so tired,sorry birthday girl"

"I called you severally but you didn't pick up,you got me worried Bisi!"Joy lamented

"I'm so sorry for not picking your call babe,I was in the bathroom and as you can see I picked Anna's call at the last ring"Bisi replied

"Sit and study and stop looking at my glass,I tend to look innocent when exams approach"Jonah replied adjusting his glass and Joy laughed

"Really? You're not innocent and you know it"Joy said sitting down opening her economic note too

"What?! Have I ever done anything dirty to you?"Jonah asked smirking and Joy laughed again

"What?! Are you trying to say I'm incapable?! My babe is telling me I'm incapable"Jonah said in a joking manner and they both laughed going silent

Instead of Joy to study her note like the way Jonah was busy studying,she decided to make it a priority for herself to watch Jonah read,she study the way the transparent glass fits him so well making him look innocent and adorable,his young features,the way his dimples shows whenever he talk or smile,any movement on his face shows his dimples,Joy can't deny she's falling for him more and more and she knew this is too good to be true,their relationship is just too perfect and suddenly got scared

"Read!"Jonah said not looking at her and she smiled shaking her head before glancing at her book

"Bisi is acting weird,I don't know what's wrong with her and she didn't wanna talk to any of us"Joy suddenly said making Jonah to close his book

"She will come around"he simply said and Joy got pissed up a little

"Joy wait! Wait!"Jonah called but she didn't listen,he decided it was the best for them to stay away from eachother for the time being and went his own way

The bell was rang for the beginning of the exam,they all went inside sitting on their respective seats while the teacher share their script to them,the class was as silent as a graveyard everyone busy in their own world solving the questions

Joy was busy chewing her biro,due to the fight she had with Jonah it became hard for her to write and she can't believe Jonah just broke up with her over small issues,she concluded he never loved her and was all pretending,she was a fool and it's obvious how can an handsome looking guy like Jonah ever fall in love with a fat ugly looking girl like her she thought

Her eyes involuntary landed on Jonah and she saw he was busy writing not caring for the world,the young man didn't even spare her a look which infuriated her the more.

"Submit!"she heard the teacher said and they started transfering their script to the front,she wasn't able to write anything and she was angry

"Baby girl how was the first paper?"Anna asked and she squeezed her eyes shut trying to breathe,she wished she could share her problem with her friends but Jonah already had her promising him not to tell them

"Fine"she simply reply while Anna who was ignorant of what was going on sat on her desk

"Are you in any relationship?"Anna asked suspiciously

"Better spill out the...."Anna stopped midway when she heard the bell was rang "it's time for English exam,see ya later"

"See ya later"Joy said forcing a smile

The exam started again the class as silent as graveyard but this time around Joy was able to write down something even though it's not much

"I was busy writing and you don't expect me to start playing with you when I'm writing exams and for God's sake when did I broke up with you?"Jonah asked it was obvious he is frustrated,he thought Joy was acting too childish

"Few hours ago!"Joy replied walking out on him and he decided not to stop her
