THE RAIN WAS FALLING heavily which made Johanna to sleep a lot more than usual,she stirs on her sleep and turn to the other side feeling as peaceful as ever forgetting that she has a school to prepare for

Her mom was already awake a plump fair woman who takes everything too serious for Johanna's liking,she already had her bath and starts preparing breakfast for her family even though she have maids to do that but she prefers cooking the family meal herself

She checked the clock and saw it was 7:08am,she sigh wondering why those lazy children of hers aren't awake yet?, she knew they didn't take after her and that pissed her up most of the time but she tries to remain calm as possible

She stormed out of the kitchen going straight to Jonathan's room, Jonathan is Johanna's twin brother and they do show off the same level of laziness especially when trying to wake up in the morning,it was quite obvious they aren't a morning person

The elegant woman knocked quietly on her son's door but got no respond,she got more pissed and tried opening the door which was quite obvious it was locked from the inside,she made an evil grin and went to her room where she found her husband still sleeping and wondered why she married a lazy ass person like him that had gotten into her children's DNA

She took an extra key to her children's room and left the room quietly not to disturb her sleeping husband who will surely be against her going after his sleeping children,she walked through the hallway as she wondered how spoilt they were by their dad,she inserted the key into Jonathan's door and luckily for her the door swung open revealing a sleeping Jonathan

Jonathan and Johanna look alike in every aspect,they were both light skinned, beautiful and handsome and also have black hairy features,the only thing missing on Johanna is Jonathan had two set of deep dimples in his cheek but Johanna had hers in her chin

The woman went over to tap the sleepy head

"Wake up son,you have school to go to"she said quietly but the young man only stirs and roll to the other side earning him another tap from his mom

"Mummy stop disturbing my sleep"he muttered groggily

The woman didn't bother much and went to his bathroom to fetch a very chill water which she pours on him and all she could hear was a loud shout followed by a groan from him,his eyes were crystal clear and the woman was appeased

"Go get your sister"she said walking out of the room

"Yes Ma"he replied angrily storming over to Johanna's room

He went closer to her and quietly tapped her while she muttered incoherent words,evil Jonathan smirked and climbed over her yelling in her ear

Poor Johanna have to jump out of fear with her eyes widely open surprised about what happened,her surprised eyes slowly changed into a scorn when she noticed her brother above him

"Are you stupid?"she yelled after feeling wet due to her brother's wet clothes

"You should be happy mummy didn't wake you up,she poured a very chill water on me"he replied shrugging

"Get of me Jonah before I scratch your face"she said menacingly

"You dare not"he warned but obliged climbing down from her "this is what made all the girls run after me"he said shaking his head in an unacceptable manner

"Those girls are quite sick in the head,I don't see anything handsome in you"she said standing while Jonah smirked

"Obviously Anna because you're as well as ugly like me bet you forget we look alike a lot"he said emphasising in the alot while Anna only rolls her eyes going straight to her bathroom ignoring her annoying twin brother

Sometimes she just wished he never existed because he gets into her skin a lot but she loves her brother dearly especially when he is not feeling well Anna will surely get ill too

She brushed her teeth and had a quick shower coming back into her room to find it empty,she brought out her school uniform and wore it,her school uniform was a white shirt and a dark blue printed skirt,she wore her panty hose and plain white sneakers before leaving the room devoiding her face of any type of make up,Anna is one of those girls that ain't a fan of make up and prefer to keep her natural face though she's quite flawless because of the intensive skin care her mother made her and her siblings go through

She went to the dinning room and met Jonah having his breakfast which was egg sauce with tea and bread,he was also ready for school, wearing a white neatly ironed shirt and a long dark blue trouser with his plain white sneakers too,his hair was styled which made Anna rolls her eyes

Another differences between the twins,Jonah is a huge fan of make up while Anna always pass on Make up and always braids her hair in simple styles

She sat down too eating her breakfast as their younger brother run across the room trying to get himself his breakfast,he was quite fairer than the twins,from far distance he looks like a white kid but he isn't he still got melanin in his DNA

"Stop running James"Anna scolded and the little tyrant scoffed sitting down,soon enough their dad and mom joined the table and they ate peacefully,the family was a simple but rich nuclear family,a family of five with Anna the only female child

They round up their breakfast fast and left the house with the advantage of the rain already subsiding,the parents left with their car and the children left with the other car with Mr Yemisi their driver,the man was in his late forties but look very handsome with no grey hairs

They drove silently as Jonah typed away on his lastest iPhone their parents got for them during the holiday,Anna was quiet throughout while James rambled about something the twins aren't paying attention to

