"Kay so that was fun now back to what was happing to us!"

Duke's ears shot up at the sound of hissing, "What was that?" He asked and turned his attention to the fence the sound came from. "I dunno maybe some cats in a tussle or something or stubbing their toe." she giggled as she remembered her brother stubbing his toe when they got to the new house. Then she remembered something else.

"A bag?...hmm..." She said out loud not meaning to, "A bag what do you mean by a bag?" Duke asked. "I just remembered when the cat ran down the street it had a bag of some sort and ill tell you it didn't look empty it looked full to the brim! i also remember the stick cracking!" She told Duke, he smiled, "Well look at you using that brain of yours!" He laughed.

She rolled her eyes and went to the place the stick was broken, "This is were it was broken so that must mean there is a sent Agent Jones you and Detective Fluffy follow this sent while me and Agent Duke go see what that hissing was!" She ordered. "Wait me and the kid are you kidding!" Fluffy whined, "that's an order Jr Detective!" She yelled as she started walking and Duke laughed as he followed her. Fluffy groaned and jumped on Douglas's back as he started sniffing and following the sent.

"wait he's a Jr detective?" Duke asked as Persia jumped on the  fence, "No i just call him that..." She giggled and looked back to just see the tail of a Tabby. "Duke quick!" She yelled as she jumped down off the fence and chased the Tabby, "Hey stop right there!" She yelled and the Tabby started running but he didn't get to far before he ran into Duke who tackled him to the ground. "Ha caught you!" Duke laughed. Persia panted and sat next to duke, "how do you run so fast Duke?" she asked and Duke laughed, "Just can!"

"Okay now start talking Sir!" she demanded the Tabby. "Okay okay fine you caught me but you are not i repeat not getting that food back you'll have to kill me for it!" The tabby growled. "Not food that's now why we ran after you! although that would explain why you ran from us...." Persia concluded, "wait if you aren't after me for food then why are you after me? and what did i steal from you!" He asked. "Y-you didn't steal anything from me..." She cleared her throat. "I'm Detective Persia and this is Agent Duke we are after you for suspicion." She answered.

"Wait Detective? Agent? like cops human cops?" He laughed. "what no we are not cops we are.... ugh forget it! now your coming with us!" She yelled and Duke picked him up by the scruff  of his neck.

Mean while, Douglas and Fluffy were still sniffing around. "Ugh we aren't gonna find anything but a old stray cat!" Fluffy whined and Douglas stopped, "Wait I smell blood... Lots of blood!" Douglas started running to were the smell was coming from. They turned into an alley and found a body or a black kitten with one eye and no tail. "F-Found were the blood is from..." Douglas said and sat down and Fluffy walked to the body to examine it. "and the sent ends here..." Douglas said and Fluffy looked at him, "Is this the cat from our yard?" he asked and Douglas shook his head, Fluffy started running home, "we need to tell Persia and Duke!" He yelled and Douglas ran along side him.