Their school finally appeared and the driver finally came to an halt,they dropped down from the car waving Mr Yemisi good bye,James holds Anna skirt gaining her attention

"How do I look?"James asked while Anna furrowed her brows

"Oh sister tell me how I look already I don't want Precious seeing me offlook"James added impatiently while Anna eyes widened

She couldn't believe her ten years old brother wants to look good for a lady,she glanced at Jonah who was stiffening a laughter and wondered where they took their womanising character from,Anna decided to say something she probably knows James hates

"You look like an albino,those whitish ugly abnormal people I normally see,you should be lucky your hair is black instead of gold or brown"she said feeling proud of herself while James only pouted looking sad

"Don't mind her James,you look very handsome and she's jealous of your colour,she can never be as white as you"Jonah said giving him an high five that lighten his mood as he ran away,Anna huffed and walk further into the school before her best friends loud voices caught her attention and she halt

"Anna"they yelled as they rush over to her and she chuckled happy to see her friends after the long holiday

"Babes"she replied hugging them tightly pouring her feelings

"I thought you weren't going to come due to the rain"Sewa her dark and slim friend says

"Trust my mom"she said laughing as she placed her hand on her hips

"We got all day to talk about the holiday don't we"Joy her fair but plump friend said,Joy wasn't as fair as Anna,Anna is curvy with hips but small breasts while Joy is very curvy with wider hips and big breasts,Anna admires Joy a lot while Sewa admire the both of them because she's not curvy and have small breasts but her face is something to die for with her over long hair like Anna,Joy was a kind of girl you will call her look okay,she wasn't that beautiful but has a great body shape

"Did you hear?"Joy said,she's the gist banger amount the three friends she made it a priority for herself to always come up with the juicy gist

"Heard about?"Anna asked as they made their way to the class but Joy was quiet for awhile that made Anna look up at her only to find her watching her brother so dreamingly who doesn't give a care about her

"You should actually stop looking at Jonah in that way"Anna said irritatedly

"Why?"she asked still with her dreamy eyes

"One you know is a player and two he will never give you a second thought"Anna replied with a faint smile killing Joy's every hope,her mood soured and she coughed to gather her thoughts

"Like I was saying earlier I heard the school accepting four scholarship students"Joy said trying not to show how hurt she is,she look over to see Jonah once more whose dimple went deeper due to he was laughing at whatever jokes his friends were making

"Scholarship students when we are already in SS2"Anna said shrugging while Sewa only shakes her head

"Do you think any will be in our class?"Sewa asked

"I don't know but we are about to find out"Joy said as she look at Jonah once more,Anna noticed this act and face palmed,she wondered how people become so stupid and calls it falling in love,she never for once imagine herself in such dumb situation

They arrived in their class, after greeting and chatting with their class mates they all settled down on their seats when their form master entered the class addressing them,it was quite obvious this school was made for the elites and geniuses who made their way here through scholarship hence the name Elites High school

"We will be having two new students in this class and will sum you all up to become twenty-seven"The form master said,he was the kind of person that goes straight to the point not minding the position of each of the students in this class holds,though all of his students weren't Nigerians

"Please welcome in this two students who made their way here through qualifying for the scholarship exam held in Ikeja last month"he said and those two students entered the class picking everyone's interested

Anna looked up to see two tall boys standing with the form master,the first was fair and had a signature smirk on his face,his eyes landed on her and his look was intense,she look away and met the other one,this one is dark in complexion his eyes landed on her too and gave her a boring look before finally looking away,she gulped and look at her friends which seems they were intimidated by this two scholarship students looking at them

"Like to introduce yourself?"the form master asked the new rookies and the fair one cracks his throat first coming forward

"My name is Adeola Adedeji Desmond,I'm from Lagos state and my old school is st Paul Catholic school Ikeja,I'm an art student like you all here and some day wish to become a journalist"he said and everyone clapped for him,Anna noticed how handsome he looked when he talked and his albinoish hair which is golden brown and his beautiful smile when he smiled looking at her,the second one came forward still bearing that boring look that made Anna roll her eyes,his eyes landed on her once more and her heart skipped a bit and she look elsewhere which made her feel intimidated

"My name is Olanrewaju Damilola Richard,I'm from Lagos state and attended st Paul Catholic school Ikeja,I'm an art student too and wish to become a lawyer someday"he said

Anna watched him and every word that sprung out his mouth,his dimples were visible when he talks and his hair were so black blacker than hers and look so silky,he had straight jaws and dark brown eyes unlike Desmond with lighter brown eyes,his eyebrows were so thick and well defined

Anna sighed and muttered to herself

"This is going to be a long year"
